Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to analyze the performance of public elementary school teachers in Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency based on teacher training factors, teacher competencies and individual characteristics of teachers. This research is in the form of a survey of 123 samples of teachers using a quantitative descriptive method approach and associative analysis using a path analysis model approach. With the research results obtained; (1) there is a significant direct and indirect effect of training on teacher performance, amounting to 28.41%. (2) there is a direct and indirect effect of competence on teacher performance, which is 35.42%. (3) individual characteristic factors have a direct and indirect positive effect of 41.07% on teacher performance. And (4) simulta-neously the variables of training, competence and individual characteristics affect the performance of SD Negeri teachers, Bandar Baru District, Pidie Jaya Regency

Abstract

ABSTRACT: This study aims to explore further and provide empirical information about the effect of work ethic, motivation and teacher discipline on the performance of state junior high school teachers in Pidie Jaya Regency. This research is in the form of a survey with a questionnaire instrument, and uses quantitative and associative descriptive methods between variables with analytical tools with a path analysis model approach. The results found: 1) There is a direct and indirect effect of work ethic on teacher performance by 41.92%, 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of motivation on teacher performance by 32.07%, 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of discipline teachers on the performance of Pidie Jaya Junior High School teachers, namely 58.31%. And 4) Simultaneously work ethic, motivation and discipline have a positive effect on the performance of Pidie Jaya State Junior High School teachers with the contribution of these three factors amounting to 42.30%

Abstract

ABSTRACT: Research on teacher job satisfaction is part of the evaluation and input for teacher development. Many things affect it, in this case it is limited by analyzing the factors of the work environment, principal's leadership and teacher motivation. By taking the object of research the teacher of State Elementary School (SD) in Bireuen Regency. The analysis uses the path model, to determine the direct and indirect effects of each factor due to a causal relationship between factors. The results of the analysis show; (1) there is a significant direct and indirect effect of the work environment on teacher job satisfaction by 23.95%. (2) there is a direct and indirect influence of the principal's leadership on teacher job satisfaction by 30.43%, (3) motivational factors have a significant direct or indirect effect on teacher job satisfaction that is equal to 25.5% (4) Simultaneously work environment, principal leadership and work motivation affect teacher job satisfaction by 33.2%. And (5) the level of job satisfaction of State Elementary School (SD) teachers in Bireuen Regency has not been maximized, only reaching 74.65%

Abstract

This study aims to analyze descriptively and verification based on the results of a survey of employee data at the Education and Culture Office of Pidie Jaya Regency, Aceh Province. Related to the direct and indirect influence of interpersonal communication aspects, organizational culture and work environment factors on employee performance. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a significant influence between communication factors between employees on employee performance, amounting to 37.06%. 2) There is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on employee performance, which is 30.12%. 3) There is a positive and significant effect of work environment variables on employee performance of 39.01%. And 4) simultaneously communication between employees, organizational culture and work environment contribute to the increase in the performance of the employees of the Education and Culture Office of Pidie Jaya Regency by 60.3%. While the remaining (remaining) of the role variables that were not examined were 39.7%, such as aspects of discipline, work motivation, and leadership style

Abstract

The study was conducted at public elementary schools (SD) throughout Bireuen Regency, with the sample aiming to analyze the effect of work motivation, compensation and school organizational climate on job satisfaction. Descriptive analysis and verification with path analysis approach. The results of the study found that all the factors included in the analysis model had a direct and indirect effect on the objective factor, namely job satisfaction. Each calculation results are; (1) the effect of motivation is 26.37%. (2) the influence of the compensation aspect is 26.2% and the influence of organizational climate is 25.92%. (4) Simultaneously the factors of motivation, compensation and organizational climate have a significant contribution to the job satisfaction of elementary school principals in Bireuen Regency by 26.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership, organizational culture and work environment on the work performance of elementary school teachers in the Principal Working Group (KKKS) of Jeunieb District, Bireuen Regency. The results of the path analysis show, 1) There is a direct and indirect effect of the principal's leadership on teacher performance by 37.25%. 2) There is a direct and indirect effect of organizational culture on teacher performance of 34.15%. 3) There is a direct and indirect effect of the work environment on teacher performance by 42.9%. 4) Simultaneously the principal's leadership, organizational culture and work environment on the work performance of elementary school teachers studied were 54.2%.

Abstract

The research was conducted in the people of Cot Nga Village, Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency with a sample of 270 local people. The research is in the form of a case study on the factors that influence the management of village funds, using an associative descriptive method and a statistical analysis tool, namely the path analysis model. Data collection used a closed questionnaire to the respondents who were determined based on purposive sampling. The research results show that; 1) there is a direct and indirect positive influence on the competence of village officials on village fund management of 39.28%, (2) there is a direct and indirect positive effect on organizational commitment to village fund management of 51.92%. (3) there is a significant direct and indirect effect of community participation on village fund management of 40.72%. (4) Simultaneously apparatus competence, organizational commitment and community participation influence the management of village funds with a contribution of 52.3%.

Abstract

Teachers with professional recognition are required to have personality and professional behavior in improving the quality of education. Many things make up a professional teacher. Because this is part of the competencies that teachers must have. This study limits the problem of teacher professionalism from the implications of the principal's leadership, school culture and work motivation on the teacher himself. This research is in the form of a case involving a group of teachers working in a junior high school (SMP) in Rayon 01 District, Bireuen Regency, namely 179 teachers. With this type of quantitative research and analysis tools using path analysis models. The results of the analysis found that the principal's leadership aspect had an effect on teacher professionalism by 31.05%, while school culture had an effect on 27.35%, and work motivation by 26.05%. Simultaneously these three aspects make a major contribution to the formation of teacher professionalism, which is equal to 45.2%.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara deskriptif asosiatif kinerja guru berdasarkan hubungan kausal motivasi kerja, kompetensi guru dan dan kedisiplinan kerja guru pada SMP Negeri dalam Kecamatan Kota Juang Kabupaten Bireuen. Merupakan penelitian survei terhadap sampel guru sejumlah 168 guru dari total 291 orang yang bekerja pada 5 (lima) unit sekolah jenjang SMP tersebut. Instrumen menggunakan kuesioner yang teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya dan analis data untuk pengujian hipotesis menggunakan pendekantan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian: a) Terdapat hubungan korelasional antar variable eksogen (motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan kedisiplinnan kerja), b) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 31,36%. c) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 21,83%. d) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kedisiplinan kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 31,85%. e) Secara simultan motivasi kerja, kompetensi dan disiplin kerja memberikan kontribusi pada perubahan atau variasi pada kinerja guru sebesar 52,2%.

Abstract

Penelitian dilaksanakan terhadap guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) se-Kecamatan Ulim Kabupaten Pidie Jaya. Dengan menganalisis kinerja guru terkait dengan Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mencari pengaruh antar variabel yang diteliti. Dan teknis analisis dengan model jalur. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, dihasilkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan antar variabel eksogen (Kepemimpinan Kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja guru dan motivasi kerja guru). 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 24,46%, 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 46,36%. 4) Terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 19,72%. 5) Secara simultan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin kerja dan motivasi kerja memberi kontribusi positif kinerja guru sebesar 50,2%.
