<![CDATA[The socio-cultural, religious, and political plurality in the life of the people of Tomohon city is a blessing that must be thanked and an opportunity to strengthen the bond of harmony. The Islamic-Christian communities in Java, Tomohon and Tumatangtang I villages are a clear proof that people can coexist. This article is prepared using qualitative research in order to review what the conditions are in the research site, as well as take the data needed to conduct analysis. To be able to get to know and understand each other between these two religious communities, a forum is needed, namely a communication forum that can send religious adherents to build a dialogue. The pattern of dialogue created in community life aims to build a relationship and help religious believers to be more familiar.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the understanding of the Christology of the Kawanua people in the Providensia Tanggerang congregation and how it is in accordance with the teachings of the church and GMIM Christology. Informants have been selected from among the members of the congregation and special servants using purposive sampling. The transcripts were then analyzed using a phenomenological approach. The participants' personal experiences are described as follows: 1. Most of the people in the GMIM Providentia Tangerang congregation understand Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, the Helper during their time abroad, and who has united them with their fellow people to worship together within the scope of GMIM. 2. Regarding its conformity with the teachings of the church and GMIM christology, it can be seen that everyone understands who Jesus is, but there are still those who do not understand Jesus' position in the relationship of the Trinity. This description can serve as input for the Christian Evangelical Church in Minahasa to improve the quality of its ministry, so that the faith life of its congregation members becomes more clearly centered on knowing who Jesus Christ is.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find out exactly what identity politics is and especially to know the practices of identity politics in the 2020 election of regional heads in South Minahasa Regency and its impact in the life of the GMIM Efrata Pinamorongan congregation. Basically, this study wants to re-examine the understanding of politics from the congregation, especially which has deviated from the basis and purpose of politics, which is to provide common welfare. In this study, the author uses a qualitative research method by collecting research data based on observations, interviews, and literature studies. And the results of the study show that the GMIM Efrata Pinamorongan congregation is involved in the practice of identity politics.]]>

<![CDATA[This article is about marriage and divorce. This letter was written by Paul to the church in Corinth. Paul emphasized the importance of maintaining the sanctity of marriage and avoiding fornication. He also offered a solution for married couples to stay away from each other by mutual consent for a while, in case of problems in their marriage. Paul reminds us that divorce is not a way out. The article entitled "Marriage Pleasing to God" teaches the attitude of love, respect, and appreciation in living a harmonious Christian family relationship but also the fear of God. And invite every individual, including congregations, married families to prioritize common interests. In the context of the congregation, by reflecting the message of "Marriage that is pleasing to God" in the practice of church and family life, we can create a more harmonious family relationship, oriented towards the ministry of love for the common good.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses Technology as a contextual medium in maintaining ecclesiastical singing for adolescents in the GMIM Nazareth Wongkai congregation in the Pinaesaan Region. This study explains how the combination of technology in the form of PowerPoint applications in laptops, LCD projectors and sound systems in presenting liturgy, lyrics and accompaniment of ecclesiastical singing music in work and time at the same time, so that this can be contextualized with adolescents who tend to be more interested in the method of worship. Then in this study using a qualitative research method, which is able to examine the results of research in the field and examine several things that are summarized in the existing problems. The results obtained in this paper are to make it easier for teenagers in the GMIM Nazareth Wongkai congregation to recognize and maintain the use of ecclesiastical singing in every youth worship that is carried out. So that with this combination of technology, teenagers can sing every ecclesiastical song more creatively in every worship, and are able to maintain church traditions, including ecclesiastical songs.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the understanding of Special Servants (Deacons and Elders) regarding the mission of Christ's servanthood amidst the duties and responsibilities of Special Servants (Deacons and Elders) in the GMIM Solagratia Girian Weru Congregation, Bitung III Region. The research carried out by the author used qualitative research methods in which there were observations, interviews, and also library study techniques used for data collection needs. Christ's mission is based on the Biblical testimony of the Old and New Testaments as well as provision through the rules of service provided to Special Servants (Deacons and Elders) and always adapting them to the circumstances or conditions in which the congregation lives and works, namely how to be a serving servant. Based on the research results, it is suggested that Special Ministers (Deacons and Elders) should always be properly equipped and understand the mission work surrounding ministry and that there should be more emphasis on the importance of God's Mission in every aspect of life, including the attitude of servanthood in serving.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to examine teenage pregnancy outside of marriage from the perspective of Christian Ethics. This research is based on the fact of the problem of teenagers who have many pregnancies outside of marriage. The purpose of this research is to find out the causes of out-of-wedlock pregnancy cases, the role of the church and the study of Christian ethics towards teenagers who are pregnant outside of marriage in the GMIM Imanuel Wanea congregation. This research was conducted using qualitative research. This research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Pregnancy cases outside of marriage are caused by sexual acts caused by promiscuity, the environment, mass media and lack of supervision from parents. From the research I conducted, it was found that the factors that cause teenagers to become pregnant outside of marriage are lack of parental attention, free sex, wrong association, being forced etc. For this reason, churches and parents need to be aware of the causes of pregnancy outside of marriage. For this reason, churches and parents need to be more involved in fostering and supervising the lives of teenagers towards activities such as their daily associations and activities.]]>

<![CDATA[This research discusses teenagers who experience the impact of divorce. Divorce is the end of a relationship between a husband and wife who are unable to maintain the integrity of the household. And the people who have the biggest impact on divorce cases are the children. Children are victims of the divorce that occurs. This research is intended to determine the impact of divorce on teenagers and appropriate pastoral care for teenagers in the GMIM Kingdom of Allah Lolah Congregation, Tanawangko I Region. This research uses a qualitative research method with a case study method with direct interviews with informants. The results of this research indicate that adolescent victims of divorce must be accompanied and receive continuous pastoral care. This is because teenage victims of divorce feel deep trauma regarding divorce, so they need to receive pastoral assistance.]]>

<![CDATA[This article discusses the relationship between church and politics through the views of John Calvin. This view emerged during Calvin's reformation of Geneva in 1536 and upon his return from Strasbourg to Geneva in 1541. The new life of the people of Geneva apart from the Roman Catholic Church and the Duke of Savoy required Calvin to organise Geneva's church government system. According to Calvin, church and politics are institutions established by God as external means. Calvin emphasised the separation between Church and Politics because both have different tasks, but they complement each other. In essence, Calvin holds the view that both church and politics are means established by God or what Calvin calls ‘God's representatives’ to regulate human behaviour in accordance with His will.]]>

<![CDATA[This article attempts to discuss how as a young person to interpret the text of Psalm 1:1-6, the aim is to reveal the meaning contained in the text. By using very unique and different figurative language, as well as to achieve relevance for the lives of the youth of the GMIM Walinouw Tumaluntung congregation, Minawerot One Region. In carrying out the research, the methods used were historical critical and qualitative hermeneutical methods. The results of this research speak to the meaning of happiness and the application of the appropriate relevance of happiness to the lives of the youth of the GMIM Walinouw Tumaluntung congregation in the Minawerot Satu Region as a form of gratitude to God who is extraordinary for his people and our form of repaying everything that God has given us.]]>
