Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aims of this research were: (1) to identify the strategies of Segaran Village Goverment to fulfill the children?s right in order to be children proper village, (2) the reveal the obstacles of Segaran Village Government to fulfill the children?s right in order to be children proper village, (3) to find out the solutions to handle the obstacles of fulfilling the children?s rights in order to be children proper village by Segaran Village Government. This research applied a descriptive qualitative research. The sources of the data were informants, events, and documents. The sample was chosen by purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained through interview, observation, and document analysis.  The researcher triangulated the data obtained and the method used in order to have the valid data. On the other hand, the data were analyzed using interactive model, i.e.: (1) data collection, (2) data reduction, (3) data display, and (4) drawing conclusion. Meanwhile, the research was done through some procedures, namely: (1) pre-research, (2) data collection, (3) data analysis, and (4) research report writing.According to the results of the research, it can be summed up that: (1) the strategies of Segaran Village Goverment to fulfill the children?s right in order to be children proper village are by activating BKB cadres, cooperating with some village institutions, upgrading the village infrastructure, enhancing society awarness, applying sekolah sungai programs, applying jemput bola strategy, giving the birth certificate, and allocating the fund estimation of children proper village, (2) the obstacles of the government were the lack of the society awarness about the significance of children proper programs, the lack of the society participation, and the obstruction of the fund estimation, thus, the  implementation of some programs were not done well. In addtition, some obstacles come from the dense of the society bussiness, the lack of communnication of the society and the government, and the inferiority of the society to respond the programs. The last conclusion deals with the soulution of the problems. The solution applied by the government was continous approaching to the society and arranging the priority according to its importance level. Additionally, the society keep increasing their participation to be actively involved and be open minded, critical, and smart to implement the programs of the governments.  Keywords: strategies, Segaran Village government, children right, children proper village.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to find out the different effect between the use Prezi and the use of Powerpoint as learning media towards the students? learning interest in Civic subject at class X IPS SMA Negeri1 Teras Boyolali. This was a quantitative study with experimental method that used treatment.The samples of this study were taken by using Simple random sampling technique. The design of this study was posttest-only control experimental. Data of this study were collected through observations and questionnaire. Data analysis precondition test was done by doing independent test, normality test, and homogeneity test, while Hypothesis was tested by using T-test.The result of hypothesis test found that tcount was 3,034 with significance level of 5% and df= n1+n2-2 (34+34-2=66), then ttable was 1,99656 (interpolation).So, tcount (3,034) > ttable (1,99656) and average score of experimental group 1 was 92,74, it was higher than the average score of experimental group 2 which gained 86,79. Based on the calculation, it can be concluded that there was a significant differences between the use of Prezi and the use of Powerpoint as learning media towards the students? learning interest to civic subject at class X IPS of SMA Negeri 1 Teras Boyolali 2016/2017 academic year.The use of Prezi as learning media give more significant effect to the students? learning interest since it had more innovative and interesting display, can be accessed online or offline, the given material was clear and easy to understand. Keywords: Prezi learning media, PowerPoint learning media, Students? learning interest

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Proses pengutan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, (2)  Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus tunggal terpancang. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen. Validitas data menggunkan trianggulasi data dan trianggulasi metode. Sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif dengan tahap-tahap sebagai berikut (1) Tahap persiapan, (2) Reduksi Data, (3) Penyajian Data, (4) Penarikan Kesimpulan. Adapun prosedur penelitian dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: (1) Tahap Persiapan, (2) Tahap Pengumpulan Data, (3) Tahap Analisis Data, (4) Tahap Pnyusunan Laporan Penelitian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan penilaian pembelajaran. Tahap perencanaan pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam Silabus maupun RPP. Tahap pelaksanaan pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan menghadirkan aspek kultur dalam pembelajaran PPKn tanpa mengubah struktur kurikulum dan keilmuan. Tahap penilaian pembelajaran penguatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik penilaian sikap untuk mengetahui sikap multikultural siswa; (2) Proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn di SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor yaktu faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat. Faktor pendukung anatara lain kurikulum 2013, materi pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran serta kompetensi guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran, lingkungan sekolah yang heterogen. Faktor penghambat dalam proses penguatan nilai-nilai multikultural dalam pembelajaran PPKn antara lain: faktor internal dan faktor teknis, faktor internal meliputi minat belajar siswa terhadap mata pelajaran PPKn. Faktor teknis berupa waktu pembelajaran yang terbatas.Kata Kunci : Penguatan, Nilai-Nilai Multikultural, Pembelajaran PPKn.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to investigate the effect of the tolerance attitude on the implementation of the values of Pancasila in Rukun Warga IV of Wonokarto village of Wonogiri regency. The results of this research are as follows: (1) there is a positive and significant effect of the tolerance attitude of the people of Rukun Warga IV of Wonokarto village of Wonogiri subdistrict of Wonogiri regency as indicated by the value of rcount which is greater than that of rtable (0.416 > 0.312); and (2) the contribution of the tolerance attitude as the independent variable to the implementation of the values of Pancasila as the dependent variable is as much as 17.31% whereas the rest 82.69% is affected by the other factors. Based on the results of this research, a conclusion is drawn that there is an effect of the tolerance attitude of the people of Rukun Warga IV of Wonokarto village of Wonogiri regency on the implementation of the values of Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the role of PT.Telkom on Kampung UKM Digital Program asthe form of Corporate Social Responsibility, the effect of Kampung UKM Digital Program, and the obstacles found in the Kampung UKM Digital Program as the form of Corporate Social Responsibility. This was a qualitative descriptive study. The result of this study found that: First, the role of PT.Telkom as the initiator, facilitator, and the coordinator could be seen from some activities run by PT.Telkom such as: (1) digital marketing training for micro, small, and medium scale business (UKM) of batik entrepreneurs; (2) Supporting Digital small and Medium Business Village Program with some facilities. Those facilities were Blanja.com marketplace, the optic-cable network that covers all area of Batik Village of Laweyan, and wifi-corner in the Laweyan Meeting Hall. The role of PT.Telkom is a form of Corporate Social Responsibility in Corporate Citizenship since the mission of this program is to overcome the economic problem, particularly in assisting UKM and contribute to the society in the attempt of digitalization. Second, the effect of Digital small and Medium Business Village Program on the Laweyan villager was the increase of their income. It could be seen from the increase of the amount of UKM batik showroom guests. Third, the obstacles found in this program covers: (a) Structural obstacle that covers limited unclearness of the programing responsibilities; (b) Administration obstacle covers lack of program coordinator? accompaniment and evaluation and ineffective implementation time; (c) Social obstacle covers lack of Batik UMKM entrepreneur? willingness to thrive. Keywords: Role, Digital Citizenship, Corporate Social Responsibility

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of research was to find out: 1) how the availability of learning source of Pancasila and Civic Education subject is used by the 10th grade of SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura, 3) whether or not the material in Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source used by the 10th grade has met the qualification of Pancasila and Civic Education scholarship, and 3) how the facility of Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source is used by the 10th grade of SMA Negeri 1 Kartasura. This research employed a qualitative method. The type of research used was a descriptive qualitative research. The data sources obtained were informant, place, event, and document. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling one. Techniques of collecting data used were interview, observation, document analysis, and focus group discussion. Data validation was carried out using data and method triangulations. Considering the result of research, the following conclusions are: First, the availibity of Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source has not been adequate that available just: (1) book consisting of Students Worksheet, Student Book and Teacher Book, and (2) material that intended website. Second, Analysis of material existing in Pancasila and Civic Education subject learning source showed that particularly the content of Archipelago Insight material had not met the qualification of Pancasila and Civic Education scholarship because the material existing provides civic knowledge and civic disposition only, while civic skill had not been met completely yet as intellectual skill component only has been met while participatory skill component had not been met. Third, learning source used consisted of: 1) book consisting of Students Worksheet, Student Book and Teacher Book, and (2) material that intended website, in the sense that all students can use them as they neither need special skill to operate nor long preparation and other complicated supporting tool.      Keywords: Learning Source Analysis, Pancasila and Civic Education

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whetherthere was influence in the use of send a Problemlearning model with conventional methods on the ability to analyze cases of rights violation and denial of obligations as a citizen in SMA N 6 Surakarta. The population of researchwas eleventh grade students of SMA N 6 Surakarta 2016/2017 academic year. The sample of research were students of class XI MIPA 3 as an experimental class and XI MIPA 2 as a control class.Each class consists of 31 students. So, the sample in this researchwere 62 students.The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. The method employed in this research was an experimental research. The design of this research was quasi-experimental design with intact group comparison. The research data were collected by using techniques ofObservation, Sheet Analysis of Learning Implementation Plan, and Student cognitive tests. The data prerequisite analysis used the independent test, the normality test and the homogeneity test, and the proposed hypotheses of the research were tested by using t-test.The result of this research indicated that there was a difference of influence of Send a Problemlearning modelin experimental class with conventional methods on the ability to analyze cases of rights violation and denial of obligation as a citizen in SMA N 6 Surakarta. The average score for the experimental class was 80.45 and the control class was 72.38.The result of t-test showed tcount  4,624 and ttable with significance level ? = 0,05, db = n1 + n2 - 2 = 31 + 31-2 = 60, so obtained ttable of 1.678 (interpolation). So it can be concluded that The value of tcount was higher than ttable, or 4,624? 1678,.  Based on the result of T Test Tests, We can conclude that there was a different influence of Send a Problem learning model on the ability to analyze cases of rights violation and denial of obligations as a citizen in SMA N 6 Surakarta. Keywords: Learning Model, Send a Problem, Analyze the ability

Abstract

The objective of research was to find out: (1) how the implementation of tolerance values internalization was by Forum Persaudaraan Bangsa Indonesia (FPBI) in Surakarta City, (2) what constraints Forum Persaudaraan Bangsa Indonesia (FPBI) in Surakarta City faced in implementation of tolerance values internalization in Surakarta City, and (3) how the effect of tolerance values internalization was on the improvement of social integration in Surakarta City. The internalization of tolerance values carried out by FPBI of Surakarta city exerted effect on the people?s tolerance attitude, despite not too considerable effect. However, the people who had attended the tolerance values internalization activity held by FPBI, the one in Kampung Baru, Pasar Kliwon Subdistrict, of Surakarta, had become more tolerant and appreciating the difference, thereby leading to the improvement of social integration, manifested in harmonious interaction among the people, the existence of social activity, and the cooperation between the people with different ethnical and religious background. KATA KUNCI: Internalisasi nilai toleransi, integrasi sosial.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out: (1) City Council of Surakarta performance in arranging Local Regulation No. 3 in the year of 2010 about rubbish management which has not been able to represent people importance can be seen from the content of Clause 36 about prohibition and Clause 46 about Criminal Provision, (2) implementation of the content of Clause 36 about prohibition and Clause 46 about Criminal Provision of the Local Regulation No. 3 in the year of 2010 about Rubbish Management toward people importance.This research used qualitative research with study case method. Research strategy used in this research is single established strategy. Data sources are an informant, place and phenomenon, archive and document. The writer took the sample using purposive sampling. Techniques collecting the data used are interview, observation and document analysis. The writer uses triangulation data and method.  The analysis data uses interactive model such as data collection, data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusion and verification. Research procedures are preparation, data collection, data analysis, research report arrangement.Based on this research, it can be concluded that: (1) City Council of  Surakarta performance in arranging Local Regulation has not been able to represent people. (2) Impact of the content of Clause 36 and Clause 46 in the Local Regulation toward people importance is there will be people restlessness, people impoverishment, and for City Council Surakarta members, it can make people reduce the trust to them and also can make moral condemnation from the people.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aimed to find out to find out whether or not there is an effect of Listening Team learning method on the students? ability of expressing opinion in SMP Negeri 2 Prembun in the school year of 2016/2017. This study employed a quantitative method with experimental method. The design used was a true experimental design with posttest only control design model. The population of research was the 8th graders of SMP Negeri 2 Prembun consisting of 218 students. The sample was taken using cluster sampling (area sampling) technique, with the 8thE Grade as experiment group and 8thG grade as the control. The methods of collecting data used were observation, documentation and questionnaire. The prerequisite test used was normality and homogeneity tests. Technique of analyzing data used was t-test. Considering the result of research, the mean score of the ability of expressing opinion questionnaire was 101,906 for experiment and 89,406 for control classes. When it was converted into 0-100 scale, the mean score students? opinion expressing ability in experiment class was 79,614  and 69,848 for those in control class. The result of t-test at significance level of 5% obtained tstatistic> ttable or 6,917 >1.998 so that Ho was not supported and Ha was supported meaning that there was a difference of opinion expressing ability between students in experiment and those in control classes. From the result above, it could be concluded that there was an effect of Listening Team Learning Method Application on the students? ability of expressing opinion in SMP Negeri 2 Prembun (A Study on the 8th  graders of SMP Negeri 2 Prembun in the school year of 2016/2017). Keywords: Listening Team, Opinion Expressing Ability
