Abstract

The teacher is very influential in the teaching and learning process, the success achieved by students is inseparable from the role of the teacher. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to describe how the application of the numbered head together (NHT) model can improve student motivation and learning outcomes. The research method used is classroom action research. This research was conducted by means of pre-cycle, first cycle and second cycle. The results showed that in the first cycle there was an increase where 14 students got scores above the average or according to the KKM target but 16 students still got scores below the KKM, which is 75 established national completeness. The average value in this cycle is 68 with the highest value of 80 and the lowest value of 35. However, at this stage it has increased even though it is not significant. the second cycle experienced an increase that was more than in the first cycle, to listen/pay attention to information there were 27%, students were very serious about listening to the teacher's explanations, students/groups were active in asking questions 90%. And the average value of students also increased as high as 85% so that many students reached the KKM value that had been set, and students were very enthusiastic during the learning process.

Abstract

The head of the madrasah (school) is someone who is given the task by his subordinates to lead a madrasa where the teaching and learning process is held in the madrasa. One of the things that can help teachers to be disciplined in teaching is to repeat the law. No. 14 of 2005 concerning the intent and duties of teachers in carrying out the teaching and learning process in schools. The purpose of this madrasah action research is to seek to improve the work ethic for MTsS Darul Falah teachers, East Aceh Regency through the discipline of the madrasah principal in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year, totaling 16 teachers. The research method used is the madrasah action research method which is carried out in two cycles the first four times consisting of 1) planning 2) implementation 3) observation and 4) reflection. In collecting this data, the researcher used observation, interviews and documentation. In the interview technique, the researcher wanted to dig up data about the causes and effects of not carrying out the work ethic on teaching attendance. The results showed that there was an increase in the work ethic of teachers through the discipline of the madrasa principal, namely in the first cycle the level of teacher work ethic from 16 teachers was only 63%. In the second cycle reached 88%. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that through discipline the head of the madrasa can improve the work ethic of teachers in teaching attendance so as to increase the creativity of students.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was how the Effect of E-learning-Based Learning on Learning Outcomes and Independence of Class X MAN 3 East Aceh Students. This research uses quantitative research using experimental research methods. The design used in this study is a one group pretest-posttest design, this design is used for one group of experimental subjects only. The results of the research and evidence show that there is a significant effect between the initial test scores and the final test scores in class X-MIA.1 and X-MIA.2 on mathematical logic material. The results of the post-test evaluation of the experimental class found that the average learning outcomes of 67.50 students' scores had increased in all students, judging from the post-test scores of the experimental class of 53.44, there was a control that increased the effect of e-learning by 26.31%, this shows that there is a significant effect. significant effect on student learning outcomes of MAN 3 East Aceh. The e-learning method in its application makes students more active and creative in terms of obtaining material sources and more independent discussion, while the teacher only directs and guides students. With the e-learning method, students in learning activities will be more flexible and creative in finding solutions to the material discussed. The e-learning method plays a very active role in disseminating material and understanding the material more deeply, so that the selection of this method is one of the appropriate learning methods in the learning process, but this method must be supported by the willingness of students, be serious, and must be accompanied by the basic abilities of students. using internet facilities, in this case the teacher gives directions to visit the blogspot address and the intended email.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in the subjects taught by each Smart Mandiri PKBM tutor. This study uses a differentiated approach by involving tutors and learning residents. Assistance research by the East Aceh Education office supervisor which involved the entire team involved in PKBM Cerdas Mandiri which was divided into two conditions, firstly, men and women were put together, where the two learning residents were separated by men and women by being separated by curtains or other barriers. The method used is the Meusapat method, namely the grouping between students and men separated in teaching and learning activities. It was concluded that from the number of tutors in Smart Mandiri PKBM, 81% tended to strongly agree with differentiated learning mentoring carried out by the author through a meusapat approach to increase the sense of responsibility and desire of learning residents to attend learning activities by grouping them by gender. The results of the research on Equality Tutor Assistance in Differentiated Learning through the Meusapat approach are very effective in having a positive impact on tutors in inviting learning citizens to attend teaching and learning activities. Through the Meusapat Approach, tutors are able to increase the responsibility of learning citizens to participate in equality education programs using local languages. Through this good practice, the author hopes that the CLC fostered in the East Aceh Regency environment will be more courageous in expressing the problems that occur in PKBM.

Abstract

Learning media serves to convey subject matter so that it is easily understood by students. The success of the learning process is the main thing that is coveted in carrying out education in schools. The research objective is whether the use of Macromedia flash learning media is effective to improve student learning outcomes. The research method uses a quantitative approach, with the type of experimental research, the results of the research are for the experimental class there is an increase in learning outcomes, after being given treatment, namely the application of macromedia flash learning media, before treatment 8 students got the lowest score of 20 and the highest score of 3 students was 55 , whereas after being given treatment the student scores were above average while the control class showed that there was no significant change in student learning outcomes in the control class, the control class was a class that did not use macromedia flash learning media, so the results were very different from the experimental class. Then macromedia flash is one of the effective media that must be applied by the teacher. During the teaching and learning process The success of the teaching and learning process is supported by various parties in it, both students and teachers.

Abstract

Abstract

Classroom action research is a variety of classroom-context learning research carried out by teachers to solve learning problems faced by teachers. then the purpose of the study is how the application of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) learning model attempts to improve student learning outcomes. In the first stage of learning activities using the problem-based learning model where student orientation to the problem serves to explain learning objectives and motivate students to get involved in problem-solving The results of observations of student attitudes in cycle I averaged 2.71 with a completion percentage of 65.60. While in cycle II it can be seen in the table above that the average student score is 2.78 while the percentage of completeness is 81.23. So that changes can be seen from each aspect of the attitude value in cycle II. In the knowledge value of cycle II, students have little understanding of the steps that must be done, students have started to participate in groups, cycle I lowest score is 25.00 while the highest score is 81.00 so the percentage of completeness is 59.0%. In cycle II the lowest score was 27.7 while the highest score was 86.60 so that the presentation of completeness was 75%.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to improve the quality of education through the School/Madrasah National Accreditation Automation System, the research method is to use library research. The S/M accreditation program is one of several series of implementation of the educational process as a whole. The S/M accreditation automation program must be developed in line with technological developments. The industrial revolution 4.0 made it possible for a conventional bureaucratic system to become an electric bureaucracy system (e-bureaucracy). One of them, with the widespread use of big data, is very possible to produce an accurate statistical model in predicting a decision outcome. This system works automatically and makes decisions based on statistical modeling to predict the value of S/M accreditation. This method can work more optimally with big data to gain insight so that the system can make decisions accurately. Improving the quality of education through the implementation of S/M accreditation by integrating ICT is a breakthrough for making savings and increasing time efficiency. The digitization process by utilizing big data is believed to be able to improve model statistics in making accurate decisions. Therefore, the accreditation automation system can be a solution in improving the quality of national education.

Abstract

Monthly and annual plans. The preparation contains the teaching objectives, the subject to be taught, the methods, materials, teaching aids and evaluation techniques used, therefore the teacher must understand correctly the objectives to be achieved, how to choose, determine and use teaching aids, how to make tests. and knowledge of evaluation tools. The research objectives to be obtained are: a) To reveal the application of Group Investigation Cooperative Type to mathematics learning outcomes. b) To reveal Cooperative Type Group Investigation on motivation to learn mathematics. This study used two rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages: design, learning activities and observations, reflection and revision. The target of this research was students of class IX-1 MTsS Kampung Beusa, East Aceh District. The data obtained is in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. From the results of the analysis it was found that student achievement increased from cycle I to cycle II, namely, cycle I (64.29%), cycle II (90.47%). The conclusion from this study is that the application of Cooperative Group Investigation Type can have a positive effect on student achievement and motivation in class IX-1 MTsS Kampung Beusa and this learning model can be used as an alternative to learning mathematics.

Abstract

Reflection is a process of reviewing the implementation of learning carried out by educators. Implemented critically and continuously to obtain descriptions, results of analysis and evaluation of a lesson carried out by educators, the implementation of the review is inseparable from the objectives of achieving learning outcomes. This madrasah action research was carried out in two cycles of four meetings consisting of 1) planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation and 4) reflection which aims to improve student learning outcomes through a weekly reflection program for MTsS Monisa teachers, East Aceh District, odd semesters of the school year. 2019/2022. In collecting this data, researchers used observation, assessment and questionnaire techniques. From the results of the reflection program research, it was obtained that in cycle I got a score of 3 (good enough) while in cycle II it increased with a score of 4 (good). It can be concluded that the weekly reflection program can improve student learning outcomes and this program is an alternative for teachers who teach in class
