Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of foreign or foreign tourist visits and hotel occupancy rates on the income of the tourism sub-sector in the tourism industry in DIY from 2007 to 2018 which aims to determine how much influence the number of foreign tourist visits. tourist visits. or foreigners and the level of lodging in hotels to revenue from the PAD sector in the tourism sub-sector in DIY Province for the period 2007-2018. This research is descriptive and associative, the data used in this study are secondary data in the prone period 2007 to 2018 which were obtained from the Yogyakarta Province Central Bureau of Statistics and the Yogyakarta Provincial Tourism Office. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the study found that there was a positive influence between the number of foreign tourists visiting and the level of hotel lodging on the revenue revenue of the tourism sub-sector in Yogyakarta in 2007-2018. Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the factors that caused a performance decline on reservation employees back in 2021 and formulate appropriate strategies to improve reservation employee performance at Hotel XYZ. This study used a qualitative approach and research data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results showed that reservation employees at Hotel XYZ experienced a performance decline because of the following: 1). decreased work motivation, 2). awards that were not fully obtained as a form of appreciation from the organization and leader, and 3). the leadership role of the Director of Revenue and Reservation, who had not been effective because it was not by the nature and personality of the employees. Based on the research results, several things could be done to improve the performance of reservation employees. The organization is expected to provide employees with full basic salary and overtime wages and bring back family gatherings. Leaders are expected to give praise for employee achievements and boost employee confidence. Keywords: Employee Performance, Strategic Formulation, Reservation

Abstract

One of the cities on the outskirts of Jakarta, Depok city is also progressing thedevelopment of accommodation and infrastructure in the field of tourism is very rapid. Tourism consists of various aspects one of which is the aspect of accommodation ie hospitality accommodation. With the increasing number of new hotels popping up, this has an impact on increasing competition in the business in the hospitality industry. With increasing competition in the hospitality business, the company is required to improve the quality of service in order to withstand competition in the hospitality business world. This type of research that will be used is descriptive research that describes a particular situation through questions 5W + 1H. Methods of data analysis in this research is quantitative method is by using Cartesian diagram calculations. The results showed that there are two attributes that are considered important in determining customer satisfaction is hotel has complete amenities (shampoo, soap, toothbrushes, etc.). Based on the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), in the know that CSI value of77.04%. This illustrates hotel guests santika Depok quite satisfied with the performance of the services provided by the hotel staff and from the analysis of consumer needs

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of tourism facilities on the decision to revisit the Angke Kapuk Mangrove Nature Tourism Park, Jakarta, with visitor satisfaction as an intervening variable. The approach used is quantitative with path analysis techniques. The research sample consisted of 400 respondents selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that tourism facilities have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, but do not directly affect the decision to revisit. Visitor satisfaction is proven to have a significant effect on the decision to revisit. In addition, tourism facilities have a significant effect on the decision to revisit through visitor satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that the management of the Angke Kapuk Mangrove Nature Tourism Park improve the quality of existing facilities, such as cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility, to increase visitor satisfaction. In addition, managers can pay attention to the emotional and social experience factors of visitors. For the DKI Jakarta government, it is recommended to support the management of this ecotourism with policies that pay attention to environmental sustainability and better infrastructure development. Abstract

This research aims to community movements both spontaneously and in an organized manner, such as the Trash Hero Indonesia community and other community activities that care about the high waste generation. In addition to the Trash Hero community, in-depth interviews were conducted with the Waste Bank and tourist attraction in knowing the management of waste generation. It is hoped that alternative activities will be obtained to help reduce the generation of plastic waste that supports the implementation of Bali Governor Regulation number 97 of 2018. Activities from the community are expected to be able to maintain and provide a positive legacy for future generations. The purpose of this research is to find movements made by the community to help reduce the generation of plastic waste on the island of Bali. The results of this study are expected to increase public awareness of waste management both organic and non organic. Keywords : Waste; Plastic; Tourism Image

Abstract

This study aims to analyze management strategies for developing and increasing tourist interest in visiting the Terong Creative Tourism Village. This study uses the SWOT analysis method with observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires to the Belitung Regency Tourism Office, Terong Village Government, Pokdarwis, the community, and tourists. The results of this study indicate that the main strategy produced is the SO strategy, with the highest score of 3.70 in position I, which has an aggressive growth policy strategy. In implementing this strategy in the future, the Terong Creative Tourism Village must continue to preserve customs and culture, increase tourist attractions, increase tourism promotion by making cultural arts performances and collaborate with MSME artisans so that they can make souvenirs for tourists with sources. Funds and management of Mangrove forests, Aik Deer tourism. Berehun, arrangement of agro-tourism areas, Bukit Tebalu area, culinary tourism, and so on. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of value perceptions and health awareness on the intention to buy organic food among millennials. This type of research is descriptive quantitative with multiple analytical methods. The population in this study are all millennials aged 19 to 38 years. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using accidental sampling. The location in this study is millennials in South Jakarta. In this study, the value perception variable has a significant effect on the intention to buy organic food among millennials, because there is a positive perception as a result of consuming organic food, the body becomes healthier and avoids disease, so many millennials are interested in buying organic food. Then the health awareness variable has a significant effect on the intention to buy organic food among millennials, because millennials are aware of the benefits of organic food not using chemicals, it is assumed that there are quite a lot of them for health because organic food contains antioxidants that protect cells from damage caused by free radicals, so many Millennials are interested in buying organic food. Abstract

Correlation descriptive is used as research method in this research. Data analysisusing multiple regression. The result of this research conclude that (1) There is positive effect of leadership effectiveness and organization climate to employee performance with coefficient correlation rX1X2Y1 = 0.934 determination correlation 0.873 which showed variance 87.3 %. (2) There is positive effect of leadership effectiveness and organization climate to employee performance in prepare the planning program with coefficient correlation rX1X2Y2 = 0.913 determination correlation 0.833 which showed variance 83.3%. (3) There is positive effect of leadership effectiveness and organization climate to employee performance in doing the program process with coefficient correlation rX1X2Y3 =0.894 determination correlation 0.799 which showed variance 79.9 %. (4) There is positive effect of leadership effectiveness and organization climate to employee performance in making evaluation program with coefficient correlation rX1X2Y4 = 0.904 determination correlation 0.817 which showed variance 81.7 %.

Abstract

Competition between educational institutions, especially at the tertiary level, is getting tighter in line with the rapid development of the world of education today. Each university tries to highlight its advantages in order to attract potential students to choose their institution. The purchasing decision is a crucial step for prospective students in choosing the right educational institution. This research aims to identify the influence of customer perception, visiting experience, and brand image on purchasing decisions of prospective new students at higher education institutions. Using a quantitative approach, this research collected data from 100 student respondents from the class of 2024 at the Trisakti Tourism Institute through a questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that positive perceptions and good visiting experiences significantly influence purchasing decisions, with brand image as a moderating factor that strengthens this relationship. Abstract

Malioboro is the pulse of economic activity in the city of Yogyakarta. The availability of public open space to carry out various activities in Malioboro area has also become a special interest for the community and tourists besides shopping. The activities of sitting, relaxing, taking pictures, watching cultural arts events, and getting around the city by pedicab or horse cart are activities that commonly carried out by tourists in the Malioboro area. The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred has more or less changed the condition of Malioboro. Changes and quality improvements are carried out including in public open space areas to ensure the comfort of community by adjusting various health protocols. This study aims to describe the trends in the use of Malioboro's public open space during the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques are carried out through field observations and interviews with visitors and economic actors. The results showed that during the pandemic, Malioboro's public open space could not be optimal in its function as a center for interaction, social activities, and a forum for economic activity. This is due to restrictions both in the form of physical and socio-cultural activities. Keywords: Public Open Space; Malioboro; Tourism
