<![CDATA[This study discusses the role of the Community and Gampong Empowerment Service in Towards an Independent Village through the BUMDes Program in West Aceh Regency. This research shows that in getting to an independent village the village must be able to utilize existing resources in the village, manage the arrangement and development of assets in the village appropriately, the village is able to be active in community institutions and in the community environment, the availability of funds or village budgets for managing various activities, both in terms of empowerment and empowerment of village development, and supporting facilities in the village to support the village economy. With this, it is hoped that the creation of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) can become the foundation for villages in strengthening the village economy and prospering the village community in West Aceh, and also the village is able to manage the natural resources in the village. the obstacle towards independent villages in West Aceh is the weakness of the Quality of Human Resources (HR) in the village apparatus so that it becomes a very influential obstacle to village budget management which has an impact on preventing community poverty which has not been significant and has not been resolved.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine whether or not fraud occurs in financial management in Karangsono village and how the internal control system exists in the village. The research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were conducted by interviewing 5 village officials and observing the object under study, namely in Karangsono Village. The technique used in this research is starting from data collection, data presentation, and data retrieval. The results of this study are internal control, apparatus competence, good individual morality, which greatly influences the prevention of fraud that will occur in village financial management.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on data, the development process in the tourism sector is carried out as an effort to provide large income for regional income and increase community welfare, besides that it is closely related to the cultural and natural attractiveness of an area. Tourism development can’t be separated from the participation of the people who live around the tourist attraction area. This research aims to find out how the level of participation of the Neglasari village community is, find out how the level of welfare of the Neglasari village community is and find out how much influence the level of participation has on the level of community welfare. A quantitative approach is used in this study. The population used in this study was 6,181 people, simple random sampling was used so that 98 respondents were obtained. The results of this study indicate that the level of community participation and the level of welfare are in the medium category. This study also shows that there is a significant influence between the level of participation on the level of community welfare is 58.3%]]>

<![CDATA[Perencanaan pendidikan karakter telah dimulai sejak 10 tahun yang lalu. Nmun hasilnya pelaksanaannya di sekolah belum diketahui secara pasti, sehingga perlu adanya identifikasi mengenai problematika evaluasi pendidikan di sekolah. Artikel ini bersifat deskriptif, Artinya didalamnay mencakup mengenai cara mengidentifikasi serta mengevaluasi keberhasilan hasil belajar siswa dalam melakukan pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini yakni untuk menemukan sebuah keunggulan serta kelemahan dalam melalukan evaluais pembelajaran. Seperto halnya , Tes uraian,, Tes objektif maupun subjektif. Kurikulum, implementasi pembelajaran, sumber belajar, dan mitra kerja pendidikan karakter sudah banyak dikaji. Pengalaman emperis di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan yang dialami guru dalam menerapkan pendidikan karakter secara terpadu di semua mata pelajaran di sekolah antara lain terjadi pada pelaksanaan evaluasi, khususnya evaluasi formatif. Evaluasi formatif diterapkan guru selama proses pembelajaran untuk mengetahui kompetensi apa yang sudah dicapai siswa serta mengidentifikasi kesenjangan antara kompetensi siswa dengan kompetensi standar yang harus dicapai. Informasi tersebut dimanfaatkan guru untuk merencanakan pembelajaran berikutnya dalam upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa]]>

<![CDATA[The liability in Indonesia is included as the Government's responsibility, namely as a compulsory compliance obligation of the state or government or government officials or other officials who carry out government functions as a result of an objection, a lawsuit, a judicial review, which is submitted by a person, the community, an entity civil law either through court settlement or out of court. In this case as a form of Government responsibility both in civil and administrative matters. While accountability or accountability of the Government in the Netherlands (civil law system) are known to several teachings regarding civil liability, namely: 1) Accountability based on mistakes (schuldaansprakelijkheid). 2) Liability based on an error with an inverse proof load (schuldaansprakelijkheid met omkering van de bewijslast). 3) Liability based on risk (risicoaansprakelijkheid). In the Dutch legal system the equivalent of strict liability is risk-aansprakelijkheid. Responsibility based on risk is a form of responsibility that is not based on the element of error for the following activities: 1) hazardous material management; 2) waste management installation; and 3) drilling mining activities. The Defendant is free from responsibility based on risk, if: 1) loss arises as a result of war; 2) losses due to extraordinary natural events; 3) losses due to obeying authority orders; 4) losses due to the victim's own actions; 5) losses due to third party actions.]]>

<![CDATA[Consumer purchasing decisions are processes where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, often consumers consider various things that suit their needs in the buying decision process. This study aims to test whether product quality, price and brand image affect purchasing decisions (a case study of a student majoring in pharmacy at an Indonesian pioneer university). Sources of data used in this study is primary data. The population in this observation is students majoring in pharmacy at the pioneering Indonesian universities, totaling 532 students. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. the number of samples in this study were 98 students. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[Adapun tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh bonus tahunan dan pengembangan karir terhadap semangat kerja pegawai di PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kabanjahe. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dibahas dengan mengolah dan kuesioner dan menggunakan beberapa pengujian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa secara parsial, variabel bonus tahunan (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kabanjahe. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai t hitung > t tabel (33,997 > 1,999). Sedangkan variabel pengembangan karir (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kabanjahe. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini ditolak, terbukti dari nilai t hitung < t tabel (0,340 < 1,999). Secara simultan, variabel bonus tahunan (X1) dan pengembangan karir (X2) tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Kabanjahe. Artinya hipotesis pada penelitian ini diterima, terbukti dari nilai F hitung > F tabel (583.968 > 3,15). Variabel bonus tahunan (X1) dan pengembangan karir (X2) mampu memberikan kontribusi pengaruh terhadap variabel semangat kerja karyawan sebesar 95% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.]]>

<![CDATA[Pengembangan Aplikasi InaRisk Personal merupakan inovasi BNPB untuk mengembangkan portal InaRisk BNPB yang telah ada sebelumnya dimana portal ini menggunakan sistem informasi geospasial untuk menganalisis data yang dapat ditampilkan ke dalam peta. Aplikasi ini dirancang sedemikian rupa untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam mengakses informasi bahaya disekitarnya. Selain itu Aplikasi ini adalah upaya pemerintah dalam hal ini BNPB dalam menjaring inisiatif masyarakat untuk berperan aktif dalam mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19 dan memberikan edukasi bagi masyarakat melalui rekomendasi pencegahannya. Peran aktif masyarakt memberikan input data bagi pemerintah untuk membantu dalam pengambilan kebijakan yang tepat dalam upaya percepatan penanganan pandemic Covid-19.]]>

<![CDATA[Covid-19 adalah suatu kejadian tak terduga dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap segala aspek kehidupan manusia. Pandemi ini mengoreksi secara cepat aspek keuangan perusahaan sektor infrastruktur. Hal tersebut tercermin dari penurunan harga saham perusahaan IDX Infrastruktur, bahkan lebih dalam dibandingkan dengan LQ45 dan IHSG. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sektor infrastruktur, sebelum terjadinya pandemi Covid-19, dengan saat terjadinya Covid-19. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada laporan tahunan atau keuangan perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan menggunakan uji beda paired sample t-test atau Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. Covid-19 memberikan dampak peningkatan piutang tak tertagih pada IDX Infrastruktur secara signifikan, sedangkan rasio likuiditas yang diukur dengan current ratio dan quick ratio tidak mengalami perbedaan yang berarti, sebelum dan saat pandemi Covid-19.]]>
