Abstract

The family is the smallest unit of society, so the health status of the household or family determines the health status of the community. Families will be categorized as healthy families as assessed by 12 healthy family indicators. The Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Gamping Branch (NAGB) administrators are one of the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Branch in Yogyakarta. Most members of NAGB are adults and ready to start a family. Based on observation at NAGB, almost all members are aged 20-18 years and have never received health education regarding indicators of a healthy family. This community service aims to increase knowledge about healthy family indicators for NAGB members. The implementation method uses the target group survey method, preparation of facilities and infrastructure, outreach, and evaluation. The result of this community service was an increase in the knowledge of NAGB members regarding healthy family indicators by 87,5%.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge of PAUD teachers in Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province about Classroom Action Research (PTK) so that the quality of learning can be improved as well as self and career development for PAUD teachers. The implementation method for community service activities in Kampar Kiri Hilir District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province includes: (1) Planning Stage. (2) Action Stage, (3) Observation Stage and (4) Reflection Stage. Through PTK teachers can develop teaching models that vary in dynamic and conducive classroom management and the use of appropriate and adequate media and learning resources. Even though the need for implementing Classroom Action Research is very large, not all teachers understand how to implement this activity. This problem is the main problem experienced by Partners, namely PAUD teachers in Kampar Hilir District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The solution provided is to conduct training for PAUD teachers on how to make PTK starting from the Preparation, Implementation and Reporting and Scientific Publication stages. The output target to be achieved from this Community Service is to be published in electronic mass media and the Community Service Journal. The plan for this activity is carried out in the form of an initial survey activity at Partner's place, the lecture method and CAR implementation training.

Abstract

The independent curriculum is one of the efforts to restore learning after the Covid-19 pandemic. The teacher's ability to implement the curriculum will be a benchmark in the successful implementation of the ongoing curriculum. The purpose of this community service is to provide a solution to the problem of teachers' lack of understanding regarding the implementation of the independent curriculum and the preparation of teaching modules in the Early Childhood Education unit (PAUD). Participants in this activity were 44 PAUD teachers in Kampar District. Activities carried out through four stages, namely First; made direct observations regarding the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum in one of the schools that have implemented the independent sharing curriculum, namely Mutiara Bunda Kindergarten Bangkinang Kota, Second; to reflect and discuss the results of observations, Third; presentation of the independent curriculum concept, Fourth; assisting in the preparation of teaching modules, and Fifth; Practice and Simulation of the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum with workshop participants. The results obtained from this activity were in the form of increasing teachers' understanding of the implementation of the independent curriculum after the workshop was held. Increased understanding of participants related to the concept of an independent curriculum, preparation of KOSP, preparation of teaching modules, Project for Strengthening Pancasila Student Profiles, Learning Assessments, and Implementation Practices of Independent Curriculum Workshop participants responded that this activity was very useful so that they would soon apply the independent curriculum in their respective schools accordance with the concept and practice that has been done.

Abstract

Professional teachers can produce students who are competent and compete in this era of globalization. In line with the motto of KB Sebiduk Sehaluan Srikandi, "Smart Generation, Love Al-Qur'an", teachers must be professional and competent in carrying out their duties. Efforts to improve teacher professionalism made by principals are to include teachers in various activities such as; educational seminars, tiered training, and interactive talks are one of the activities routinely carried out by principals and teachers. The result is that through interactive talks, teachers can more freely express the obstacles that hinder teachers' professionalism in teaching, as principals are also easier to identify problems, find solutions to problems.

Abstract

One of the most common consequences of a traffic accident is a femur fracture. Those fractures can cause bleeding, internal organ injury, wound infection, respiratory syndrome and disability. Several studies state that the age range of 16-20 years old has the most traffic accidents and fractures. A fracture is a disturbance of the normal continuity of a bone, if a fracture occurs, the surrounding soft tissue is also often disturbed. Radiographs (s-rays) can show bone injuries but are unable to show torn muscles or ligaments, severed nerves, or broken blood vessels which can complicate the client’s recovery. An open fracture is a condition where fragments are or have been in contact with the outside world (Black and Hawks, 2014). Inspection for a fracture by looking for swelling, visible bone protruding from soft tissue. Treatment in general in this emergency situation, one which is to immobilize the fracture with support, bandage or splint. Efforts to improve students’ skills in handling

Abstract

In line with the development of human resources that are increasingly advanced, the use of the internet for promotion is increasingly profitable in the economy of micro, small and medium enterprises. One of the uses of internet technology for business actors is by carrying out product promotion activities using the internet. Pager Gunung 2 is a village that has its main income by selling homemade products that are directly sold to the surrounding community. The purpose of holding a Community Service program in Padukuhan Pager Gunung 2 is to empower the community by utilizing the internet as a product promotion medium to have high promotional competitiveness. Counseling is carried out by direct interaction with the audience and practical methods are carried out by simulating the creation of social media accounts. Counseling was carried out well and delivered as expected, the basic material and methods of implementation were conveyed as a whole. Audiences have also been able to create social media accounts to promote their products.

Abstract

CT Scan Urography is an examination using positive contrast media. Several three-dimensional reconstruction software applications found in CT Scan modalities include nerve marking, autobone, CT perfusion, smartcore, bone mineral densitometry, noise and artifact correction, denta scan, CT dose profile, multi planar volume rendering, maximum intensity projection, volume rendering, shaded surface display, multi planar reconstruction and tracking. Community service activities aim to improve soft skills and add insight to radiographers, alumni of the UNISA D3 Radiology Study Program and Radiology D3 Study Program students by training and simulating CT Scan Urography image processing. Optimal image processing in CT Scan examinations can minimize the occurrence of repetition so as to limit the radiation dose received by the patient so that it is necessary to increase the soft skills of the radiographer by means of training and simulation of CT Scan Urography image processing.

Abstract

Emergencies can be caused by disease, natural disasters and accidents. In the Radiology Installation, patients are no exception with emergencies that require immediate treatment due to trauma, illness or accidents experienced by the patient, apart from that the emergency situation that occurs in the Radiology Installation is that the patient has an allergic reaction to the contrast medium. The solution offered is training regarding handlers on radiographic examinations of emergency patients and first aid for patients who experience contrast media allergies. The training aims to improve soft skills and add insight to radiographers, alumni and D3 Radiology Study Program students by means of training in the effective and efficient handling of emergency patients at the Radiology Installation. From the results of the pretest and posttest, an increase of 20% was obtained, this shows success in increasing radiographers' understanding of handling patients in emergencies at radiology installations.

Abstract

This community service aims to improve public speaking skills for mosque youth in the Tuahmadani Village, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru City. Public speaking is an important skill for teenagers, because it can help them convey ideas, communicate effectively, and build self-confidence. The method used in this service is an intensive training approach. The service team will work with mosque administrators and young people to organize a series of public speaking trainings. The training materials will cover public speaking techniques, managing anxiety when speaking in front of a crowd, using the right body language, and how to compose and deliver a persuasive speech. The expected result of this service is an increase in public speaking skills for mosque youth in the Tuahmadani Village. With these skills, it is hoped that youth will be able to speak more confidently and effectively, and be able to convey positive messages to their peers and the surrounding community..

Abstract

Elderly is a condition of a person who has entered the age of 60. Physically, the elderly will experience an aging process where there will be a decrease in endurance and vulnerable to disease attacks, which one is rheumatoid arthritis.  Physical activity that is considered good for the elderly is sports activities that is strengthening exercise. Another problem faced by the elderly is degenerative diseases of gout, diabetes mellitus and cholesterol so that the elderly need to do routine checks to maintain health quality. The aim of this service is to provide knowledge about Strengthening Exercise and the importance of screening blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid and cholesterol. Community service activities are carried out face-to-face and run smoothly. The results of socialization about Strengthening Exercis can be understood by the elderly well. Elderly understand physical movements to reduce or prevent Rheumatoid Arthritis. The elderly have received an examination including measurement of blood pressure, blood sugar, uric acid and cholesterol and the results of the examination is vary.
