Abstract

Marriage registration is an important aspect of marriage law in Indonesia which has implications for the validity and legal protection of married couples. Indonesia has various marriage legal systems, both customary and religious, which are regulated in Law no. 1 of 1974. In Islam, marriage registration is not a pillar of marriage, but has significance in providing legal certainty. Without registration, the marriage loses legal force, potentially causing problems in the future. This research uses the Participatory Research method by involving the community in socializing marriage registration in Taringgul Landeuh Village, Kiarapedes District, Purwakarta Regency. This activity goes through the stages of observation, preparation, implementation and evaluation. The results of the activity show that there are still people who marry without official registration, which has an impact on legal protection for partners and their offspring. This socialization succeeded in increasing public awareness about the importance of registering marriages as a means of complying with the law and guaranteeing the validity of marriages in the eyes of the state

Abstract

This community service aims to analyze the role of family and environment as the main factors in building children's motivation in Cipancar Village, Leles District, Garut Regency to achieve education. Education is an important foundation for individual and community development, especially in rural areas that often face limited access and resources. The family acts as an early motivator in providing moral, emotional and material support to children, thus encouraging them to achieve academically. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection through socialization conducted with parents, children, teachers and community leaders to understand how family and environmental interactions affect children's character. Researchers also conducted observations of children in the Cipancar Village environment to see direct behavior that reflects the values taught. The results showed that the synergy between the roles of family and environment significantly increased children's motivation to achieve better education. However, economic factors are still a major obstacle that needs more attention, especially in providing wider and more equitable access to education. With a better understanding of the importance of the roles of family and environment, it is hoped that there will be an overall improvement in the motivation and quality of education in Cipancar village.

Abstract

The development of technology and the internet has brought many changes to people's lives, especially students. With the current development of technology, digital crimes are also increasingly being committed by some irresponsible members of society. Criminal acts committed online or in the virtual world are a crime known as cyber crime. Several regulations in Indonesia govern the conduct of gambling in general, which can be found in Article 303 paragraph 1 and 303 Bis of the Criminal Code and Law No. 11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions. Although gambling has been clearly regulated, this has not made the public aware; instead, they continue to gamble. For that reason, efforts to combat online gambling require the concern of many parties, including educational institutions, especially those in the field of law. The Faculty of Law at the University of Palangka Raya has taken its role in educating the legal aspects of online gambling among students at SMA N 3 and SMA N 2 in Palangka Raya City. The research methods used are survey methods, material presentation, and the distribution of questionnaires given to the students of SMA N 3 and SMA N 2 Kota Palangka Raya.Among the roles that have been carried out are providing education through socialization methods, creating educational videos, pocketbooks, and banners. The provision of these activities has proven to be effective and capable of increasing students' knowledge about the aspects of online gambling, its dangers, and its impacts. This education cannot be conducted just once, but must be carried out continuously in order to free students from online gambling.

Abstract

Abstract: Stunting is a global health problem that affects the physical growth and cognitive development of children. Studies show that the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia is still high, affecting people's quality of life and productivity. This article discusses strategies to combat stunting and the management of health problems towards a smart society. Preventive approaches are the main focus in overcoming stunting. Public health education on balanced nutrition and good sanitation practices are key to preventing stunting. Supplementary feeding programs for pregnant women and children under five and monitoring child growth are important strategies in stunting intervention. In addition, the management of other health problems is also needed to create a smart society holistically. Efforts to prevent and treat infectious diseases such as diarrhea, respiratory infections, and other infectious diseases must be improved. An integrated and affordable health care system is crucial in providing full access to quality health services. A smart society requires an environment that supports optimal growth and development. Therefore, cross-sector collaboration is important in addressing stunting and other health issues. The government, non-governmental organizations, the private sector and communities need to come together to implement sustainable policies and innovative programs to improve the overall health and well-being of the community. In conclusion, eradicating stunting and managing health problems are crucial steps towards a smart society. Cross-sector collaboration, preventive approaches, and affordable health services are needed to achieve this goal.

Abstract

Village SDGs or Village Sustainable Development Goals, is a joint initiative to realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) at the village level. These Village SDGs are an adaptation of the global sustainable development goals that focus on poverty alleviation, reducing inequality, and environmental conservation. The goal of environmental conservation is to protect natural resources and reduce negative impacts on the environment. One effort to preserve the environment is to reforest or reforest critical land so that it returns to its original forest function. Rancabango Village faces various environmental and social problems that require serious attention. This can also be seen in the SDGs score index for the 15th Ranbidango Village Goal, namely the Land Environmental Care Village which received a score of 0.00 Based on information from the Kemendesa website. Based on this, we created the Lestari Bukit Tegal Malaka program. This program is an effort to increase the Village SDGs score regarding the goal of a land environmental care village. There are two work programs in the Lestari Bukit Tegal Malaka program, namely the reforestation program and the seedling and nursery workshop.

Abstract

Nowadays, times have become modern with many changes in traditions and the social environment, as well as regulations that have been updated, but it cannot be denied that there are still many people who adhere to old traditions such as marrying off their children quickly where the children have not yet reached the age of readiness for marriage, both legally and health wise, so the number of early marriages in Indonesia continues to increase every year. Factors that cause early marriage in society are based, among other things, on inadequate economic conditions and low levels of education. The aim of community service through early marriage outreach is to provide education to teenagers in Selaawi village about the dangers of early marriage as an effort to prevent stunting. The method used is observation, planning and socialization by presenting the material followed by a question and answer session. As a result of this socialization activity, teenagers become aware of and understand the negative impacts of early marriage, such as health, psychological, educational, economic and social impacts and their relationship to the causes of stunting. They also become aware of the factors that influence early marriage, namely economic factors, family factors, educational factors, environmental factors, mass media factors, promiscuity factors, and thought/mindset factors.

Abstract

Growth is a nutritional issue that impacts the physical growth and development of consciousness of children, especially adolescents in schools who need optimal nutrition to support growth and support learning. Efforts to prevent developmental retardation not only focus on improving children's nutrition to thrive, but it is also very important for adolescents who are future parents who will play a role in breaking the development chain. This service research aims to analyze the effectiveness of school-age adolescent orientation programs in increasing knowledge and awareness of balanced nutrition as an effort to prevent growth retardation. The method used is a qualitative approach and direct counseling at SMKN 1 Jatisari. In this counseling event for guidance for adolescents of young age and prevent stunting, children received advice and nutrition education thanks to media in education and interactive discussions. The results show a new understanding and knowledge in adolescents' knowledge and attitudes towards the importance of balanced nutrition after receiving advice. These observations suggest that adolescent advice at school age is effective in forming an early awareness of the importance of nutrition to avoid developing retardation in the next generation. Therefore, nutrition orientation programs for adolescents must be developed in a sustainable manner thanks to the cooperation between schools, health workers and local KUA as well as STAI students dr. KH. EZ Muttaqien to create a healthy and effective generation.
