Abstract

Teachers with good competency will impact the quality of Education. The teachers' responsibility in educating, teaching, guiding, managing, training, and evaluating must be well-developed so that the results can directly contribute in improving the quality of education because qualified teachers could manifest a highly qualified education. Therefore, some factors that have determinant values need to be considered as necessary to construct qualified teachers. Teachers' competency improvement can be made in various ways, including through the training session. Teacher training aimed to advance the competence of teachers, especially for Machinery Engineering teachers so that they can meet the specified standards. The training model designed in the paper sought to explain 2D and 3D CADD training with the 2020 inventor using the project-based learning model. This paper was expected to be able to manifest the concept of teacher training using Project Based-Learning in training institution so that it can be able to help in improving the teachers' competency

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan penilaian pada kompe-tensi inti kurikulum 2013 Keahlian Teknik Gambar Bangunan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan penilaian (1) Kompetensi Inti-1 sebesar 87,50% terlaksana baik, penilaian paling ba-nyak menggunakan teknik observasi, dan paling sedikit menggunakan teknik jurnal; (2) Kompetensi Inti-2 sebesar 83,33% terlaksana baik, penilaian terbanyak menggu-nakan teknik observasi, dan paling sedikit menggunakan teknik penilaian antar peser-ta didik; (3) Kompetensi Inti-3 sebesar 91,67% terlaksana baik, penilaian terbanyak menggunakan teknik tes tulis, dan paling sedikit menggunakan teknik penilaian se-cara lisan; (4) Kompetensi Inti-4 sebesar 79,17% terlaksana baik, penilaian terbanyak menggunakan teknik tes praktik, dan paling sedikit menggunakan teknik portofolio.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis sifat kimia (protein, kalsium, zat besi) dan sifat organoleptik yang terdiri dari mutu hedonik (tekstur, aroma, rasa) serta hedonik rasa snack bar dengan rasio tepung kacang merah dan tepung pisang raja nangka 70:30%, 60:40%, dan 50:50%. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian eks-perimen menggunakan RAL, dengan perlakuan rasio tepung pisang raja nangka dan tepung kacang merah yang berbeda. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji ANOVA. Hasil analisis sifat kimia, mutu hedonik, dan hedonik rasa snack bar menunjukkan bahwa berbeda nyata pada setiap perlakuan. Snack bar rasio tepung pisang raja nangka dan tepung kacang merah 50:50% menghasilkan kadar protein, kalsium, dan zat besi ter-tinggi. Mutu hedonik tekstur dengan rerata ranking tertinggi pada rasio 50:50% menghasilkan snack bar dengan kategori paling tidak keras. Mutu hedonik aroma dan rasa dengan rerata ranking tertinggi pada snack bar rasio 70:30% yang menghasilkan kategori paling tidak beraroma langu tidak terasa kacang merah.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the performance of the Electrical Engineering Department viewed from the lecturers and students' achievements. The lecturers' achievements were seen from the Three Pillars of Higher Education, whereas the students' accomplishments were observed from academic achievement, organizational, competition, and graduates quality. The subject of this research were all lecturers and students from six study programs in Electrical Engineering Department. This research used quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the performance of Electrical Engineering Department seen from lecturers' achievements containing the Three Pillars of Higher Education comprises of education, research, and community service was "Pretty Good", the performance of Electrical Engineering Department seen from the students' achievements involving academic achievement, organization, competition, and job relevancy in relation with alumni skill was "Good", and the all-around performance of Electrical Engineering Department was "Good".

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mengungkap perbedaan rerata hasil belajar pem-rograman web (ranah pengetahuan dan keterampilan) karena pengaruh penerapan Project-Based Learning (PjBL) dan Metode Drill dibandingkan dengan PjBL dan metode Feedback. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan quasi experiment dengan post-test only. Subjek penelitian adalah sebanyak 68 siswa kelas XI RPL di SMKN 6 Ma-lang. Analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t dengan teknik independent sample t-tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL dan metode Drill le-bih baik diterapkan untuk ranah keterampilan, sedangkan penerapan model PjBL dan metode Feedback lebih baik diterapkan untuk ranah pengetahuan.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the link and match between the skills and competency of the Agricultural Vocational Secondary School graduates from the Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing Competency Skill and the competencies that the industry needs, and identify the mechanism in ensuring the link and match of the Agricultural Vocational Secondary School curriculum of the specific competency. The data was collected through a focus group discussion. The study results showed that the Agricultural Vocational Secondary School Curriculum has linked and matched with the competencies that the industry needs, referring to the certification for level two of the Indonesian National Qualification Framework. There was no formal steps and mechanism to link and match the curriculum of Agricultural Vocational Secondary School in the Competency Skill for Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing with the competencies that the industry needs. This study concluded that the curriculum of the Agricultural Secondary Vocational School focuses on The Competency Skill for Agribusiness of Agricultural Product Processing has linked and matched with the Certification Schema for Level Two of the Indonesian National Qualification Framework, set by the National Board for Professional Certification and the Directorate General for Primary and Secondary Education.

Abstract

Salah satu cara peningkatan mutu lulusan SMK Nasional adalah dengan melaksanakan pendidikan kelas industri bekerjasama dengan PT Astra Honda Motor. Oleh karena itu perlu dideskripsikan: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, (3) evaluasi, dan (4) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan; pendidikan kelas kerjasama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Semester ganjil 2016/2017 di SMK Nasional Malang. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan terdapat kerjasama yang berkategori baik antara ke-dua pihak dalam hal: (1) perencanaan, (2) pelaksanaan, dan (3) evaluasi, dan (4) men-dapat dukungan yang positif dari komite sekolah dan warga sekolah (guru, staf admi-nistrasi, dan karyawan), serta industri. Faktor penghambat terungkap dari faktor sis-wa, yaitu meliputi: motivasi dan semangat belajar yang rendah.

Abstract

Based on an interview, 88 percent from 34 students received a score below the minimal completeness criteria in Digital Simulation subject because students were passive in the learning and the usage of uninteresting learning material. This developmental research aimed to design and develop the mobile-based digital simulation learning material to improve students' activeness in Class X TKJ, Public High School Vocational High School 2 Turen and tested the feasibility of teaching materials as learning supplements. This research used the ADDIE model, containing: (1) analyze, (2) design, (3) develop, (4) implement, and (5) evaluate. The feasibility test was performed in Class X TKJ students in Digital Simulation subject. Based on the obtained data, the material validation test from experts was 95 percent, media test from experts obtained 98.74 percent, small group test was 91.2 percent, and field test obtained 94.65 percent. It could be concluded that Simulation Digital learning material was in very feasible category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan sebuah bahan ajar dalam bentuk buku ajar untuk mata pelajaran K3 dan Higiene Sanitasi yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL). Model pengembangan yang digunakan didasarkan pada tahap-tahap penelitian pengembangan Sukmadinata. Hasil data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS Ver.17 for Windows. Hasil pengembangan menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan penilaian tentang kelengkapan penyajian terhadap buku ajar hasil pengembangan berada pada kualifikasi Baik. Hasil uji coba produk menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil belajar secara signifikan yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya kenaikan nilai hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa bahan ajar pengembangan layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran.
