Fibonacci : Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi, Manajemen dan Keuangan adalah publikasi akademik yang mengedepankan kajian mendalam dan inovatif dalam bidang ekonomi, manajemen, dan keuangan. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan platform bagi para akademisi, peneliti, dan praktisi untuk mempublikasikan hasil penelitian yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pemahaman dan praktik dalam ketiga disiplin ilmu tersebut. Digital marketing is an important aspect in the development of MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in the era of rapid digitalization. Although many studies examine digital marketing strategies, there are still limited ones that apply a pluralistic theoretical approach in analyzing the success of MSME digital marketing. This research aims to analyze the success of digital marketing of MSMEs in Indonesia through Paul Feyerabend's pluralistic approach, focusing on understanding the flexibility and diversity of marketing strategies applied by MSME players. The main question to be answered is how MSMEs in Indonesia apply the pluralistic approach in digital marketing and what factors influence its success. This research uses a qualitative design with a case study approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews with MSME players who have implemented digital marketing. The results show that MSMEs in Indonesia tend to adopt a variety of different digital marketing strategies according to their market characteristics and consumer needs. The pluralistic approach allows flexibility in the use of various digital tools, although the main challenge lies in the limited digital resources and knowledge that are still an obstacle for most MSMEs. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of digital marketing with a pluralistic approach can improve the marketing effectiveness of MSMEs, but requires further support in terms of education and facilities to maximize the potential of the digital market. The study suggests that MSMEs expand the use of more innovative and flexible digital marketing strategies, and urges the development of further research that examines the role of local context and other external factors.

Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya keamanan data pribadi dalam penggunaan media sosial di era digital. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif melalui tinjauan pustaka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami tantangan keamanan yang dihadapi pengguna media sosial dan strategi untuk melindungi informasi pribadi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun platform media sosial telah menyediakan beberapa pengaturan privasi dan otentikasi, masih banyak pengguna yang rentan terhadap penyalahgunaan data pribadi karena kurangnya kesadaran akan risiko yang ada. Edukasi keamanan data dan penguatan regulasi perlindungan penuntutan menjadi langkah penting untuk menciptakan ekosistem digital yang aman. Kolaborasi antara pengguna, perusahaan teknologi, dan pemerintah diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan tanggung jawab bersama dalam menjaga privasi di media sosial.

Consumer satisfaction is the comparison between expectations before making a purchase and perceptions of performance after purchase. Consumers are not satisfied when performance falls short of expectations. Consumers will be satisfied if they get the expected performance. If performance exceeds expectations, consumers are even more pleased and satisfied. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect or relationship between the independent variables, namely service quality and trust, on the dependent variable, namely consumer satisfaction at the Kabia Jaya Motor (KJM) workshop in Pondok Timur Indah, Bekasi, either partially or simultaneously. Sampling was done using purposive sampling, using the Lameshow formula, and a sample of 100 respondents was obtained. The results showed that the service quality and trust variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously.

This research examines the role of budgets in increasing the effectiveness of management control in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). MSMEs are the backbone of the Indonesian economy, making a significant contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and employment. However, many MSMEs face challenges in effective budget management. This research uses a library study method by collecting data in the form of books, journals and internet articles related to the topic in this research. This research found that the budgeting process consisting of formulation, adoption, implementation and control is very important in the financial management of MSMEs. Obstacles in budgeting in Indonesia include sectoral budget allocation without careful planning and sub-optimal budget management. An efficient and participatory budgeting process can significantly improve the performance of MSMEs. With good budget management, MSMEs can ensure appropriate resource allocation, reduce risks, and achieve strategic goals. This study confirms the importance of budgeting as an essential management tool for organizational success.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and career development on employee performance at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. This study used a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study were 72 employees at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. The number of samples in this study was 72 employee respondents at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. The measurement scale used was a Likert scale (1-5). The tests carried out in this study were the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis test using the SEM-PLS technique using SmartPLS statistical software. The results of the study conducted at XXI Grand Kota Bintang Cinema are as follows: 1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; and 2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Analysis of Optimal Portfolio Formation of Big Bank Stocks in LQ-45 Using the Elton and Gruber Model on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2023 Period. This study aims to analyze the management of stock portfolios on the Indonesia Stock Exchange using the Elton and Gruber Model, focusing on Big Bank stocks included in the LQ-45 stock index during the 2019-2023 period. This study uses monthly data for the 2019-2023 period, with data analysis techniques using Microsoft Excel. The results of this study found that there were 3 stocks included in the optimal portfolio with an Excess Return to Beta (ERB) value greater than the Cut-Off Rate (CI), namely; Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero (BBRI) and Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI). The results show that the optimal portfolio is formed by stocks that have high returns at relatively the same risk level.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui apakah terdapat Hubungan Job insecurity dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Outsourcing PT Graha Sarana Duta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini sejumlah 134 responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 120 responden. Teknik pengamblilan data adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji hipotesis-bootstrapping pada aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0. Subjek dalam pelnelitian ini dilakukan di PT Graha sarana Duta, BM Menara Multimedia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Job Insecurity (X1) sebagai variabel independen atas penelitian ini secara signifikan memengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Sesuai hasil serta pembahasan menunjukkan bahwa job insecurity memegang nilai T statistik angka kisaran 5,506 (> 1,96) serta dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai P value sebesar 0,000. Disebabkan standar tingkat P value yakni <0,05 (0,000 < 0,05). Oleh karena itu, hipotesis awal penelitian ini sudah teruji valid serta dapat diterima. (2.) Lingkungan kerja (X2) sebagai variabel independen atas penelitian ini secara signifikan memengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan (Y). Lingkungan kerja memegang nilai p value yakni 0,001. Dikarenakan standar tingkat p value adalah < 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05) maka dapat beralasan kalau hal ini memiliki berpengaruh yang sangat penting. Kemudian dilihat dari t-statistik ditentukan yakni 3,354 dan nilai t tabel sebesar 1,96. Sehingga hipotesis kedua menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja karyawan outsourcing.

This study aims to analyze the influence of testimonials, product design, and price on the purchase intention of Infinix smartphones on Shopee, focusing on consumers in Griya Asri 2 Housing, Bekasi Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verification approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through a survey with a questionnaire on samples selected using the random sampling method. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression to test the relationship between independent variables (testimonials, product design, and price) with the dependent variable (purchase intention). The results of the study show that testimonials have a significant influence on purchase intention, where positive reviews from previous consumers can increase product credibility. Attractive and functional product design also contributes to increasing consumer appeal to Infinix products. In addition, competitive prices are a major factor in purchasing decisions, where consumers tend to choose products with values that match the price offered. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on consumer purchase intention, indicating that the combination of testimonials, product design, and price can create a more effective marketing strategy in increasing sales of Infinix smartphones on Shopee.

The research aims to determine the impact of Social Media Marketing, Brand Image and Product Quality on the Purchase Decision of Azarine Sunscreen on the TikTok Platform. This research is a quantitative approach study with a purposive sampling technique. Involving 112 respondents who are consumers of Azarine Sunscreen products in the Bhayangkara University Management Department Class of 2021. Data processing and hypothesis testing were carried out using SPSS 25 software. The results of the study reveal that there are variables that influence each other and those that do not influence each other, as explained below: 1) Social Media Marketing has no partial and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 2) Brand Image partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 3) Product Quality partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions; 4) Social Media Marketing, Brand Image and Product Quality simultaneously affect purchasing decisions.

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image (X1), free shipping program (X2), and product variety (X3) on purchasing decisions for Wardah Everyday BB Cream products on the Shopee marketplace. The research method used in this study is quantitative. The sampling technique used to take samples in this study was non-probability sampling. The researcher used a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were all students of the Management Department of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in 2021. The sample in this study consisted of 114 respondents obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Data analysis used multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The population in this study were all students of the Management Department of the University of Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya in 2021. The sample in this study amounted to 114 respondents obtained by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Data analysis used multiple linear analysis with the help of SPSS version 25. The results showed that the Brand Image variable had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. The Free Shipping Program variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions and the Product Variation variable has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Then that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variables in the form of Brand Image, Free Shipping Program, and Product Variation on Purchasing Decisions simultaneously.
