Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Richese brand on the dynamics of the KFC boycott in Indonesia, which was triggered by various social and economic factors. The boycott against KFC emerged in response to public reactions to certain issues, during which some consumeSrs switched to other brands that were perceived to align more with their values. One such alternative brand was Richese, which offers similar products in the fast-food category. This research utilized surveys and social media analysis to measure consumer preferences, brand awareness, and the impact on KFC’s sales. The results indicate that the Richese brand experienced a significant rise in popularity during the boycott period, particularly among younger consumers. However, the KFC boycott did not have a lasting impact on KFC's market position in Indonesia, although it did create opportunities for local brands like Richese to expand their market share. The study concludes that boycotts offer alternative brands a chance to capture consumer attention, but the long-term impact depends on other factors such as brand loyalty and product quality.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana penerapan strategi bauran pemasaran yang diterapkan pada produk keripik singkong Laziza dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Penelitian in menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang mengkaji penerapan bauran pemasaran yang terdiri dari produk, harga distribusi dan promosi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Usaha keripik singkong laziza telah menerapkan strategi bauran pemasaran yang cukup baik meskipun terdapat beberapa kendalam dalam pelaksanaanya yang terkait sistem saluran distribusi dan juga promosi produk yang masih mengandalkan personal selling dan juga wordn of mouth. Disarankan penerapan bauran pemasaran yang lebih adaptif dan inovatif untuk meningkatkan saya saing dan mempertahankan kebarlanjutan usaha keripik singkong Laziza.

Abstract

This study explores how customer perceived value (CPV), commitment, and awareness of halal standards affect Muslim consumers' repurchase intentions. CPV represents consumers' evaluation of benefits versus costs, with a focus on fostering loyalty and repeated purchases, especially for halal certified items. The research also emphasizes halal awareness, as understanding halal principles influences Muslim consumers' buying decisions. Using a quantitative methodology, the study confirms that CPV strongly impacts both customer commitment and repurchase intention. Additionally, it reveals a significant link between halal awareness and repurchase intention, underscoring the need for businesses to enhance CPV, commitment, and halal education to build loyalty and encourage repeat buying behavior.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implikasi efisiensi modal kerja dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan dimediasi oleh profitabilitas pada perusahaan LQ45 tahun 2012-2021. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling hingga didapat 12 perusahaan dengan rentang waktu 10 tahun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel dan analisis jalur (Path Analysis) dengan menggunakan software Eviews12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi modal kerja (CCC) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas (ROE). Kebijakan dividen (DPR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV). Efisiensi modal kerja dan kebijakan dividen secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas mampu memediasi efisiensi modal kerja dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan dituntut untuk memiliki kinerja secara optimal guna memenuhi pencapaian tujuan institusi dalam memberikan pelayanan publik, yaitu kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengaruh Budaya Organisasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2) terhadap Kinerja (Y) aparatur sipil pada Aparatur Sipil pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam pengolahan data maupun informasi yang diperoleh. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh Aparatur Sipil Aparatur Sipil pada Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang didapat dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. Pada penelitian ini, data dikumpulkan menggunakan quesioner, wawancara serta studi dokumentasi. Hasil jawaban kuesioner dihitung dengan satuan pengukuran skala Likerts, yang diolah menggunakan metode analisis regresi dengan menggunakan program statistical product and service solution. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secsara parsial kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

The development of Financial Technology (FinTech) has changed the global banking and financial landscape and influenced company performance, as seen in PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bandar Lampung City Branch. This research uses a quantitative approach to explore the impact of FinTech and Financial Literacy on company performance. Data was collected from 1 branch with 165 employees selected by purposive sampling in February 2024. The results show a positive and significant simultaneous influence between FinTech and Financial Literacy on company performance. The F test shows an Fcount value of 128.595, exceeding the Ftable value of 3.05, and a significance of 0.00 < 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted. Partial analysis shows FinTech's t count of 5.530 and Financial Literacy's 7.920, both exceeding the t table of 1.974, with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05, so the alternative hypothesis is accepted. This means that increasing both FinTech and Financial Literacy has a positive impact on company performance. Keywords : FinTech, Financial Literacy, Company Performance, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi hasil keuangan PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk antara 2019 dan 2023. Analisis rasio keuangan digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Analisis ini mencakup rasio seperti margin laba kotor dan margin laba bersih, yang membantu menentukan seberapa baik perusahaan mengontrol pengeluaran dan meningkatkan laba penjualan. Namun, faktor likuiditas termasuk rasio saat ini, rasio cepat, return on equity, dan return on investment menunjukkan kemampuan PT. Multi Star untuk membayar kembali utang jangka pendeknya, menunjukkan stabilitas keuangan jangka pendek. memberikan informasi komprehensif tentang rasio keuangan untuk kegiatan perputaran aset, total perputaran, perputaran aset tetap, dan perputaran inverter. Selain itu, kami menghitung rasio keuangan solvabilitas, yang mencakup rasio utang-ke-setara, bunga waktu yang dihasilkan, cakupan biaya tetap, dan rasio utang-ke-total-aset. Laporan keuangan tahunan perusahaan yang tersedia secara publik menyediakan data untuk penyelidikan ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut, kinerja keuangan PT. Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk berfluktuasi dari jangka waktu ke jangka waktu, dengan beberapa tahun melihat peningkatan pendapatan yang tajam dan lainnya melihat penurunan. Sementara rasio profitabilitas menunjukkan efektivitas operasional perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba, rasio likuiditas menunjukkan kapasitas perusahaan untuk memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya. Penilaian struktur modal dan kapasitas perusahaan untuk memenuhi komitmen jangka panjang diberikan oleh rasio solvabilitas.

Abstract

In the fast-paced era of globalization, international economic cooperation plays a vital role in enhancing economic growth and global competitiveness. However, the success of this cooperation is significantly influenced by the political stability of the participating countries. This study aims to analyze the impact of political stability on the success of partnerships in international economic cooperation. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs narrative analysis on data from various documents, such as reports from international organizations, journal articles, and other relevant publications. The findings indicate that political stability fosters a conducive environment for foreign investment, strengthens inter-country trust, and enables active participation in global forums. Conversely, political instability tends to hinder resource allocation, reduce foreign investment interest, and threaten the success of international cooperation. This study concludes that political stability not only supports domestic economic growth but also reinforces the country's position in sustainable global economic cooperation. The study recommends strengthening democratic institutions and increasing public participation as essential steps to maintain long-term political stability.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of religiosity and halal awareness of the people of Sumenep Regency in increasing halal certification literacy. Halal certification is an important aspect in product consumption for Muslims, however literacy regarding halal certification is still relatively lacking. The Madurese community, especially in Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency, is known to the public for their high level of religiosity and halal awareness, but it is not necessarily the case that with the high religiosity and halal awareness possessed by the people of Sumenep Regency, their halal certification literacy level is good. In reality, there are still many MSMEs that do not have halal certification for their products. For this reason, this research will discuss religiosity and halal awareness in increasing halal certification literacy in the community in Sumenep Regency. The research method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method, where the data search process is carried out through interview and documentation techniques. The data source was obtained directly through interviews with 10 respondents from the people of Lenteng District, Sumenep Regency. The results of this research show that the religiosity and awareness of the people of Lenteng District are quite good, but the people of the District in terms of halal certification literacy are at the Sufficient Literate level because most of them only know about halal certification through the halal logo but they still don't understand the process of making halal certification.

Abstract

MSMEs, as the main pillar of the Indonesian economy, have great potential to drive inclusive and sustainable economic growth. However, they face challenges, such as low financial literacy and lack of utilization of digital technology. This study analyzes the impact of financial literacy and adoption of digital payments (QRIS) on the sustainable performance of MSMEs in Pamekasan, Madura, using a causal quantitative method with purposive sampling and a 5-point Likert scale survey. The research procedure includes data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing. The results show that financial literacy and digital payments each have a significance value of 0.003 and 0.001, respectively, indicating a significant positive effect on MSME performance. Simultaneously, both also contribute significantly to the sustainable performance of MSMEs in Madura, with a significance value of F of 0.001. Business experience also plays an important role in the sustainability of MSMEs. The synergy between financial literacy, digital technology, and business experience creates conditions that support the sustainable performance of MSMEs, in line with the government's efforts to accelerate economic growth through creative MSME campaigns and encourage technology-based innovation.
