<![CDATA[Background of this research is social science learning still use teacher sentre, consequently, the students did not involve actively the learning process. This research aimed to describle the improving the student achievement in social science learning by using Problem Based Learning (PBL) at grade IV SD Negeri 04 Bukit Apit Puhun Kota Bukittinggi. Kind of this resears was action research with quantitative and qualitative approach. The result of this research showed that, the student achievement in cycle I was 74% and this increased to 85% in cycle II. From the result it can be concluded that Problrm Based Learning (PBL) approach and increase the student learning achievement in social science learning at gradeIV SD Negeri 04 Bukit Apit Puhun Kota Bukittinggi.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcome from the student in social science knowledge which using ARIAS model at fourth grade student from elementary school of 06 Piai Tangah Padang City. The subject at this research is the student from elementary school of 06 Piai Tangah Padang City. The data from this research obtainable from the result of observation on the action from the student. The results of each cycle are: (a) The result of the research indicated that there was an improvement on the lesson plan from 82% to 92,8% . (b) the teacher aspects increased from 82,1% to 92,8%). The student aspects increased from 80,3% to 92,8%. (c) The learning score increased from 74,5% to 86,1%. Thus, the ARIAS model can improve student learning outcomes in social science knowledge fourth grade student from elementary school of 06 Piai Tangah Padang City. <![CDATA[Abstract The purpose of the research was to improve the student’s learning achievement on the Lowest Common Multiple and The Highes Common Factor Topics in Elementary School by using PMRI approach. The subject of the research was the teacher and the student in grade IV of SDN 07 Balingka Kecamatan IV Koto. From cycle I to cycle II, the score of the lesson plan increased from 80,36% (very good) to 89,28% (very good), the teacher’s activities improved from 77,5% (good) to 90% (very good), and the student’s learning achievement on cognitive aspect increased from 46,5% (low) to 89% (very good). Based on these result, it was concluded that the use of PMRI approach could increase the students learning achievement on the Lowest Common Multiple and The Highes Common Factor Topics in Elementary School. <![CDATA[Abstract This research is conducted by the low learning outcomes of student in learningsosial science at class 5 of elementary school 2 Lanud Padang. This is because learning is still a teacher centered. The purpose of this study is to improve student learning outcomes by using tehe ctl approach in learning social science. The type of this research is classroom action research with research subjects are teacher and student of grade 5 at elementary school 2 lanud padang. The result showe an improvement in terms of A) RPP cycle 1 was 80,35 % and cycle 2 was 96,42% B) implementation of teacher activities in cycle 1 avereged 83,33% in cycle 2 an average of 94,44 % C) The implementation of student activities in cycle 1 averaged 83,33% in cycle 2 an average 94,44% D) assasment of student learning outcomes in cycle 1 on average 78,67% an in cycle 2 93,14% this is can be concluded that the application of the ctl approach in learning social science can improve student learning outcomes. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by integrated thematic learning that has not been well implemented, still in the process of being perfected. The purpose of this study, to improve the integrated thematic learning process using the Discovery Learning model. This type of research is classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2019/2020 school year at SDN 22 Ujung Gurun Padang City. The results showed an increase in: (1) the learning plan that is cycle I gained a percentage of 81.25% (Good), cycle II obtained a percentage of 96.87% (Very Good). (2) the aspect of the first cycle teachers obtained a percentage of 86.94% (Good), the second cycle obtained a percentage of 96.875% (Very Good). (3) Aspects of students in cycle I obtained a percentage of 86.94% (Good), cycle II obtained a percentage of 96.875% (Very Good). (4) Knowledge and skill aspects of cycle I with an average of 81.07 increased in cycle II with an average of 88.19. It can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model can improve the integrated thematic learning process in Elementary Schools.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement of integrated thematic learning outcomes using the Cooperative type Make A Match model in class V of SDN 33 Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency. The research subjects were teachers (practitioners) and 23 students. The place of research is SDN 33 Pasaman, West Pasaman Regency. The results showed an increase in: a) the score oh the lesson plan in cycle I was 86.36% (A-), cycle II 95.45% (A); b) observation of aspects of teacher cycle I 83.32% (B+), cycle II 94.44% (A); c) aspects of observation of the first cycle I students 83.32% (B+) and the second cycle II 94.44% (A); d) learning outcomes in the first cycle I 74.7% (B); and the second cycle II 87.1% (A-). For that researchers using eksperimen methods. This study is an action research using qualitative and quantitave approaches. <![CDATA[This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many students who are not able to speak in front of the class to convey their opinions. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model on speaking skills in class IV Elementary School Region II Pauh District, Padang City. This research is quantitative, using a pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling technique is a random sampling technique. Two sample classes were selected, each of which will be used as an experimental class and a control class. The learning being compared is learning using the Discovery Learning model with learning using a conventional approach. The data collection technique uses performance test instruments. The test is assessed with the help of a speaking skills assessment rubric. Data were analyzed using the t-test. The results obtained are tcount = 2.753 and ttable = 2.006 so that tcount > ttable, namely 2.753 > 2.006, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that there is a influence in the speaking skills of students who are taught using the Discovery Learning model and the speaking skills of students who are taught using conventional learning in class IV Elementary School Region II Pauh District, Padang City.]]>

<![CDATA[This study attempts to improve student learning process in integrated thematic learning through used the of cooperative learning approach type think pair share (TPS) to the fourth grade students of SDN 42 Korong Gadang Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) that uses a qualitative and quantitative approach. Conducted in two cycles, with three meetings covering four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.. This study was conducted at SDN 42 Korong Gadang Kecamatan Kuranji Kota Padang to 20 students. The results of the study: (1) percentage The learning plan, namely 78,12% (enought) to 92,85% (Very Good). (2) The implementation of learning from aspect of teacher, of 75% (enough) to 92.85% (Very Good). (3) The aspects of students of 80% (good) to 95% (Very Good). It can be concluded that the Discovery Learning model can improve the integrated thematic learning process in elementary schools.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the NHT type of cooperative learning model on learning outcomes in learning theme 1 sub-theme 2 class V students of Public Elementary School in Cluster III Banuhampu Agam Regency. This type of research is a True Experimental Type Pretest - Post-test Control Group Design Sampling uses a random sampling technique with the results of several considerations obtained by the number of samples of 17 students in each class of Control and experimentation. The instruments used were in the form of tests. Data analysis techniques in this study used prerequisite tests in the form of normality and homogeneity tests and hypothesis testing using t-test results showed that Ha was accepted, that is, there was a significant effect in the use of the NHT type of cooperative learning model on learning outcomes theme 1 sub-theme 2 class V students of SD Negeri Se III group Banuhampu Agam Regency. This was evidenced from the results of t-test with significance level 5% obtained tcount 2,1235> t table 1,753. The learning outcomes obtained by the experimental group were higher than the control group, indicated by the average of the experimental group was 80,94 and the average control group was 70,58.]]>
