Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran mata pelajaran Matematika pada bangun ruang dengan metode demonstrasi melalui media tiga dimensi model penampang kelas V semester 2  SD Terpadu Ma’arif Gunungpring Tahun Ajaran 2021 / 2022. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan siklus II dari siswa berjumlah 29 siswa yang tamapak dalam keaktifan  proses pemelajaran ada  26 siswa atau 89,65% dari jumlah siswa dan tampak kreatifitasnya ada 27 siswa atau 93,10% dari julamh siswa, dan tampak kerjasama   ada  28 siswa atau 96,55% dari jumlah siswa. Dengan demikian rata rata peranserta siswa dalam pembelajaran sudah di atas 75%. Hasil tindakan ini yang mendapat sama atau di atas KKM ada 89,65%.jadi tindakan kelas ini berhasil. perilakau tanggung jawab ada 25 siswa atau 86,20%, untuk percaya diri ada 26 siswa atau 89,65% dan kemandirian ada 27 siswa atau 93,10 %.semua sudah di atas 75%, dapat di simpiulkan perubahan perilaku dari hasil tindakan kelas ini berhasil.

Abstract

This research journal aims to determine: the effect of work experience, achievement motivation and supervision of the principal on the performance of SMPN 2 Ungaran teachers in 2022. Specifically, this study aims to analyze (1) The effect of work experience on the performance of SMPN 2 Ungaran teachers in 2022. (2) The effect of achievement motivation on the performance of SMPN 2 Ungaran teachers in 2022. (3) The effect of the Principal's supervision on the performance of SMPN 2 Ungaran teachers in 2022. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study were all 156 teachers at SMPN 2 Ungaran. Data collection technique with a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence together of work experience, achievement motivation and principal supervision on the performance of junior high school teachers in Ungaran. This means that the longer teaching, increased motivation for achievement and frequent principals, the better the teacher's performance. Vice versa, if there is little work experience, low achievement motivation, and rarely supervised by the Principal, then the performance produced by the teacher is also low. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between work experience on teacher performance. (3) There is a positive and very significant effect of achievement motivation on teacher performance. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the Principal's supervision on teacher performance. Of the three independent variables, the dominant influence on teacher performance is the work experience aspect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to increase student activity and learning outcomes through the application of the Numbered Head Together (NHT) cooperative learning model on the speed unit material for fifth grade students at SD Negeri Karangasem IV Surakarta in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings. Each meeting consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, test, and documentation. The results showed: 1) The percentage of learning activity completeness in cycle I was 53.13%, increased to 81.25% (26 of 32 students) active with a high category in cycle II; 2) The percentage of complete learning outcomes of students after the implementation of the NHT learning model in the first cycle is 71.88% with an average grade of 75.35. In the second cycle, it increased to 81.25% with an average class value of 80.63. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the application of the NHT cooperative learning model could increase the activeness and learning outcomes of students in class V on the speed unit material at SDN Karangasem IV Surakarta.

Abstract

Using the right learning model can help optimize students' absorption of learning and maximize student learning outcomes. PjBL learning model (Project Based Learning). Writing this best practice report aims to describe the application of PjBL in mathematics learning to improve skills in identifying the subject matter of class VI elementary school classrooms. The result of this report is that the application of the PjBL model is able to improve the students' identification skills on the subject of spatial shapes. The use of the PjBL learning model applies the principle of students working in groups on a work project which in this learning practice is making geometric shapes with sticks and plasticine. The PjBL learning model facilitates students to acquire concepts through active participation of students in learning so that students can improve their identification skills as evidenced by the increase in their learning outcomes in the competence to analyze geometric shapes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of Project Based Learning-based clipping media in science learning to improve the creative thinking skills of fifth grade students. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with an observation approach. The source of the research data was obtained from the teacher's observations during the learning process using clipping media and empowering the PjBL model. The learning outcomes presented in this study were the learning outcomes from the skill aspect, namely students' creative thinking skills in solving science learning problems presented by the teacher. From the research results, it was found that by using Project Based Learning clipping media, students' creative thinking skills increased. Creative thinking skills that are measured include 4 indicators, namely fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results of students' creative thinking skills using PjBL-based clipping media are as follows: fluency (fluency) 85% completeness, flexibility (flexibility) 80% completeness, originality (originality) 87% completeness, and elaboration (detail) 88% completeness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the use of picture story books inIndonesian language learning in class II SD N 1 Dawuhan Purbalingga. This type of researchis a qualitative research. Subject selection technique using purposive sampling technique. Theresearch subjects were class II students and class II teachers at SD N 1 DawuhanPurbalingga. Sources of data come from students and teachers of class II. Data collectiontechniques using interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity uses triangulationtechniques. Data analysis used Miles and Huberman analysis techniques. The researchprocedure carried out is to reduce data, present data, and draw conclusions. Aspects of the useof picture story media include the relevance of media use, ease of use, the usefulness of media,the ability of teachers to use media, and the availability of media. The results showed thatpicture story books are relevant with basic competencies, objectives, and materials, easy touse, useful, teachers are able to use media, and are available. From the results of the study itwas concluded that the learning media for picture books is an appropriate learning media forIndonesian language learning in class II SD N I Dawuhan Purbalingga. The theoreticalimplication of this research is to find out the usefulness of using picture story books inIndonesian language learning.

Abstract

Literacy and numeracy are the main components in the Minimum Competency Assessment as a substitute for the national exam. Literacy and numeracy skills are very important for students because they are related to the 21st-century learning process, which involves critical thinking skills in solving problems in everyday life. There are several options to improve students' understanding of numeracy literacy, one of which is to apply a differentiated learning strategy through STAR. The purpose of this research is to describe the analysis of the implementation of differentiated learning to improve the literacy skills of elementary school students. The method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. In a case study at SDN Kleco II Surakarta for the 2021/2022 academic year. The results showed that the implementation of differentiated learning through STAR conducted by researchers improved students' numeracy literacy skills at SDN Kleco II Surakarta.

Abstract

Education has been severely impacted by the COVID-19 virus that has spread to Indonesia. Learning must be changed from face-to-face learning to online learning to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The blended learning model is expected to be an effective solution to overcome learning limitations during the pandemic by implementing learning that can penetrate space and time. The implementation of the blended learning model is carried out through limited face-to-face and online learning through Whatsapp media. This study aims to determine the evaluation and assessment of the implementation of the blended learning model in learning. The approach applied in this research is qualitative, with a case study method conducted by exploring the discovery of a problem in the research. The research results were obtained through observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The research data was obtained through the research subjects, which included the principal, first grade teacher, and 5 first grade students. Learning evaluation with a blended learning model based on the research results obtained has been implemented well. Evaluation in its implementation is accompanied by taking scores by teachers and principals. The implementation of the evaluation experienced some obstacles, especially in online learning, but it can be overcome well by using the special skills possessed by the grade I teacher.

Abstract

The use of media can help teachers to realize student-centered learning with fun and meaningful learning. Writing this best practice report aims to describe the use of ordinary fraction puzzle media in learning mathematics for third grade students at SD Negeri Kleco II. Learning using puzzle media proves that the use of ordinary fraction puzzle media can increase students' understanding of simple fraction material and is able to create a fun and meaningful learning atmosphere for students. The use of ordinary fraction puzzle media is able to provide two-way communication for teachers and students which makes it easier for teachers and students to interact with each other in learning. Ordinary fraction puzzle media involves active participation of students in learning so that students can explore their knowledge.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the social studies learning difficulties and the handling efforts of the fifth grade students of SD Negeri Mangkubumen Kidul. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The approach in this research is a case study. The subjects of this study were 28 students V and it was found that there were 11 students with scores below the KKM. Data collection techniques used in this research are document study analysis, observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles-Huberman interactive analysis model. Activities in data analysis include collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data in this study uses triangulation of sources and techniques. The results showed that 11 students scored below the KKM (Minimum Completeness Criteria) on the theme 6, 7, and 8 theme test questions. Material difficulties related to the influence of human interaction and the role of society with the natural environment, names of heroes, arrival and resistance against western nations, British colonials, Dutch colonials, economic activities, and forms of business. Based on the data analysis of the factors that cause students to have difficulty learning Social Sciences because they are not interested, a lot of material, a lot of memorization, difficult questions, easy to forget, limited learning resources in schools, limited use of learning media, lack of parental assistance. The efforts made by the teacher are to give special attention and re-explanation of the material to students who do not understand the material. Efforts made by parents are to remind children to study, provide facilities in the form of the internet, and bring in tutors or include children in tutoring. Efforts made by students are asking teachers, parents, siblings, and tutors for material, looking for material in books and the internet.
