Abstract

This research aimed to describe (1) Background, (2) Curriculum, (3) Scenario, (4) Implementation, (5) Obstacle, about: historical learning of Cerdas Istimewa Class in SMA Negeri 3 Wonogiri.The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research with research strategy used is single rooted case study. The research subject are teacher and students class X and XI of Cerdas Istimewa in SMA Negeri 3 Wonogiri. Technique of collection data are deep interviews, direct observation and document analysis. Data validity using data triangulation and triangulation method. While technique of data analysis used is interactive type, which are data reduction, data course, and conclusion retraction or verification.The research results showing that (1) background of  Cerdas Istimewa class program is to filtering students who have more capability, so that their progress will be directioned. (2) curriculum usedin Cerdas Istimewa is Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). (3) scenario in historical learning in Cerdas Istimewa Class, the history teacher analyzing KI and KD, copying syllabus, also compiling Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) suitable f this research is the implementation of learning in Cerdas Istimewa is adopted with characteristic and with Kurikulum Tingkat Satuan Pendidikan (KTSP). (4) The Implementation of historical learning in Cerdas Istimewa Class, consist of three steps learning, they are introduction by teacher with delivering the goal and discussing previous study, in core activity, historical teacher implementing three steps, they are exploration, elaboration, anf confirmation, and after that in closing activity, teacher along with students conclude the learning result, doing valuation, and delivering the upcoming study. (5) Obstacle experienced by historical teacher in historical learning of Cerdas Istimewa Class is experienced by teacher is the hardship on time management because of crash scedule. Obstable experienced by students is, the students of Cerdas Istimewa having different learning source one to another and it confuse them in learning. The solution for those obstocles is by replacing the learning activity that already  been filled with another activity or asking the students to learn it by them self at home, later suggesting the students to follow the modul. Not just that, students also active to filtering the information from internet  provided by the school.

Abstract

Sjafruddin is one figures, which are crucial for Indonesia. Sjafruddin has plural personal. Sjafruddin managing Indonesia's economy and save the country's financial. In addition, to save Indonesia Sjafruddin also established the Emergency Government of the Republic of Indonesia when Netherlands held Soekarno, Mohammad Hatta and other leader. Sjafruddin help to development Indonesia although in 1958, Sjafruddin regarded as rebellious because his relationship to the Revolutionary government of the Indonesia Republic.

Abstract

The objectives of research were to find out: 1) the relationship between understanding of national movement history with attitude of patriotism of the students. 2) The relationship between the national insights with attitude of patriotism of the students. 3) The relationship between understanding of national movement history and the national insights with attitude of patriotism of the student. This research using quantitative method with correlational research design. The population of research was all of the XI grades of SMA Batik 2  Surakarta of academic year 2017/2018, consisting of 248 students. The sample used is of 71 students. The sample was taken using random sampling technique. The technique of collecting data used were questionnaire. The technique of collecting data used were questionnaire. The technique of analyzing data used was a multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, multiple correlation analysis (F-test), R2, and relative and effective contribution. The conclusion of research were as: 1) there is a negatively relationship between the relationship between understanding of national movement history with attitude of patriotism of the students. It could be seen from the multiple linear analysis (t-test) showing that tstatistic < ttable, 0,951 < 1,687  and the significance value > 0,05 of 0,329. The Errors that occurred allegedly came from preparation of test. Comprehension test about allegedly used the elusive answer choices. Limitations time in test-taking.2) There was a positive relationship between the national insights with attitude of patriotism of the students. It could be seen from the multiple linear analysis (t-test) showing that tstatistic > ttable, 7,794 > 1,676 and the significance value < 0,05, of 0,000. 3) There was a positive relationship between understanding of national movement history and the national insights with attitude of patriotism of the students. It could be seen from the multiple linear regression variance analysis (F-test) showing that Fstatistic > Ftable, 52,662 > 2,38 and the significance value < < 0,05 of 0,000.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to enhance students? awareness of democracy and learning achievement in class XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Tawangsari Sukoharjo by utilizing the controversial issues in mass media in historical learning.This research is a classroom action research (CAR). The research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of plan, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 35 students of class XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Tawangsari. Source data was derived from teachers, the students and the learning process. Data collection techniques implemented by conducting tests, observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Testing the data validity was by using triangulation techniques. Data analysis was conducted by using comparative descriptive analysis techniques.The results showed that; (1) the learning activities can be categorized went so well in the activities of teachers in teaching and students? learning activities in the classroom, so that the learning process goes well. Pre-cycle? achievement of learning activities was 69.50% increased to 74.78% in the first cycle and the second cycle increased up to 98.44%; (2) utilization of controversial issues in the mass media can enhance students? awareness of democracy and learning achievement in historical learning of class XI IIS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Tawangsari, showed from pre-cycle to the first cycle and from first cycle to second cycle. Pre-cycle students' awareness of democracy at 75.17% increased to 77.30% in the first cycle and in the second cycle increased up to 91.30%; (3) enhancment of student? learning achievement on pre-cycle at 1.85 increased to 3.20 in the first cycle and successfully developed into 3.89 point in second cycle with 100% completeness from minimum completeness criteria og history subject.The conclusion of the research of the historical learning based on the controversial issues in the mass media can increase students? awareness of democracy and learning achievement of class IIS 3 SMA Negeri 1 Tawangsari Sukoharjo.

Abstract

This research aims at describing: (1) the history of Japanese Navy, (2) the roles of Japanese Navy in the war of Japan-Russia in 1904-1905, (3) the development of Japan Navy after the war of Japan-Russia  in1904-1905, (4) the relevance between the roles of Japanese Navy in the war of Japan-Russia in 1904-1905 and history study in the eleventh grade of Senior High School.The method used in this research is Historical method that is defined as an activity of solving problem by collecting history sources that are relevant to the problems being focused in order to understand past event. The sources may involve primary and secondary sources that can be obtained in library, documents centre, and museum. Based on the research it can be concluded that: (1) Emperor Meiji who is well known with Meiji Restoration implemented wisdom for the development of his economy and military that was then known as watchword Fukoku Kyohei (rich countryandstrong military), (2) through Satsuma clan it was established Japanese Navy following Britain?s system, in 1869 Meiji imperial established Navy academy  (Kaigan Heigakku) in Tsukuji, Tokyo, (3) in 1904-1905 Japan Navy took a part in the war between Japan and Russia ended with Japan?s victory, (4) the Japan?s victory of Russia had effect not only to Japan nation but also the rising of nationalism spreading in the whole of Asia.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan Contekstual Teaching Learning, merupakan pembelajaran yang menekankan pada keterkaitan antara materi pembelajaran dengan dunia kehidupan peserta didik secara nyata, sehingga para peserta didik mampu menghubungkan dan menerapkan kompetensi hasil belajar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui proses penerapan kompetensi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, peserta didik akan merasakan pentingnya belajar, dan mereka akan memperoleh makna yang mendalam terhadap apa yang dipelajarinya. Peserta didik akan belajar secara alamiah apa yang biasa dialami dilingkunganya, sehingga mendorong untuk memahami makna dan hakekat belajar yang akhirnya akan memotivasi secara internal untuk senantiasa belajar.        Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran ,Strategi Contekstual Teaching Learning

Abstract

The aims of this research is to enhance the students? activeness and learning outcomes of students in class XI IIS 4 SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta by implementing the cooperative learning modelssuch as snowball throwing model in history subject.This research is a class behaviour research (CBR). The research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consist with a plan, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 30 students of class XI IIS 4 SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta. Source of data was derived from the teacher, the students and the learning process. Data collection techniques were implemented by conducting tests, observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. Testing the data validity was by using triangulation techniques. Data analysis was conducted by using comparative descriptive analysis techniques. The research model used was the spiral model (Planning, Acting, Observing and Reflecting).The results showed that the teacher could be categorized as be able to teach well in the learning process, so that the learning process ran well. The ability of teachers to teach in pre-cycle was 62,50% which increased to 79,50% in the first cycle and 85,71% in the second cycle. The implementation of snowball throwing could enhance the students? activeness and learning outcomes of studying history subject of class XI IIS  4 in pre-cycle to the first cycle and from cycle I to cycle II. The students? activeness in pre-cycle was 50,15% which increased to 60,17% in the first cycle and 82.10% in the second cycle. The completeness ofstudents? learning outcomes in pre-cycle was 40,40% which increased to 62,80% in the first cycle and successfully developed to 82,00% in the second cycle.Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be drawn the conclusion that the snowball throwingenhance the students? activeness and learning outcomes of class XI IIS 4 SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta.

The research was conducted in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of a plan, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 31 students of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta. Source of data was derived from the teacher, the students and the learning process. Data collection techniques were implemented by conducting tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. Testing the data validity was by using triangulation of data and triangulation methods. Data analysis was conducted by using comparative descriptive analysis techniques. The research model used was the spiral model (Planning, Acting, Observing and Reflecting).The results showed that the teacher could be categorized as be able to teach well in the learning process, so that the learning process ran well. The ability of teachers to teach in pre-cycle was 66. 94% which increased to 79.46% in the first cycle and 84.82% in the second cycle. The implementation of teaching model of cooperative tipe STAD with songs media could enhance the students? creativity and learning achievment of studying history subject of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta in pre-cycle to the first cycle and from cycle I to cycle II. The students? activeness in pre-cycle was 66.57% which increased to 74.51% in the first cycle and 83.16% in the second cycle. The completeness of students? learning outcomes in pre-cycle was 48.38% which increased to 74.51% in the first cycle and successfully developed to 83.87 in the second cycle.Based on learning achievment of research and discussion, it can be drawn the conclusion that the teaching model of cooperative learning type STAD with songs media enhance the students? creativity and learning achievment of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRACK The aims of this study is to describe: (1) background of susuk wangan traditional ceremony appearance, (2) the procession of susuk wangan traditional ceremony, (3) wisdom value that implied in traditional ceremony of susuk wangan. Based on the results of research can be concluded: (1) village society wisdom Setren in watch over environment passes traditional ceremony of susuk wangan is Setren society mechanism in watch over forest and spring source with attach forest with myth trusted Setren society. Traditional ceremony of susuk wangan as a grateful for God who have given water that overlow and fertile soil (2) traditional ceremony of susuk wangan contains symbolic meaning in ceremony equipment and symbolic behavior of ceremony executans (3) traditional ceremony of susuk wangan keeps various moral value that delivered nonverbal as human with the God. This ceremony contains social solidarity value and environment presevation that respected by the supporter society (4) as social solidarity and appear environment by didn?t cut down the forest illegally, clean spring source, clean the water land wangan with flow trugh Setren village. Abstract

The purpose of this study were: 1) to determine the understanding of subject matter of teaching history related to the curriculum in 2013, 2) to  determine whether history teachers to develop learning material of teaching creatively, 3) to determine how to asses historical teaching on SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta, 4 ) to determine the barriers faced history teacher at SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta, 5) to assess the efforts made history teachers in addressing the issue faced.The subjects were history teacher, vice principal part of the curriculum, and the school principal SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta. Data collection technique used interview, observation and document analysis. To be valid research data obtained, then researchers used data triangulation and triangulation methods. The analysis technique used by researchers is an interactive model. The procedure of the research is pre-court stage, the stage of field research, data analysis stage, and prepare the report stage. The results showed that: 1) the History Teacher at SMAN 6 Surakarta in making the RPP has met the standard curriculum, 2013. 2) The history teacher at SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta draw up an annual program, the semester program, and RPP. 3) The history teacher SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta attach four components namely.4) Constraints faced is not match between the material and available time, students are not familiar with active learning, lack of learning resources, and administration are too complicated. 5) Solutions are among others set up a video or picture, freeing students to develop material, the provision of WiFi for internet access. The school provides a blank empty form in the soft file in Excel format, making it easier for teachers and homeroom.
