Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of supervision on employee work discipline in the organization of labor social security in North Luwu Regency, while the research method used  a qualitative method with the type of survey research and data collection techniques used observation and questionnaire.The population were all employees in the office of the organization of labor social security in North Luwu Regency  as many as 61 people in addition sampling technique  was saturated sampling techniques.The results showed that supervision was a process of observation and implementation of all activities of the organization to ensure that all work that was being carried out is in accordance with the plans that had been determined, while the monitoring variables could have a positive influence on employee work discipline, thus the results of the study indicated the effect of supervision on employee work discipline in the organization of labor social security in North Luwu Regency.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Performance Based Bureaucracy of the Civil Servants. How Performance Based Bureaucracy in the Civil Servants measured performance through four strategies, aimed at improving the quality of existing human resources at the Enrekang Regency Inspectorate. This study used   Phenomenological. This type was qualitative research, data sources consisted of primary data and secondary. The results of this study showed that performance-based bureucracy in producing four performance-based bureucracy strategies that had  a namely passive strategy, political strategy, perverse straregi, purposeful strategy were already running well as evidenced by the criteria for success indicators of knowledge, technical skills and behavioral attitudes as well as accuracy or performance targets although there was little that needs to be addressed so that Civil Servants had better quality performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation Management on Community Empowerment in Leu Village, Bolo District, Bima Regency. The research method used descriptive and the instruments used in this research were observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study were 4 people. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation and conclusion making. The results of this study showed that the Effectiveness of Village Fund Allocation on Community Empowerment in Leu Village, Bolo District, Bima Regency. The Leu village government for the 2020 village fund budget had allocated village funds for village development programs as well as good and effective village community empowerment programs by providing business capital assistance to every micro business activist scattered throughout villages was lack business capital and also allocated. Some of the village funds were managed directly by village-owned enterprises and targeting assistance in the form of goods such as farm seeds, woven cloth to every community who really needed it.Keywords: Effectiveness, Management, Village Fund Allocation

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aimed to find out the establishment, implementation and evaluation of online learning at the Makassar City Education Office. This study used the Mix Method. The informants of this study were eight people with data collection techniques used interviews, observations and documentation. Data analysis were data reduction, data presentation, data verification and  conclusion making. The results of the study showed some aspects of online learning strategy were (a) Determination was to determine between  online or offline learning process and making RPP in accordance with the circular issued by the government regarding online learning. (b) Implementation, the agency gave full rights in the application of the online learning process, as well as providing facilities to teachers who did not understand technology and also gave an understanding of what systems were used during learning. It was support learning to be more effective and efficient. (c) Evaluation, in this online learning for the achievement of evaluation in the K13 curriculum the average was 70-75% and it was still not maximal in the accumulation of teacher assessments of their students. And the teacher's evaluation was in the form of giving assignments to students which became the accumulation of additional values. Keywords: Strategy, Online learning

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Bureaucratic Ethics in Public Services at the Duampanua Sub-District Office, Pinrang Regency. This research uses qualitative research with case study type. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Research informants amounted to 12 people. Validation of data through triangulation of sources, techniques and time, then analyzed through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Bureaucratic Ethics that existed or was applied by the sub-district office were not in accordance with 1) Standardization and formalization, namely there were still many employees who did not follow the SOP. 2) Division of work and specialization, namely the placement of employees is not in accordance with their abilities. 3) Hierarchy of authority, namely the absence of written sanctions related to violations. 4) professionalization, ie there are no specific criteria for position placement. 5) Written documents, namely the filing system still needs improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the role of the Social Service in Overcoming Exploitation of Street Children in Makassar City. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. The data is analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique was carried out through source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The research results obtained show that (1) The role of the Social Service as Facilitative has facilitated RPTC (Trauma Center Shelter Homes) for PMKS. (2) The role of the Social Service as Education seeks to provide informal education in accordance with established regulations. (3) The Role of the Office of Social Affairs Social Service as a Representative cooperates with Polres/Polda, Satpol PP, BLK, TKSK and the community (4) The role of the Social Service as a Technical has special officers to collect and analyze data regarding PMKS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job rotation on the performance of Bantaeng Resort Police officers. The performance of officers is influenced by several factors, one of which is job rotation. Proper and directed job rotation can improve officer performance. This study uses a descriptive quantitative and associative esearch method, utilizing a questionnaire as an instrument. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling, targeting Bantaeng Resort Police officers with a sample size of 22 individuals. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique employs simple linear regression analysis. Data validity is ensured through validity and reliability tests. The results of this study show that job rotation has an effect on the performance of Bantaeng Resort Police officers. Based on the output from the model summary, the R value obtained is 0.821, indicating the influence of the independent variable, job rotation (X), on the dependent variable, officer performance (Y), which is further strengthened by the coefficient of determination (R Square) or its determination coefficient of 0.674 or 67.4%. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of government was required to play an active role in improving the conditions of the creative industry of red stone crafts so that creative industry could be an alternative in the face of increasingly world market competition. This study used Qualitative with data sources consisting of primary data and secondary data, as many as 9 research informants, data collection techniques were observation and interview guidelines. The results of the study found that the role of the government in the development of local government bricks business was not optimal in playing an active role in paying attention to the group of  Red Stone entrepreneurs in Bontonompo District, this could be seen from the Cost Leadership Strategy, Product Differentiation Strategy and The focus strategy that  more focused on services in the process of developing a red stone manufacturing business in the Bontonompo District, Gowa Regency. Keywords: Strategy, Business Development in the Making of Red Stone

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effectiveness of services for granting building permits in the one-stop integrated licensing service office (DPMPTSP) in Makassar city. This study used a qualitative research  with a descriptive type. The number of informants in this study were 7 people who were determined by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that regarding the optimization aspects of the objectives to be achieved by the Makassar City PTSP Service, it had provided services to the community by facilitating the form of management so that it was well served, the aspects of interaction between the organization and the surrounding environment related to the effectiveness of IMB services by the Makassar City PTSP Service certainly consisted of several methods such as, conducting awareness, capacitating, and empowering, and aspects of the role of individual behavior on effectiveness in an organization, namely how the Makassar City DPM-PTSP Service provided excellent service and becomed a stakeholder following community service SOPs. Keywords: Service effectiveness, granting building permits

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the Relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance at the Regional Secretariat Office of Bulukumba Regency. This type of research was a survey research that illustrated quantitative analysis. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. The data was analyzed descriptively and quantitatively by using SPSS application. The population were 164 and the sample were 49. The sampling technique used random sampling techniques. The results of this study showed that there was a relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, with a correlation coefficient value = 0,671. This figure showed a strong correlation or relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance of 67,1% and influenced by factors that existed in the employees themselves.
