Abstract

Program Sarjana STIE Trisna Negara. Analisis Pengaruh Pengawasan dan Perencanaan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Penelitian ini didasarkan atas faktor yang tidak dapat diabaikan berkaitan dengan kinerja adalah pengawasan dan perencanaan. Hal Tersebut dapat tercermin pada kinerja kurang, pengawasan dan perencanaan masih kurang, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kedisiplinan jam kerja yang masih jauh dari yang diharapkan Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kedua untuk mengetahui pengaruh perencanaan terhadap kinerja pegawai, ketiga untuk mengetahui pengawasan dan perencanaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan. Jenis penelitian, yaitu bertujuan untuk memperjelas/menerangkan pengaruh dari beberapa variabel, adapun yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan yang berjumlah 33 responden untuk menguji pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Tujuan hasil penelitian, dari hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa regresi Y= 0,148 + 0,124 X1 + 0,909 X2 sangat signifikan dan linear artinya konstanta sebesar 0,148 menyatakan jika tidak ada pengawasan dan perencanaan maka kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan akan tetap sebesar 0,148, koefisien regresi X1 sebesar 0,124 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1 poin skor pengawasan akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,124 poin, koefisien regresi X2 sebesar 0,909 menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1 poin perencanaan akan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,909 poin. Saran/rekomendasi, Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan Perlindungan Anak Pengendalian Penduduk Dan Keluarga Berencana Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan berkaitan dengan pengawasan diperlukan penghargaan, bimbingan, penghasilan, sehingga pegawai dapat dengan cepat dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, tentang perencanaan perlu meningkatkan melalui melalui faktual/realistis, logis dan rasional, fleksibel, komitmen dan komprehensif, tentang Kinerja diperlukan peningkatan hubungan kerja, kepuasan kerja, iklim kerja dan kepuasan ekonomi.

Abstract

The existence of computers is a very important element in human life so that it can facilitate human work. The use of computers is not only limited to educational needs, but also involves general problems such as in business services, social or other needs where human needs will be met. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the promotion or sale of Pringsewu Lampung Pagelaran woven cloth and to help improve the superiority of Pringsewu Lampung Pagelaran woven cloth to be better known outside the area online and to make it easier for consumers to order a product. The research method used is the Waterfall method. From this research, it can be concluded that with e-business web applications, the promotion and sales process can be done quickly and can improve competitive advantage in Lampung woven fabrics.

Abstract

Information technology is developing very rapidly and the positive impact we can feel is helping and making work easier. The development of information technology in this modern era can encourage people to use technology in various fields, one of which is in the business sector. Information technology has been a major catalyst in changing the way of doing business. With the existence of information technology, it will make it easier to do business. In designing this sales application, it is carried out by implementing Mobile Commerce which is intended to assist sellers in promoting products or introducing products to increase product sales. This research aims to help or facilitate the Home Industry of Tapis Padang Cermin Craft to carry out promotions and buying and selling transactions as an effort to increase sales. Methods in solving this problem using observation data collection techniques, interviews, and literature study. Meanwhile, in an effort to develop sales and marketing information systems using the Waterfall method. The results of this study are designing E-Commerce for home industry products Tapis Padang Cermin Pesawaran Lampung which aims to increase marketing and sales.

Abstract

To find out how much influence physical evidence has on impulse buying. To find out the influence of brand characteristics on purchasing decisions at Pentol Nona Bengkulu, to find out the influence of emotional branding on purchasing decisions at Pentol Nona Bengkulu, to find out the influence of brand characteristics and emotional branding on purchasing decisions at Pentol Nona Bengkulu. This research method is exploratory. Exploratory research, or also called exploratory research, is a research approach that aims to find information about a topic/problem that is not yet fully understood by a researcher. Exploratory research does not require a specific hypothesis or theory. The researcher only prepared several questions as a guide to obtain primary data in the form of information, information, as the initial data needed. Based on the results, there is an influence of brand characteristic (X1) on the purchasing decision (Y) of Nona Pentol with a value of tsig α (0.000 0.05) and the value of tcount ttable (5.749 1.65882) thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, variable X1 has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y). There is an influence of emotional branding (X2) on the purchase decision (Y) of Pentol Nona with a value of tsig α (0.000 0.05) and a value of tcount ttable (4.346 1.65882), thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the significance value obtained, the variable X2 has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (Y). The value of Fsig α 0.05 and Fcount F table (9.4873.08) so it can be concluded that together the independent variables have a positive effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Human resources are a very important thing in the organization. However, a process that takes place cannot be separated from human intervention. STIE Trisna Negara must reposition and recalculate the internal potential to then determine the steps that must be taken for the future of the region. A closer look at the conditions of work enthusiasm of STIE Trisna Negara employees, with various implications that arise and efforts to encourage morale that has been given with the symptoms that illustrate employee morale, is not under expectations. These conditions have an impact on the performance of STIE Trisna Negara employees not yet optimal under expectations. While the analysis tool used is simple linear regression analysis and using a t-test. The results of the qualitative analysis show that the communication variable (X1) indicator of knowledge gets a low score. Furthermore, the morale variable (Y) which becomes a weakness is discipline. The results of the quantitative analysis showed that partial communication (X1) had a significant effect on morale (Y) at STIE Trisna Negara East Oku. This conclusion is obtained partially, it is known that communication (X1) has a significant effect on morale (Y) at STIE Trisna Negara, East Oku. This is shown from the t-value of the communication variable (X1) = 9,657

Abstract

Environmentally friendly advertising (green advertising) is one of the strategies used by companies in carrying out environmentally friendly marketing. Green advertising is considered an important factor for increasing the intention of environmentally friendly products. But on the other hand, there is previous research which found environmentally-friendly advertising had no role in increasing green purchase intentions. This difference is a research gap that must find a solution to cover the gap. The aim of this research is to find a solution for the research gap between green advertising and purchase intention of environmentally friendly products with environmental knowledge as a mediating variable. Based on previous research studies, stated that environmentally friendly advertising can increase environmental knowledge. Furthermore, environmental knowledge plays an important role in increasing the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products. In other words, environmentally friendly advertising can increase the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products, either directly or indirectly through environmental knowledge. Based on this, a conceptual model can be built to research the purchase intention of environmentally friendly products

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial maupun bersama – sama pengaruh Lingkungan kerja, gairah kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai serta menganalisis variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama OKU Timur, Hasil analisis regresi dan korelasi antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan model regresi Ŷ = 26.179 + 0.546X1 + e dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.455. Hasil analisis regresi dan korelasi antara motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai menunjukkan model regresi Ŷ = 44.341 + 0.237X2 + e dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.261. Hasil analisis regresi berganda dan korelasi antara lingkungan kerja dan gairah kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja menunjukkan model regresi Ŷ = 24.845 + 0.511X1 + 0.057X2 + e dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.458 Dari persamaan regresi linear ganda diatas memperlihatkan kalau variabel lingkungan kerja (X1) lebih dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai dibandingkan gairah kerja. Abstract

This study aims to determine the opportunities and challenges of Islamic financial institutions in facing the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) and how the strategies of Islamic Financial Institutions to win the competition of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach that seeks to analyze various challenges, opportunities and strategies of Islamic Financial Institutions in facing the AEC (Asian Economic Community). The results of the study indicate that the opportunities for Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia can be strong in the face of the MEA. The challenges for Islamic financial institutions in Indonesia are the low quality and quantity of human resources with a sharia economic background, the sharia financial market share which is still relatively small compared to conventional finance, the level of understanding and awareness of sharia society is still lacking in the economy, lack of product development innovation and services that are competitive and based on community needs. Lack of support from the government, both in the form of regulatory support and government capital support. Strategies that must be carried out by LKS in Indonesia to increase competitiveness so that they are able to survive in the MEA competition are: Improving the quality and quantity of human resources, socialization and education to the community, service improvement and product differentiation, and support from all stakeholders, especially the government.

Abstract

Perfume Multazam is one of the stores that sell perfume and Multazamt. It is no longer a secret that women can not be separated from these two things because the two things are primarily women. system that runs is still not effective in terms of marketing, in the era of modern customers want every thing to buy with ease or speed information to facilitate all activities. The purpose of the research is to make e-commerce mobile app sales Multazam Perfume. In building this system the author uses a prototype method where data collection techniques are conducted through interviews and a literature review. While assisting analys is and system design nursing PHP and MySQL DataBase. The results of research on Multazam Perfume can be concluded with the creation of mobile e-commerce applications Parfume Multazam sales can facilitate customers to make reservation transactions.
