Abstract

This study aims to determine the tourism products contained in Dusun Bambu Bandung according to the tourist product. Because of the famous Bamboo Village among urban communities namely Jakarta, Bekasi, and Bogor. This research method is descriptive quantitative with quisioner measurement and survey location. using SPSS 22.00 program. The result shows that 43,7% of visitor decision is influenced by tourism product, while the rest of 56,3% influenced by other factor hence there is influence between tourism product to decision of visitor in Dusun Bambu Leisure Park with perfect significance 0.000. The result of t test hypothesis shows that tourism product gives a real influence to the decision of visitor in Bamboo Leisure Park hamlet that is equal to 16.391. Based on the results of the research, there are several suggestions for Dusun Bambu Leisure Park covering the addition of new attractions, maintaining the cleanliness of the surrounding environment, instilling good image to visitors, repairing damaged roads, balancing product prices and improving the quality of tourism products in order to increase the decision.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim to determine what factors influence Turnover Intention. And to find out the employee's assessment of psychological contract, job satisfaction, organizational commitment, job insecurity, wages, company size, age and tenure of Turnover Intention. The research method used in this study is the method of validity, reliability, mean, cartesian diagram, GAP, and CSI, and with the survey method that uses questionnaires as a data retrieval tool. As well as the unit of analysis used is individuals in this case are employees of Hotel XYZ totaling 136 respondents. The results of the data obtained will be processed through the SPSS program tool ver 23. After the data collection has been carried out and the data is processed, the results obtained are the quality of the company that has been considered good enough by the employees. But there are some things that must be corrected. The results are still lacking by employees, namely the expectation of employees who are considered lacking with a value of -0.91, that is, professionals in work are still considered lacking, - 0.85, namely that work safety is still considered insufficient, and - 0.82 ie salary which is appropriate for the employee's work. With the results data above, these three factors are still considered lacking by employees, while for other factors it is considered good enough by employees.

Abstract

Majalengka has a variety of tourist destinations that attract local and foreign tourists. Majalengka as a tourist gateway to West Java which has the potential to attract tourists by optimizing its Tourism Destination Areas. Diversity of Tourism Attractions in Majalengka has different thematic, one of which is Situ Cipanten which has the character of development ready for sale. Based on this background, the purpose of this study is to determine the existing condition of Cipanten Situ Tourism Attraction in Majalengka and the development of Cipanten Situ Tourism Attraction in Majalengka. The research method used is descriptive method with inductive analysis, so that this study can describe the object of research systematically and accurately. Based on the data source, the data collection uses primary and secondary sources. The results show the potential of Gunung Kuning Village has a tourist attraction (DTW) of a lake named Situ Cipanten. The main products in Situ Cipanten are lakes or situ which have seven springs surrounded by nature which are preserved by the environment, there are 7 springs in Situ Cipanten DTW and Patilasan Siliwangi where the horses are placed in Situ Cipanten. However, due to lack of management, this makes the site untreated and few visitors come. In conclusion, by developing this region, it can create thematic greening. Development of attractions such as the use of lakes and the use of surrounding forests for educational tourism (there are names of trees with various types of plants). Uniformity of the theme of the development of tourist attraction on the basis of ecotourism must also exist so that it can cause its own uniqueness.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the application of the concept of green or green concept in hotels. The desire to get a comfortable atmosphere is certainly supported by fresh air from nature in addition to other facilities such as cleanliness. In certain circumstances, hotel stays can be done in cities with high pollution levels. Green building concept hotel selection is certainly one of the considerations by some guests who indeed prioritize the comfortable atmosphere obtained from the fresh air. the same thing is more easily obtained at hotels located in mountainous areas or beaches, especially during a pandemic because of the covid 19. The research used descriptive research methods and survey methods were used through in-depth interviews. From the analysis of several hotels that claim to use the concept of green concept, the results obtained are not all hotels apply the concept of green concept entirely,even though the hotel is located in mountainous and coastal areas, whereas the green concept is very appropriate in using wisely and ensuring the continuity of the supply of natural resources and the environment in the future and maintaining air quality by optimizing air circulation and sunlight (CHSE standards). Abstract

This study aims to : ( 1 ) obtain a practical model of Community Based Edutourism (CBE) relating to the planning , implementation , and management of CBE to the creation of sustainable tourism , and ( 2 ) determine the effectiveness of CBE visible impact on the local economy . The method used is a design research that consist of preliminary research, prototyping, and assessment. Data were collected through observation , questionnaires , and interviews. Then the data were analyzed descriptively . The results of this study are : ( 1 ) the model CBE using three strategies, namely , the development of CBE products in accordance with the existing potential ; increase the ability of communities in the management or services in accordance with existing resources , and develop tour packages and promotions are a practical quality; and ( 2 ) the development of CBE tends to be effective seen the growth of the local economy . The development of the CBE gets a very positive response both from the village , tourism industry , society , and the education providers . In accordance with these human resource development needs to be done , and promotion should be improved by involving travel-travel agent . In addition , the local government should soon to develop infrastructures to better support and interest in the CBE .

Abstract

The cable car development plan is one of the main projects proposed by the Governor of East Java, Dra Hj. Khafifah Indar Parawansa, M.Sc to accelerate the construction of the TN BTS, including through the construction of a cable car facility which will be an attraction for tourists to enjoy the sunrise and sunset views in the TN BTS area. The development of a cable car has the potential to bring commercial benefits for both the community and the government. The purpose of this study is to analyze various tourism policies that support the plan to build the Seruni Point-Bromo cable car. Based on the policy analysis, conformity has been found between the cable car development plan and various planning and development policy documents. The plan to build a cable car in a strategic tourism area has the potential to drive investment so that it will trigger economic growth. The development of a cable car can create a new tourist attraction that has a different type in an effort to capture new market opportunities. Keywords: content analysis, tourism policy

Abstract

In the competitive business world, the hotel industry frequently struggles to retain quality personnel in today's competitive business environment. This study investigates the impact of workload on employee turnover at the Santika Premiere ICE BSD City Hotel, where it was discovered that high workload was the source of employees’ complaints. This research is centred on the importance of examining and understanding its employees' burden. The purpose of this study is to determine the association between workload and turnover intention. The workload analysis theory was used to determine how differences in workload affect turnover intention, whereas the employee turnover theory was used to study factors impacting the possibility of people leaving an organisation. This study employed quantitative approaches with a sample technique known as saturation sampling. Data collection approaches included distributing surveys to 93 hotel staff. Data analysis is carried out using basic linear regression analysis with SPSS for Windows version 26. The results reveal a result of 0.183, or 18.3%, which may be regarded as an influence between workload and turnover intention. It means that as workload grows, so does turnover intention. As a result, this study's findings have various implications for managers to consider to prevent high turnover. Keywords: workload, turnover intention, hotel, hospitality industry, burnout

Abstract

Mud cake is a moist cake that has a sweet taste and soft texture. the mud cake is generally made from potatoes as supporting the taste and texture, if combined with other materials would be too much carbohydrate in the mud cake. therefore this research will be used a substitute potatoes for tempe. Tempe has a solid texture than potatoes and has a lower carbohydrate than potato. This research used experimental method 1 is the control product that uses the sludge cake of potatoes 100% and 3 treatment product that uses 30% tempeh, 60% tempeh, 90% tempeh. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the two groups, the first group of expert panelists are as many as 5 people to know the difference between product control and treatment products, untrained panelists group of 25 people to determine whether it is acceptable by the general public. Results obtained through ANOVA test there is no real difference in terms of texture, flavor, aroma, color with control products. A test of the most preferred products is control product with value of 3,21, product of 60% tempeh with value of 3,14, product of 30% tempeh with of value 3,04, and product of 90% tempeh with value 2,72.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of the Gandrung Terracotta Park tourism object in the Banyuwangi Regency. This research is qualitative research with quantitative methods using IFAS, EFAS, and SWOT quadrant analysis methods. The results showed that the opportunity factor for developing terracotta park tourism had the greatest weight compared to other external factors. In general, the amount of weight on external factors ranges from 0.23 to 0.29. The results of the calculation of the total weighted value of external factors obtained the results that the total value is 2.16. The garden of gandrung terracotta is in quadrant 1 where this condition is very beneficial for the owner because it has strengths and opportunities if you can use it well. The strategy that must be applied in this condition is to support the growth policy (Growth Oriental Strategy). Although there are several weaknesses and threats that are quite large, these attractions can take advantage of opportunities and strengths so that they can make these attractions develop. Abstract

Artikel ini menggambarkan hak ulayat laut sebagai sebuah pranata lokal yang dimanfaatan oleh komunitas nelayan untuk pengelolaan sumberdaya laut di Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara. Permasalahan penelitian ini diurai dengan menggunakan pendekatan prosesual dengan penekanan agar peneliti dan proses penelitian tidak terjebak dalam suatu kerangka penelitian teoritik yang kaku dan bersifat streotipik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam (indept interview), pengamatan terlibat (participation observation), dan diskusi kelompok terfokus (focus group discussion). Proses analisa data mencakup pengujian (examining), pemilihan, kategorisasi, evaluasi, dan sintesa yang dilakukan secara siklikal kemudian penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan hak ulayat laut sebagai sebuah pranata lokal yang dimanfaatkan oleh komunitas nelayan terwujud dalam terciptanya masyarakat yang harmonis dalam mengelola sumberdaya laut. This article explained to describe the sea as a customary rights of local institutions that by the fishing communities for marine resource management in Central Maluku district. Research problems are parsed using processual approach with emphasis on research and research process is not trapped within a rigid framework of theoretical research and are streotipik. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, participant observation, and focus group discussions (FGD). The process of data analysis includes examining, selection, categorization, evaluation, and synthesis are carried out cyclical and inferences. The results of this study showed that the existence of customary rights as a sea of local institutions that used by the fishermen community, and embodied in the creation of a harmonious society in managing marine resources.
