The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research using purposive sampling techniques. In this context, school principals are faced with five main tasks that must be completed in order to improve the work discipline of teachers and employees at the school. Apart from that, there are also two problems faced by school principals in trying to achieve this goal. The research results show that the principal at the school has the responsibility to plan and communicate effectively, direct collaboration between staff, design learning programs, manage school facilities and finances, and create a supportive school environment. One of the obstacles faced is the lack of discipline shown by teachers and employees in completing their tasks. Abstract

This study investigates the impediments of office administration graduates seeking employment within legal offices, employing the descriptive survey method and utilizing statistical tools such as the weighted mean and ranking method. Data were collected from 50 graduates of  Camarines Norte State College, as well as employers and stenographers from legal offices. The findings highlight a significant obstacle faced by office administration graduates: a lack of relevant internships and experience within legal settings, impeding their employment prospects within the legal sector. These results underscore the necessity for closer collaboration between academic institutions and legal offices to facilitate tailored internships and experiential learning opportunities. Additionally, integrating practical training modules into the curriculum is crucial to better prepare graduates for the demands of the legal profession. The implications of these findings extend to policymakers and educational stakeholders, emphasizing the importance of proactive measures to bridge the gap between academic training and industry requirements and enhance the employability of office administration graduates within legal offices.

Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the leadership approaches employed by the principal in managing disciplinary violations at Muhammadiyah Mlati Senior High School. Using a qualitative case study methodology, the research focuses on gathering perspectives from the principal, teachers, and students as key sources of information. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis, with triangulation used to ensure the accuracy and depth of the findings. First, the decision-making process involves identifying and categorizing violations committed by both teachers and students, from minor to serious offenses, to determine suitable disciplinary measures. Second, the principal investigates the root causes of these violations to address the underlying issues contributing to rule-breaking. Third, the study demonstrates that the principal considers the broader effects of decisions on both students and teachers, emphasizing the importance of effective communication and socialization strategies to foster better discipline across the school. These leadership practices are crucial in creating a more disciplined and supportive learning environment.
