Abstract

This activity aims to provide a common understanding between managers and members in the COGS Calculation training in determining the selling price for members of the Bina Bersama Syariah Cooperative, Ranto Peureulak District, East Aceh Regency at MAN 3 Aceh Timur in order to increase knowledge and its application in calculating Cost of Goods Sold and determining good and correct selling price by using various methods of calculating the selling price. The location of community service activities is carried out through face-to-face meetings at MAN 3 Aceh Timur. Community Service Activities use the demonstration method, giving material by mentors, discussing with participants, and each group demonstrating the results of calculating the Cost of Goods Sold report and determining the price. The results of the activity provide knowledge and understanding for participants while still paying attention to the development of the purchase price for each item to be sold, the results of observations and analyzes of the data obtained from the Bina Bersama Syariah Cooperative. After discussing and discussing the problem, the author concludes that the calculation of the cost of goods sold to determine the selling price of the Bina Bersama Syariah Cooperative has gone quite well.

Abstract

Community service is an activity that must be developed in the midst of society, this activity will help the community to progress and develop, one of which is the service carried out by the Cadek KPM team, the program designed is training and assistance in making soap for PKK women in Cadek village, training activities were carried out at the Cadek meunasah, who were present during the soap making process not only from PKK women but the community and children participated, the community was very enthusiastic during the training process. This training has 4 methods, first place observation, lecture method, practical method, and discussion method (question and answer). The purpose of the research is to empower the community to have their own business and even if it is small, this will certainly help the family financially. From the results of the study, it was found that during the training process the PKK women were very enthusiastic, especially when the tools and materials had been provided at the table. The community is very excited to follow the steps of making laundry soap. The obstacles faced during the training process for the children who participated made the activity less conducive because it was noisy, so the process of making laundry soap was repeated up to 3 times. The impact of this training is expected to increase the welfare that can be felt by the family, of course there will be additional income by implementing this simple training at home or in a group of people.

Abstract

Empowerment of Learning Citizens in preparing small scale home industry businesses in the fashion sector is very important and strategic in developing a people's economy for people who drop out of school or through non-formal education. The Home Industry business is still very difficult to develop because the competence of business owners is still lacking in managing the business, this needs government attention for people who want to develop a business in the fashion sector, and there is no business companion by the same business that is already running well or can be through strengthening Community Learning Activity Center in this case PKBM Purnama Raya, so that their business development can run well. For the success of the goals and objectives of this PKM activity, several approach methods are carried out such as problem identification, Preliminary Survey, Evaluation and Report of results. Based on the results of the training activities obtained: 1) there is an increase in knowledge and understanding of the importance of preparing good and correct reporting; 2) the ability to prepare reports on business feasibility studies increases; 3) the value of the results of independent reporting processing can be used for financing by Donors. The Business Feasibility Study Report is very much needed by Donors to avoid the risk of loss by seeing whether or not a business is carried out in a sustainable manner. This Business Feasibility Study Report also makes it easier for Donors to plan, monitor and follow up their business

Abstract

This training aims to empower the community, it is hoped that from this training the community is independent in the financial sector. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach that is library research, obtained from reading literature from related books, journals, articles/news reports and also by analyzing field observation data and documentation, both pictures and documents that provide information related to the training.  The results, it was found that the woman were very enthusiastic in the training activities, the first being taught by the sewing tutor was basic knowledge about sewing, measuring, how to make and drawing patterns so how to sew. This benefit is for women as independent individuals, and able to provide financial security to their family members. at least to meet household needs this training will provide a great opportunity to help the family and community economy. The training does not run well without the cost of training, the cost of factors that support the training well and smoothly. Existing as a village in community empowerment, funds obtained for training from village funds and even training are in a program from village funds in empowering communities this is an example for other villages in dealing with insufficient funds.

Abstract

Dayah is one of the Islamic Education Institutions in Aceh as a non-governmental religious non-profit organization that provides services to children of trade. Management of Financial Management is still very simple which is a resource that directly supports effectiveness, efficiency and professionalism in the management of an Islamic educational institution (Dayah). Dayah's independence is one of the priority programs of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia in 2022. This will be achieved by improving the quality of Dayah's management/management of financial administration that is effective, efficient, transparent, accountable and professional. PKM Financial Management Training for Santri towards Dayah independence using Participatory Action Research (PAR). That is, all interested parties (stakeholders) are actively reviewing current actions to make changes and improvements for the better. The results of community service that have been carried out are several stages of Dayah's financial management that must be carried out, namely planning (budgeting), implementation (Actuating) and evaluation (Auditing). In addition to the Dayah Management Santri, they also receive assistance in the preparation of the 2022 RKAD (Dayah Budget Activity Plan). It is hoped that Dayah's financial management will be more transparent and accountable.

Abstract

Early marriage has both short-term and long-term consequences. Reproductive A variety of problems related to her health and mental or psychological health can occur. Young people must be given full understanding. This non-profit effort aims to promote Youth Trainer Training (TOT) activities to increase young people's understanding of the youth psychology associated with reproductive health and early marriage, and to disseminate the information received. This activity is an attempt to reduce early marriage in Sumenep Madura. Activities carried out include reproductive health materials provided by obstetricians and gynecologists, adolescent psychology materials provided by psychologists, Training of Trainers (TOT) aimed at facilitating trainers and peer counselors. This includes improving communication skills and critical thinking in Train all schoolgirls and use workshops/training to create digital works in the form of health promotion media posters and/or educational videos using works based on local wisdom. The activities carried out can enhance young people's knowledge of reproductive health, psychology, communication skills and media production. Subsequent activities, including parents, require regular training to reduce early marriage.

Abstract

This Public speaking and Communication Ethics Soft Skill Training provides an understanding of the concept of communicating. Given the importance of communication in the world of education from the explanation above, it feels like this experience needs to be applied to prospective students. One of the efforts to gain experience is of course by equipping students through training, so that what they get at school can be synchronized with practice in society and when they become students later. Public speaking is considered to be the highest level of communication in communication, from intrapersonal communication to public communication, which can be done by humans and is included in one of the models of communication that was studied long ago, and anyone can do it and does not have to be in the political sphere as in the old days. formerly. Abstract

Training to Build Youth Integrity in the Mental Revolution in Bunut Village aims to achieve an evaluation mechanism, so that it can be seen how far the progress and efforts of these activities have been achieved. Likewise in this activity it also refers to the goals to be achieved, both the targets to be achieved in this activity and the final goal in the form of positive change impacts that arise with this activity. The positive results or impacts that arise can be in the form of changes in behavior or attitudes that are good, especially teenagers. High integrity will produce people who are disciplined and care about their surroundings and have integrity values that are the difference between people who have integrity or not. A person with a character of integrity will become a superior human being and will withstand the trials of life that he faces.

Abstract

The development of sustainable construction technology requires construction planners to continue to follow technological innovations in the completion of infrastructure projects. One of the basic principles of construction technology that must be carried out is to apply construction technology based on industry 5.0. Therefore, this service aims to provide socialization and training to Teuku Umar University students to be able to use applications that can be used to facilitate the field of construction in the world of technology, namely SAP2000. This service is carried out offline via zoom. The method in this service is that each participant is trained to use the SAP2000 software to master the tools in the software, so that they can model bridges with steel materials, and can produce good designs for construction by providing material, questions and answers, and discussions. The result of this service is the existence of civil study club activities: socialization and training of the SAP2000 software, in the future it is expected to create superior human resources who can master the use of SAP2000 in completing infrastructure construction technology in the world of construction.

Abstract

Digital transformation which has become a new platform in almost all aspects of human life today has caused rapid changes throughout the world. Higher education institutions that focus on scientific research and development, become important agents for society to transform this technology to improve people's lives. The role of Higher Education in transferring this technological knowledge to society is one of the KPIs (Main Performance Indicators) stipulated through Kepmendikbud No 03/M/2021. the results of the lecturer's work are used by the community or get recognition through collaborative study programs, in this case with partners, namely Deah Glumpang Village, Meuraxa Banda Aceh sub-district, the dedication resulted in a cooperation agreement between the Faculty of Economics, Serambi Mekkah University and Deah Glumpang village, the Community, especially Small and Medium Enterprises assisted in making NIB (Business Identification Number), basic food assistance for participating communities and assisting villages in preserving the environment through planting mangrove trees to avoid abrasion and flooding in villages where most of the area is coastal.
