Abstract

Individuals experiencing violence in romantic relationships are not limited to women alone; men also experience dating violence. This study aims to analyze the relationship between dating violence and the tendency for self-injury in early adults who are dating. This research falls under quantitative research, with 135 respondents included as subjects. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, and the analysis employs the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The results of this study indicate a significantly negative relationship between dating violence and self-injury in dating couples. Based on the research findings and discussions conducted, there is a highly significant negative relationship between dating violence and self-injury in dating couples. This means that the lower the dating violence in dating couples, the higher the tendency to engage in self-injury, and vice versa.

Abstract

Abstract Many teenagers are addicted to social media because they have a desire to know everything that happens on social media, so they feel anxious if they miss a moment or information which causes someone to feel left behind and think that other people's lives on social media are more fun than their own life or often called the fear of missing out. This research aims to determine the relationship between fear of missing out and social media addiction in adolescents. The research instruments used in this study were the fear of missing out scale and the social media addiction scale. The sample in this research was students from SMP 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study used a quota sampling technique whose number was determined using the Krecjie table so that 162 subjects were obtained. The data analysis method used in this research uses Spearman Rho correlational analysis. The results of this study show that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a positive relationship between fear of missing out and social media addiction. Abstrak Banyak remaja yang mengalami kecanduan media sosial dikarenakan memiliki keinginan untuk mengetahui segala sesuatu yang terjadi pada sosial media, sehingga memiliki rasa kecemasan jika kehilangan momen atau informasi yang menyebabkan seseorang merasa tertinggal dan berpikir bahwa kehidupan orang lain di media sosial lebih menyenangkan dibanding hidupnya sendiri atau sering disebut fear of missing out. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara fear of missing out dengan kecanduan media sosial pada remaja. Intrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah skala fear of missing out dan skala kecanduan media sosial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini siswa SMP 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling yang ditetapkan jumlahnya menggunakan bantuan tabel Krecjie sehingga diperoleh 162 subjek. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasional Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan yaitu bahwa hipotesis diterima dan terdapat hubungan positif antara fear of missing out dengan kecanduan media sosial. Abstract

Abstrac Adolescents' adjustment to their social environment is obtained through a learning process from the experience of interacting with their social environment, by paying attention to social demands and expectations, so that adolescents can feel satisfaction with their lives. One of the factors that influences the low social adjustment of teenagers is the role of mass media. The use of technological advances also reduces opportunities to interact with people within their social distance. The goal that researchers want to achieve in this study is to find out whether there is a relationship between social adjustment and social media addiction in adolescents. The measuring instrument used in this research consists of two scales, namely the social media addiction scale and the social adjustment scale. The sample in this research were students at SMP 17 August 1945 Surabaya. The sampling technique in this study used a quota sampling technique whose number was determined using the Krecjie table so that 162 subjects were obtained. Data analysis used Spearman Rho, the results showed there was no relationship between social media addiction and social adjustment. Keywords: Addiction, Social Media, Social Adjustment, Adolescents Abstrak Penyesuaian remaja dengan lingkungan sosialnya diperoleh melalui proses belajar dari pengalaman berinteraksi dengan lingkungan sosialnya, dengan memperhatikan tuntutan dan harapan sosial, sehingga remaja dapat merasakan kepuasan pada hidupnya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya penyesuaian sosial remaja adalah yaitu peranan media massa. Pemanfaatan kemajuan teknologi juga mengurangi kesempatan untuk saling berinteraksi dengan orang-orang dalam jarak sosial mereka. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai oleh peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara penyesuaian sosial dan adiksi media sosial pada remaja. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari dua skala yaitu skala adiksi media sosial dan skala penyesuaian sosial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa di SMP 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling yang ditetapkan jumlahnya menggunakan bantuan tabel Krecjie sehingga diperoleh 162 subjek. Analisis data menggunakan Spearman Rho, yang hasilnya menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan antara adiksi media sosial dengan penyesuaian sosial. Abstract

Abstract The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between self-efficacy and quarter-life crisis among students at the 17 Agustus 1945 University in Surabaya. The sampling method used in this study is purposive sampling, where the researcher sets the criteria that the respondents must be active students from the 2020 cohort who are preparing their theses. Data were obtained from 294 students from the 2020 cohort at the 17 Agustus 1945 University in Surabaya who were in the process of writing their theses. This study obtained a correlation value of -0.265 using the Spearman’s Rho analysis technique with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) version 25 for Windows. The hypothesis stating that there is a negative relationship between self-efficacy and quarter-life crisis among students is accepted in this study. This means that the higher the level of self-efficacy a student has, the lower the likelihood of experiencing a quarter-life crisis. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis adanya hubungan antara Self efficacy dengan Quarter life crisis pada mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agutus Surabaya. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dimana peneliti menetapkan kriteria bahwa responden harus merupakan mahasiswa aktif angkatan 2020 yang sedang menyiapkan skripsi. Data diperoleh 294 mahasiswa angkatan 2020 Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya yang sedang memprogram skripsi. Penelitian ini memperoleh nilai korelasi -0,265 menggunakan teknik analisis Spearman’s Rho dengan program Statistic for Social Science for windows (SPSS) versi 25 IBM for Windows. Dalam penelitian ini, hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara tingkat self-efficacy dengan tingkat quarter-life crisis pada mahasiswa dapat diterima. Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat self-efficacy yang dimiliki mahasiswa, maka kemungkinan mengalami quarter-life crisis akan semakin rendah.

Abstract

Abstract The aim of this research is to comprehend the correlation between self-regulation in the learning process and social support in relation to the academic procrastination tendencies among students. This study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The research sample includes all active students at Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, and the sampling method utilized is quota sampling. The research instruments consist of three psychological scales, namely the Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS), the self-regulation in learning scale, and The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). The results of the multiple regression analysis reveal a significant correlation between self-regulation in learning and social support with the level of academic procrastination among students. Partial test results between self-regulation in learning and academic procrastination indicate a significant negative relationship. Similarly, partial test results between social support and academic procrastination also show a significant negative relationship. In other words, higher levels of self-regulation in learning and social support are associated with lower levels of academic procrastination. Keywords: academic procrastination; self regulation in learning; social support Abstrak Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami korelasi antara regulasi diri dalam proses belajar dan dukungan sosial terhadap kecenderungan prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup seluruh mahasiswa aktif di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya, pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode quota sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tiga skala psikologi, yaitu Tuckman Procrastination Scale (TPS), skala regulasi diri dalam belajar, dan The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS). Hasil analisis regresi ganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara regulasi diri dalam belajar dan dukungan sosial dengan tingkat prokrastinasi akademik pada mahasiswa. Hasil uji parsial antara regulasi diri dalam belajar dengan prokrastinasi akademik menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan; hasil uji parsial antara dukungan sosial dan prokrastinasi akademik juga menunjukkan ada hubungan negatif yang signifikan dengan kata lain, semakin tinggi regulasi diri dalam belajar dan dukungan sosial maka semakin rendah tingkat prokrastinasi akademik. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the relationship between self-disclosure and interpersonal trust and social media addiction in generation z. Addiction to social media makes users think about online activities even though they are offline, making social life unconducive. This research used quantitative methods involving a population of 1,440 high school students in Sukodono sub-district, Sidoarjo. The subjects of this research consisted of 271 teenage high school students aged 15-19 years, who were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale, with instruments using Griffiths' (2000) social media addiction scale, DeVito's (2011) self-disclosure theory scale and Rotternberg's (2010) interpersonal trust scale. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between self-disclosure and interpersonal trust and the tendency to become addicted to social media. Kecanduan media sosial menjadikan penggunanya memikirkan aktivitas online meskipun sedang ofline, kehidupan sosial menjadi tidak kondusif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan populasi sebanyak 1.440 siswa-siswi sma di kecamatan Sukodono, Sidoarjo. Subjek penelitian ini terdiri dari 271 remaja siswa-siswi sma berusia 15-19 tahun, yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert, dengan instrument menggunakan skala kecanduan media sosial teori Griffiths (2000), skala self-disclosure teori DeVito (2011) dan skala interpersonal trust teori Rotternberg (2010). Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan simultan antara self disclosure dan interpersonal trust dengan kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial. Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the relationship between social media addiction tendencies and body dissatisfaction with social anxiety in early adulthood. Social anxiety refers to the behavior of withdrawing from social environments, referring to nervous behavior when meeting other people. This research used quantitative methods involving a population of 81,790 students who were studying at tertiary institutions in Sukolilo District involving 12 universities. The research subjects consisted of 271 early adult students, aged 18-25 years, who were selected by accidental sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale, with instruments using the social anxiety scale of La Greca & Lopez theory, the social media addiction tendency scale of Griffiths theory, and the body dissatisfaction scale of Rosen & Reiter theory. Multiple linear regression analysis shows that there is a simultaneous relationship between social media addiction tendencies and body dissatisfaction with social anxiety. Partially, a positive relationship was found between the tendency to be addicted to social media and social anxiety, as well as body dissatisfaction and social anxiety. Kecemasan sosial merujuk pada perilaku menarik diri dari lingkungan sosial, merujuk pada perilaku gugup bertemu orang lain. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan melibatkan populasi sebanyak 81.790 mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh perguruan tinggi di Kecamatan Sukolilo dengan melibatkan 12 Universitas. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 271 mahasiswa dewasa awal, berusia 18-25 tahun, yang dipilih secara accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala likert, dengan instrument menggunakan skala kecemasan sosial teori La Greca & Lopez, skala kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial teori Griffith, dan skala body dissatisfaction teori Rosen & Reiter. Analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan simultan antara kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial dan body dissatisfaction dengan kecemasan sosial. Secara parsial, ditemukan hubungan positif antara kecenderungan kecanduan media sosial dan kecemasan sosial, serta body dissatisfaction dengan kecemasan sosial. Abstract

Abstract The first step to entering the world of work requires students to be able to develop their abilities as a provision to be ready to compete in getting the desired job according to their respective fields of study. One of the factors that influence work readiness in individuals is self-efficacy which will direct students to recognize their own abilities so that they have the confidence to be able to get a job. The stronger the positive assessment zof final year students regarding their abilities, the greater the chance of getting a job. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness in final year students. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with correlational methods. Sampling using quota sampling technique. The subjects of this research were final year students from the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya with the number determined using the Krejcie table so that 291 students were obtained. Data analysis used Spearman Rho, the results showed a relationship between self-efficacy and work readiness. Abstrak Langkah awal untuk memasuki dunia kerja menuntut mahasiswa mampu mengembangkan kemampuan yang dimiliki sebagai bekal kesiapan bersaing dalam memperoleh pekerjaan yang diinginkan sesuai bidang studi masing-masing. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kesiapan kerja pada individu adalah efikasi diri yang akan mengarahkan mahasiswa mengenal kemampuan dirinya sehingga muncul keyakinan untuk bisa mendapatkan pekerjaan. Semakin kuat penilaian positif mahasiswa tingkat akhir memandang kemampuan dirinya maka peluang untuk memperoleh pekerjaan akan semakin besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self efficay dengan kesiapan kerja pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir dari Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Surabaya dengan jumlahnya yang ditetapkan menggunakan tabel Krejcie sehingga diperoleh 291 mahasiswa. Analisis data menggunakan Spearman Rho, yang hasilnya menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara self efficacy dengan kesiapan kerja.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Organizational Trust and Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) in CV employees. X. This study uses quantitative research with the entire population of CV. X in Sidoarjo totaling 90 respondents. The data collection instrument in this study used a likert scale consisting of an Organizational Trust scale and a Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) scale. The data analysis technique used, namely product moment correlation test analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Trust and Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) in employees. That is, the higher the Organizational Trust, the higher the Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) owned by employees. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Organizational Trust dengan Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) pada karyawan CV. X. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan keseluruhan populasi CV. X di Sidoarjo berjumlah 90 responden. Instrumen pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan skala likert yang terdiri dari skala Organizational Trust dan skala Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan, yaitu analisis uji korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara Organizational Trust dengan Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) pada karyawan. Artinya, semakin tinggi Organizational Trust maka semakin tinggi pula Change-oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB-CH) yang dimiliki karyawan.

Abstract

Abstract The feeling of anxiety felt by grade 12 vocational school students who do not continue to college must compete to find work with a lack of experience and limited job opportunities, whether external roles such as career guidance at school have an important role or whether it is an internal role such as the adversity quotient that plays a role. or important influence. This research aims to find out whether career guidance and adversity quotient have an important relationship with anxiety. This research used a quantitative approach with subjects of 145 vocational school students. In this study, there was no relationship between anxiety and career guidance, while anxiety had a relationship with the adversity quotient. The feeling of anxiety felt by grade 12 vocational school students is a natural feeling felt by students who are about to graduate. Influence on oneself such as the adversity quotient plays a very important role in reducing feelings of anxiety compared to outside help such as career guidance assistance. Keywords: Adversity Quotient, Career Guidance, Anxiety Abstrak Perasan cemas yang dirasakan oleh siswa kelas 12 SMK yang tidak melanjutkan ke bangku kuliah harus bersaing mencari pekerjaan dengan minimnya pengalaman dan sempitnya lapangan pekerjaan, peran luar seperti bimbingan karir yang dilakukan disekolah apakah memiliki peran penting atau justru peran dari dalam diri seperti adversity quotient yang berperan atau berpengaruh penting. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah bimbingan karir dan adversity quotient dengan kecemasan memiliki hubungan yang penting. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek 145 siswa SMK. Pada penelitian ini tidak adanya hubungan antara kecemasan dengan bimbingan karir, sedangakan kecemasan memiliki hubungan dengan adversity quotient. Perasaan cemas yang dirasakan oleh siswa SMK kelas 12 adalah perasaan wajar yang diraskan oleh siswa yang akan lulus pengaruh pada diri sendiri seperti adversity quotient sangat berperan penting dalam mengurangi rasa cemas dibandingkan bantuan dari luar seperti bantuan bimbingan karir.
