Abstract

The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to explain the importance of curriculum administration, the process or stages of curriculum administration and the active role of teachers in curriculum administration. If the curriculum administration is running as it should, then the learning objectives will be achieved. Based on a number of studies, management implementation is often hampered by limited resources, inappropriate policies and lack of active participation. This research uses a literature study method to examine this problem more deeply.

Abstract

The rapid development of the industry has led to increasingly fierce business competition. Consumers are often faced with a wide selection of brands offering products with similar features and prices. Likewise, competition in the automotive industry is fierce, so every motorcycle brand company strives to build a strong image and be recognized by consumers, such as brand image and brand awareness. Understanding the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchase intention is important, both for companies to formulate marketing strategies and for consumers to make purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image and brand awareness on purchase intention of the Yamaha motorcycle brand. The research method used is qualitative with a literature study approach from existing relevant sources, such as literature, books, journals, and others. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence of brand image and brand awareness variables on the purchase intention of the Yamaha motorcycle brand.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of Arabic in strengthening cultural identity in the digital era. The scope of the research includes analyzing the use of Arabic in social media, educational platforms, and other digital content that has an effect on strengthening the cultural identity of Arab and Muslim communities. The method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews involving respondents from various cultural backgrounds and ages. The results show that Arabic not only serves as a means of communication, but also as a symbol of identity that strengthens the sense of community among the community. The use of Arabic in digital content increases cultural awareness and promotes traditional values amidst globalization. In addition, the study found that the younger generation is more active in using Arabic in digital contexts, which has a positive impact on language and cultural preservation. The conclusion of this study confirms that Arabic has a strategic role in strengthening cultural identity in the digital age, with the potential to be a bridge between tradition and modernity. Further efforts are needed to maximize its impact in a global context.   Keywords: Arabic Language; Cultural Identity; Digital Age

Abstract

The educational process in teaching and learning activities or in the classroom can run effectively, smoothly, conditionally, and interactively if education is carried out well when the curriculum becomes the main support in the teaching and learning process. The curriculum contains various constructive elements to ensure that learning runs optimally. Several curriculum experts argue that the heart of education lies in the curriculum. The quality of education results is determined by the curriculum, whether it is able to build critical awareness among students or not. One aspect that can improve the success of the curriculum is the empowerment of management or curriculum administration in the educational institution, in other words, the curriculum administration in that institution. This article uses a qualitative method with a library research approach, which involves examining relevant reading sources and using document studies from previous research results related to curriculum administration. Data collection is done by exploring books, scientific journals published on Google Scholar, digital libraries, and online libraries. The Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, Article 1, Paragraph (19), states that the curriculum is a set of plans and arrangements regarding the objectives, content, and teaching materials, as well as the methods used as guidelines for organizing learning activities to achieve specific educational goals. The curriculum is a set of learning experiences for students, with all the implementation guidelines systematically arranged and followed by the school in educating students. The process of curriculum administration includes planning, implementation, supervision, and evaluation.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is a critical component in improving the quality of education. This study aims to analyze various models, methods, and implementations of teacher performance evaluation with a focus on pedagogical competence, professionalism, and the influence of the educational environment. The methodology includes literature reviews and data analysis from various educational journals. The findings indicate that evaluation models such as CIPP, hybrid methods (ROC and SAW), and evaluations based on pedagogical competence significantly contribute to teachers' professional development. Key findings highlight the importance of pedagogical competence, the impact of performance evaluation on student motivation, and the role of the educational environment in supporting teaching success. Recommendations include implementing structured performance evaluations, continuous professional training for teachers, and adopting student-centered learning approaches. This study provides valuable insights for educators and policymakers to sustainably enhance the quality of education..

Abstract

This study explores the strategic role of school principals in improving teacher performance, managing resources, and fostering a positive work environment. Principals act as motivators and innovators, utilizing technology for more effective supervision and administration. Challenges such as limited facilities and teacher quality are addressed through adaptive strategies, training, and collaborative supervision. The study recommends strengthening principals' leadership, enhancing teacher professionalism, and optimizing technology to improve education quality in primary schools.

Abstract

Teacher performance evaluation is essential to determine their competence in teaching and support professional development. Teacher productivity is a key factor in creating an effective educational environment, with a focus on individual and organizational dimensions. This literature review aims to analyze various approaches to teacher performance evaluation that have been reviewed in the latest literature. This study uses a literature review method, which is the process of searching and analyzing various sources of information, such as journals, books, and other published manuscripts, related to the research topic. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that teacher performance evaluation has a very important role in improving the quality of education, especially at the elementary school level. Evaluations that are carried out periodically and are evidence-based, using a comprehensive and adaptive approach, have proven effective in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of teacher performance, and providing a clear basis for their professional development. The competency-based evaluation model provides great benefits in improving the quality of teaching by assessing four main aspects of teacher competence, namely pedagogical, personality, social, and professional.

Abstract

Clinical supervision is a strategic approach to improve the quality of education, especially at the elementary school level, by involving collaboration between supervisors and teachers. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of clinical supervision in improving teachers' pedagogical competence and identifying challenges in its implementation. The method used is a literature study, where data is collected from related scientific articles in the last seven years. The data collection process involves an in-depth analysis of previous research results, which are relevant to the topic of clinical supervision. Overall, clinical supervision has proven to be a relevant and adaptive approach to addressing the challenges of modern education, especially in 21st century learning. This study recommends special training for supervisors and a flexible approach to improve the effectiveness of clinical supervision implementation. The results of the study are expected to be a practical reference for educators and policy makers in supporting the improvement of the quality of education in Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school leadership in fostering innovation to improve teacher performance in elementary schools. School principals play a crucial role in creating an environment that supports teacher development through effective clinical supervision and the use of technology in school administration. By adopting transformational and instructional leadership approaches, school principals can motivate teachers to implement innovative teaching methods and enhance the quality of instruction. This research uses a literature review approach by examining relevant articles and journals published in the past seven years. The findings reveal that school principals with a clear vision and strong managerial skills can overcome challenges in implementing innovation, as well as utilize digital-based administration to monitor teacher performance more efficiently. Furthermore, clinical supervision conducted regularly and based on constructive feedback can improve teachers' teaching skills. This study provides valuable insights for school principals and educational institutions to encourage innovation in learning to improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

Principal leadership was a determining factor in the education process in  Special Program Kartasura. Principal leadership emphasized the formation of student character and not on student grades. The purpose of this study was to describe the leadership style applied and the role of principals as leaders in building high-quality school. This type of research was qualitative research. The research design used was phenomenology. Research used primary data in the form of interviews and observations and used secondary data in the form of documents obtained from school. The data analysis used was an interactive model analysis with source triangulation and methods. The results of this study were: First. Principal leadership had a democratic-monarchic leadership style. This was based on the system that applied in the process of determining policies and decision-making processes carried out jointly. Second, the role of the principal included several aspects that had been carried out, namely: as an educator, as a manager, as an administrator, as a supervisor, as a leader, as an innovator, as a very good motivator. The principal could be an example in carrying out their duties. Therefore, the type and character of the leader must be observed and assessed properly.
