Abstract

This study aims to identify, explain, and analyze different behaviors towards genders. The short film "Padanan" aims to address and prevent implicit gender bias behaviors portrayed in each scene. The research methodology employed is qualitative, focusing on describing social phenomena through in-depth analysis supported by relevant theories with data collection conducted through documentary studies, particularly the analysis of the short film "Padanan" available on the Instagram account @yasminnrhn. The research findings reveal five types of gender bias actions. Firstly, marginalization, which restricts individuals perceived as weak in social status. Secondly, sexual violence, categorized into three levels: normalization, degrading, and assault. Thirdly, stereotypes, involving gender labeling normalized by society, such as prohibiting women from leading and judging men for showing weakness. Fourthly, double burden, arising from normalized marginalization and stereotypes, resulting in job imbalances between genders. Lastly, subordination, indicating the belief that women's position is lower than men's. Highlights: Types of Gender Bias: Five forms of gender bias identified: marginalization, sexual violence, stereotypes, double burden, and subordination. Film Focus: "Padanan" illustrates and aims to prevent implicit gender bias through its scenes. Methodology: Qualitative approach using documentary studies and analysis of the film on Instagram. Abstract

The era of society 5.0 demands the integration of technology in all aspects of life, including for people with disabilities. Unfortunately, accessibility of technology for people with disabilities is still low due to limited infrastructure, digital literacy, and the lack of technology that is friendly to people with disabilities. This article offers the concept of digitalization of sign language based on theology from the terminology of ar-ramz in the Qur'an as a solution for digital inclusion. The use of Augmented Reality (AR) technology and audiobooks is proposed to optimize the sensory potential of the blind and deaf. AR maximizes visuals for the deaf, while audiobooks optimize hearing for the blind. This concept is expected to increase the productivity and independence of people with disabilities and realize an inclusive digital culture. With the support of socialization, training, and cross-sector collaboration, inclusive digitalization can become a massive movement towards a just and disabled-friendly society 5.0. Highlights: Theological Basis: Utilizes ar-ramz from the Qur'an to frame sign language digitalization. Tech Optimization: AR aids the deaf; audiobooks support the blind for better engagement. Inclusive Push: Calls for training and collaboration to foster a just, accessible digital society. Keywords: Disabled, Ar-Ramz, Education

Abstract

Background: The human pinworm, or Enterobius vermicularis, is a very common intestinal nematode that infects an estimated 400 million individuals globally, especially school-age children. Despite being regarded as a relatively minor parasitic infection, there is growing evidence that infections that are recurring or chronic may have more substantial consequences on the host's immunological, hematological, nutritional, and metabolic condition. Additionally, the utilization of mitochondrial genes, such as cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (cox1), has improved diagnostic accuracy and enabled a deeper comprehension of parasite variety and epidemiology studies to molecular advancements. Methods: Several important databases, including PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library, were used for this systematic review. A mix of Medical Subject Heading phrases (MeSH terms) and keywords pertaining to intestinal nematodes, pinworms, Enterobius vermicularis, the host's immune system, hematological conditions, cytochrome c oxidase subunit 1 (cox1), and elementary school students were used in the search. Only published works in English that were released between January 2, 2018, and June 1, 2025, were included in the study. Results: from 2018 to 2025, a systematic review on Enterobius vermicularis followed PRISMA guidelines, identifying 1,320 records from databases and other sources. After removing 270 duplicates, 1,050 unique studies were screened by title and abstract, with 850 excluded for irrelevance. Of the 200 full-text articles reviewed, 140 were excluded for various reasons, leaving 60 studies for qualitative synthesis. Among these, 40 had sufficient data for meta-analysis. This structured and rigorous process ensured high-quality evidence on the prevalence, diagnosis, and clinical impact of E. vermicularis in children. Conclusions: Knowing the wider ramifications of an infection caused by Enterobius vermicularis goes beyond its typical manifestation. Because of its high prevalence and capacity to affect immune cell numbers, micronutrient levels, and even metabolic balance, it continues to be important in parasitology and public health. More accurate research on epidemiology, transmission, and resistance are made possible by molecular approaches like cox1 gene analysis, which offer strong instruments for precise identification. Highlights: Chronic E. vermicularis infections may influence immune function, blood parameters, and nutritional balance in children. A PRISMA-based systematic review of 1,320 records yielded 60 qualitative studies and 40 for meta-analysis, ensuring evidence quality. Molecular Advancements, Use of the cox1 gene improves species identification and helps track parasite diversity and resistance patterns. Abstract

General Background: Cyberbullying has become a prevalent issue in the digital era, facilitated by the rapid spread of information through social media. Specific Background: The Indonesian film Budi Pekerti portrays this phenomenon through its narrative, with the trailer highlighting scenes that depict public judgment and online harassment. Knowledge Gap: While prior studies have explored cyberbullying representation in films and social campaigns, limited research has examined how meaning construction emerges from cinematic trailers using semiotic analysis. Aims: This study investigates how visual, textual, and auditory signifiers in the Budi Pekerti trailer represent cyberbullying (signified) and construct meaning that shapes audience perspectives. Results: Using Ferdinand de Saussure’s semiotic theory and a descriptive qualitative method, the analysis reveals that incomplete video clips in the trailer function as signifiers, prompting varied audience interpretations that often align with negative judgments toward the protagonist, Mother Prani. Novelty: This study demonstrates how a film trailer, as a condensed narrative, can serve as a powerful medium for constructing and circulating meanings about social issues, particularly cyberbullying. Implications: Findings highlight the role of media framing in influencing public opinion, underscoring the importance of critical media literacy to prevent misinterpretation and online harassment. Highlights: Semiotic analysis of visuals, subtitles, and sounds. Trailer framing shapes audience interpretation. Highlights media literacy in preventing misjudgment.
