Abstract

This study aims to determine the tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy for tourist satisfaction. The descriptive quantitative method uses a multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS Program. The population in this study is the number of visitors in November and December 2021, with 545,312 people. The sample size used the Slovin formula with the results of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling. The results showed that only the reliability variable partially had no significant effect on tourist satisfaction. Dunia Fantasi Taman Impian Jaya Ancol needs the implementation of strict health protocols, the availability of various interpretation boards, and regular maintenance of the cleanliness of tourist attractions to improve their performance in providing services to tourists. Continuous improvement in managing the execution of Dunia Fantasi Taman Impian Jaya Ancol will increase the positive image of tourist destinations, which is a long time will form tourist satisfaction. Abstract

Research on tourist satisfaction has been a topic of interest for many academicians. This study aimed to examine the effect of tourist facilities on tourist satisfaction at the natural attractions of Tegenungan waterfall, Bali. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with 100 samples collected in 5 days. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the tourist facility variable has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction. T test results show that the tourist facilities (X) significantly affect tourist satisfaction (Y) at the natural attractions of Tegenungan waterfall, Bali. It is expected that the quality of existing tourist facilities can be improved so that it can have a positive impact on the satisfaction of tourists visiting the waterfall. Abstract

This research aims to explore the work-life balance of millennial hoteliers in the Sarbagita area (Denpasar, Badung, Gianyar, and Tabanan) and its role as a mediator in the relationship between authentic leadership and turnover intention. To answer the objectives of this study, multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the assistance of the SPSS version 28 program were applied. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 millennial employees and validated through interviews with the general managers of five-star hotels. The main finding of the current study was that work-life balance was not proven to mediate the effect of authentic leadership on the intention of turnover of the millennial hotelier. This study recommends that hotel management elaborates on a clear, transparent, directed, and structured work-life balance program for millennial employees who will dominate the workforce in the Society 5.0 era. The results of this study contribute practically to the decision-making of five-star hotel management in the Sarbagita area to retain the best talent of the millennial generation, which emphasizes the quality of human resources. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of community leaders as tourism activists and to analyze the work relationship system between other stakeholder figures. This study used a mixed-method, with interviews community leaders, appropriate informants and questionnaires to 100 local community respondents, who took the case study location in Terong Village. Province of Bangka Belitung Islands. The results showed that there was consistency in the role of leadership in developing the capacity of tourism villages. The leader is the most important aspect besides establishing working relationships with local governments and other stakeholders who bridge the interests of the community or village tourism management business groups and be potential alternative tourism in Tulamben for its good destination image. Abstract

One of the Super Priority Tourist Destinations is Labuan Bajo which has the Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village, which currently has problems regarding community participation. CBT-based tourism development in Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village needs to be implemented to increase local community participation in tourism development. This study aims to determine the development of Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village as a Community-Based Tourism Destination. This study uses qualitative data types with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, documentation, and literature study. Determination of informants in this study using purposive sampling and accidental sampling. The informants in this study were the Head of the Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village Pokdarwis, the Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village Head, representatives from the West Manggarai Tourism and Culture Office, representatives from NGOs, and the Tanjung Boleng tourism village community. The results show that the development of Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village as a tourism destination based on Community Based Tourism currently needs to be improved from the economic, political, environmental, cultural, and social components by increasing human resources and managers. Tanjung Boleng Tourism Village also needs to hold key principles and elements in developing Community-Based Tourism. Keywords: Community Based Tourism, Tourism Development, Tourism Village

Abstract

This research aims to determine priorities for the development of marine tourism in Tanggamus Regency. To obtain recommendation for priority for marine tourism development, this research focuses on three marine tourism destinations that managed by Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) together with Tanggamus Government, namely Kiluan Bay, Karang Putih Beach, and Muara Indah Tourism Park. Focus Group Discussions (FGD) as well as questionnaire were conducted with informants from Tourism, Culture, Youth and Sports Agency of Tanggamus Regency, and Pokdarwis representatives from management of the research location. This research uses Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, and the priority preferences for the development of marine tourism are assessed from the aspects of connectivity (C1), governments program support (C2), potential problems (C3), and potential value-added locations (C4). The results show indicators in each data cluster prioritize Kiluan Bay as the first priority to be developed. The results also recommend to increase tourism promotions in the airport area and optimizing the constructions of access roads (C1), synchronizing tourism development plans in the Regional Spatial Plan to the Lampung Province Medium-Long Term Development Plan and facilitating investors in the tourism sectors (C2), educating the public regarded the potential dangers of disasters (C3), supporting for accommodations, local communities attractions and culinary centers (C4). Abstract

Aeon mall is company from Japan, and joint venture with Sinarmas Land for PT.AMSL Indonesia. Aeon mall grand opening in BSD, Tangerang 30 May 2015, after two years from the opening Aeon Mall has already many visitors from area in Jabodetabek. Marketing mix approach is used from Morrison (2002) product, price, place, promotion, people, packaging and programming, also partnership. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix based on Morrison theories to visitor decision of visiting Aeon Mall. This research used descriptive method approach. The population in this study is Aeon Mall visitors. The respondent was chosen by random sampling. The numbers of respondents are 218 people. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used validity and reliability, frequencies, mean, the classical assumption test, t-test, f-test, regression analysis, hypothesis test and coefficient of determination by using SPSS for windows 20.0. The study found that there was a positive and significant impact of product, promotion, and partnership to visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall. But there wasn’t a positive and significant effect of price, place, people, packaging and programing to the visitor’s decision of visiting Aeon Mall.

Abstract

The growth in the number of tourists to the Special Region of Yogyakarta by students or the current millennial generation is an opportunity for managers of tourist destinations to develop visual spaces that support tourists' desire to take selfies. The purpose of this study is to find out which photo spot models are most in demand by tourists. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method supplemented by a survey, with the photo spot model serving as the research object and a quota sample of 100 tourists who have visited Yogyakarta's Special Region. Data collection system for sampling using a simple random sampling method and polling technique. The results of this study are tourist interest in photo spots that combine nature and man-made in an outdoor tourist destination that has a mountainous landscape and cultural customs of the local community with their distinctive traditions. Abstract

One of the villages that was developed as a tourist village is Permis Village and Rajik Village, South Bangka Regency, which are one of the villages that are members of the Fisheries, Plantation and Culture Cluster. Permis and Rajik Villages have development potential when viewed from a geographical and accessibility aspect. From a geographical aspect, Permis Village and Rajik Village are villages that are supported by the beach or the sea. From the aspect of accessibility, Permis Village and Rajik Village will be built a National Bridge connecting South Sumatra with Bangka. Based on this, this study aims to explore the potential for the development of Permis and Rajik Villages as local and cultural tourism villages based on studies of supply and demand aspects so that they are able to provide recommendations for future Village development. The approach used in this research is mixed methods, including qualitative methods to study supply aspects, community characteristics and policies, as well as quantitative methods to assess tourism demand aspects. The results showed that the Permis Village and the Rajik Village had the potential to be developed as local and cultural tourism villages. Abstract

Cibuntu Village is a sub-district area that is one of the villages that has the potential for the development of the agricultural, plantation, and livestock sectors. In addition to these sectors, the tourism sector with the concept of agrotourism is expected to be developed and will make a significant contribution to the economy in Cibuntu Village. The purpose of this study is to determine the location of tourist attractions in Cibuntu Village and determine the types of tourism that can be developed in that location. The data analysis method used is divided into two parts, namely policy analysis and basic sector analysis using LQ (Location Quotient) calculation analysis. With applicable policy restrictions, tourism activities in Cibuntu Village are agrotourism and ecotourism. From the results of the LQ calculation, there are superior commodities, namely sweet potatoes, these commodities are worthy of investment to be developed in the future. Several alternative locations for tourism objects and activities that can be developed are agro-tourism activities in agricultural areas located in Cibuntu village which are designated as ecotourism areas.
