Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan media pembelajaran interaktif untuk meningkatkan minat belajar siswa sekolah dasar, dengan fokus pada persepsi siswa, peran, faktor, kendala, dan perubahan yang memengaruhi minat belajar tersebut. Metode kualitatif digunakan dengan pendekatan deskriptif, menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi media pembelajaran interaktif seperti video, animasi, dan presentasi PowerPoint interaktif secara signifikan meningkatkan minat belajar siswa, memungkinkan mereka untuk lebih aktif dan terlibat dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The Fourth Industrial Revolution has brought fundamental transformations in various aspects of life, particularly in the business sector. Rapidly evolving technologies have triggered significant changes in payment systems, accounting, and financial management. One of the most notable innovations is the adoption of cloud computing technology. In the context of accounting efficiency, cloud computing offers significant benefits, including improved transaction processing speed, better record accuracy, and enhanced data analysis capabilities. However, data security remains a primary concern in the use of this technology. Threats such as data loss, data breaches, and cyberattacks require careful risk management. Practical recommendations such as data encryption and role-based access controls are needed to mitigate these risks. With careful management, cloud computing technology can become a driver of growth, innovation, and competitive advantage for companies in this digital era.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and describe the profile of students' responsibilities for PPKn learning for class IV SD 1 Soco. This research uses a quantitative research approach obtained using numbers and data analysis techniques. The sample for this research was all class IV students at SD 1 Soco, totaling 11 students. The research instrument used a questionnaire consisting of 20 questions that measured the level of student responsibility in Civics learning with 4 indicators. The data that has been collected is analyzed using descriptive statistics including percentages. The results of the research show that the level of responsibility of students at SD 1 Soco class IV is mostly in the medium category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan kreativitas siswa kelas I dengan menggunakan teknik ecoprint dalam mata pelajaran Seni Budaya dan Prakarya (SBdP) di SD Inpres Kuanino 3 kota Kupang. Pendidikan seni dianggap krusial dalam mengembangkan potensi siswa sejak usia dini, dan teknik ecoprint dipilih karena keberlanjutannya terhadap lingkungan serta penggunaan bahan alami seperti daun dan bunga untuk menciptakan motif pada kain. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan wawancara untuk mengumpulkan data yang menggambarkan bagaimana penerapan teknik ecoprint mempengaruhi kreativitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan teknik ecoprint siswa menunjukan kresativitas yang tingi. Penggunaan teknik ecoprint tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis siswa dalam seni, tetapi juga mendalami pemahaman mereka tentang lingkungan dan warisan budaya local yang dapat dijadikan seni. Dengan demikian, teknik ini memberikan dampak positif dalam mengembangkan kreativitas dan apresiasi seni siswa di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penambahan Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) mempengaruhi nilai Ph (potential of Hydrogen) dan penilaian organoleptik sirup jahe merah (warna,aroma,tekstur,rasa,dan kesukaan). Dalam penelitian ini, Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) digunakan, yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 3 kali ulangan, yaitu P1(0%), P2(0,2%), P3(0,3%), P4(0,4%) sehingga menghasilkan 12 perlakuan. ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) dan uji lanjut Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) digunakan untuk analisis data pada penelitian ini. Penambahan Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan (P<0,05) pada uji pH perlakuan P4(0,4%) memiliki nilai pH tertinggi, dengan nilai 6,84. Pada penilaian karakteristik organoleptik, Carboxy Methyl Cellulose (CMC) perlakuan P4(0,4%) menunjukkan bahwa CMC memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap parameter seperti warna, tekstur, rasa, dan kesukaan. Perlakuan ini memiliki nilai tinggi pada setiap parameter uji organoleptik. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan produk sirup jahe merah dengan perlakuan P4 (0,4%) dapat diterima dan disukai oleh panelis dalam penilaian organoleptik dan penilaian pH (potential of Hydrogen).

Abstract

This study aims to identify the metaphors used in the images and textual elements of selected United Nations (UN) posters, analyze how these metaphors convey meaning, and understand the functions of the messages delivered. The data was sourced from the official Instagram account of the UN, @unitednations. The data were analyzed using a descriptive-qualitative approach with the application of multimodal metaphor theory by Forceville (2009) and visual grammar theory by Kress and Van Leeuwen (2020). The results indicate that the visual and verbal processes in these posters are complementary and work together to provide a cohesive message to the audience. The analysis reveals that the metaphors used in the posters serve to enhance the communication of complex global issues by making abstract concepts more relatable and understandable. This study contributes to the understanding of how multimodal metaphors in posters can be effectively used for global communication.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of price, location and service quality on customer satisfaction at PUD slaughterhouses in Medan City. This research uses a quantitative method with a sampling technique using the Slovin formula. The population in this study were all customers who used services at the Medan City Animal Slaughter PUD from 1 August 2023 to 31 October 2023 which was obtained from customer data, namely 164 people. The data collection techniques used were observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression model and hypothesis testing using the t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Previously the data had been tested using validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Data processing uses the SPSS 29.0 for Windows program. Based on partial hypothesis testing, there is an influence of Price, Location and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PUD Slaughterhouses in Medan City. Based on the research results, it shows that the variables Price, Location and Service Quality simultaneously influence Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

This research investigates the use of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) method to improve student achievement in social studies learning in elementary schools. The PBL method is a student- centered learning approach where they learn through solving real problems. In this study, qualitative methods were used, including interviews and descriptive questionnaires with teachers. The research results show that PBL improves student learning outcomes, critical thinking skills, analytical skills, and problem solving abilities. Increasing student achievement is one of the main findings of this research. Students who are involved in learning using the PBL method show a better understanding of the subject matter and are able to apply their knowledge in real situations. Apart from that, students' critical thinking skills also experienced significant improvement. They become better able to evaluate information critically and make decisions based on in-depth analysis. Student motivation also increases as a result of implementing the PBL method. Students become more enthusiastic and motivated to learn because they feel more involved and have an active role in the learning process. PBL also contributes to improving the quality of student behavior and education, creating a more positive and productive learning environment. Overall, this study concludes that the PBL method is an effective strategy for social learning studies in elementary schools. By improving learning outcomes, critical thinking skills, and student motivation, PBL can help create a more meaningful and sustainable learning experience for elementary school students.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peranan strategis dalam menyiapkan generasi berkualitas untuk kepentingan masa depan. Pada dasarnya masih ada problematika yang cukup serius yaitu terkait angka putus sekolah Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab anak putus sekolah di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriftif dengan jenis penelitian, penelitian kepustakaan (library research), data yang di gunakan adalah data sekunder, kemudian di analisis menggunakan tabel analisis critical appraisal. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat dua faktor anak putus sekolah secara garis besar, faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal adalah faktor yang berasal dari dalam diri si anak. Sedangkan faktor eksternal adalah faktor yang tidak berasal dari dalam diri si anak. Adapun faktor internal dari anak putus sekolah seperti kurangnya minat belajar siswa dan tidak adanya motivasi untuk menyelesaikan pendidikan sesuai jenjang yang ditempuh. Sedangkan faktor eksternal dari anak putus sekolah yaitu faktor ekonomi, faktor lingkungan keluarga yang tidak mendukung, faktor sosial, dan faktor jarak tempuh.

Abstract

Folklore as part of local literature in Indonesia displays a variety of social realities. There are several social realities that are widely depicted in folklore related to gender, masculinity and cultural values. This study was conducted with the aim of theoretically describing aspects of masculinity and cultural values ​​in folklore. This study was carried out using a qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach. Based on the study, it can be seen that folk tales as part of local literary works display various aspects of gender masculinity and cultural values. The gender aspects in question can include physical, functional, sexual, emotional, intellectual, interpersonal and other personal character aspects. As for cultural values, they include the cultural values ​​of the relationship with God, nature, oneself and fellow humans.
