Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the function of the Institutional Protector of the Village Consultative Body in Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District, Kolaka Regency and to determine the Institutional Supervision Function of the Village Consultative Body in Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District, Kolaka Regency. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive type of research. Data analysis techniques using data reduction steps, data presentation and the final stage. The results showed that 1) the function of accommodating and channeling the aspirations of the village community was to accommodate and channel the aspirations of the community, in carrying out its function the BPD in Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District had not been carried out properly, 2) The supervisory function to supervise villages in Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District was quite implemented. well. The BPD of Lasiroku Village, Iwoimendaa District is always active in questioning matters relating to the administration of the Village Government related to the planning of Village activities, implementation of activities and reporting of Village Government activities.Keywords: Implementation, Institutional Function

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the role of the village government in implementing the Direct Cash Assistance Program in an effort to handle COVID-19 in Uluway Village, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency. The research method used a qualitative description. Sources of data used  primary data sources and secondary data with a total of 4 informants. The results of the study showed that the role of the government as a regulator in Uluway Village, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency was the village government issues a certificate for the formation of Covid 19 Volunteers. The government's role as a dynamist in Uluway Village, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency was to invite community leaders to participate in determining prospective beneficiaries of the assistance. Direct Cash (BLT) for Village Funds. The role of the government as a facilitator of Uluway Village, Mengkendek District, Tana Toraja Regency was to provide the community with the best service, the Uluway Village government prepared a forum for the community to submit complaints and aspirations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the government collaborates in supervising the construction of supermarkets such as department stores. This type of research uses qualitative research. Data collection techniques are through observation, interviews, documentation, and media reviews. The results of the study show that the supervision of the construction of the Supermarket, Department Store and One Sama in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency has not fully gone well. Because the existence of supermarket buildings in Gowa Regency must pay more attention to Presidential Decree no. 112/2007 Article 4 Paragraph 1: Concerning the establishment of shopping centers and modern shops which must take into account the socio-economic conditions of the community, the existence of traditional markets, small and medium enterprises in the area concerned. So that the existence of the supermarket building does not harm the small kiosks in the vicinity

Abstract

This research aims to analyze public service innovation through UP3SK at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. This research is qualitative research, the research carried out is descriptive. The results of the research show that public service innovation through UP3SK at the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service can be seen based on innovation attributes according to Rogers. In the "five attributes of innovations" relative advantage, it is known that the advantages of UP3SK service innovation minimize the practice of brokering and make things easier for the community. The compatibility attribute explains that the service innovation is in accordance with the wishes of the community in terms of an easier document processing process. The complexity attribute explains that there is no complexity in the management and also in the UP3SK service process. The triability attribute also explains that there is no trial phase for the community in the UP3SK service. Observability shows that as long as the UP3SK service is running, it is in accordance with the wishes of the Pinrang Regency Population and Civil Registration Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of policies and factors that influenced the development of industrial estates (Bantaeng Industrial Park) in Pa'jukukkang District, Bantaeng Regency. The type of research used qualitative with a phenomenological type. The number of informants was 9 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews with a number of informants. Data analysis used interactive analysis models. The results showed that the industrial estate policy (Bantaeng industrial park) in Bantaeng Regency had not been fully implemented optimally in accordance with its objectives, this was seen from the indicators (1) Administrative aspects in this case PT. Huadi Nickel has carried out the administrative process that they were supposed to do, but in the course of a number of elements violated the administrative requirements, (2) Technical aspects because it could be without technical requirements, the workers would be overwhelmed while doing their jobs, (3) Environmental aspects in terms of PT. Huadi Nickel was only a mere formality because it pollutedthe sea which was used as the livelihood of fishermen and seaweed farmers, (4) Financial Aspects of PT. Huadi had a major impact on the survival of residents and farmers, especially seaweed farmers.Keywords: Industrial Estate Policy (Bantaeng Industrial Park)

Abstract

This study aimed to describe the quality of outpatient services atAnggeraja District Health Center, Enrekang Regency. This study used quantitative research. The sample was 78 people who were selected accidentally sampling. The research data were collected through observation, questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive with the table method frequency. Data analysis was performed in the form of tables, pictures, frequency for testing the hypothesis. The results of this study indicated that the quality of outpatient services at the Puskesmas Anggeraja District as seen from dimensions of service quality, namely the tangible dimension (physical evidence), the dimension of reliability, dimension of responsiveness, dimension of assurance (assurance) and the empathy dimension (empathy). Services provided by the District Puskesmas Anggeraja was qualified because it had received good ratings by community based on the assessment indicators used, this was indicated by recapitulation of the five dimensions of service quality was in the range of interpretation 2.51-3.25. This showed that the quality of outpatient services provided in good quality.Keywords: quality of Puskesmas Services.

Abstract

This study purposed to determine the implementation of the coordination function in prevention between the Regional Government and PT. Bayu Energy Development of Bayu Power Plant (PLTB) in Jeneponto Regency. This study was a qualitative descriptive study, while data collection techniques used  observation, interviews and documentation. While the informants in this study were 8 people. Data sources used were primary data and secondary data, data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that the Implementation of the Coordination Function between the PUPR Office and PT. Bayu Energy in PLTB Development in Jeneponto Regency had not run optimally, seen from the aspect of conflict prevention and contradiction, it did not find any solutions in its settlement, because the coordination requested by the PUPR Office was not responded by PT. EBJ, aspects of prevention of wastefulness prevention of wastefulness that occured between the two parties each opinions on the SOP that governed it, the aspect of preventing differences in approach did not work optimally because it had a different approach, and the prevention of differences in implementation did not run well because there was no division of labor.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the development of the state civil apparatus in improving the quality of work of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of North Luwu Regency. This type of research is qualitative by using descriptive type. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of bureaucratic responsiveness in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Enrekang Regency can be said to have been implemented well, this is in accordance with data showing that the implementation of bureaucratic responsiveness in the Regency Population and Civil Registry Office Enrekang is in the high category. There is an important aspect that needs to be considered, namely the aspect of placing service users as customers whose interests must always be prioritized. Keywords: Job promotion, work motivation

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tanggung jawab jasa transportasi laut PT. Pelabuhan Pelindo III Stagen, Kabupaten Kotabaru, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus dimana terdapat 6 informasi. Pendekatan penelitian didasarkan pada observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Berdasarkan penelitian terkait Tanggung Jawab Pelayanan Transportasi Laut PT. Pelindo III Pelabuhan Stagen, Kabupaten Kotabaru, Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan sebagai berikut: 1) pengertian pelayanan, hasil pengamatan mengatakan bahwa pelayanan di Pelabuhan Stagen lebih meningkat dari sebelumnya karena sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku. 2) evaluasi kinerja, dapat disimpulkan bahwa evaluasi kinerja memiliki dampak positif dan negatif. Dampak positifnya adalah perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pekerjanya dengan melakukan evaluasi kinerja. Sementara itu, dampak negatifnya adalah pekerja merasa sedikit terbebani. 3) Tindakan yang akurat, adil, dan tepat waktu, penumpang yang tidak tepat waktu dan menyebabkan keterlambatan harus ditunda karena menunggu penumpang 4) komitmen dari pimpinan, telah dilakukan dengan memperhatikan 3 indikator di atas.Kata Kunci : Tanggung Jawab, Jasa Transportasi Laut

Abstract

This study was to find out how the accountability of the Provincial Legislatives Council (DPRD)  in supervising local regulations regarding the Sungguminasa traditional market in Gowa Regency. This study used a qualitative research method. Data was collected by  interviews, documentation, observation. Legitimacy was the acceptance of a decision by a leader that  according to the procedure that applied to society. Legitimacy was related to legal issues and the application of laws. It could be used as a measure of how the decision could  be accepted and its validity recognized by the community. The results of this study showed that DPRD supervision of traditional market was still not good enough with market conditions. It was still muddy and several abandoned stalls, no sanctions for swords selling on the side of the road and irregular parking arrangements.
