Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dan menganalisis pengaruh brand ambasador dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian serta mengukur peran brand image sebagai variabel mediasi pengaruh brand ambasador dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian pada produk Erigo. Penelitian ini diterapkan pada konsumen produk Erigo di wilayah Solo Raya, sampel yang diambil berjumlah 100 responden, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan software  SmartPLS3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa brand ambasador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Brand ambasador berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.Brand awareness  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand image. Brand awareness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Brand ambasador melalui mediasi brand image tidak berpengaruh signifikanterhadap keputusan pembelian. Dan brand awareness melalui mediasi brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

To achieve the desired goals, the organization must strive to provide enthusiasm and motivation to its employees. This motivation is not only positive motivation but also negative motivation, other ways that an organization can do is by providing satisfaction to its employees. There you can see how the existing employees work. The organization must also understand what the complaints of its employees are, so that there will be no strikes which of course have a negative impact on the organization. The problem at the Belitang III OKU Timur District Office is how motivation affects Increasing Employee Job Satisfaction, and the goal achieved is to determine the effect of work motivation on increasing employee job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research type. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees of the Belitang III District Office. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis to test the effect of motivation on job satisfaction. In addition, validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests were carried out to ensure the quality of the data used in the study. The results showed that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The coefficient of determination shows that most of the variation in job satisfaction can be explained by the motivation variable. This shows that increasing motivation, both from intrinsic and extrinsic factors, can significantly increase employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were (1) to determine the effect of green product on purchasing decisions, (2) to determine the effect of green advertising on purchasing decisions, and (3) to determine the effect of green brand image on purchasing decisions. This study used a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population used in this study were consumers of The Body Shop cosmetic products who usually purchase The Body Shop cosmetic products online at The Body Shop's official store. The data collection technique used in this study was questionnaire distribution. Hypothesis testing in this study was carried out using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS.  The results showed that partially, green product affects purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000, green brand image affects purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.001, and green brand image affects purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, green product, green advertising, green brand image affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Pengalaman Kerja Dan Manajemen Resiko Pegawai Berpengaruh Terhadap Pelayanan PSC 119 (Public Safety Center 119) Kota Solok. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh masing-masing variabel, Pengalaman Kerja (X1) Dan Manajemen Resiko Pegawai (X2) Terhadap Pelayanan PSC 119 (Y). Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan melalui metode kuesioner terhadap 69 responden dari 69 orang populasi pegawai PSC 119 (Public Safety Center 119) Kota Solok. Teknik Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara kausatif, dengan menggunakan metode Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS 19). Kemudian dilakukan analisis terhadap data-data yang diperoleh berupa analisis kuantitatif. Analisis kuantitatif meliputi uji validiitas dan uji realibilitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi berganda, uji hipotesis lewat uji T dan uji F serta uji analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil analisis regresi berganda diperoleh nilai Y = 10,605 + 0,437 X1 + 0,313 X2. dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel independent (X) memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap variabel dependen (Y) pada Pelayanan PSC 119 (Pubic Safety Center 119) Kota Solok. Berdasarkan hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) = 44,8 %. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Pengalaman Kerja (X1) dan Manajemen Resiko Pegawai (X2), memiliki sumbangan pengaruh terhadap Pelayanan PSC 119 (Y) sebesar 44,8 % dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil pengujian secara parsial (uji t) terlihat bahwa Pengalaman Kerja (X1) terhadap Pelayanan PSC 119 (Y) menunjukan Thitung 3,620 Ttabel 1,996 maka Pengalaman Kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap Produktivitas. Hasil pengujian variabel Manajemen Resiko Pegawai (X2) terhadap Pelayanan PSC 119 (Y) menunjukan Thitung 2,732 Ttabel 1,996 maka Manajemen Resiko Pegawai mempunyai pemgaruh terhadap Pelayanan PSC 119. Hasil keseluruhan (uji f) Fhitung 26,819 F tabel 3,13 maka posistif dan signifikan terhadap Pelayanan PSC 119.

Abstract

Keputusan untuk investasi pada aktiva tetap memerlukan perencanaan yang seksama, ini disebabkan investasi tersebut akan memerlukan dana yang cukup besar jumlahnya dan dana tersebut akan terikat untuk jangka waktu panjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan pengumpulan datanya menggunakan metode wawancara dan studi dokumen. Dengan instrumen pengumpul data berupa panduan dokumentasi laporan keuangan Toko Mulya Jaya. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini laporan keuangan Toko Mulya Jaya dalam bentuk laporan laba rugi pada tahun 2016 sampai 2019. Dan sampelnya yaitu data laporan keuangan Toko Mulya Jaya selama 4 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data bahwa usulan investasi yang dipilih adalah membeli gudang dengan hasil perhitungan payback period untuk menutup kembali pengeluaran investasi pembelian gudang baru adalah 3 tahun 1 bulan 22 hari dan perhitungan dengan metode Net Present Value (NPV) menghasilkan PV (present value) dari proceeds sebesar Rp993.925.028 lebih besar daripada PV (present value)dari outlays sebesarRp 975.000.000, dan NPVadalah (993.925.028/975.000.000) sama dengan sebesar 1.019410, positif 1. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha di era new normal dengan variabel Ekspektasi pendapatan (X1) dan Lingkungan Keluarga (X2) dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan (X3) terhadap minat berwirausaha (Y). Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa /i STMIK Pringsewu yang telah mengambil matakuliah Kewirausahan sebanyak 105 orang (3 kelas). Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling sebanyak 25 responden. Analisa data penelitian kuantitatif yang mencakup analisis korelasi, analisis determinasi dan analisis regresi linear berganda (simultan), serta uji hipotesis yang menggunakan uji-t dan uji-F (ANOVA). Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan program SPSS 26.0 for windows diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi r = 0,3961. Koefisien determinasi r2 = 0,944 artinya kontribusi variabel Ekspktasi Pendapatan, Lingkungan Kelurga dan Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha sebesar 94,4%% dan sisanya sebesar 6,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Persamaan regresi diperoleh Ŷ =-0,194 +0,420X1+0,264X2+0,99X3. Berdasarkan uji ANOVA (Uji F) disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat berwirausaha di era new normal dengan variabel EKpskektasi Pendapatan, Lingkungan Keluarga dan Pendidikan Kewiraushaan berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha dan berperan aktif terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa/i STMIK Pringsewu. Model regresi hasil penelitian ini terbukti benar dan layak digunakan untuk peramalan.

Abstract

The magnitude of the influence of placement and career development on employee performance at the Madang Suku II Ogan Komering Ulu Timur District Office. Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it was found that placement and career development on employee performance at the Madang Suku II Ogan Komering Ulu Timur District Office was Y = 10,607 - 0.080X1 + 0.631 has been consulted with conservative standards, it is between 0.400- 0.599, which means it is classified as a moderate correlation or influence between placement and career development on employee performance at the Madang Suku II Ogan Komering Ulu Timur District Office. This research was conducted on 12 respondents and after conducting a hypothesis test it was found that the F count = 1.85 and the F table obtained was 4.26, thus the hypothesis proposed could not be accepted. The advice that can be given is that leaders should always pay attention to the needs of their employees at work so that their employees' performance can improve.

Abstract

Mery Boutique is a place that provides a variety of women's and men's batik products that focus on service and good product quality. The purpose of doing this research is for an information system for selling batik products for women and men based on mobile web. This research is to develop an online-based sales information system in Meri boutique, the methodology used for the development of e-commerce systems is a structured methodology with a waterfall model. The results of this research are the application of e-commerce applications can help meri boutique businesses to develop more and increase sales turnover so that it can have implications for improving service to customers, consumers and administrative management.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Leadership Style and Career Development on Employee Productivity. The use of these variables is based on the results of previous studies, namely: Balerang, Nainggolan, S.E., M.Sc (2017), Suyitno, Utomo (2017), Rachmatullah, M. R. (2017) and Saklit, I. W. (2017). This research was conducted at CV. Galaxi Mitra Utama Bandar Lampung, respondents used as many as 32 employees, The results showed the influence of leadership style and career development and significant impact on employee productivity. The influence of leadership style on employee productivity is significant and positive, the effect of career development on employee productivity is significant and positive.

Abstract

The current phenomenon is that quite a few students in private higher education act as workers which will have an impact on the balance of their personal and work lives. This work-life balance will certainly affect student achievement both in terms of time and role. However, student motivation can provide reinforcement for this balance in order to achieve academic achievement. This research aims to analyze the moderation of motivation on the influence of work life balance (WLB) on student achievement. The method used is a descriptive verification method with a purposive sampling technique, namely taking samples of students with worker status only. Meanwhile, the number of samples was 196 with the Lemeshow formula. The data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. And data analysis uses SEM PLS analysis and descriptive statistics. The research results show that student WLB is balanced, student motivation is in the high category, and student achievement is good. WLB can influence student achievement positively and significantly by 23.23%. Student motivation cannot moderate the influence of WLB on student achievement because students' desire to study is not due to job demands. But because of parental demands or just getting a degree. So students don't pay too much attention to their work-life balance. Which has an impact on student motivation and cannot strengthen WLB in influencing student achievement. However, the partial test results are surprising that student motivation can influence student achievement.
