Abstract

Tourism village has a great potency to encourage the local economic growth which will provide tourist experiences. This research aims to explore the development of Storynomic Tourism as a strategy to improve the quality of tourist experiences in the Ciburial Tourism Village. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, interviews with relevant stakeholders. The research results show that Ciburial Tourism Village has the potential for unique stories related to its history, culture and nature. By applying the Storynomics Tourism approach, this tourist destination can create a deeper tourist experience through narratives that connect interesting places. The development of Storynomics Tourism in Ciburial Tourism Village is expected to improve the quality of tourist experiences, stimulate tourist interest in visiting, and indirectly increase local economic income. This research makes a significant contribution in developing innovative and sustainable tourism development strategies at the village level. The implication of this research is providing the practical guidance for stakeholders in designing interesting and meaningful story-based tourism experiences in the Ciburial Tourism Village, and can be a reference for developing Storynomics Tourism in other tourist destinations. Abstract

MACAN Museum (Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art in Nusantara) has a wide collection of modern and contemporary Indonesian arts up to the first international scale in Indonesia, and is one of the tourist attractions in Jakarta that is preferred by various circles. The collection is packaged with the concept of art shows and exhibitions that can be enjoyed by every visitor. This research aims to analyze the motivation of visitors coming to the museum using quantitative descriptive methods. Unit of analysis is the visitors of MACAN museum, meanwhile the independent variable is the visitors’ motivation. Data was taken by giving questionnaire to 100 respondents, having observation, and doing structured interviews. The data were analyzed by excel and presented in the frequency table and pie chart. The results showed that of the four motivations, cultural motivation obtained the highest value as the most motivating factor for visitors with a value of 4.19, and the average total value of the four motivations is 3.84 which states that visitors are motivated to visit the MACAN museum. Abstract

Glamorous Camping or known as Glamping is a new trend in traveling. Glamping has emerged as a global trend in outdoor tourism. The Glamping trend emerged with the increasing tourist demand for comfort and luxury in the nature-based tourism sector. The millennial generation is relatively braver when traveling if compared to the previous generation, commonly known as generation X. Generation X prefers travel with the aim of relaxation, it is contrast to the millennial generation who prefers challenges. This study aims to determine the perception of millennial tourists towards glamping accommodation in the Kintamani area. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method where data is obtained through a questionnaire with five indicators related to glamping accommodation including glamping facilities, glamping cleanliness, environment and landscape, glamping management services and interior design and glamping buildings. The results showed that millennial tourists responded with a value of 4.46 which was in a very good interval. In future development, it is necessary to suggest special training for the staff in each glamping area in the Kintamani area, additional parking areas and arrangement of access to the glamping area and the need for data collection on each glamping accommodation in the Kintamani area. Abstract

Bali is famous destination with culture and hospitality of the community is a unique thing that is always sought after by tourists, in addition to the natural beauty and diversity of its tourist attraction. Penglipuran is one village in Bali which has characteristics such as Bali Aga social institution. The purpose of this activity is to provide training package packaging products rural tourism at the Tourism Village Penglipuran as to anticipate the development of tourism and free trade world. In the implementation of activities carried out for solving the problem is: giving lectures and training regarding tourism and package packaging and communities involved are 40 participants. Based on the potential for tourism, as for rural tourism package in accordance with the potential Penglipuran village that can be created, among other things: 1). Village Tour Package); 2). Trekking Tour Package; 3).Cycling Tour Package; 4). Package Creation Cem-cem healty drinks.

Abstract

The hotel industry in Indonesia, especially in Jakarta, is facing increasingly stringent challenges due to the increasing flow of tourists. Hotel RA Suite Simatupang needs to maintain and increase its market share by focusing on service quality and Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM). This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality and E-WOM on purchasing decisions. The research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis, involving 100 respondents who have stayed at the hotel during 2023. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the analysis show that service quality and E-WOM have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with 73.1% of the variation in decisions being explained by these two variables. Good service quality increases customer satisfaction and loyalty, while positive E-WOM shapes the perceptions and beliefs of potential guests. This research concludes that RA Suite Hotel management needs to improve service quality and utilize E-WOM to attract more customers. Suggestions are given for hotels to continue to innovate in services and actively manage online reviews to strengthen their reputation and attractiveness in the market. Abstract

Karangasem Regency has Mount Agung which is included in one of the active volcano clusters in Indonesia, so it has a significant disaster risk if it used as a tourist attraction. Desa Ban is one of the villages within the radius of the Gunung Agung Disaster Prone Area. Desa Ban must get different treatment if it is developed as a tourist attraction.This research was conducted to determine the form of Local Government policies in the development of tourism in the Volcano Disaster Prone Areas in Ban Village, Karangasem Regency.The research method in this study uses the empirical legal method in studying and looking at the law in terms of tourism. Analyze the problem based on authority theory, functional theory, policy concepts, agrotourism concepts and decentralization principle. Using legal analysis techniques and legal evaluation in Local Government policy making. The results of this study are the policy of developing agrotourism as an ideal tourism business that can be carried out in the volcano prone areas. This policy is related to the limitation of tourism activities to reduce the risk of volcano natural disasters so that the loss of the community or minimizing disaster victims can be reduced if the eruption occurs in an unexpected time.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the food storage system on the quality of cookie products at the pastry department of the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta. The type of research used is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The research method with simple regression analysis. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique because the total population was the same as the sample size, namely 30 employees who worked at Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, especially those in the pastry department. The results show that the storage system has a significant effect on the quality of cookie products because the cookie product storage system is one of the determining factors for the quality of food security and safety at the Shangri-La Department hotel, Jakarta. With the existence of cookie products and a proper cookie product storage system, it can guarantee that the cookie product will be more durable in accordance with the durability of the cookie product. Abstract

The rapid development of the hospitality industry in particular recreation area is now attracting the interest of entrepreneurs to participate jumped into this business, giving rise to sharp competition. To be able to compete well among a growing number of recreational, PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol continue to improve service levels to get the maximum profit.To achieve the level of service PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol carry out all the activities of each unit of the service, one way to differentiate a recreational park with more recreational park is to show the high quality of services than its competitors. The key is to match or exceed customer expectations. If the perceived reality in accordance with the desired quality, they will continue to use the services offered by the service providers. Therefore, PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol must identify the wishes of consumers in terms of quality. Measurement of the quality, will not escape the inherent quantitative aspects, namely the quality costs (cost of quality).The method used is descriptive method with case study approach in leisure parks PT. Jaya Ancol. This study aimed to determine the application of the cost of quality and profitability levels, so the object of this study are all costs associated with the cost of quality companies. While the unit of analysis in the study used was the financial statements. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. the period 2009-2013.Application of the cost of quality has been done by PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. in the form of: a. Prevention Cost Cost (cost of preparing the design of vehicle travel, marketing costs, the cost of education and training of employees, as well as the cost of printing of paper stationery), b. Fee appraiser appraisal cost (cost of maintaining and controlling equipment tourist rides), c. Internal Failure Cost, d. External Failure Cost).With provision expenses increased then increased profitasbilitasnya. This means that if the company increases the costs (including the cost of quality will improve corporate profitability. This explanation is supported by the percentage increase in profitability was supported by an increase in the cost of companies that have shown that with the increase of 26% in total costs (including the cost of quality), profit will rise 40% to the calculation of 2009 as the basis for calculation.

Abstract

Its majority of Indonesian are farmers who live in countryside region, has a great opportunity to develop agribusiness in rural. To lift the prices of agribusiness products and Because of Banyuwangi closed to Bali, that’s why, Agribusiness in Banyuwangi not only supply the local market but also expand the market to tourism industries in Bali and tourism industries in oversea. Having become the agro tourism, Banyuwangi realize that the farmers want to develop a tourism in agro to make a value added from their agriculture. The development of the tourism in agro is one of the alternative tourism that must be done pro farmers and rural tourism development synergy with sustainable tourism.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Electronic Word of Mouth and Traditional Word of Mouth on visiting decisions through visitor satisfaction at Situ Cipondoh, Tangerang City. The background of this research is based on the importance of communication from previous visitors in influencing the behavior of new visitors. The method used is a quantitative approach with path analysis, involving 100 respondents selected by accidental sampling. The results of the analysis show that Electronic Word of Mouth and Traditional Word of Mouth have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction and visiting decisions. In addition, visitor satisfaction acts as a mediator that strengthens the relationship between the two types of WOM and the decision to visit. This research concludes that positive experiences shared through E-WOM and traditional WOM can increase satisfaction and encourage repeat visits. Suggestions for tourist destination managers are to actively utilize social media and improve service quality to increase visitor satisfaction. Local governments are also expected to support the development of facilities that enhance the visitor experience. Travelers are encouraged to share their experiences to help other potential visitors make better decisions. Keywords: E-WOM, traditional WOM, customer satisfaction, visiting decisions
