<![CDATA[This research aims to investigate the optimization of urban spatial planning as a sustainable development strategy in the city of Medan. Medan, as one of the largest cities in Indonesia, faces various challenges in managing rapid urban growth. Using qualitative and quantitative approaches, this research analyzes current urban conditions, the sustainable development challenges faced, and strategies that can be adopted to achieve sustainable development goals. The research findings highlight the need for integration between spatial planning policies, environmental management, transportation and infrastructure in designing sustainable urban development plans. In addition, community participation and cross-sector collaboration are also needed to ensure broad acceptance of development plans. This research provides valuable insights for policy makers, stakeholders and academics in designing sustainable urban development strategies in Medan and other cities.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to find a correlation between student learning outcomes and the motivation given by Islamic religious education teachers with a case study of Ar-Rahman Medan Junior High School. This research approach uses a qualitative model of correlational design. The population in this study was all students of Ar-Rahman Medan Junior High School, with samples taken using simple random sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to measure the level of student learning motivation, as well as documentation of student learning outcomes. The results of the research conducted show that Islamic religious education teachers are very important in the teaching and learning process in schools, and Islamic religious education teachers must be able to overcome problems experienced by students in order to improve student learning outcomes. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to measure the level of student learning motivation, as well as documentation of student learning outcomes. The results showed a positive and significant value between student learning outcomes and the provision of learning motivation at Ar-Rahman Medan Junior High School, with a correlation coefficient value of 0.71. The provision of learning motivation contributes 50.41% to student learning outcomes at Ar-Rahman Medan Junior High School.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to identify and analyze service quality strategies that can increase user satisfaction of beauty clinic services from a legal perspective in Indonesia. Beauty clinics as providers of health and beauty services have a responsibility to ensure that the services provided are not only effective and safe, but also comply with applicable regulations and legal standards. The research method used in this research is normative legal research, which involves analysis of library materials or secondary data. Even though there are regulations such as Law Number 29 of 2004 concerning Medical Practices and the Consumer Protection Law, their implementation still faces various challenges. This research underlines the importance of increasing the competency of medical and non-medical personnel through training and certification, the use of quality technology and products that meet national standards, as well as transparency of information and consumer education. In addition, improving responsive customer service and promoting ethical principles in medical practice were also identified as important factors in increasing service user satisfaction and trust. Through these strategies, beauty clinics can improve the quality of their services, ensure legal compliance, and ultimately increase consumer satisfaction and protection. This research provides concrete recommendations for beauty clinic practices in Indonesia so that they can operate to higher standards and provide greater benefits for consumers.]]>

<![CDATA[Online gambling has become a significant phenomenon in the current digital era, giving rise to various implications and legal aspects that need to be considered. Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Information and Electronic Transactions (UU ITE) is one of the relevant legal foundations in regulating online gambling activities. The legal implications of online gambling according to the ITE Law include recognition of electronic evidence, law enforcement against violations that occur online, and protection of consumers involved in online gambling transactions. Legal aspects that need to be considered include determining legal sanctions for online gambling players, the obligation of organizers to comply with the provisions of the ITE Law, and efforts to prevent and overcome harmful online gambling practices. By understanding the implications and aspects of this law, it is hoped that a safer and more orderly digital environment can be created for people in their online activities.]]>

<![CDATA[Education in institutions such as the Transportation Human Resources Development Agency (BPSDMP) has a crucial role in forming the character and discipline of cadets. One effective approach in achieving this goal is through implementing good time management. Time management not only helps cadets in completing tasks efficiently, but also contributes to the formation of self-discipline and strong character. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to explore the implementation of time management in BPSDMP and its impact on cadet discipline and character. Data was obtained through observation, interviews and collecting information from various sources. The research results show that effective time management allows cadets to organize their daily activities well, follow a strict schedule, and meet deadlines consistently. The application of time management at BPSDMP also has an impact on developing the character of cadets. They are taught to be responsible, work hard, and not give up easily in facing challenges. Cadet achievements in various fields such as academics and sports are clear evidence of the effectiveness of time management in forming strong character and high discipline. Case studies of several cadets who achieved achievements confirmed that the time management implemented at BPSDMP was successful in forming cadets who were disciplined and had strong character. Cadets are trained to value time, set goals, and work hard to achieve them. Their success does not only reflect academic or sporting achievements, but also the formation of character that is ready to face various challenges in the future. Implementing good time management at BPSDMP is a strategic step in forming cadet discipline and character. With high discipline and strong character, the cadets are expected to become future leaders with integrity and able to face various challenges in the world of work and everyday life.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of sports infrastructure in the city of Medan is an important need to support the healthy and active lifestyle of its people. In this context, this research aims to analyze strategies for developing sports infrastructure in the Medan City area with a focus on increasing accessibility, quality of facilities and use of public spaces that support sports activities. The research method used is literature study to identify infrastructure needs, SWOT analysis to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in developing sports infrastructure in Medan City. The results of this research show that the development of sports infrastructure needs to be integrated with spatial planning policies and sustainable city development. It is hoped that this research can provide guidance for policy makers in formulating strategies for developing effective and sustainable sports infrastructure in the city of Medan.]]>

This is quite controversial because there has been an actual effort to deal with slums along with the emergence and growth of new slums. The slums in Laut Dendang Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency will specifically instill a negative paradigm about government administration, portraying the government as powerless and incapable of regulating life and livelihood services for its citizens. People living in slums in Laut Dendang Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, on the other hand, usually come from low-income groups, who are often responsible for disorder and violations of discipline in various social structures. <![CDATA[This study aims to test and analyze Customer Engagement (X1), Customer Experience (X2), and Customer Loyalty (Y) mediated by Emotional Bond (Z). The population in this study is consumers with 240 samples taken. The research was conducted from April to June 2024. This study uses quantitative data processed using the SEM-PLS analysis model with Smart PLS 3.0. application. The data source uses primary data taken directly from respondents and secondary data obtained from interviews with customers who come to PLN ULP Delitua The results of the study show that Customer Engagement has a positive and significant influence on satisfaction. Customer experience has a positive and insignificant effect on emotional bonding, the emotional bonding has a positive and insignificant effect on customer loyalty. The Customer Engagement and customer experience nt has a positive and significant effect on emotional bonding.
