Abstract

Acute Respiratory Infection is an infectious disease of the upper and lower respiratory tract caused by bacteria or viruses enters the respiratory system, causing symptoms like a cough, runny nose, hoarseness, and fever. and mucus discharge for less than 14 days. The problem of nutrition is essentially a public health problem whose handling cannot be done by approaching medical services and health services alone. The causes of nutritional problems are multifactorial, so they must involve various related sectors. Despite the fact that smoking can reduce morbidity and mortality, it remains a public health issue. In addition to leading to mortality and morbidity. This type of research is descriptive research. Descriptive research is research with a method to describe a research result. The Simple Random Sampling method was used to collect the sample for this study. Univariate data were obtained in the form of sex, weight/age, and number of smokers.

Abstract

Abstrak. Latar Belakang: Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering dialami oleh ibu hamil. Banyak faktor yang berhubungan dengan anemia pada ibu hamil diantaranya usia, pendidikan, paritas, jarak kehamilan, umur kehamilan, graviditas dan status gizi. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara status gizi dan jarak kehamilan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mantrijeron Kota Yogyakarta. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil yang pernah melakukan pemeriksaan kehamilan di Puskesmas Mantrijeron Kota Yogyakarta tahun 2023 sesuai kriteria inklusi sebanyak 45 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian menggunakan checklist. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Karakteristik ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Mantrijeron kota Yogyakarta mayoritas umur 20-35 tahun 64,4%, status pendidikan tinggi 91,1%, status pekerjaan tidak bekerja 68,8%, paritas 1 dan 4 anak 68,9%, multigraviditas 62,2% dan usia kehamilan 28-40 minggu 53,3%. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil dengan p 1,00 > 0,05. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara jarak kehamilan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil p 0,483 > 0,05. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dan jarak kehamilan dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil Absctract Backgroud: Anemia is a health problem that is often experienced by pregnant women. Many factors are associated with anemia in pregnant women including age, education, income, parity, distance between pregnancies, gestational age, gravidity and nutritional status. Objective: To knows the relationship between nutritional status and pregnancy distances with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of Mantrijeron Community Health Center, Yogyakarta City. Methods: The type of research is an observational cross-sectional design. The sample in this study were 45 pregnant women who had conducted pregnancy checks at the Mantrijeron Health Center in Yogyakarta City in 2023 using a purposive sampling technique. The research instrument uses a checklist. Data analysis used the chi square test.. Results: Characteristics of pregnant women in the working area of Mantrijeron Health Center area of Yogyakarta city, the majority are aged 20-35 years 64,4%, higher education status 91,1%, employment status not working 68,8%, parity of 1 and 4 children 68,9%, multigravidity 62,2% and gestational age 28-40 weeks 53,3%. There was no relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women p 1,000 > 0,05. There was no relationship between the spacing of pregnancies and the incidence of anemia p 0,483 > 0,05. Conclusion: There was no relationship between nutritional status and pregnancy distance with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women

Abstract

Bulutangkis menjadi satu dari beberapa cabang olahraga Indonesia yang paling digemari dan telah berkembang menjadi cabang olahraga unggulan Indonesia yang bergengsi dimata dunia. Nutrisi dibutuhkan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh dalam beraktivitas saat berolahraga; jika nutrisi ini tidak cukup untuk memenuhi asupan pada badan kita, yang terjadi adalah keseimbangan energi yang buruk dan jika terjadi pada waktu lama maka akan mengakibatkan status gizi jadinya tidak normal dan akan berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kecukupan zat gizi makro dan aktivitas fisik terhadap status gizi atlet bulutangkis di Kecamatan Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah observasional dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Sampel pada penelitian ini merupakan atlet bulutangkis usia yaiyu 10-25 tahun di Kecamatan Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara dengan menggunakan teknik pengamblan sampel accidental sampling.serta unntuk Pengumpulan data menggunakan timbangan berat badan, microtoise, recall 2x24 jam dan kuesioner IPAQ serta dianalisis menggunakan uji fisher exact. Hasil pada penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara asupan karbohidrat dan protein terhadap status gizi, sedangkan untuk asupan lemak dan aktivitas fisik tidak terdapat hubungan trhadap status gizi. Bagi atlet bulutangkis, sebaiknya penuhi kebutuhan asupan tubuh guna menjaga status gizi tetap normal dan sehat karena aktivitas fisik yang tinggi. Absctract Badminton is one of Indonesia's most popular sports and has developed into a pre-eminent Indonesian sport that is prestigious in the eyes of the world. Nutrition is needed to meet the needs of the body in activities during exercise; if these nutrients are not sufficient to meet the body's needs, a negative energy balance will occur and if this goes on for a long time it will result in abnormal nutritional status and will affect health. This study aims to determine the relationship between adequacy of macronutrients and physical activity on the nutritional status of badminton athletes in Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency. This type of research is an observational study with a cross-sectional study design. The sample in this study were badminton athletes aged 10-25 years in Kulisusu District, North Buton Regency using accidental sampling technique. Data were collected using body weight scales, microtoise, 2 x 24 hour recall and IPAQ questionnaires and analyzed using the Fisher's exact test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between carbohydrate and protein intake on nutritional status, whereas for fat intake and physical activity there is no relationship to nutritional status. For badminton athletes, it is better to fulfill the body's intake needs in order to maintain normal and healthy nutritional status due to high physical activity

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is a direct infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Mycobacterium bovis or Mycobacterium africanus. TB is one of the top 10 causes of death worldwide caused by the bacillus Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Most TB germs attack the lungs, but can also attack other organs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between nutritional status, income and pulmonary tuberculosis in the working area of ​​Benu-Benua Health Center. This type of research is observational with a cross sectional study design, where the research subjects are observed at the same time. The population of this study were patients who visited the Continental Health Center and were recorded in the medical record in the pulmonary TB disease eradication room. 0.837. There is a relationship between nutritional status and the incidence of pulmonary TB in the working area of ​​the Benu-Benua Health Center marked by the value of value = 0.015. Suggestion: For further researchers, it is recommended to add other factors such as household contact and house ventilation. For puskesmas officers to be able to provide counseling about pulmonary TB to the community. For patients with pulmonary TB in order to maintain their nutritional status and pay attention to the cleanliness of the food consumed.

Abstract

Gout, a condition characterized by increased levels of uric acid, is one of the health problems experienced by the elderly. Gout, also known as gouty arthritis, is a condition in which the body's purine metabolism is disturbed, resulting in the formation of uric acid. crystals in the joint tissue and increased blood uric acid levels (hyperuricemia). There are several things that can affect uric acid levels in the body, such as diet, physical activity, and lifestyle. In the working area of ​​the Moramo Health Center, the aim of this study was to find out how diet and physical activity affect the prevalence of gouty arthritis in the elderly. 57 people participated in this study, which was conducted in July and August 2022 at the Moramo Health Center. as a sampling method. Questionnaires are used as research instruments for data collection methods. The results showed that 38 people (66.7%) ate well and 19 people (33.4%) ate badly, and 33 people (57.9%). d id exercised little and 24 people did a lot of exercise (42.1%). Chi square analysis and statistical tests showed a p value of 0.00.1, indicating a relationship between diet and physical activity and the prevalence of gouty arthritis among the elderly in the work area of ​​the Moramo Health Center. As a result, to reduce the risk of developing gouty arthritis, the elderly need to reduce purine-rich foods and physical activity

Abstract

Diarrhea is a crucial child problem in the world, which is the cause of around 8% of all deaths of children under 5 years. Many factors are thought to be the cause of diarrhea, one of which is the provision of inappropriate complementary foods. Related to this, mother's knowledge is an important factor in the process of giving complementary breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge in giving complementary breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers aged 6-24 months at the Iwoimendaa Health Center. This study used a cross-sectional study design with a total sample of 30 mothers of toddlers aged 6-24 months. The research data were analyzed using the fisher's exact test. The research results show that the p-value = 0.467 > α means that there is no relationship between the mother's knowledge in giving complementary breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers aged 6-24 months at the Iwoimendaa primary health care.

Abstract

Abstrak Periode penting dalam tumbuh kembang adalah masa balita. Pada masa ini perkembangan kemampuan berbahasa, kreatifitas, kesadaran sosial, emosional dan intelegensia berjalan cepat dan merupakan landasan perkembangan berikutnya sehingga kelainan atau penyimpangan sekecil apapun apabila tidak terdeteksi dan tidak ditangani dengan baik, akan mengurangi kualitas sumber daya manusia di kemudian hari. Masalah gizi pada hakekatnya adalah masalah kesehatan masyarakat, dan penyebabnya dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang terkait satu dengan yang lainnya. Masalah gizi di Indonesia dan di negara berkembang pada umumnya masih didominasi oleh masalah Kurang Energi Protein (KEP). Gizi kurang dan gizi buruk merupakan masalah yang butuh perhatian, karena dapat menimbulkan The disiplin pada anak, mempengaruhi emosi dan cara orang tua dalam mengontrol anak . penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status gizi pada anak, di TK Raudhatul Thafal Bone Lolibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif adalah jenis penelitian yang menggunakan waktu pengukuran/observasi data variabel independen dan dependen hanya satu kali pada satu saat. Antara variabel independen (status gizi pada anak usia 4-5 tahun) dengan variabel dependen melalui pengujian hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan untuk mengetahui kejadian berdasarkan data yang telah dikumpulkan dari individu saat itu juga., populasi penelitian sebanyak 40 siswa. Tehnik penggambilan sampel menggunakan Total sampling dan di uji chicquare. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 4o siswa 29 (75,2%) dengan status gizi berat badan normal serta, 11 siswa (27,5%) dengan status gizi berat badan kurang. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah status gizi pada anak di Tk Raudhatul Thafal Bone Lolibu Kabupaten Muna adalah status gizi BB normal 29 (72,5%),sedangkan BB kurang 11 (27,5%). Berdasarkan penelitian di atas diharapkan orang tua terutama ibu agar memperhatikan status gizi anaknya. Absctract Nutritional is one of factors that may affect motor development in children. Malnutrition and malnutrition are problems that need attention, because they can lead to discipline in children, affect emotions and the way parents control children. This study aims to determine the nutritional status of children, in Kindergarten Raudhatul Thafal Bone Lolibu. This research uses descriptive, which is a type of research that uses the time of measurement/observation of independent and dependent variable data only once at a time. Between the independent variables (nutritional status in children aged 4-5 years) and the dependent variable through hypothesis testing that has been formulated to determine events based on data that has been collected from individuals at that time, the study population was 40 students. The sampling technique used total sampling and the chicquare test. The results showed that there were 4o students (75.2%) with normal weight nutritional status and 11 students (27.5%) with underweight nutritional status. The conclusion of this study is that the nutritional status of children at Kindergarten Raudhatul Thafal Bone Lolibu, Muna Regency is a normal weight nutritional status of 29 (72.5%), while less weight is 11 (27.5%). Based on the research above, it is hoped that parents, especially mothers, will pay attention to the nutritional status of their children.

Abstract

Negara Indonesia dengan balita yang mengalami gizi kurang sebesar 17,0% .Faktor penyebab gizi kurang pada balita belum diketahui. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada status gizi kurang pada balita. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode scoping review, yaitu dilakukan pengkajian secara menyeluruh pada literatur. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa media elektronik seperti Google Scolar, Pubmed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, Springer Link database, terbatas pada publikasi 10 tahun dari tahun 2013 sampai 2023. Digunakan 15 artikel untuk membahas faktor yang berpengaruh pada balita hingga mengalami gizi kurang. Dari hasil dan pembahasan analisis pada 15 artikel dapat disimpulkan faktor yang berpengaruh pada balita yang mengalami gizi kurang adalah faktor ekonomi, yaitu faktor ekonomi, faktor pendidikan, faktor lingkungan, diare, pengetahuan ibu, pola asuh, pola makan balita, pengaruh tingkat kecukupan energi dan protein. Di sarankan orang tua khususnya ibu lebih memperhatikan gizi pada balita.

Abstract

Organizing food according to the principles of hygiene and sanitation can prolong the treatment process and cause cross infections or nosocomial infections (infections acquired in hospitals). The aim of this research is to analyze the application of sanitation hygiene in food handling. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive survey design. This research was conducted at the Konawe Islands Regional General Hospital in August 2023. The sample was all 9 employees working at the nutrition installation in 2023. The sampling technique uses the total sample. Data was obtained using a questionnaire and observed. Descriptive data analysis. The research results showed that the implementation of handler hygiene was found in 44.6% of samples not using gloves and 22.2% of samples using jewelry. The application of sanitation in food processing places is not provided for food processing places (kitchens) in accordance with construction, layout, building and kitchen room requirements and smoke does not come out through chimneys and is not equipped with smoke hoods and sanitary cooking equipment has surface layers of equipment that do not dissolve in acid. Bases or salts commonly found in food and cooking utensils such as cutting boards and knives are not differentiated between raw food and ready-to-eat food.
