Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this research are to 1) investigate the authentic assessment using in Pancasila and Civic Education learning 10th grade at SMA N 1 Kartasura, 2) investigate the teacher?s constraints in the authentic assessment using in Pancasila and Civic Education learning 10th grade at SMA N 1 Kartasura, 3) investigate the teacher?s efforts to deal with the constraints in the authentic assessment using in Pancasila and Civic Education learning 10th grade at SMA N 1 Kartasura. This research used the descriptive qualitative research method with the case study approach. Its subjects were Pancasila and Civic Education matter teachers of SMA N 1 Kartasura. The samples of research were determined by using the in-depth interview, observation, and documentation study. The validity of the data was tested by using the interactive model of analysis. The results of research showes as follows. (1) Authentic assessment using in Pancasila and Civic Education learning 10th grade at SMA N 1 Kartasura has not been done according to the procedures in 2013 revision curriculum. Authentic assessment procedures include the planning, implementation, and analysis and reporting of the assessment. (2) The teacher?s constraints in the authentic assessment using in Pancasila and Civic Education learning 10th grade at SMA N 1 Kartasura known from the authentic assessment procedure which includes assessment planning, assessment implementation, and analysis as well as assessment reporting. (3) Teacher?s effort to deal with the assessment eplanning constraints are  asking to other teachers more competent and make an assessment instrument according to the teacher's ability but to measure the competence of learners authentically. To deal with the assessment implementation constraints are to limit the components of attitudes to be assessed at each meeting and to divide the time before all presentation groups. While, to deal with the and reporting of the assessment constraits are making the description of the short and clear, and use the best time to quickly recap the value and classify it into each aspect, both knowledge, attitude, as well as skills. Keywords: Using, Teacher?s Constraints, Teacher?s Efforts, Authentic Assessments, and Pancasila and Civic Education learning

Abstract

The aim of this research was to 1) know society participation in handling of floods natural disaster and 2) implication to environmental caring in handling of floods natural disaster in Sub-District of Jebres.Result of research indicate that society participation in order to handling of floods very real, especially at activity listen carefully emergency, but floods cause state's finance burden addition, especially to rehabilitate and cure function of pre medium damage public. The happening of with refer to floods during short relative and recurred per annum, claiming bigger effort anticipating it, so that loss earn minimization. Implication to environmental caring in handling of floods natural disaster in Sub-District of Jebres cover seven relied on storey its interaction mechanism, that is: (1) deduction (resistance); (2) transfer of information (information sharing); (3) consultancy (commitment no with consultation); (4) consensus and intake of agreement with (agreement and building consensus); (5) collaboration; (6) enable ness with division of risk (sharing empowerment-risk); (7) partner and enable ness (partnership and empowerment). Keywords: Participation Society, Strive Handling Floods, Civic Education of Perspective

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a positif and significant relationship between the level of public education with public awareness in rural development (the study of correlations in the Village District Temuwangi Pedan Klaten year 2009/2010).This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The population is all citizens in the years 2009-2010 Village Temuwangi aged 20-49 years, some 1468 souls. Samples were taken by cluster random sampling of some 147 souls. Variable data collection techniques and variable levels of public education awareness in rural development using a questionnaire. Technical analysis of the data used is the product moment correlation analysis to test the normality test requirements analysis, test and linearity test with a significance level of independent research by 5%.Based on the research results can be concluded that positif and significant relationship between the level of public education with public awareness in rural development (the study of correlations in the Village District Temuwangi Pedan Klaten years 2009-2010) as evidenced by rxy >rtabel  or 0.1789> 0.176. Then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influenced or not of using Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectualy (SAVI)learning model assisted Photo Story media concern in critical thinking skills on seven grade students of SMP N 13 Surakarta In Academic Year 2015/2016 (Study on basic competenciesexplaining the nature of freedom of expression). This research applied experimental method by true experimental design as a research design which postest-only control design form. The population of this research was seven grade students of SMP N 13 Surakarta in academic year 2015/2016 which numbers are 255 students. Annexation sample of this research used cluster random sampling technique.The data collection technique used is the test, observation and documentation.The technique of data collecting used normality test and homogenity test. The hypothesis test in this reseache used T.test. The result of this research indicate that the SAVI learning model assisted photo story media concern in critical thinking skills on seven grade students of SMP N 13 Surakarta In Academic Year 2015/2016 (Study on basic competenciesexplaining the nature of freedom of expression)has influences. It can be approved by the defferences of obtained average value which the experimental group class is 85,27 and the average value for the control group class is 79,8. Beside that, based on result of T.test obtained thitung value is 2,981 meanwhile the value of ttabel is 1.999 (interpolation), so the result is thitung (2,981) > ttabel (1.999) by the significant level is 5% therefore H0 rejected and H? accepted. It was concluded that there is a difference between critical thinking skills of students using SAVI learning model assisted photo story media with those not using SAVI learning model assisted photo story media to the basic competencies to explaining the nature of freedom of expression in class VII in SMP N 13 Surakarta. Keyword : Learning Model, Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectualy (SAVI), Photo Story Media, Critical Thinking Skills

Abstract

ABSTRACT      The research aims to know: (1) the implementation of musyawarahin campus extra organization in PMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi; (2) the inhibitor and incentive factors in the revitalization of musyawarah values which are done byPMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi: (3) the revitalization strategy of musyawarah values byPMII Komisariat Kentingan and KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi.This research used qualitative research method and case study research approach. Sampling technique which was used was purposive sampling. The technique of collecting data was through observation, interview and documentation. The data validity used triangulation data and triangulation method. The data analysis technique which was used was interactive analysis model include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion.The research findings show that (1) The implementation that was done in both organizations have shown the efforts in performing musyawarah values by doing a program or activity like discussion, meeting implementation and chairman election. The specific implementation which was done byPMII Komisariat Kentingan was by forum contract in mapabaand LSO discussion, meanwhile the specific implementation which was done by KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubiwas through TEKAD and Daurah Marhalah. (2) the inhibitor factors in musyawarah values revitalization generally cover:Lack of confidence,lack of reading habits, time problem,the administrators and members are busy, study oriented and negative feels toward campus extra organization. The incentive factors inPMII Komisariat Kentingan cover, Human Resources, interesting materials, good relations with outsidersand support from the lecturer. The incentive factors in KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubicover: spirit, interesting topics, high criticality,  good adaptation and alumnus who contribute. (3) The strategies which were done byPMII Komisariat Kentingancover: a) Faculty discussion; b) Reviving kader; c) Forming a community; d) Inserting humor in the forum; e) Utilizing da?wah field with cultural approach in religion and education; f) PKM corner; g) Absorbing aspiration; h) Training of basic and aswaja; i) Focus Group Discussion (FGD).Meanwhile, the strategies which were done by KAMMI Komisariat Sholahuddin Al-Ayyubi cover: a) Trial program and BPO socialization; b) Dwi pekanan discussion; c) MK Khos and MK Klasikal; also e) Making creation.  Keywords: Revitalization, Musyawarah Values, Campus Extra Student   Organization

Abstract

ABSTRACTAssessment analysis of the tenth graders social science civic skills at courses subjects Pancasila and Civic Eduaction in Negeri 1 Sukoharjo high school second semester academic year 2016/2017 is conducted from the planning stage of civic skills assessment, preparation of civic skills assessment instrument, data collection of civic skills, processing and analyzing data of civic skills assessment. The purpose of this study was to analyze assessment instrumen, theacher constraints and solution to overcome obstacles in organizing civic skills assessment (intellectual and participatory civic skills) of the tenth graders Social Science at courses subjects Pancasila And Civic Eduaction in Negeri 1 Sukoharjo High School second semester academic year 2016/2017. This research is included in qualitative descriptive research by using purposive sampling technique. The subjects of this study include teachers of Pancasila and Civic Education course subject and ten graders of Social Science proficiency. The data collection technique is done by technically studying documents, interviews, oral test and observation.The technique of data analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The result of this research shows that the instrument of intellectual civic skills developed by the teachers of Pancasila and Civic Education ten class Social Science at Negeri 1 Sukoharjo High School in second semester academic year 2016/2017 less meet the content validity and construct validity because it is less able to reflect predetermined competency. and does not measure theoritical construct of the ability to analyze, ability to evaluate, ablility to take and defend an posotion of public issue. While the participatory civic skills asessment instrument developed by the teachers of Pancasila and Civic Education has fullfied the content validity because it has measured the predetermined competency. However, the participatory civic skills assessment instrument developed by the teachers of Pancasila and Civic Education ten class Social Science at Negeri 1 Sukoharjo High School in second semester academic year 2016/2017 lacks the construct validity but it is unable to measure the theoritical constructs of monitoring ability and influence ability. Obstacles faced by the teachers of Pancasila and Civic Education ten class Social Science at Negeri 1 Sukoharjo High School in preparing the instrument of civic skills asessment actually lies in the level of ability or competence possessed by the teacher it self in conducting the asessment. Solution to overcome teacher obstacles in formulating student civic skills asessement tool can be done throught the improvement of teacher competence.  Keyword: Learning Assessment Instrument, Intellectual Civic Skills, Participatory Civic Skills.

Abstract

The result of research showed that the increased parking retribution tariff had not had implication yet to the compliance of consumer?s parking right in Surakarta city. It could be seen from the following consumer rights: 1) the consumer rights to obtaining parking retribution payment receipt or parking ticket; 2) that to obtaining good service from the parking personnel; 3) that to obtaining security protection; 4) that to obtaining compensation for loss/damage experienced. The fact occurring in the field showed that the four consumer parking rights above had not been met maximally. Then, the factors affecting the compliance of consumer right in parking management in Surakarta City included: 1) the consumer?s low awareness; 2) the parking personnel who did not know their right and obligation; 3) the existence of wild parking personnel; 4) the responsibility of parking management; 5) the supervision of Parking Service Technical Executing Unit (UPTD) of Surakarta City; 6) the role of Consumer Conflict Protection Agency (BPSK) of Surakarta City. KATA KUNCI: Retribusi parkir, hak konsumen.

Abstract

Citizenship education comes not only include learning experiences in school but also includes learning experiences outside of school or non-formal education / informal. Macapat culture is a means and source of the experiences in the community as an accompanist impact of learning in schools, especially related values. Because Macapat has great value to be developed as civic education rooted in the values education as the essence of civic education to create good citizens and intelligent. Macapat teach human values such as mutual cooperation, tolerance and other civic education as an interdisciplinary approach based on humanities or humanity. Civic education is a vehicle in the formation of character that contribute to education that aims to achieve the formation of the desired character of a citizen of Indonesia or expected by the corresponding values of the noble culture of Indonesia based on Pancasila.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to investigate whether or not there is a significant relationship between knowledge of the law and anticorruption attitude in the 10th graders of SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. This research employed a descriptive quantitative method that was correlational in nature. The result of research showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between knowledge of the law and anticorruption attitude, in the 10th graders of SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. The result of data analysis obtained rxy = 0.517 at significance level of 5% with N = 132, r table = 0.170 so that rstatistic> rtable 0.517 > 0.170, so that Ha was supported and Ho was not supported meaning that there was a positive relationship between X and Y variables. Meanwhile, tstatistic = 6.885 at significance level of 5% with df (n-2) = 132 ? 2 = 130 and tstatistic = 1.656 so that tstatistic> ttable yaitu 6.885 > 1.656, so that X variable contributed significantly to Y variable. In addition, the size of the contribution of X variable to Y variable was 26.73% and the rest of 73.27% was affected by other factor. The simple linear regression equation obtained was Y = 47.988 + 0.396 X, so the regression equation obtained represented that every one unit increase in X variable, it was followed with the increase by 0.396 point in Y variable. The conclusion of research was there was a significant relationship between knowledge of the law about corruption and anticorruption attitude in the 10th graders of SMK Negeri 2 Karanganyar. Keywords: Knowledge of the law, anticorruption attitude

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to (1) knowhow far of society participation in cooperation activities through the waste management communityof rukun santoso. (2) know the motivation of society participation in gotongroyong activity through the  waste management communityof rukun santoso. (3) find out what constraints faced by the society in participating the gotong royong activities throughwaste management community of rukun santosoThis study usedqualitative descriptive research. Sources of data used are informants, events or activities and documents. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Techniques of the data collection and compilation of data were done by interviews, observation and document analysis. The researcher used data triangulation and triangulation methods to obtain valid data. While the techniques of analyzing the data using interactive models are: (1) data collection (2) data reduction (3) data presentation and (4) drawing conclusions. This research procedure follows the following steps: (1) pre-field, (2) field implementation, (3) field analysis, and (4) preparation of the research report.Based on the results of the research can be concluded that: (1) society participation in gotong royong through the waste management community of rukun santoso is good enough although not all of the society participated in gotongroyongactivity. (2) society motivation in participating gotong royong through the waste management community of rukun santoso including the environmental become healthy and clean. In adition, with the society participation of gotongroyongthrough the waste management community of rukun santoso could increase togetherness and unity among the society.(3) the constraints faced by society to participate in gotong royong through the waste management community of rukun santoso is due to the characteristic of the garbage which such a disgusting thing and not all of the young society have participated in gotong royong activities.Keyword        : Society Participation, Gotong Royong, Waste Management Community Of Rukun Santoso
