Abstract

This research is done with the aim to know the organizational communication strategy used by PT Pandan Bahari Shipyard Security unit in improving security in the company. The research was conducted at PT Pandan Bahari Shipyard Tanjung Uncang Kota Batam. This research uses descriptive qualitative research method. Collection of data obtained based on the results of the way, observation and documentation. Then a support strategy, this strategy focuses more on the development of valuable partners through cooperation between institutions such as police binmas and navy. Then the strategy of support, this strategy focuses more on the development of valuable partners through cooperation between institutions such as the police binmas and navy. And the last integration strategy, in this case the head of security safeguards always coordinate both through breifing and meeting with members. Abstract

This research is conducted to test impact of CAR (Capital Adequasi Ratio), NPL (Net Perfoming Loan), and LDR (Loan to Deposit Ratio) to ROA (Return On Assets). This research includes all General Bank assigned in Indonesian stockExchange (IDX) which provides financial statement from 2014 until 2018. All data obtained from bank yearly report from 2014 until 2018. Technical analysis which being used in this research is classical assumption test which includes normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, and heteroscedasticity test. Side test is to use multiple linear regression test using least square equation and hypothesis test using t-statistic to test partial regression coefficient and F-statistic simultant regression coefficient with significant level 5%. As a result of normality test shows that data is normally distributed. Based on the multicollinearity test, the autocorrelation test, and the heterokedasticity test no variables deviate from the classical assumptions. The results showed that the CAR variable had a significant effect on ROA, H1 was accepted, NPL did not have a significant effect on ROA, H2 was rejected and LDR had no significant effect on ROA, H3 was rejected.

Abstract

This scientific to provide evidence of the effect of profitability, liquidity, and solvency on share prices in banking companies on the Indonesian stock The financial ratios the ROA, CR, and DER ratios as independent variables and Share Prices as dependent variable variable for the period 2015-2019. The type of data used is the type of quantitative data in the form of financial statements, and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Analysis technique multiple linear regression, using the classic assumption test, t test, and f test. The results of this scientific work indicate that ROA on stock prices with a value of t count 2.691, and t table 2.01290 then t count is greater than t table in the sense of a positive effect. while the CR on the t stock price is 0.410, and the t table is 2.01290, which means negative effect and DER on the stock price with a t value of 0.601, and the t table shows the value of 2.01290, which means negative effect. The results of testing the effect of ROA, CR, and DER have a negative and significant relationship to stock prices with a value of 2,469 and a significance of 0.074

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of trading days, Monday effects and weekend effects on the average daily return value of companies listed on the LQ 45 index of the Indonesia Stock Exchange from February 2018 to January 2020. The population in this study consisted of 633 listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample consists of 33 companies that meet the sample criteria obtained using purposive sampling techniques from February 2018 to January 2020. Data on daily stock return values ​​are obtained through www.yahoofinance.com and www.idx.co.id. To test the effect of trading days on the value of stock returns used a simultaneous test (f-test) and to test the effect of the Monday effect and weekend effect on the value of stock returns used a partial test (t-test). The results showed that there was no significant effect by trading day on the value of LQ 45 stock returns of the Indonesia Stock Exchange from February 2018 to January 2020 and there was no significant effect by Monday effect and weekend effect on the value of LQ 45 corporate stock returns of the Indonesia Stock Exchange the period February 2018 to January 2020. Abstract

This study purose to knowing capital adeqaucy, credit risk and liquidity on National Comercial Bank companies profitability whise registered with Financial Services Authority period 2015-2019. Data preferences in this study is secondary data such monetary quartal report National Commercial Foregin Exchange Bank companies and sampling method use purposive sampling method. Analysis method in this study using double linier regression, T test and F test. The conclusion of this research on partially capital adequacy have significant effect to profitability on significant value 0,000 < 0,05, credit risk have significant effect as partially to profitability on significant value 0,000 < 0,05 and liquidity as partially have negative effect and not significant to profitability on significant value 0,916 > 0,05. Simultantly capital adequacy, credit risk and liquidity have significant effect on profitability. Adjusted R square value such 4% and remaining 96% is explained by others variable not included in this research method.

Abstract

Liquor has a variety of adverse effects that are bad for the community. The efforts of the police in overcoming the distribution of illegal liquor in the city of Batam are through preventive and repressive measures. The role of the police in tackling illegal liquor in the city of Batam was assisted by bhabinkamtibmas and sanctions were only given in the form of fines and confiscations. Based on the theory of legal certainty used by the author that after reviewing it can be seen that the law already exists but many legal certainties are not carried out by members of the police as well as only providing sanctions and not by applicable regulations. This study aims to analyze the empirical juridical or sociology of law to find out more directly the approach by looking at something of the legal reality that already exists in society. The obstacles faced by police members are the absence of legislation relating to alcoholic drinks that do not yet have specific rules in prevention so that the police in handling these matters do not have certainty in providing criminal sanctions to dealers, sellers or buyers that are circulated illegally at Batam city.

Abstract

The research emphasizes on the analysis of Hierarchy of needs tiers and love and belonging needs that found in “Me Before You” novel by Jojo Moyes. The story in this novel begin from Louisa as a family breadwinner who had to work to fulfill economy needs, looking after William who was seriously ill and disability. The object of the research is love and belonging needs in “Me Before You” novel by Jojo Moyes viewed from Abraham Maslow Hierarchy needs theory. The researcher employs qualitative descriptive method. In doing this qualitative research, the reseacher used a love and belonging needs theory purpose by Abraham Maslow. The researcher would be explained three of love and belonging needs that found in this novel. Those are from family, friends and intimacy love. All of these love and belonging needs have their own meaning to symbolize a situation or feeling of character in this novel. After that, the researcher found the obstacle and struggle of main charachter to fulfill love and belonging needs to the story in that novel. From the analysis, it can be concluded the love and belonging needs to be found in "Me Before You" novel by Jojo Moyes

Abstract

Pencurian merupakan suatu tindak kejahatan yang seringkali terjadi sehingga menimbulkan keresahan bagi masyarakat. Kejahatan dimasyarakat dapat terjadi dimana saja, kapan saja dan dalam bentuk yang beragam. Umumnya pelaku kejahatan karena didorong oleh pemenuhan kebutuhan yang relatif sulit dipenuhi yang salah satu penyebabnya ialah sedikitnya lapangan pekerjaan yang tersedia. Dampak yang dirasakan akibat tindak pidana kejahatan yang terjadi menuntut para penegak hukum dapat memberikan sanksi hukum dan kebijakan yang tepat agar sesuai aturan hukum yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian dalam jurnal ini adalah, Mengetahui pertimbangan hakim dalam memutuskan kasus pencurian dilihat dari PERMA Nomor 2 Tahun 2012 dan Proses hukum oleh penegakkan hukum terhadap kasus pencurian perkebunan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Yuridis Norrmatif. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan undang-undang, buku dan jurnal. Pembahasan dalam jurnal ini adalah Perkara Pidana Ringan (Tipiring) yang merupakan perkara yang sering terjadi pada masyarakat Indonesia. Terdapat banyak kasus pencurian menurut harga barang yang tergolong kecil yang diadili oleh Pengadilan banyak menyita perhatian masarakat. Hasil penelitian adalah kasus pencurian diproses berdasarkan tindak pidana umum yang seharusnya tindak pidana ringan sesuai dengan PERMA Nomor 02 Tahun 2012 sehingga bertentangan dengan Pasal 2 ayat (2) dan ayat (3). Pada dasarnya tidak ada penahan, proses pemeriksaan cepat dan diputuskan dengan hakim tunggal.

Abstract

Dividend policy which contributes to obtain profits obtained by entities that can be distributed to investors as dividends or requested in the form of profits that are used as capital in the future by the entity. In this sduty, there is a purpose to determine the effect of profitability, ownership structure, company growth and business effectiviness on dividend policy in the consumer goods industry sector and miscellaneous industry sector on the Bursa Efek Indonesia. The independent variables used are profitability, ownership structure, company growth and business effectiveness. The population in this study consisted of 109 companies included in the consumer goods industry sector and miscellaneous industry sector on the Bursa Efek Indonesia.samples selected by purposive sampling were selected into 10 companies listed on the Bursa Efek Indonesia in the period 2015-2019. The data collection technique used was documentation technique. Data management technique used is data management with SPSS version 21. Data analysis method used is to use multiple linear methods.

Abstract

The agreement is the beginning of an agreement on a work agreed between the two parties that contains the rights and obligations of one party to another that binds itself and agrees to the agreement. This study raised and discussed the legal agreement between PT. Lingga Jaya construction with Mitra dynamic. All forms of agreements and commitments arising from agreements on a work agreed by the parties that bind themselves are born and contained in a contract that depends on the type of work to be performed by the parties. the purpose of this research is to find out the Implementation of Article 1320 of the Criminal Procedure Code and Article 1313 of the Criminal Procedure Code on cooperation agreements on rights and obligations between PT. LINGGA JAYA CONSTRUCTION with CV. Dynamic Partners. This research is an empirical legal research that is legal research that uses empirical facts taken from human behavior, both verbal behaviors obtained from interviews and real behavior carried out through direct observation. This data collection technique is the author plunged directly into the place to be examined by researchers to find the data needed by interview.
