Abstract

Pertumbuhan pangsa pasar di dunia hiburan dan media digital mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya dan diproyeksikan akan mencapai 83.82 miliar. Hal ini menimbulkan lahirnya berbagai platform Over-The-Top (OTT). Indonesia memiliki platform OTT lokal seperti RCTI+ dan Vidio. Pada tahun 2021, RCTI+ menjadi aplikasi OTT populer di Indonesia. Namun, survei Nielsen tahun 2022 menunjukkan bahwa RCTI+ hanya mengalami peningkatan konsumsi sebesar 0.9%. Oleh karena itu, RCTI+ meluncurkan program Idolyfe dengan memanfaatkan interaksi parasosial fandom untuk meningkatkan konsumsi aplikasi dan mendapatkan pengguna baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik fandom yang menggunakan aplikasi RCTI+ dan mengukur seberapa besar hubungan interaksi parasosial terhadap loyalitas penggunaan aplikasi. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner daring dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar fandom baru menggunakan RCTI+ ketika program Idolyfe tersedia. Selain itu, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara interaksi parasosial fandom dan loyalitas pengguna aplikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at PT. Express Maximum Cabang Bandara Soekarno Hatta. Using a quantitative approach with an associative method, this study involved employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect at the five percent significance level, while the work environment has a greater and very significant effect at the one percent significance level. The analysis indicates that both variables simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. This study emphasizes the importance of work discipline and work environment in enhancing employee performance. Therefore, it is recommended that the company develop consistent discipline programs and create a comfortable and supportive work environment. Implementing effective strategies in these two aspects is expected to help the company achieve organizational goals and increase employee satisfaction and productivity.

Abstract

In learning activities, the role of a medium is very important. If in the learning process, the material taught is not understood by students, a teacher needs to use a medium. So that students can better understand the learning material well. The use of appropriate learning media in the learning process will achieve the success of learning objectives. One of the efforts made is the use of pop up book media in learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the use of pop up book media can work optimally in learning and determine the effect of pop up book media on students' math learning outcomes. This research method uses experimental quantitative methods. The population in this study were all students of SDN 3 Sumber, while the samples used were grade IV students. The research instruments used were observation sheets, pretest posttest question sheets, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that student learning outcomes are affected after the teacher uses pop up book media in the learning process. This can be seen from the average pretest result of 57.3. After being given treatment, the average student posttest result was 84.7. This shows that many students have exceeded the KKM score. So it can be concluded that by using pop up book media in learning, it has an effect on student learning outcomes in grade IV math subject.

Abstract

Learning carried out in class IV of SD Negeri 3 Patrol Lor was informed that class IV teachers tend to still use conventional learning models so that students' abilities in communication have not been well honed. The lack of a supportive learning model will affect communication skills, where in the 21st century students are required to have good communication. Given these problems, there needs to be improvements in learning, one of which is using the PjBL model so that students will be included in every step of learning. This research aims to determine the implementation of PjBL in class IV flat shape material and to determine whether there is an improvement or not in students' communication skills after using PjBL. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects of this research were grade IV students at SD Negeri 3 Patrol Lor, Patrol District, Indramayu Regency. The types of research instruments used are observation, interviews, LKPD, and evaluation tests. The conclusion of this research is that there is an increase in students' communication skills from pre-cycle to cycle 2. The results of the pre-cycle were only 38.5% of students who were able to communicate. Then there was an increase in cycle 1 of students who were able to communicate to 57.7%. Then there was another improvement in cycle 2 and there was another increase of 88.5% of students who were able to communicate well, both with teachers and with friends. From these results it can be concluded that implementing a good PjBL model can improve students' communication skills well.

Abstract

This researcher aims to: 1) utilize learning media based on the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by wizzer.me media in science subjects; 2) find out what factors hinder the improvement of student learning outcomes at SD Negeri III Lohbener; 3) find out to what extent the wizzer.me learning media is able to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects at SD Negeri III Lohbener, Indramayu Regency. This research uses stages: Planning, Action, Observation and Evaluation. This research was carried out at SD Negeri III Lohbener, which is located in Lohbener village, Lohbener sub-district, Indramayu Regency. Data sources were obtained through: interviews, observations, documentation, cycle I activities, cycle II activities. Thus, from the statement above, the researcher can conclude that: 1) through the use of assisted media, namely wizzer.me, in collaboration with Problem Based Learning learning media, it turns out that there are many benefits, including: (a) the existence of assisted media, wizzer.me, students are able to understand the material which has been conveyed, (b) the use of media with the Problem Based Learning learning model in learning is very effective and suitable for improving student learning outcomes (c) students study material continuously according to students' needs without making them feel bored or bored in learning. 2) The obstacle in using wizzer.me assisted media is that when accessing requires internet with full signal strength and with the many features of wizzer.me there are still paid features to be able to access the media. 3) Using the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by wizzer.me media is able to improve student learning outcomes in science subjects, this is because students are interested in using wizzer.me media and this media is able to strengthen students' memory of the material presented by the teacher.

Abstract

In this research, researchers took stories from the Baduy community of Ciboleger village. There are various types of speech that undergo the affixation process. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, namely research in which the analysis is presented in the form of written descriptions accompanied by explanations and explanations. The data source in this research is the Baduy community. Data collection techniques in research use observation techniques, interview techniques, recording techniques, and skilled free-involved listening techniques. In this research, after the data analysis process was complete, the researcher carried out data validity. The way to check whether the data is valid or not is through a validator. The results of the research can be concluded that the speech of the Baduy people of Ciboleger Village was found to have undergone a lot of data that underwent an affixation process. The findings produced in the research regarding affixations in the speech of the Baduy community of Ciboleger Village totaled 26 data as follows: (1) prefix affixations totaling 11 data; (2) suffix affixation of 8 data; (3) Confix affixation of 7 data.

Abstract

Pengukuran Kinerja merupakan suatu sistem yang mengevaluasi untuk meningkatkan kemungkinan keberhasilan instansi atau perusahaan dalam menerapkan strategi yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan atau penyimpangan antara progres yang direncanakan dengan kenyataan. Pengukuran kinerja perusahaan penting dilakukan karena berguna sebagai acuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja agar lebih baik di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis produktivitas kerja karyawan CV. Adipati Ronggolawe. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara penelitian lapangan yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dokumentasi, dan survei. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua indikator yaitu Produktivitas dan kinerja karyawan. Indikator produktivitas yaitu efektivitas dan efisiensi, indikator kinerja karyawan meliputi: (1) ketepatan penyelesain tugas; (2) kesesuaian jam kerja; (3) tingkat kehadiran; (4) kerja sama antar karyawan dan atasan; (5) kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Produktivitas kerja secara efektif menunjukkan kemampuan kinerjanya secara efisien sesuai dengan harapan perusahaan karywan yaitu harus ikut andil dalam mengembangkan perusahaan, karyawan menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan bidangnya masing-masing, karyawan memberikan ide-ide gagasan yang berkualitas, karyawan mampu mengatasi dan menyesuiakan diri dengan perubahan situasi kerja, karyawan berkerja sama dan berkolabori dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan yang terhambat; (2) Produktivitas kerja secara efisien ditunjukkan dengan pencapaian kinerja yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan waktu dengan optimal untuk mengerjakan pekerjaan tanpa menunda-nunda dalam hal pekerjaan. Penundaan pekerjaan akan membuat penumpukan pekerjaan dan akan mendatangkan hasil kinerja yang tidak optimal; (3) Kinerja karyawan CV. Adipati Rongglawe sudah cukup baik, hal ini menunjukkan ketepatan karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan sudah diusahakan untuk mengerjakan dengan secepat mungkin, karyawan menyesuaikan jam kerja yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan, karyawan selalu hadir atau selalu aktif masuk kerja, karyawan bekerja sama dengan baik dengan rekan kerja dan atasan dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan, karyawan puas dengan fasilitas dan tunjangan yang diberikan perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pengaruh metode problem solving terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siwa dalam konteks pembelajaran matematika bertempat di SD Negeri 1 Karangtengah. Penggunaan metode penelitian berupa metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis and Mc taggart dengan metode analisis yang menggabungkan kuantitatif dan kualitatif guna memperoleh data yang valid. Metode ini digunakan dalam dua siklus untuk mengamati dan mengukur perubahan yang terjadi pada keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Siklus pertama meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi pembelajaran melalui penggunaan teknik pemecahan masalah; siklus kedua meningkatkan dan memverifikasi hasil siklus pertama. Untuk menilai efektivitas metode ini, informasi dikumpulkan melalui analisis pekerjaan siswa, wawancara guru, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan peningkatan yang signifikan pada siklus II dilihat dari hasil data observasi perencanaan pembelajaran dengan jumlah skor 26 (81,25%), data hasil observasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan skor 27 (84,375%), dan data hasil observasi kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan skor 9 (81,818%), serta data observasi hasil belajar dengan jumlah skor 9 (81,818%). Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya teknik pemecahan masalah dalam membantu siswa mengembangkan pemikiran kritis dan keterampilan pemecahan masalah matematis mereka. Temuan penelitian ini mempunyai arti penting bagi rancangan strategi pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan secara luas untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak dalam konteks pengajaran matematika di sekolah dasar.Kata Kunci: problem-solving, matematika, penelitian tindakan kelas

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penerapan e-Faktur sebagai upaya pencegahan terbitnya faktur pajak fiktif pada KPP Pratama Bekasi Barat. PPN merupakan salah satu jenis pajak dalam sektor pajak yang paling banyak memberikan kontribusi kepada negara. e-Faktur adalah faktur pajak yang dibuat melalui sistem elektronik yang disediakan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Agar tidak menimbulkan keraguan saat membayar pajak, wajib pajak harus memahami tentang faktur pajak. Tujuan penggunaan sistem faktur pajak elektronik untuk menghindari faktur pajak fiktif. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara terstruktur serta menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles and Huberman dan teknik keabsahan data yaitu triangulasi. Adapun hasil penelitian berdasarkan indikator sosialisasi, ketepatan penggunaan, hasil guna dapat dikatakan sudah efektif karena aplikasi e-Faktur sudah berjalan sesuai fungsinya dan memudahkan Wajib Pajak dalam pembuatan maupun pelaporan faktur pajak serta memiliki fitur yang lengkap dan memaksimalkan sosialisasi melalui media sosial. Namun pada indikator menunjang tujuan belum efektif karena masih adanya kendala dalam penerapannya tetapi DJP terus berupaya memberikan perbaikan terhadap aplikasi e-Faktur. Pada indikator Faktur Pajak Fiktif dapat dikatakan efektivitas ini sebagai pembanding yang artinya e-Faktur merupakan bentuk pencegahan terjadinya faktur pajak fiktif.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in Mathematics subjects. This research aims to improve student learning outcomes in mathematics subjects through the application of the Problem Based Learning model. The research method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, where each cycle consists of 1 meeting with activity stages including planning, implementation, observation and reflection. In the initial conditions, student learning outcomes were still low. This is because teachers have not implemented innovative learning models. Thus, students are less able to find, analyze and conclude the area of ​​a flat rectangular shape. Therefore, Classroom Action Research (PTK) was carried out by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model with the hope that the final conditions would experience an increase in student learning outcomes. The results of the research showed that in the pre-cycle the percentage of learning outcomes was 35.71%, there was an increase in student learning outcomes in cycle I of 64.29% and cycle II of 85.71% after implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model in Mathematics learning .
