Mabrur: Journal of Hajj and Umra adalah jurnal yang dapat diakses publik yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi S-1 Manajemen Haji dan Umrah Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dan bekerja sama dengan Perkumpulan Ahli Manajemen Haji dan Umrah (PAMHU). Jurnal ini diterbitkan dua kali setahun, setiap bulan Maret dan September. Jurnal ini berisi hasil penelitian (lapangan atau studi pustaka), kajian teoretis maupun kajian kritis yang meliputi beberapa ranah kajian sebagai berikut. Aspek manajemen yang mencakup kajian mengenai pengelolaan, administrasi, manajemen bimbingan manasik haji, problematika, biro perjalanan wisata rohani, petugas haji, KBIHU, penyelenggaraan haji dan umrah Aspek teknologi informasi yang mencakup kajian bidang pengelolaaN Sistem Aplikasi Haji dalam penyelenggaraan haji dan umrah; Aspek Pengelolaan keuangan haji dan umrah yang mencakup kajian ekonomi, regulasi dan hukum bisnis, perancangan usaha, manajemen risiko (risk management) penyelenggaraan haji dan umrah.

Abstract

This research is based on the travel agency Travel Selatour Bukittinggi branch which has received permission from (Kemenang), Sharia Management in managing the Hajj and Umrah Manasik Guidance, as well as the number of pilgrims departing at Travel Selatour Bukittinggi branch. The research method used is a qualitative method in the form of a descriptive method regarding analyzing the potential of sharia management in the guidance of Hajj and Umrah rituals at Travel Selatour Bukittinggi branch. The data collection technique is an interview with the manager of Travel Selatour Bukittinggi branch. From the results of research conducted on the guidance of Hajj and Umrah rituals at the Bukittinggi branch of Selatour Travel, the implementation of Sharia Management, namely Sidik, Amanah, Tablig and Fatanah.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate, find out the supporting and inhibiting factors of SISKOHAT services in directing the orderly administration of prospective hajj pilgrims at the Ministry of Religion of Sumedang Regency in 2023. The theory used in this study is the Service theory according to Sampara. This study uses a qualitative method. The results of the study show that SISKOHAT provides convenience in managing hajj administration through aspects of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible service. Supporting factors include adequate equipment, trained workers, efficiency, accuracy, centralized management, improved services, and data security. While the inhibiting factors are unstable connections or networks, poor central systems, and lack of technical discipline in system management.

Abstract

This study aims to determine innovation design, communication channels, implementation and participant acceptance by focusing on data collection through qualitative descriptive methods. The results showed that innovation management, namely the diffusion of innovation in the implementation of professional Hajj ritual counselor certification activities of the Faculty of Da'wah and Communication of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung Batch XXVIII, was successful. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of participants from various regions, including outside West Java, and good cooperation from the organizers, which are key factors in the successful introduction of innovations in these activities. The innovation design applied includes the use of barcode absent media, the provision of manasik props, the existence of a resume assessment system, appreciation of participants, developing curriculum according to needs.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of the quality of service of Hajj ritual counselors on the level of satisfaction of the congregation of KBIHU Pusdai Bandung city. The theory used in this research is the theory of service quality from Tjiptono. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, by filling out a questionnaire. The sample in this study were 78 people. The data was analyzed using the Simple Regression Analysis Technique using the help of SPSS software. The results of this study obtained a coefficient of determination of 49.5% while the remaining 50% was influenced by other factors. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the regulations, concepts, and behavior of officers from the Hajj and Umrah Organizer of the Ministry of Religion of Sumedang Regency in serving Hajj registration in 2023. The method used is qualitative method. The theory used is Levinson's role theory. The results of the interview show that there are other regulations in the Minister of Health Circular Letter Number.02.01/Menkes/33/2020 for pilgrims who have registered but when in the waiting period have a history of illness in the circular letter can delegate or cancel the hajj registration. PHU Kemenag Sumedang has two concepts in Hajj registration, namely direct registration and online registration through the Hajj smart application. Officer behavior in Hajj registration services must be in accordance with officer operational standards.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation, and evaluation of services to pilgrims at the Ciparay Religious Affairs Office. The theory used in this research is strategic management theory. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that there are several important factors that can make Hajj ritual guidance services to prospective pilgrims more effective, which include good strategic management that is very important to plan a comprehensive Hajj guidance program, the quality of mentors, structured guidance planning, and periodic evaluation of the guidance program to identify weaknesses and prevent future mistakes. By paying attention to these factors, it is hoped that Hajj ritual guidance can help prospective pilgrims prepare well and undergo the Hajj pilgrimage in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore the strategic implementation process, and the results of recruitment by KBIHU Al-Magfiroh in order to increase the quantity of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims. With a qualitative approach, this research is organized descriptively to describe the data related to the problems to be discussed. Strategic management theory in this study aims to be able to design effective and efficient implementation. The results of this study, The process of registering prospective pilgrims at KBIHU Al-Magfiroh implements a good recruitment strategy program. The implementation of the management strategy used by KBIHU Al- Magfiroh in recruiting its pilgrims uses internal and external strategies in achieving maximum results. The results of the pilgrimage recruitment strategy at KBIHU Al-Magfiroh are effective and efficient.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of ritual guidance provided by KBIHU Al-Magfiroh on the independence of the congregation at KBIHU Al-Magfiroh. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method, with simple linear regression analysis. This research uses guidance theory according to Prayito and Erman Amti, that guidance is used as a process of assistance provided by a professional to individuals or groups. The results of this research show that the ritual guidance has effect on the congregation's independence by 72.4%. while remaining 27.6% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not studied.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on the satisfaction of Umrah pilgrims and to determine the level of congregation satisfaction at KBIHU Al-Falah Cicalengka. With a quantitative approach, this study uses primary data collection techniques obtained through distributing questionnaires to Umrah pilgrims and data processed using simple linear regression analysis with a sample size of 30 people. The theory of service quality in this study aims to determine the value of good and bad service quality. The results of this study indicate that the services at KBIHU Al-Falah are good and the level of congregation satisfaction is also very satisfied.

Abstract

The research is aimed at discussing how the use of Hajj funds for infrastructure investment and to identify implementation of the Hajj Fund investment management. This type of research is normative legal research In the process of data collection, the authors use the method of research library of data sources i.e. legislative regulations, books, official documents, publications, and research results. The results of this research show that no investment of Hajj funds for infrastructure, but in the form of publication of Syari’ah State Valuable Letter (SBSN) in Sukuk Haji Fund Indonesia (SDHI) invested and also carried out in form of banking products, securities, gold, direct investment and other investments. The placement and/or investment of Hajj finances is carried out in accordance with the principles of Shariah, taking into account security, caution, value of benefits, and liquidity.
