Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze compensation and motivation on performance of employees at PT Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam as well as searching for variables which influence. The results of the analysis using SPSS Version 20 showed that compensation and motivation of a positive effect on performance of employees. The test results with the Test t note that variable compensation is the variable that influence positively and significantly to the performance of the employees at PT Yeakin Plastic Industry Batam. From the explanation above, the authors suggest that the compensation given to employees should be appropriate and just in time so that the beliefs of the employees against the company is getting bigger, quietness and concentration will work better, so employees will feel more satisfied in their work as well as it can improve the performance of employees. The motivation given to employees should be more thrust in again and give a positive referral referral to the employee, in which case the grant awards, attention, competition, participation, pride and punishment are treated equitably on the each of the employees. So there happen to social jealousy between employees and can improve the performance of employees. Satisfy the granting of compensation and motivation of the good will of course enhance the productivity and performance of employees increased.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: the influence of promotion partially on consumer satisfaction at PT Yafindo Sumber Rejeki in Batam city, the influence of service quality partially on customer satisfaction at PT Yafindo Sumber Rejeki in Batam city, and the influence of promotion and quality of service simultaneously on customer satisfaction at PT Yafindo Sumber Rejeki in Batam city. The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who shop at PT Yafindo Sumber Rejeki in Batam city. A sample of 204 respondents were taken using accidental sampling technique. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. Data quality test instruments in this study are test data validity and data reliability test. Classic assumption test consists of normality test, heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The influence test consists of multiple linear analysis and coefficient of determination analysis. In the hypothesis test consists of t test and f test. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that: promotion affects consumer satisfaction by 39.3% and service quality has an effect on consumer satisfaction by 44.5%, while the results of the coefficient of determination analysis show that promotion and service quality affect customer satisfaction by 56, 8%.

Abstract

Profitabilityiis the company's ability to make a profit. ProfitabilityiRatio describesithe ability of aicompany to generateiprofit relatively. Relative here means profit is not measured fromithe magnitude of the absolute, but compared with other benchmark elements, becauseilarge profits may not necessarily indicate a great profitability. Measurementiof the company's financial performance with ROA showsitheiabilityiof the capital investediinithe overall assetsiowned to generate profits. This research was conducted to examine the effect of Receivable Turnover, Cash Turnover on Profitability (Return on Assets) on Food andiBeverageicompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this case the researcheriused the audited and published financial statements of manufacturingicompaniesiin the industrialisector oficonsumerigoods. at theiendiof the yearilisted on IDX toiavoidicheating on financial statements. In this study, researchers used a sample of eleven samples selected byipurposive sampling. Analyzer used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing (coefficient ofidetermination, t testiand test F tested withiclassical assumptionitest and descriptive analysis.Based on theiresults of research data analysis can be concluded that the resultsiof this study showed that the receivable turnover partially significant effect on profitability, cashiturnover partially significant effect on profitability Simultaneouslyiturnover receivablesiand cash turnoverisignificant effectioniprofitability.

Abstract

With a good and regular internal control system in managing supplies, the manage of company will get useful reports to improve effectiveness and efficiency in inventory management. This study aims to decide the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management on the internal control system. The independent variables in this study are the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management. For the dependent variable in the research is the internal control system. Data collection techniques used in this research study using primary data sources. Data sources in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires to respondents. The number of samples was 92 respondents from 120 respondents. The analysis technique used is validity test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, R2 Determination test, multiple regression, hypothesis testing using t statistics to test the partial regression coefficients and f statistics to test the significant of the influence together with the level of significance 5 %. The results of this study show that partly the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management has a significant effect on the internal control system. And simultaneously the effectiveness and management of inventory has significant effect on the internal control system. The value of Adjusted R square shows that jointly the effectiveness and efficiency of inventory management contributes to the internal control system by 60.2% while the remaining 39.8% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

In this era globalization the level of, company competition geeting tougher. To be able to survive and develop into a superior company, it must have strength to stay be able keep move forward and face challenges. The purpose of this research is to explain the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employed performances on PT Rapala VMC Batam. The sample that use on this research is 128 responden. The thecnic of collecting data that the researcher used on this research is questionnaire. The technic of data analysis on this research is multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the result of analysis by the researcher on this research, it was found that work dicipline has positive effect and significant influence to the employed performances of the employed on PT Rapala VMC Batam. The work motivation has positive effect and significant influence to the employed performance of the employed on PT Rapala VMC Batam. This research proves that work dicipline and work motivation able to increase the performance of the employed on PT Rapala VMC Batam.

Abstract

The business world resulted in the emergence of new companies so that the tight competition is inevitable that the manufacturing industry is an industry that is much cultivated by business people in Indonesia. This study entitled the influence of cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover on profitability Data analysis methods used are testing classical assumptions, multiple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing (t test and F test). The results of the t-test analysis partially indicate that cash turnover does not have a significant effect on profitability, accounts receivable turnover has a significant effect on profitability, while inventory turnover has no significant effect on profitability. The results of the F test analysis show that cashi turnoveri accountsi receivablei turnoveri andi inventoryi turnoveri doi noti havei ai significanti effecti oni profitabilityi simultaneouslyi.

Abstract

In an increasingly modern world demands entrepreneurs engaged in retail to compete in providing excellent service in order to increase customer satisfaction, besides that promotion is one strategy for companies to increase long-term profit. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and promotion on customer satisfaction at Holland Bakkery batu aji Fanindo Batam. The population in this study were customers who had made purchases at Holland Bakery Batam. This research is a causal associative study using a quantitative approach. Sampling was taken using the incidental sampling method with an error rate of 5% so that a sample of 186 respondents could be drawn. Research data obtained from the results of questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that service quality variables affect customer satisfaction, this can be proven by the results of the t test which shows tcount> t table, while the promotion variable does not affect customer satisfaction. This can be proven in the previous test where tcount <t table and the value is significant. The results of the F test analysis show that service quality and promotion simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Holland Bakery Batam. This can be proven from the results of the F test (simultaneous) by showing the value F (F count)> (Ftable). And the value is significant. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence on the X1 variable on the Y variable, and there is no influence between X2 variables on the Y variable and there is a significant effect between the two X variables simultaneously on the Y variable.

Abstract

In a company, human resources are one of the elements that play an important role. Therefore in the world of business that is growing increasingly rapidly now and the development of increasingly sophisticated knowledge and technology, it will bring changes in the life patterns of employees so that they can work optimally as human resources in it. The formulation of the problem in this study explains how the effect of work performance partially on employee performance, the effect of partial incentives on employee performance and how the influence of kejra achievement and incentives together - on the performance of The population in this study were employees of PT Telkom Akses, specifically the Batam area. The sampling technique is the census technique (Sensus Sampling) with 113 respondents in the research method using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study and the hypothesis indicate that Work Performance and Incentives partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research have purpose to find out the influence give by capital adequacy ratio and non performing loan to banking financial perfomance which have been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research is 43 banking companies which have been listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and there 20 companies which have been meet the criteria samples selected. The financial statement data have been obtained from IDX Batam representative. The research result by F test show that have significant influence which mean that simultaneously capital adequacy ratio and non performing loan give significant influence to Return On Assets, therefore the regresion model of this research are feasibel to be observed. Partially, by using t test it have been obtained that capital adequacy ratio variable not have any significant influence to return on assets, meanwhile the non performing loan variable have significant influence to return on assets.

Abstract

Currently Batam Island is still increasing and continues to increase, business people are finally increasingly trying to innovate which can increase the competitiveness of companies in their business. Companies find the relationship between products and prices,where consumers see products and prices that affect buying interest in consumer purchasing decisions,and the company always tries to provide the best for consumers. The type of research that will be used is quantitative research. The population in this study is housing that is available to consumers as many as 220 people, while the sample used was 142 consumers using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. The results in this study indicate that the t-test of the product and price has a positive and significant influence on buying interest in PT Citrabangun Deltareksa.While the product has a negative and not significant effect on purchasing decisions and prices have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at PT Citrabangun Deltareksa.
