Abstract

Penelitian brtujuan menganalisis kinerja aparatur gampong yang di duga ada pengaru dari aspek kompetensi aparatur, kompensasi yang diterima dan adanya pemberian pelatihan kepada aparatur. Berkaitan dengan itu penelitian ini akan menganalisis hal tersebut, dengan studi di 17 kecamatan pada kabupaten Bireuen, dengan sampel per gampong menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitataif, dengan alat nalisis pengaruh antar faktor dengan model analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian diketahui, 1) Terdapat hubungan korelasional antar variabel yang dilibatkan dalam analisis kinerja paratur gampong, yakni kompetensi aparatur, kompensasi dan pelatihan, 2) Hasil analisis jalur, membuktikan faktor kompetensi aparatur, kompensasi dan pelatihan memberi kontribusi sebesar 75,6,3% terhadap kinerja aparatur gampong. Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung faktor kompetensi aparatur sebesar 53,04%, sedangkan kompensasi berpengaruh sebesar 14,05% dan pelatihan terhadap tingkat kinerja aparatur sebesar 8,60%.

Abstract

This study intends to analyze the performance side of employees at the Peusangan Subdistrict office, Bireuen Regency based on a study of the factors of implementing employee mutations, workload and interpersonal conflicts that occur in the agency. Research begins by demonstrating a problem with quantitative descriptive analysis. Followed by associative analysis between variables with multiple regression analysis model approach. The results of the analysis inform: 1) Descriptively, it shows that the achievement of employee performance is still not optimal, namely .84,22% of expectations. This is in synergy with the findings of the achievement of the imple-mentation of the transfer of new employees 67,07% stated to be beneficial, also from the aspect of new workload 68,36% achievement and the presence of interpersonal conflict resulted in a decrease in performance which was assessed by employees reaching 54,3%. 2) The associative analysis proves that mutations and workload have a positive effect on employee performance, while interpersonal conflict has a negative effect. 3). Simultaneously the factors of job mutation, workload and interpersonal conflict affect employee performance with a contribution of 77.6% and the influence of other factors not involved in the analysis of employee performance is 22.4%.

Abstract

Performance analysis is part of the school management evaluation which is carried out from academic supervision activities. This continues to be done so that further action and policies can be taken. As it relates to the factors that affect the performance of school principals. So this analysis also evaluates the performance of school principals related to the influence of competence factors possessed and work experience. This research is in the form of a case study on the Principals of Public Junior High Schools in Bireuen Regency in 2022. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method and analysis techniques with multiple regression. Based on perception data through questionnaires, the results of the research conclusions are: 1). The performance level of Principals of public junior high schools in Bireuen Regency can be categorized as good with an average achievement of …%, as well as the level of competency is also in the good category although not optimal, namely reaching …% and from the aspect of work experience generally sufficient to become a leading professional school. 2) The results of the regression analysis show that there is a partial positive effect of competency and work experience factors on the performance of school principals. 3) Simultaneously the competence and work experience factors make a positive contribution to performance improvement, namely %.

Abstract

Penelitian dalam artikel ini untuk mengetahui dampak kompetensi guru di satu sisi terhadap mutu lulusan siswa SD, dan tingkat akreditasi sekolah serta anggaran pendidikan di sisi lain. Penelitian memanfaatkan data bersumber dari Neraca Pendidikan daerah berupa data panel 23 kabupaten/kota di provinsi Aceh selama tahun 2017-2022. Analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan: 1). Tingkat kompetensi guru SD di Provinsi Aceh selama rahun 2017-2020 masih tergolong rendah. Berkisar antara 36,86 sampai 55,41 dengan rata-rata 44,69. 2). Sedangkan akreditasi sekolah terdapat 23,01% dengan akreditasi A, 57,04% akreditasi B, 16,91% nilai C dan terdapat 3,09% non akreditasi. 3). Sementara anggaran pendidikan terus terdapat kenaikan setiap tahunnya. Dimana tahun 2017 sejumlah 14.733,7 milliar sampai tahun 2020 menjadi 17.279,53 milliar. 4). Hasil uji statistik, hanya variabel kompetensi guru atas dasar nilai UKG yang berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap mutu lulusan SD di provinsi Aceh. Walupun secara simultans ketiga faktor yakni kompetensi guru, akreditasi sekolah dan anggaran pendidikan memberi kontribusi pada peningkatan mutu lulusan yakni sebesar 18,7%. Artinya, lebih banyak faktor lain diluar variabel yang diteliti ini.

Abstract

This study aims to conduct an empirical analysis of employee perfor mance based on work relations, communication and level of welfare at PT Perta Arun Gas Lhokseumawe (PAG). Using survey research, quantitative method approach with path analysis. With exogenous variables respectively Work Relations, Communication and Level of Employee Welfare. Based on data collected through a rating scale questionnaire by 135 employees, a descriptive conclusion was obtained, that (a) work relations within the company, not yet optimal - with an achievement level of 79.9% of ideal conditions. (b) Interpersonal communication both within the work team and with the leadership has also been going well reaching 81%, (c) While the work welfare factor is good from the aspect of job security, family and work facilities in general it is good. The level of employee welfare reaches 79.20% and (d) the level of performance that is considered good reaches 78.99%. Statistically with path analysis the results are obtained; (1) There is a direct and indirect working relationship effect on the perfor mance of employees of 35.69%, (2) there is a direct and indirect effect of communi cation on the performance of employees of 40.74%, (3) it is proven that there is a direct and indirect effect of the level of welfare on employee performance of 44.07%, and (4) work relations, communication and the level of welfare jointly affect the performance of employees of PT. PAG Lhokseumawe, amounting to 40.1%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh (1) beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (2) kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai (3) lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (4) pengaruh secara simultans beban kerja, kemampuan kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Objek penelitian pada pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bireuen. Analisis menggunakan model jalur berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian diketahui: 1) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung beban kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 2) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 3) terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. 4) Secara simultan beban kerja, kemampuan kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Bireuen sebesar 37,6%.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine whether regional autonomy, the effectiveness of regional income, and regional expenditure affect financial performance. Using the census method for sampling, there are 23 districts/cities sampled in this study, namely regency/cities in Aceh in 2018-2021. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method to determine the effect of the variables studied. And technical analysis with the Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis in this study. Based on data collected through documentation of reports on the realization of regency/city budgets in Aceh, it was found that: 1) Regional autonomy has no effect on financial performance; 2) The effectiveness of regional income has no effect on financial performance; 3) Regional expenditure has an effect and is significant on financial performance; and 4) Simultaneously the factors of regional autonomy, effectiveness of regional income, and regional expenditure affect financial performance with a contribution of 94,4 and the influence of other factors not involved in the analysis of financial performance is 5,6%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze external factors, namely the principal's leadership, organizational culture and the application of School-Based Management to improving teacher performance. This research is in the form of a survey using a correlational method with a quantitative approach. The problem analysis tool to answer this problem uses path analysis techniques and primary data collection techniques through closed questionnaires on the research object, namely 91 teachers of public junior high schools in Trienggadeng District, Pidie Jaya Regency. So that the researchers found that from the results of the data analysis it was proven: (1) There was a direct and indirect influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance of 45.27%, (2) There was a direct and indirect influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance. culture on teacher performance by 42.72%, (3) There is a direct and indirect influence of school-based management on teacher performance by 34.35%, (4) Simultaneously school-based leadership, organizational culture and school-based management contribute to increased performance teachers in Trienggadeng District Public Middle School, Pidie Jaya Regency by 51.4%.

Abstract

Research analyzes the supporting factors from the internal and external aspects of employee performance, namely based on motivation, work culture and work facilities. This study uses an associative method with a type of quantitative approach, with the path analysis method. The instrument uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the study, simultaneously the variables of work motivation, work culture at the Office of Education and Culture of Bireuen Regency and work facilities have proven to make a positive contribution to employee performance, which is equal to 56.1%. And partially all exogenous variables have a statistical effect on performance, namely: (a). The direct and indirect influence of work motivation on employee performance is 38.56%, (b). The direct and indirect influence of work culture on employee performance is 45.19%, (c). The direct and indirect influence of work facilities on employee performance is 42.13%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the contribution of employee training, compensation and motivation factors to employee performance. By using the quantitative type associative method. The problem analysis method uses the path analysis model. Based on data collected through questionnaires to 99 employees at SMK Negeri 1 Peusangan, Bireuen Regency. The results showed that: (1) there was a direct and indirect effect of training on employee performance of 28.72%, (2) there was a direct and indirect effect of compensation on employee performance of 25.02%, (3) there was a direct effect of and indirect compensation for employee performance, indirect work discipline for employee performance of 30.1%. (4). Simultaneously employee training, compensation and work discipline make a positive contribution of 40.9% to employee performance
