Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of health services at the Puskesmas Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique. The data validity technique used was source triangulation. The results showed that the quality of service can be said to be still not good. Good productivity from adequate medical equipment and health workers have good skills. The provision of incentives is fulfilled, it will be able to encourage the morale of health workers. The flexibility of adaptation that exists between the officer and the patient is considered to have met the needs. The supporting factors are the ability to work with noble motives, skills, time discipline, procedures and methods that have been determined and the inhibiting factor is the number of family members who are also present to accompany patients in emergencies, making it difficult for health care workers to treat patients. Keywords: Effectiveness, Service, Puskesmas

Abstract

This study aimed to find out  the implementation of public relations in disseminating information at the Library and Archives Service in Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research methods and the type of research used descriptive. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of public relations in disseminating information at the Library and Archives Service in Bone Regency, showed that from four indicators of credibility, in the form of delivering information needed by the community, both direct and indirect communication. Context, education related to the problems that often occured in  society, as well as inviting and fostering children to love reading, love and make the library a fun place for learning and playing. Channels, channels that could be used by the public to access news related to information, were the official website of the village library and library service. Audience capacity, ability and skill in good and correct communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how community empowerment was carried out by the Maritime Service. The research approach used was descriptive qualitative. By using data collection techniques through interviews Based on the results of research related to empowering coastal communities through the use of seaweed in Pabiringa Village, Binamu District, Jeneponto Regency, which was carried out by the Marine and Fisheries Service, Jeneponto Regency, it was quite good. This can be seen from several indicators of empowerment which include: enabling (creating) the local government creating an atmosphere that makes the potential of coastal communities in Pabiringa Village develop. Meanwhile, empowering strengthens the potential of coastal communities in Pabiringa Village through concrete steps by providing the necessary support and resources so that coastal communities can develop and improve their capabilities, skills and economic opportunities.

Abstract

This research shows that the electronic government policy in administering public services for the Enrekang Regency population and civil registration service as seen from the following aspects: 1) Communication, in the administration of public services for the Enrekang Regency population and civil registration service, is in accordance with existing policies where the communication carried out is very important as the nature of transparency to the community. 2) resources, in providing public services for the Enrekang Regency population and civil registration service, are good with development and training provided so as to improve their performance. 3) Disposition, in providing public services for the Regency population and civil registration service. is quite good in terms of attitude and responsibilities. 4) the bureaucratic structure, in providing public services for the Regency's population and civil registration services, is good enough as a source of information for leaders or executives in producing various policies.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the development of tourism objects and determine the government's efforts in developing tourism objects in the Rammang-Rammang Forest of Maros Regency. This study used a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to analyze and find out the government's efforts in developing tourism objects. The results showed that the strategy for the development of Kart Rammang-Rammang tourism objects in Maros Regency was based on 4 (four) indicators, namely Human resources could be said to be not optimal yet still require guidance, Many activities that needed the role of the community with the quantity and quality of human resources which was qualified, regarding the distribution of funds that had not been going well because the Government had not managed directly, then information and technology had not been said to be maximized because the Tourism Office and tourism object managers were still lacking in communicating about appropriate promotional media and suitable for the object. Tourism, facilities and infrastructure were still lacking in Kart Rammang-Rammang tourism objects, it was necessary to have participation from related parties and to collaborate with managers and local communities regarding the improvement of facilities and infrastructure.Keywords: Strategy, Development, Tourism Object

Abstract

This study purposed to find out the existence of Mccerang Manurung Custom and the  role of the Regional Government in the preservation of Maccerang Manurung Custom in Kaluppini Village, Enrekang Regency. This study used qualitative with the type was qualitative descriptive research type with 8 informants. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, documentation. The results of this study indicated that the role of the government in terms of being the activator was not yet maximal in implementation because there was still much to be done by the government as well as having to start the process of implementing the agenda and not only from the community and from the village but all the people of Kaluppuni Village because it should be maximal in preserving maccerang manurung custom because it was a culture of local heritage, a picture of the customs of the people of South Sulawesi, especially the people of Enrekang district.

Abstract

This research  aimed to study the effectiveness of the function of the village head in the implementation of development in tompotana village, mappakasunggu sub district, takalar regency. This study used qualitative research and support with secondary data. By using di rect observation and interviews with informants, the results of the study showed that the village head in the implementations of this could be seen from the di rection of the goal in which the implementation of village develovment, most of them had achieved the objectives as determined starting from the delivery period. Aspects of the implementation of the development in tompotana village only took approximately one year of implementation and also reached the predetermined target which had started from the aspect of integration of  the village head also provided direction to always succeed in development and adjusts what the village head did from every implementation of  village development always shrinked with the needs of the community.

Abstract

The purpose of this  study was to find out how to evaluate the Cash Social Assistance Policy for Community Welfare during the Covid-19 Pandemic in KalukuBodoa Village, Tallo District, Makassar City. The number of informants was 8 people. This study used qualitative with the type of descriptive research. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used data reduction, data presentation, and data levers. This study used William Dunn's policy evaluation theory, with the results of the study showed that the BST program in KalukuBodoa Village had not been effective, implementation had achieved well. Adequacy: In overcoming the economy, the community could ease the burden during the COVID-19 pandemic, but it had not resolved their welfare problems. Equity: the costs and benefits of BST were distributed equally to the community. Responsiveness: The response from the community in KalukuBodoa Village were very good. Accuracy: The target of the BST program was not quite right, because there were still people who were more entitled to receive and there were people who got more than one assistance. But in terms of help it was right.Keywords : Evaluation, Social Assistance.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the Improvement of the Quality of Public Services through the One Agency One Innovation Program with online/digital-based administrative services at the Regional Secretariat Office of Enrekang Regency. This type of research uses qualitative research. The results show that Improving the Quality of Public Services through the One Agency One Innovation Program in Enrekang Regency from aspects 1) The dimension of direct evidence with the existence of One Agency One innovation is that Special SEKDA of Erekang Regency makes online/digital-based service innovations in administrative services, 2) The reliability dimension of digital-based administrative services prepares reliable operator services because they have attended a lot of training. 3) The responsiveness dimension is a fast response but sometimes there are urgent matters that must be served quickly but usually there are network constraints or service queues. 4) The dimensions of the estimated service response guarantee that occurred during the one agency one innovation at the Enrekang Regency SEKDA office required 1 x 24 hour response. (5) The dimension of empathy in digital/online-based administrative services does not forget the previous culture, namely the 3S service culture, namely Smile, Greet and Greeting.

Abstract

 The purpose of this study is to find out how public service accountability in the making of the auto sign number in sinjai county's samsat office. The type of case study that will provide an overview or a detailed phenomenon. Data collection with observation, interviews, documentation. Research conducted at sinjai county's samsat office on public service accountability are four criteria: procedures, costs, time frame, and responsiveness. According to the results, public service accountability in the sign for the motor vehicle number (TNKB) in sinjai county's samsat office has been well under way and is implementing the prime service procedure of SOP, While there are still a few constrakes such as the cost tariffs and the lack of attention to the target, the samsat office in sinjai district is currently assessed, according to the rules set in sinjai district's samsat area.
