Abstract

In order to improve the quality of education, the thing that needs to be considered is about Human Resource Management because without the support of good human resources, an organization or educational institution will not be able to progress and develop. Therefore, every organization or educational institution that wants to progress and develop must pay attention to human resources and manage them properly, in order to create quality education. This study aims to determine whether human resource management is very influential in improving the quality of education at the State Elementary School II Bakalanpule. The research method uses field research with a qualitative descriptive approach which aims to obtain information about the existing conditions and is designed to collect information about real, ongoing conditions. The results of this study indicate that human resource management has a very good influence on improving the quality of education at the State Elementary School II Bakalanpule where the principal assigns all teachers to participate in several activities and programs to support the ability and competence of teachers to continue to improve and develop, including is participating in seminars and training activities. Programs and activities to increase entrepreneurial, supervisory, managerial and entrepreneurship skills and are supported by educational staff who implement a good quality culture so that in terms of improving the quality of education it is very effective.

Abstract

PT. Kereta Commuter Indonesia is a popular mode of public transportation for Indonesians. This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and facilities has on customer satisfaction of the KRL commuter line from Jakarta Kota to Bogor. The research is quantitative, and a simple random sampling technique was used. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents to obtain the research data. Multiple regression was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the service quality variable (X1) had a positive and significant effect, with 56.2% customer satisfaction. The facility variable (X2) had a positive and significant effect, with 58.6% customer satisfaction. Besides, the quality of service and facilities jointly affect customer satisfaction by 64.9%.

Abstract

The research objective is to analyze the Influence of Working Environment and Interpersonal Communication toward Employee Job Satisfaction in PT.Cahaya Didik partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative research with quantitative descriptive approach. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis used the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 program. The study population was employees of the PT.Cahaya Didik, amounting to 30 people, using the Census obtained 20 samples. The results of the study: (1) There is a positive and significant Influence of Working Environment toward Employee Job Satisfaction in the PT.Cahaya Didik, with magnitude of influence 46%. (2) There is a positive and significant Influence of Interpersonal Communication toward Employee Job Satisfaction in PT.Cahaya Didik, with magnitude of influence 67.5%. (3) There is a positive and significant Influence of Working Environment and Interpersonal Communication simultaneously toward Employee Job Satisfaction in PT.Cahaya Didik, the magnitude of influence of the remaining 77% by 23% is influenced by other factors not examined.

Abstract

This   study   aims   to   determine   the   extent   to   which Product Quality and Price Perception influence the Purchase Intention   of   consumers   for   Compass   shoes   in   Bekasi Regency, both individually and simultaneously. The sample of this study consisted of 150 respondents who are users of Compass   shoes.   The   method   used   in   this   study   is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that Product   Quality   has   a   61.9%   influence   on   Purchase Intention, and the t-test indicates a positive and significant influence.   Price   Perception   has   a   53.1%   influence   on Purchase Intention, and the t-test indicates a positive and significant influence. The simultaneous test results indicate that Product Quality and   Price Perception collectively have a   66.0%   influence   on   Purchase   Intention. Based   on   the Anova F-test, the calculated Sig. value is 0.000 < 0.05, thus it   can   be   concluded   that   Product   Quality   (X1)   and   Price Perception (X2) simultaneously influence Purchase Intention (Y).

Abstract

Business development is currently increasing, especially the culinary business for the fast food restaurant. This study aimed to determine the effectof creativity and innovation on customer satisfaction in Rocket Chicken Jatirokeh Brebes. The research method used was a quantitative method. The population in this study were all customers who had consumed Rocket Chicken Jatirokeh Brebes food products by sampling using simple random sampling with a total sample of 150 respondents. The data analysis method used descriptive analysis and SPSS version 25.0 program to analyze the questionnaire data. The results of the study showed that (1) Creativity has a positive and significant effect with a value of 35,3% on consumer satisfaction, (2) Innovation has a positive and significant effect with a value of 27% on customer satisfaction, (3) Creativity and Innovation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction. This is evidenced by the acquisition of the Adjusted R² value of 0.422, which shows that consumer satisfaction was influenced byh creativity and innovation by 42.2%, the remaining 57.8% was influenced by otherfactors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Compensation and Organizational Culture have on Turnover Intention of PT. Elang Transportation Indonesia in Jakarta.The method used in this study is a Quantitative method, this study population is PT. Elang Transportation Indonesia employees, amounting to 57 respondents, each respondents was given to 48 statements using a Likert Scale and data analysis techniques using validity, reliability, multiple linear regression analysis.The hypothesis test using the T test and F test and coefficient of determination. The result showed that the effect of Compensation (X1) partially on Turnover Intention Employees (Y), was 34.2%, the influence of Organizational Culture partially on Turnover Intention Employees was 6.9% and simultaneously Compensation (X1) and Organizational Culture (X2) towards Turnover Intention Employees (Y) PT. Elang Transportation Indonesia in Jakarta is 36.9%, while the remaining 63.1% is influence by other factors.The researcher suggest that we need to Collect Labor Agreement in order to know the right and the obligation of both employee and company.Organizational culture carried out with good norms and ethics also aims to create a conducive atmosphere and the creation of a solid team engagement among fellow employees in order to create comfort work environment so that it can contribute more to the employees’ turnover.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates on the Rupiah exchange rate in the 2013-2021 period. This research is a descriptive verificative study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all data on the monthly series of inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates against the Rupiah exchange rate for the period 2013-2021. The type of data used is secondary data series per month in 2013-2021 which is available and published by Bank Indonesia, Trade Data Unit and the Central Statistics Agency. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates have a significant influence on the Rupiah exchange rate in 2013-2021. The F test found a Sig F value of 0.00 < 0.05 with Fcount > from the Ftable, i.e. 189.5630 > 2.68.

Abstract

Governor's Regulation Number 31 of 2017 concerning Parking Service Tariffs states that for two-wheeled vehicles, the tariff is Rp 2,000 to Rp 3,000, for four-wheeled vehicles Rp 3,000 to Rp 5,000. But the reality is that there are still parking attendants who collect parking service levies that are not in accordance with the regulations. The purpose of this study is to find out the supervision process and obstacles from the Parking Management Unit of the Central Jakarta City Transportation Office, especially the Johar Baru Market, on the parking service levy on the side of the Johar Baru City Public Road. This study uses the supervision theory by Robbins and Coulter. This study uses a research method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the main focus of supervision carried out by the Parking Management Unit of the Central Jakarta City Transportation Agency is to minimize illegal parking attendants and routine coaching to parking attendants on duty at Johar Baru Market. The lack of supervision of the collection of parking service levies by the Central Jakarta City Transportation Office causes there are still parking attendants who collect in accordance with regulations. There are several obstacles to the Parking Management Unit of the Central Jakarta City Transportation Agency in carrying out the supervision process of parking service levies, namely complaints from the public, fare withdrawals not in accordance with the provisions, service understanding, and ticket use.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze leadership style on employee performance at PT. BPR Prima Nusatama. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach and data collection techniques through documentation, observation and semi-structured interviews in the interview and library research categories. The informants for this research were HRD, PE Compliance, APU-CFT Risk Management, Head of Marketing, and Collector, and interviewed academics. The research results show that the application of leadership style to the performance of PT employees. BPR Prima Nusatama is quite good, but there are several leaders who have an attitude of not caring about employee performance, such as a lack of attention and guidance when assigning tasks to employees, this is what causes a lack of motivation regarding the quality of employee performance at PT. BPR Prima Nusatama. To improve the quality of employee performance, it starts with oneself, as well as support from the leader.

Abstract

The iPhone seems to have its own charm compared to other brands, especially for themillennial generation, whose decisions are mostly based on their immediate environment. Thisstudy aims to explain the existence of irrational phenomena that occur in iPhone users. Thisresearch use desciptive qualitative approach. The data obtained comes from literature studiesand also observations. The results of the study explain that consumers who use Iphone haveirrational behavior, for example, there are Iphone rental services, renting screenshot features,videos and reposting stories on Instagram, doing everything possible to be able to buy thelatest iPhone series products with excessive credit, taking pictures on the reflection of theglass on purpose displays the iPhone logo. Conclusion on this research. The image andbranding attached to the Iphone is what causes phenomena to occur. Factors of irrationalbehavior among Iphone users feel pressured and expelled from their community when theycannot follow their surroundings.
