<![CDATA[Remaja merupakan masa perkembangan antara usia anak-anak dan dewasa. Pada masa ini, remaja mengalami pertumbuhan emosional yang tinggi, sehingga mereka mudah mengalami permasalahan-permasalahan sosial jika tanpa pendampingan dan pendidikan yang tepat di keluarga. Inilah peran orang tua dalam mengerem laju masalah kenakalan remaja. Secara umum penyebab kenakalan remaja bisa dipicu karena pergaulan bebas; menganggap dirinya sudah besar jadi melarang orang tua ikut campur dalam urusannya; selalu berfikir bahwa dirinya itu sudah besar sehingga berbuat sesukanya; adanya konflik; akibat terlalu jauh dalam berpacaran; kurangnya motivasi hidup dari orang di sekitarnya; dan kurangnya perhatian dari orang tua. Kondisi inilah yang membuat tim ini melaksanakan pelatihan Sufi Parenting dalam membantu menangani kenakalan remaja memberikan pembekalan bagi orang tua tentang pendidikan anak usia remaja. Melalui pelatihan Sufi Parenting diharapkan para orang tua terbantu untuk menyiapkan diri dengan lebih cepat dan tepat sekaligus sebagai langkah penyelesaian masalah remaja yang sudah ada dan terjadi di Kabupaten Pamekasan. Kegiatan pelatihan mencakup materi tentang pendidikan anak khususnya tentang pengetahuan masalah anak, remaja dan seksualitas dalam keluarga dan masyarakat ditujukan pada remaja dan orang tua di Kecamatan Pamekasan Kelurahan Parteker, Kelurahan Patemon, Kelurahan Kolpajung, Kelurahan Bugih, dan Kelurahan Barurambat Kota Kabupaten Pamekasan telah terlaksana dengan baik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat mengenai pendidikan anak khususnya pengetahuan masalah anak, remaja dan seksualitas dalam keluarga dan masyarakat ditujukan pada remaja dan orang tua di kelurahan-kelurahan tersebut telah terlaksana dengan baik.]]>

<![CDATA[The work environment is a place that has a big influence on employees who are carrying out work activities. The work environment provides a sense of comfort to work for employees in maintaining harmonious relationships with people who are working in the same work environment, besides that it is also accompanied by adequate infrastructure which will be able to influence employee performance properly, so as to improve employee performance. In this study the aims were to identify, describe and analyze how the influence of the work environment is considered to have a major influence on employee performance at Sumber Rejeki Company. This research method uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The observation method is used to collect data by directly observing the situation and conditions in the Sumber Rejeki company area. The interview method was used to collect data and information through direct conversations with respondents using a list of questions that had been prepared previously. The population and sample here are employees who work at Sumber Rejeki Company, by interviewing 10 questions given to 10 employees with the aim of knowing how much influence the environment around the company has on employee performance at Sumber Rejeki with a quantitative method, namely correlation. The results of the study are that the work environment has a very positive effect and is directly felt by employees. It can be shown that the work environment has an effect of 90% on employee performance and 10% is influenced by other factors. The results of the research can provide information to the leadership to pay attention to the work environment because the work environment is very influential in carrying out work so that it runs effectively and efficiently.]]>

When viewed from the advantages of the marketing strategy of its products, namely being able to put forward its own taste and differentiation so as to be able to provide the right product in the scope of the general public. <![CDATA[Tourism is an integral part of human life, especially regarding socio-economic activities. Sumber Jiput Tourism is a tour that still exists and is still visited by many people. The role of the local community in the management of the Jiput source tourism object is very important for the continuation of tourism and tourists. The Karang Taruna community is the manager as well as the tourism cultivator. With the times and also the existence of assistance from the Kediri government's youth tourism culture and sports department, the management of the Jiput source tourism continues to improve ideas to further develop it to become even more interesting and better. Because the source of Jiput is well-known as a water source destination whose existence is still very prominent among the people of Kediri. Management that is still lacking and has not been implemented properly must be repaired immediately. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Determination of informants using purposive sampling, namely representative. There are two types of data sources, namely primary data sources and secondary data. Data collection techniques are in-depth interviews, observation, documentation. The way to analyze the data is data sorting, data presentation and integrated enumeration. The results of the study show that the management of marketing, human resources and finance is currently running well, so that it influences the existence of this Jiput tourism source.]]>

<![CDATA[One of the business opportunities that most entrepreneurs are interested in is the fashion business, because fashion is considered a major requirement in today's society in various circles. The Ngasinan Fashion store is one of the shops engaged in the clothing trade located in Rejomulyo, Kediri City, which has been running its business since 2014 until now, it still exists and even has a branch located not far from the first shop in Blabak, Kediri Regency. This research will discuss what problems often arise in the shopping sector. The research method used in this research is qualitative research where the data collection model used in this field research is in the form of observations and interviews, to obtain data, phenomena, or events being studied. The results of the research show that there are several problems that often arise, starting from the shop owner's lack of fluency in the latest technology and innovations, lack of observance in seeing developments in trends in society, product defects from distributors, lack of cooperation between employees, and shops that are empty of visitors during the day. usual, and only crowded at certain times such as during holidays. This research also discusses the solutions that have been applied to the Ngasinan fashion shop so that the problems that arise can be handled properly.]]>

<![CDATA[In early March 2020, WHO declared it a global pandemic because the world was being hit by the Covid-19 virus. The spread of this virus is very fast with a worldwide reach. Indonesia itself has entered two years of the Covid-19 pandemic since the first time the virus entered Indonesia. As a result of the pandemic, learning activities that started face-to-face at schools have experienced a transfer of the learning process to virtual or online learning. Along with this situation, the development of applications is also rapid, such as PhET which is an interactive learning media that can be used as a support for student practicum. PhET is an application that allows students to do practicum easily using a smartphone or PC. The method of review or literature study is made to summarize how PhET applications are applied in the world of education. Based on the articles and journals that have been cited, most PhETs are very helpful in making simple practicums at home so that it makes it easier for teachers to carry out practicums without having to face to face. However, several weaknesses were found in the application where students had to be guided by the teacher to do practicum. Therefore, teachers are required to try hard to explain the material that must be delivered so that students understand and understand how to use this PhET application. In addition, this learning can only be accessed via smartphones and PCs that are connected to the internet so that not all students can access it.]]>

<![CDATA[The COVID-19 pandemic is not the first time this has occurred. Even so, the problem of covid 19 becomes serious when the transmission process is so fast, namely through contact or dopplet media. In 2020, at the beginning of the new school year, the government imposed a new normal system for school trials using the face-to-face system again with several attached rules so that the implementation of teaching and learning activities continued. This method uses socialization media. This socialization was chosen at one of the kindergartens and early childhood education in Kediri Regency, namely TK Kusuma Mulia Seketi in Kediri Regency. The socialization activity for the new normal scenario can be concluded that the Kusuma Mulia Seketi Kindergarten school can prepare some of the necessities needed for school activities that will reopen during the new school year. This socialization is expected to help schools provide adequate, safe and maximum educational services while still complying with applicable regulations.]]>

<![CDATA[The presence of business legality is a fundamental aspect in any enterprise. Business legality serves as a standard that all business practitioners, including those operating small-scale businesses like MSMEs, must meet to have their businesses legally recognized. However, legal aspects of businesses are often overlooked by many business operators, including those in the MSME sector. This serves as the background for the development of the "MSME Legal Support Program" conducted by students from the Collaborative Community Service Program Collaborative 84, hailing from UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta, IAIN Kediri, UIT Lirboyo, and IAIFA Sumbersari. The program employs the ABCD method and is carried out through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions. The support activities commence with observations of MSME practitioners and are followed by coordination with village officials. The results of the program include enhancing the understanding of MSME practitioners regarding the importance of business legality and the issuance of NIB The long-term impacts of this program encompass the issuance of NIB, which can open up opportunities for collaboration with relevant agencies, as well as grant access to funding sources through government MSME programs. Additionally, this support program forges collaborations with advisors from the Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises, with the aim of streamlining the business legality registration process for MSMEs in Besowo Village in the future.]]>

Sehingga tim program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dari prodi pendidikan bahasa Inggris universitas Hasyim Asy’ari bekerja sama dengan MYELIN English Course melaksanakan pelatihan metode pembelajaran terhadap para tutor MYELIN. Metode pembelajaran yang menjadi materi dalam pelatihan tersebut adalah TPS (Think-Pair-Share), Food games untuk speaking dan Buddy Journal dan Dialogue Journal untuk pembelajaran Writing.
