Abstract

Based on an initial survey in the form of direct interviews with honorary employees at the Solok City Regional Secretariat, a condition was found where most employees felt less cared for in terms of compensation. Judging from the compensation given to them, it was felt that it was still lacking, such as direct compensation such as honorariums, incentives, and allowances given did not match what they expected, because there was a mismatch between the workload and the provision of honorariums, while indirect compensation in the form of vacation facilities, insurance, services and health were still less than satisfactory for employees, because superiors still paid less attention and the impact was that employees felt dissatisfied, while the agency had to achieve optimal results. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of career development and compensation on the work productivity of honorary employees at the Solok City Regional Secretariat. This type of research uses descriptive with a quantitative approach. The data source used in this study was primary through the distribution of questionnaires regarding career development and compensation on employee work productivity. The sampling technique was carried out by total sampling, which was 88 people. The results of the study showed that partially career development had a positive effect on work productivity, the t-count value was greater than the t table, which was 5.272 1.9879, and the significant value was 0.000 0.05 and compensation had a positive effect on work productivity, the t-count value was also greater than the t table, which was 4.092 1.9879 and the non-significant value was 0.000 0.05. Based on the F test, the F-count value was 16.821 and the F-table value was 3.10. This states that simultaneously career development and compensation have a positive effect on work productivity of Honorary employees at the Solok City Regional Secretariat.

Abstract

Perusahaan publik, mempunyai kewajiban untuk selalu menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan (GCG) yang baik serta memberikan informasi yang lengkap kepada semua pemangku kepentingan sebagai bentuk pertanggung jawaban atau akuntabilitas. Informasi disajikan dalam berbagai bentuk laporan rutin, diantaranya laporan keuangan interim, laporan keuangan tengah tahunan, laporan keuangan tahunan yang diaudit, laporan tahunan, dan laporan insidentil dimana di dalamnya termasuk hal yang terkait dengan aksi korporasi, transaksi afiliasi, maupun transaksi material. Dalam RUPS Garuda yang dilakukan pada 24 April 2019 terdapat Dissenting Opinion dari dua komisaris. Dissenting opnion terkait dengan pengakuan pendapatan bagi hasil yang didapatkan dari PT Mahata. Adanya perbedaan opini tersebut menunjukan adanya dua kepentingan yang berbeda antara perwakilan komisaris dari pemegang saham minoritas dan pemegang saham mayoritas yaitu pemerintah. Penelitian ini bertujuan melakukan kajian teoritis terhadap munculnya dissenting opinion pada RUPS Garuda yang berkaitan dengan pengakuan pendapatan dalam laporan keuangan tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan intepretatif. Kajian dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa PT. Garuda tidak melakukan prosedur akuntansi dengan benar terutama untuk transaks antara PT.Mahata Euro Tekhnologi dan PT. Garuda beserta anak perusahaannya. Prosedur akuntansi yang di maksud adalah pengakuan pendapatan atas transaksi tersebut tidak dapat memenuhi unsure-unsur seperti yang di atur dalam PSAK No. 23 paragraf 20. Selain itu, terdapat indikasi adanya moral hazard yang mengakibatkan diuntungkannya salah satu pihak dengan adanya pengakuan pendapatan atas transaksi PT. Mahata dengan Garuda.

Abstract

Organizational learning is a learning activity in administrative processes through interaction with the environment that encourages organizations to integrate knowledge better. Through a series of strategies, the development of organizational learning needs to be carried out to provide a competitive advantage for the organization. This study offers strategic entrepreneurship and Ambidexterity capabilities to achieve business performance, which is recognized concepts that can improve business performance, and create competitive advantages for companies and businesses. With the increasing development of technology, companies need to consider ambidexterity capabilities to maintain their competitive edge. Where companies can exploit and explore the opportunities they have to generate innovation and achieve business performance, especially new businesses such as start-ups.

Abstract

Penggunaan media sosial di Indonesia pada tahun 2024 mencapai 160 juta jiwa atau 59% dari total penduduk di Indonesia telah mencapai 275 juta jiwa. Platform media sosial yang paling banyak digunakan pertama adalah Whatsapp sebanyak 90% sedangkan Instagram diurutan kedua dengan total 85%. Dari data tersebut penggunaan media sosial untuk meningkatkan penjualan onlineshop, karena mayoritas penduduk di Indonesia terutama kaum milenial memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media penjualan. Dengan semakin meningkatnya angka penggunaan media sosial Instagram maka semakin banyak pesaing toko onlineshop di Instagram. Untuk itu pelaku bisnis seorang islam perlu menerapkan etika bisnis islam, etika bisnis islam merupakan sejumlah perilaku etis bisnis (akhlak al Islamiyah) yang dibungkus dengan nilai-nilai syariah yang mengedepankan yang halal dan menjauhkan yang haram, dengan tujuan mendapatkan Ridha-Nya Allah. Pada penelitian ini yang akan dibahas adalah bagaimana strategi penjualan Galery Jam Tangan di Instagram menurut Etika Bisnis Islam dan bagaimana penerapan Etika Bisnis Toko Galery Jam Tangan melalui sudut pandang Prinsip-Prinsip Etika Bisnis Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Manajemen strategi penjualan Galery Jam Tangan di Instagram menurut Etika Bisnis Islam dan mengetahui penerapan etika bisnis Galery Jam Tangan melalui sudut pandang Prinsip-Prinsip Etika Bisnis Islam. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini merupakan penelitian yang jenis dan sifatnya deskriptif, riset kepustakaan dan kualitatif, yang didalamnya terdapat upaya-upaya dalam mendeskripsikan, mencatat, menganalisis, dan menginterprestasikan mengenai Penelitian tentang “Manajemen Penerapan Etika Bisnis Islam Pada Toko Galery Jam Tangan Bandar Lampung melalui Pemanfaatan Media Sosial Instagram”, sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sekunder.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Motivational Leadership and Job Satisfaction on the Performance of employees of PT. LPI. To determine the effect of Motivational Leadership on the Performance of employees of PT. LPI. To determine the effect of Job Satisfaction on the Performance of employees of PT. LPI. To find out which variable is the most dominant influence on the performance of employees of PT. LPI. The result of testing the equation Y in hypothesis 1 shows that the significance value of the leadership variable (X1) is 0.733 which means that the model is not significant because the significance is 0.05. Thus Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Therefore, it can be interpreted that leadership has no positive and significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 2 shows that motivation and job satisfaction (X2) amounted to .000 so that it can be said that this model is significant because the significance is 0.05. Thus, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This can be interpreted that work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Hypothesis 3 job satisfaction (X3) of 0.456 so that it can be said that this model is not significant because of the significance 0.05. Thus, Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected. This can be interpreted that job satisfaction is influential significant on employee performance. F test results with 0.0001 significance the probability is smaller than 0.05 then the regression model can be used for predict employee performance (Y). This shows that the influence of leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employees of PT. LPI.

Abstract

Risk-taking is an activity that a bank takes for giving credit to the public to increase their profit. Risks occur because of the uncertainty condition taken by the company. The sample will be limited to 28 banks located and listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) over the period 2013-2017. The main data source of all the variable is financial statements, annual reports, ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory) and the official website of bank in 2013-2017. The conclusion of this study is to create the model which significantly related to bank risk-taking. There is 4 method to examine the best model. The methods are forward method, backward method, stepwise method and enter method. R-squared, adjusted R-squared, AIC, SIC, and Cp Mallows are the criterion for choosing the best model in each method. At the end of this study, there is a final regression model that shows all the significant variable which can explain bank risk-taking. Determinants of bank risk-taking variable in this study are bank capital, bank size, mergers and acquisitions, bank ownership, off-balanced sheet, LDR, BI rate, inflation, and GDP Growth.

Abstract

The concept of market microstructure, or market microstructure theory, examines the dynamics behind the formation of stock prices in Indonesia. There are three primary categories that may be used to categorize the many explanations offered by academics and researchers on the processes that lead to the establishment of stock prices on the Exchange. In this work, a quantitative methodology is utilized to evaluate hypotheses and confirm market microstructure theory, and signal theory. This research makes use of secondary data, namely information gleaned from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2017-2020. The data in question cover the period of time. The State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) group, of which the research sample is a member, provides the sample for this study. The findings of the study indicate that there is a connection between fundamentals and profitability.

Abstract

Social media has become the main platform for the younger generation to get information and communicate. In this digital era, it is important to understand the influence of social media on students' enrollment decisions in higher education. This study aims to Analyze the influence of social media usage on students' enrollment decisions at STMIK Surya Intan. Find out the types of social media that have the most influence on students' enrollment decisions. Formulate strategies for utilizing social media to increase the number of applicants at STMIK Surya Intan. This research method uses a quantitative method with a survey research design. The research sample was prospective students who registered at STMIK Surya Intan in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through an online questionnaire. The results of the study on the influence of social media usage on students' enrollment decisions. Information about the types of social media that have the most influence on students' enrollment decisions. Strategies for utilizing social media to increase the number of applicants at STMIK Surya Intan. The results of the analysis show that the frequency of Instagram use has a significant positive correlation (r = 0.75, p 0.01) with the decision to register. In addition, multiple linear regression analysis showed that both the frequency of Instagram use and the influence of friends' recommendations significantly predicted the decision to enroll (R² = 0.56, p 0.01). This finding indicates the important role of social media, especially Instagram, in the student decision-making process.

Abstract

The world of tourism is not new for everyone. Tourism has become an industry in every tourist destination. Various facilities and conveniences and entertainment provided to support various tourism activities have been provided by the government or other tourism supporting components. One of the facilities that can be developed is e-tourism. E-tourism can provide tourist destination information with various needs and supporting facilities for users, especially tourists. Services are provided through the website as a form of convenience that can be obtained by visitors. Implementation of e-torism applications has a very good impact on tourists in the process of obtaining information. In addition to having an impact on tourists, this application has an impact on local governments in an effort to increase the number of visitors. Based on the results of the study the number of tourists rose to 40%. Thus this application has a very good impact on the development of tourism potential in Tanggamus Regency.

Abstract

Pemilihan anggota legislatif DPR RI, DPRD Provinsi, dan DPRD Kabupaten/Kota tahun 2019 berlangsung relatif aman, damai, lancar, dan tanpa ada gejolak walaupun berbeda dukungan dan pilihan. Pesta demokrasi yang digelar di seluruh wilayah Indonesia tersebut menggunakan sistem proporsional terbuka dengan suara terbanyak, konversi perolehan suara ke jumlah kursi parlemen menggunakan metode Sainte Lague. Melalui sistem ini, para pemilih tidak lagi memilih partai politik melainkan memilih calon legislatif sesuai daerah pemilihan. Episentrum penelitian ini berfokus pada hasil pemilihan umum Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah (DPRD) Kabupaten Pringsewu tahun 2019 yang dilaksanakan secara langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur, dan adil. Pada pemilihan umum calon anggota legislatif Kabupaten Pringsewu tahun 2019 terdapat fakta unik dan menarik bahwa calon anggota legislatif muda yang baru terjun ke ranah politik mendapat apresiasi, sambutan positif, dan dukungan yang relatif sangat baik dari masyarakat dan berhasil memenangkan pemilu legislatif yaitu Mira Anita dari Partai Demokrat. Penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana rancangan komunikasi politik dan pelaksanaan strategi pemenangan yang dilakukan oleh Mira Anita sehingga memperoleh dukungan suara terbanyak dari masyarakat Kecamatan Gadingrejo, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deksriptif kualitatif. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui teknik survei dengan melakukan wawancara kepada responden terpilih. Kerangka sampel penelitian ini adalah 11 anggota DPRD perempuan Kabupaten Pringsewu. Dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling terpilih Mira Anita sebagai sampel. Dalam studi kasus pemenangan Mira Anita ini, sebagai anggota legislatif DPRD Kabupaten Pringsewu-Lampung periode 2019-2024 meraih suara terbanyak dengan menerapkan marketing politik, hal ini hanya berlaku bagi pemilih cerdas, kritis, dan rasional. Konstituen memberi dukungan/memilih kepada yang bersangkutan karena melihat visi-misi calon legislatif, asas, ideologi, dan doktrin perjuangan partai. Temuan penting dari strategi pemenangan menggunakan marketing politik ini mampu mengurangi cost politik yang relatif sangat tinggi dan menghindari praktik politik transaksional yang marak terjadi akhir-akhir ini.
