Jurnal Pariwisata Tourista diterbitkan oleh Program Diploma Kepariwisataan Universitas Merdeka Malang sebagai terbitan berkala yang menyajikan informasi dan analisis persoalan Kepariwisataan (Perhotelan, Destinasi Wisata dan Perjalanan Wisata). Jurnal ini bersifat ilmiah populer yang meliputi pemikiran teoritik maupun penelitian empirik. Redaksi menerima karya ilmiah dalam bentuk hasil penelitian atau artikel, termasuk ide-ide pengembangan khususnya di bidang Kepariwisataan. Jurnal Pariwisata Tourista dulunya bernama Jurnal Perhotelan, Destinasi Wisata, Perjalanan Wisata dengan singkatan Jurnal Tesla. Sejalan dengan akan diajukannya Peringkat Akreditasi Sinta, maka akan nama Jurnal diganti dengan nama yang lebih sesuai dengan bidang kepariwisataan. Oleh sebab itu dipilihlah nama Jurnal Pariwisata Tourista sebagai nama baru. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Program Diploma Kepariwisataan yang menyajikan informasi dan analisis persoalan Kepariwisataan. Jurnal Pariwisata Tourista diterbitkan 2 kali dalam setahun pada bulan Juni dan Desember (ketika masih menggunakan nama sebelumnya). Namun, pada periode ini akan kami sesuaikan bulan terbitannya menjadi April dan Oktober.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh bahan baku dan proses produksi terhadap kualitas produk yang dihasilkan pada Sotis Hotel Kupang, Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 35 responden yaitu karyawan kitchen dan purchasing Sotis Hotel Kupang. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan cara pembagian kuisioner ke seluruh responden. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah bahan baku tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas produk dan proses produksi berpengaruh dominan terhadap kualitas produk. Akan tetapi kualitas bahan baku dan proses produksi berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap kualitas produk.

Abstract

Hotel Montana is one of the hotels located in the center of Malang City, and is a popular accommodation for tourists. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of room attendant service quality on guest satisfaction at Hotel Montana Malang City. Writing This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all guests staying at the Hotel Malang, while the sample in this study was determined using the slovin formula. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire (questionnaire) given to respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study used validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression tests and hypothesis testing. From the results of this study it can be concluded that service quality influences guest satisfaction staying at the Montana Hotel in Malang City intentions.

Abstract

Kondisi pariwisata mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan setelah pemerintah membuka kran pemberlakuan pembatasan kegiatan masyarakat (PPKM), destinasi pariwisata menjadi lokus yang harus dikembangkan untuk menunjang perekonomian terutama perekonomian daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana dampak city branding dan daya tarik wisata dalam mendorong minat berkunjung wisatawan ke Pantai Camplong Kabupaten Sampang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei melaui penyebaran kuesioner dengan metode analisis data mengunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa city branding memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam mendorong minat berkunjung wisatawan ke Pantai Camplong; daya tarik wisata memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam mendorong minat berkunjung wisatawan ke Pantai Camplong; dan faktor utama yang dapat mendorong minat berkunjung wisatawan ke Pantai Camplong adalah faktor daya tarik wisata. Diharapkan pengelola destinasi Pantai Camplong untuk senantiasa melakukan perbaikan dan menjaga kelestarian kawasan wisata, dengan mengajaga kelestarian pohon-pohon yang ada dan menjaga kebersihan pantai dan object wisata dari sampah, serta dapat meningkatkan infrastruktur wisata seperti dengan memperbanyak spot-spot untuk foto yang menarik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of service quality and facilities on visitors' interest in using lodging services at the Grand Kolopaking Hotel, Kebumen. The sample specified in this study is that consumers use lodging services at the Grand Kolopaking Kebumen Hotel, namely as many as 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study was by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires to samples that match the research criteria. This research is a quantitative descriptive study using the SPSS V.21 data processing program. In this study, based on the t test conducted, it shows that the service quality variable has no effect on visitor interest, while facilities have a positive and significant effect on visitor interest. Through the F test it is known that simultaneously the dependent variable has an effect on the independent variables and facility variables. While the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study, such as promotions, perceived quality. From the research results, it was also found that the facility variable was the variable that had the dominant influence on visiting intentions.

Abstract

Malang City Tourism has become one of the tourist destinations favored by visitors, with a good Marketing SIM from tourist destinations, the quality of information provided by these tourist destinations, and the quality of service when tourists visit these tourist destinations. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the existence of a marketing sim, information quality, and service quality on tourist loyalty in the Colorful Village of Malang City through tourist satisfaction. The population in this study were all people who had visited Kampung Warna Warni Malang City, with a total sample of 105 respondents and in this study the data analysis technique used was path analysis. The results of this study found that marketing SIM and service quality had a direct effect on tourist loyalty, while information quality did not have a direct effect on tourist loyalty. The results of this study also showed that marketing SIM, information quality and service quality had an effect on tourist loyalty through tourist satisfaction which can be interpreted that tourist satisfaction really mediates in this study. The conclusion that can be drawn is that tourists who are loyal to the tourist destination of the Colorful Village of Malang City are tourists who are satisfied with the marketing SIM, quality of information, and quality of service in the Colorful Village of Malang City.

Abstract

Brewlah Coffee and Roastery is a coffee shop business in Malang City which has been established for three years. Judging from the competition in the world of coffee shops in Malang City, it takes a good place, quality, and service to be able to compete in other culinary fields of MSMEs. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the quality of Barista products and services on guest satisfaction at Brewlah Coffee and Roastery. This study used 114 respondents who were guests of Brewlah Coffee and Roastery. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the guests of Brewlah Coffee and Roastery randomly. The data processing method uses a simple linear reference analysis method through the SPSS program. From testing the hypothesis, it was obtained that there was a positive and significant effect partially or simultaneously between product quality and service quality on Brewlah Coffee And Roastery Guest Satisfaction. It can be interpreted that the better the product quality and service quality will further increase guest satisfaction, then other results obtained product quality has a dominant effect on guest satisfaction.

Abstract

Gastronomy, Local Cuisine and Food Tourism are three separate things but touch each other and many of the parameters are the same for the three concepts. Nasi Tiwul or what the Javanese call Sego Tiwul, is synonymous with originating from Trenggalek Regency. This research is a qualitative research in which interviews were conducted with well-defined traditional food buyers and sellers in Trenggalek. The results of interviews with informants prove that sellers are starting to embrace technological developments. The seller's awareness of technology has a significant influence on business development and increased sales of nasi tiwul. This is because the market share is getting wider. In addition, some of the buyers interviewed said that the weakness of the nasi tiwul business in Trenggalek was the lack of promotion. This causes not many people from outside the area who know and are interested in nasi tiwul.

Abstract

Boonpring merupakan destinasi  andalan Desa Sanankerto Kabupaten Malang yang memiliki daya tarik yaitu hutan bambu sebagai daya tarik wisata utama. Dengan melihat daya tarik wisata utama di Boon Pring adalah hutan bambu yang lekat dengan kearifan lokal, maka penerapan pesona sapta sangat penting dan perlu diperhatikan dalam pengembangan pariwisata di Boon Pring. Jadi tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Sapta Pesona terhadap kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Boon Pring. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, dan teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan link kuesioner berupa Google Form kepada 100 responden yang berkunjung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji hipotesis dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Sapta Pesona berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, hal ini juga menggambarkan bahwa penerapan Sapta Pesona di Boon Pring memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepuasan wisatawan yang berkunjung. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah wisatawan yang berkunjung merasa puas karena Boon Pring telah menerapkan Sapta Pesona

Abstract

Coban Lanang is now one of the tourist destinations in Batu City. The concept of semi-modern natural tourism is seen in the spatial layout, facilities, and tourist products that attract the attention of tourists. On August 8, 2021, Coban Lanang Tourism was opened in stages. This research focuses on the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy (products, prices, promotions, and places) in Coban Lanang tourist destinations. Using quantitative research methods with a total of 50 respondents. Place is the dominant variable that influences a person's interest in visiting Coban Lanang tourist destinations.

Abstract

There are fourth importance aspects for tourist attraction such as; attraction, accessibilities, amenities, ancillary. Tourist destination also have a destination image that contains three aspects, cognition, affection, and uniqueness. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of tourist attraction and destination image on tourist satisfaction in the “Kajoetangan Heritage” area in the city of Malang. The study used quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. After doing research, analysis results obtained from the researcher shows that the tourist attraction (X1) and destination image (X2) affect tourist satisfaction in the “Kajoetangan Heritage" area in the city of Malang by 66,5% while 33,5% is influenced by other factors. Destination image has a more positive effect than tourist attraction on tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction that is most felt when they travel in the “Kajoetangan Heritage" area in the city of Malang is a feeling of safe and comfortable
