This classroom action research examines the effectiveness of Problem Solving method in enhancing learning motivation for Islamic Religious Education (PAI) among junior high school SMP Iko Anata Putra, Nagrak, Sukabumi students. Conducted in two cycles with 30 eighth-grade participants, the study employed observation, achievement tests, and motivation questionnaires. Findings revealed substantial improvements across key indicators: instructional quality increased from 69% to 87%, student engagement rose from 62% to 82%, and learning outcomes improved from an average score of 65 (40% mastery) to 78 (85% mastery). Motivation levels showed 13% overall growth, with notable increases in intrinsic motivation components including learning desire (66% to 79%) and activity interest (67% to 80%). The research demonstrates how Problem Solving fosters active learning environments, develops critical thinking skills, and strengthens religious value internalization. These results suggest the method's potential for broader application in PAI instruction, particularly in addressing motivation challenges. Further studies should explore technological integration and long-term cognitive-affective impacts of this approach.

This study examines the effectiveness of audio-visual media as an innovative learning strategy to enhance student competence in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) at MTs Sunanul Huda Cisaat. The research addresses the low student engagement and learning outcomes in SKI due to conventional teaching methods. Using a quasi-experimental design, 48 seventh-grade students were divided into experimental (audio-visual media) and control (conventional method) groups. Data were collected through pre-test and post-test assessments, analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (independent sample t-test and N-Gain). Results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group, with an average post-test score of 11.91 (compared to 10.29 in the control group) and an N-Gain of 0.5 (moderate improvement). Statistical analysis confirmed the significant difference (p = 0.001), indicating that audio-visual media effectively enhances learning outcomes. The findings support the integration of multimedia in SKI instruction, aligning with cognitive load theory and dual coding theory, which emphasize multisensory learning. This study recommends adopting audio-visual media to create interactive, engaging, and effective learning experiences in Islamic education.

The study examines the implementation of inquiry-based learning strategies to enhance students' learning motivation at SMP Islam Cijati Cicantayan. The primary issue addressed is the low student motivation in traditional learning settings, which hinders active participation and critical thinking. The research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of inquiry-based learning in fostering engagement, confidence, and academic achievement. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving students, teachers, and parents. Findings indicate a significant improvement in students' motivation, evidenced by increased participation, deeper material comprehension, and enhanced critical thinking skills. However, challenges such as time constraints, resource limitations, and varying student abilities were identified. The study concludes that inquiry-based learning effectively boosts motivation by promoting active learning, though its success depends on adaptive implementation and adequate support. The implications suggest the need for teacher training and curriculum adjustments to optimize inquiry-based strategies in diverse educational contexts.

This study explores the concept of holistic education for children aged 9-12 years from an Islamic perspective, aiming to support their social-emotional, moral, and spiritual development. The main issue addressed is the lack of an integrated approach that combines Islamic values and modern educational methods to foster balanced growth. The purpose of this research is to examine how a holistic educational approach can nurture both cognitive and emotional-moral dimensions of children in this age group. The study uses a qualitative approach, reviewing existing literature and analyzing case studies emphasizing the importance of incorporating Islamic teachings into education. The findings show that a holistic approach, encompassing emotional intelligence, moral development, and spiritual growth, is essential in shaping well-rounded individuals. Furthermore, parental and school involvement, along with aligning Islamic values in the curriculum, are key to success. The study concludes that implementing a holistic education framework based on Islamic principles contributes significantly to children's character and well-being. Implications for educational practice include creating programs that balance cognitive, emotional, and spiritual learning for overall child development..

This study examines the implementation of Islamic education in shaping children's character within rural communities, particularly in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and local wisdom integration. Previous studies predominantly focused on formal institutions, leaving a gap in holistic community-based approaches. Through a qualitative literature review of 12 scholarly articles (2022), this research identifies effective strategies for integrating Islamic values into character education. Findings reveal that collaborativeefforts among families, informal religious institutions (e.g., TPQ), and communities through role modeling, habituation of worship, and consistent moral guidance significantly strengthen children's religious character. The study highlights the critical role of digital adaptation in maintaining relevance amid technological disruptions. Theoretically, it reinforces Bronfenbrenner's ecological model by emphasizing microsystem (family) and mesosystem (community) synergies. Practically, it proposes an integrative "digital-based community Islamic education" model combining traditional mentorship with technology-mediated learning. Key challenges include inconsistent parental involvement and limited methodological innovation in existing programs. This research contributes to Islamic education literature by advocating context-sensitive frameworks that harmonize spiritual values, cultural traditions, and digital advancements. Implications suggest policy support for community-driven education initiatives and further exploration of technology's dual role in moral development.

The application and utilization of digital technology in the social sphere have given rise to new ways for the community to absorb religious information. Currently, the ability for critical evaluation (tabayun) is essential for everyone to possess when absorbing religious information, including students, in order to avoid misunderstandings that are not in line with the teachings of Islam in Indonesia. Enhancing the professional competence of Islamic religious education (PAI) teachers in facing this digital revolution is highly necessary to build the filtering capabilities of students when consuming digitally-based religious content. The objectives of this research are: (1) to assess the professional competence of PAI teachers in facing the digital revolution, (2) to explore the methods that should be used to enhance their professional competence, and (3) to identify the obstacles to improving professional competence in facing the digital revolution and propose solutions. The research approach employed in this study is a qualitative case study method, while data collection techniques involve interviews based on researcher-prepared guidelines and observations. The findings from the research indicate that there are three fundamental aspects that need improvement in relation to enhancing professional competence in facing the digital revolution: (1) PAI teachers should enhance their knowledge about digital technology products, (2) PAI teachers should deepen their understanding of the digitalization of religious teachings, and (3) PAI teachers should improve their comprehension of the character of Islamic teachings in Indonesia. Keyword: Professional, Competence, Teacher Islamic Religious Education (PAI), Digital Revolution ABSTRAK Penerapan dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam ruang lingkup sosial melahirkan cara baru bagi masyarakat dalam menyerap informasi keagaamaan, pada saat ini kemampuan tabayun mutlak harus dapat dimiliki oleh semua orang dalam menyerap informasi keagaamaan termasuk siswa agar terhindar dari pemahaman-pemahaman yang tidak sesuai dengan karakter ajaran Islam di Indonesia. Peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru PAI dalam menghadapi revolusi digital ini sangat diperlukan untuk membangun kemampuan filterisasi peserta didik dalam mengkonsumsi konten-konten keagamaan yang berbasis digital. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui kompetensi profesional guru PAI menghadapi revolusi digital (2) meneliti metode yang harus digunakan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional (3) Menggali dan menemukan kendala-kendala peningkatan kompetensi profesional dalam menghadapi revolusi digital beserta solusinya. Metode pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode case study pendekatan kualitatif, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara berdasarkan pedoman wawancara yang peneliti telah buat dan observasi. Hasil temuan yang peneliti dapatkan dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada 3 hal mendasar yang yang harus ditingkatkan berkaitan dengan peningkatan kompetensi profesional dalam menghadapi revolusi digital, (1) guru PAI harus meningkatkan pengetahuannya tentang produk-produk dari teknologi digital (2) guru PAI harus meningkatkan pemahamannya tentang fenomena digitalisasi ajaran, dan (3) guru PAI harus meningkatkan pemahamannya terkait karakter pemahaman ajaran Islam di Indonesia. This research examines the implementation and management of curriculum development through the flagship program at MIT Persis 24 Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung Rancaekek Bandung. The main focus includes the relationship between curriculum and education and the philosophical foundation underlying the preparation of the flagship program. The curriculum is positioned as a strategic instrument in achieving educational goals. This research uses a qualitative approach with a field study method and the theoretical framework of education management and curriculum theory. The results showed that curriculum management which includes planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating plays an important role in the effectiveness of program implementation. A well-structured curriculum supports the integration of general and religious knowledge. Excellent programs such as Tahfidz, Tahsin, Nahwu Science, Sharaf, Mahfudlat, Ushul Fiqh, and Hadyu Rasul are designed to strengthen Islamic character and increase the competitiveness of educational institutions. The implementation of this program has a positive impact on the school's image and public interest in choosing MIT Persis 24 Rancaekek Kabupaten Bandung as a children's educational institution. Overall, the flagship program proved to be an effective strategy in improving the quality of education based on Islamic values.

This research aims to describe the supervision of the education budget in terms of the sources and allocation of the education budget at MAS Al Ihya Cianjur for the 2022 fiscal year. The number of informants was 6 people. The data collection methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is a descriptive qualitative approach with the main components, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses triangulation techniques. The results of the research show that the source of education funding comes from various sources amounting to IDR 287,120,000.00, the allocation for school development is IDR 287,120,000.00. Implementation of education financing starts from planning with reference to the Madrasah Budget Revenue Plan (RAPBM). Costs that do not match their realization are made into a new recapitulation. The most expenditure is used for honorarium for educators and education staff amounting to IDR 87,450,000.00. Supervision and accountability are carried out by the Ihya Ulumiddin Foundation, the School Committee, and the Cianjur Regency Penmad.

Higher education institution in Indonesia faces complex challenges in the financial management of institutions. This research analyzes the Break Even Point (BEP) at Al-Ghifari University Bandung City as a strategic basis in the development of competitive facilities and learning. With a descriptive quantitative approach and referring to financial management theory, the Total Approach, Ratio Contribution Margin (RCM), and Margin of Safety (MoS) methods were used to evaluate the balance between income and costs. The results of the analysis over a five-year period showed significant growth in net income and cost management efficiency, indicating the financial resilience and operational efficiency of the university. This research also highlights the positive correlation between understanding BEP and resource allocation policies for facility investment and academic excellence programs. These findings provide an important contribution for universities in designing sustainable financial strategies and promoting quality higher education that is adaptive to competitive dynamics. With proper BEP management, Al-Ghifari University has a great opportunity to improve institutional competitiveness and the overall quality of academic services.

This study explores the educational marketing management strategy based on multicultural values implemented by a vocational high school in Parigi. The central issue addressed is how the school effectively attracts prospective students amid the challenges of social and cultural diversity within the surrounding community. The purpose of this study is to describe in depth the stages of marketing strategies employed to build institutional appeal and differentiation. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, and data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings reveal that the school’s marketing strategy is structured through eight key stages, including environmental analysis, team formation, unique program offerings, provision of supporting facilities, value-based educational exchanges, strategy execution, market segmentation, and continuous promotion and evaluation. The study concludes that the success of educational marketing lies not only in the quantity of promotion but also in the school’s ability to build values, social engagement, and a multicultural image. The implication is that educational institutions must design adaptive, value-based, and contextually relevant marketing strategies to foster sustainable relationships with the community.
