Abstract

This community service initiative aims to enhance the economic independence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Wonocolo District, Surabaya, through digital branding assistance and utilization of online marketing platforms. The primary challenges faced by MSMEs in the digital era include low literacy and skills in optimally using various online marketing channels. The activities were implemented using a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach, encompassing observation, planning, action, and reflection stages, ensuring active involvement of MSME actors in every change process. Comprehensive assistance was provided through four main stages: (1) business registration on Google Maps/Google Business Profile to boost local visibility and consumer trust, (2) creation and management of ShopeeFood accounts as sales channels to expand market reach, (3) facilitation of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) registration to simplify non-cash transactions, and (4) socialization and practice of effective online marketing strategies, including social media utilization and digital promotional content. Through this series of assistance, partner MSMEs gained improved understanding and practical skills in digital marketing and digital financial services, evidenced by their ability to manage business profiles on digital platforms, leverage online marketplaces/food delivery services, and accept non-cash payments via QRIS. Thus, the program is expected to impact increased business visibility, market expansion, and revenue growth, thereby strengthening the competitiveness and economic independence of MSMEs in Wonocolo amid digital transformation.

Abstract

Stunting remains a major public health problem that requires early prevention, particularly among adolescent girls as future mothers. This community service activity aimed to improve health knowledge and assess the nutritional status of adolescent girls as part of stunting prevention efforts. The activity involved 109 students and consisted of health education accompanied by nutritional status assessment using Body Mass Index (BMI) and Mid-Upper Arm Circumference (MUAC). Knowledge was evaluated through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results showed a significant improvement in knowledge, with the proportion of good knowledge increasing from 32.1% to 55.0% after the intervention. However, nutritional assessment revealed a high prevalence of low MUAC (60.4%), as well as underweight (22.6%) and overweight (9.4%) based on BMI. These findings indicate that while health education improves knowledge, continuous nutrition education, regular monitoring, and targeted nutritional interventions are needed to prevent intergenerational stunting. Abstract

This Community Service Activity (PKM) aims to improve Quran literacy and understanding of sharia business for young entrepreneurs at SMK Muhammadiyah 4 Sragen, addressing the low national sharia financial literacy index. The implementation was carried out through site observations, lectures by experts, and interactive discussions and question-and-answer sessions with case study simulations from September to October 2025 in the school hall. The results showed a 30% increase in understanding (pre-post test), awareness of the integration of Quranic values in business ethics (60% of participants), and the development of Islamic business ideas such as mudharabah crowdfunding. This activity bridges the spiritual-economic dichotomy, creating a holistic mentoring model for Islamic-based vocational schools, with broad implications for the regional Islamic entrepreneurship ecosystem and contributions to SDGs 4, 8, and 9.
