Abstract

 To find out how much influence physical evidence has on the impulse buying of Syarah Bakery Bengkulu consumers, To find out how much influence price discounts have on the impulse buying of Syarah Bakery Bengkulu consumers, To find out how much influence product diversity has on the impulse buying of Syarah Bakery Bengkulu consumers, To find out how much The influence of physical evidence, price discounts, and product diversity on the impulse buying of Syarah Bakery Bengkulu consumers. This research method is exploratory. Exploratory research, or also called exploratory research, is a research approach that aims to find information about a topic/problem that is not yet fully understood by a researcher. Exploratory research does not require a specific hypothesis or theory. The researcher only prepared several questions as a guide to obtain primary data in the form of information, information, as initial data needed. Based on the results of Physical Evidence (X1), it has an effect on consumer impulse buying (Y) Syarah Bakery Bengkulu City with a tsig value of 0.000, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that variable X1 influences consumer impulse buying (Y). Price Discount (X2) influences the impulse buying (Y) of Syarah Bakery, Bengkulu City with a tsig value of 0.001, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the variable X2 influences consumer impulse buying (Y). Product diversity (X3) influences the impulse buying (Y) of Syarah Bakery, Bengkulu City with a tsig value of 0.002, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the variable X2 influences consumer impulse buying (Y). Physical Evidence, Price Discount and product diversity together influence consumer impulse buying with a value of Fsig α where Fsig is 0.000

Abstract

Narescraft UMKM is a business that produces various kinds of handicraft products made of talikur and acrylic. This UMKM is located in Tulung Agung Village, Kec. Gadingrejo, Kab. Pringsewu. This UMKM produces items such as bags made of talikur, decorative flowers from acrylic, tissue boxes and aqua baskets, and many others. This research discusses the use of m-commerce at Narecraft UMKM  to increase product sales. One form of constraint experienced by Narescraft UMKM is product marketing that has not been widespread due to a lack of knowledge about current technological developments. One of the benefits of this research is to make it easier. consumers to get goods according to what they want easily. This research designs a website as a means of promotion or sale of products from UMKM so that products from UMKM  can be widely known by the outside community. Researchers design a website using mobile software. a free application/software that can make the best free responsive website designs for Windows, Mac, and Android. Researchers use the implementation of m-commerce with websites on UMKM  so that they can help reduce costs and can convey detailed information. This research hopes to help increase sales of these handicraft products.

Abstract

Performance is the level of effectiveness and efficiency shown by employees in carrying out their daily duties in an organization or company at a certain period. Improving employee performance is the most serious management challenge because the success of achieving goals and the survival of the organization depends on the quality of human resource performance in it. The more employees who have high performance, the effectiveness and efficiency of work in company activities will be maximized. This study aims to determine how the influence of individual characteristics, organizational commitment, occupational safety and health on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal. PT Tirta Investama Mambal is located in Br. Gumuasih, Mambal Kajanan, Abiansemal, Badung. The population in this study were 300 employees. Determination of the sample using the slovin method, with stratified proportionate random sampling technique, so that the sample used was 172 employees. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that individual characteristics had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal, organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal, occupational safety and health had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Tirta Investama Mambal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap citra merek KFC di Bandar Lampung. CSR menjadi strategi yang semakin penting bagi perusahaan untuk meningkatkan reputasi dan hubungan dengan konsumen. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 konsumen KFC baik secara online maupun langsung di gerai KFC di Bandar Lampung. Analisis tematik kualitatif digunakan untuk menginterpretasikan persepsi konsumen terhadap program CSR yang diimplementasikan oleh KFC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik mengenai program CSR yang dilakukan oleh KFC dan memiliki persepsi positif terhadap manfaat yang dihasilkan oleh program tersebut. Persepsi positif ini secara signifikan meningkatkan citra merek, kepercayaan, dan loyalitas konsumen. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa implementasi program CSR yang efektif dapat memperkuat citra merek dan membangun hubungan yang lebih baik dengan konsumen. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur mengenai CSR dalam industri makanan cepat saji dan menawarkan rekomendasi praktis bagi manajer pemasaran dalam mengembangkan program CSR yang dapat meningkatkan citra merek perusahaan.

Abstract

Didalam mendukung kemajuan dan pengembangan suatu organisasi sangat perlu dilakukan dengan sungguh-sungguh dan terus menerus di segala bidang dan semua aspek kehidupan. Tersedianya sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi merupakan modal utama suatu organisasi untuk dapat sejajar dengan organisasi lainnya. Tanpa adanya pribadi-pribadi dari masing-masing individu untuk berusaha maju tanpa perlu dipaksa maka suatu organisasi tersebut tidak berarti apa-apa.  Pada Koperasi Anugerah Kito Makmur Jaya Tugumulyo Ogan Komering Ilir, ternyata disiplin belum dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga produktivitas kerja karyawan belum optimal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah Bagaimana pengaruh disiplin terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Anugerah Kito Makmur Jaya Tugumulyo Ogan Komering Ilir. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Anugerah Kito Makmur Jaya Tugumulyo Ogan Komering Ilir serta berguna sebagai bahan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya mengenai disiplin dan produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hipotesis yang diajukan, Disiplin berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Anugerah Kito Makmur Jaya Tugumulyo Ogan Komering Ilir. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan dengan menggunakan cara observasi, kuisioner, interview dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil pembahasan diperoleh korelasi antara disiplin dalam upaya meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Koperasi Anugerah Kito Makmur Jaya Tugumulyo Ogan Komering Ilir  diperoleh angka r sebesar 0,57. Setelah dikonsultasikan dengan standar konservatif  terletak antara 0,400- 0,599 yang termasuk pada korelasi sedang. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh yang sedang antara disiplin terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan  pada Koperasi Anugerah Kito Makmur Jaya Tugumulyo Ogan Komering Ilir.

Abstract

In today's digital era, more and more people who have online shopping applications by using these applications find it helpful and can save time for shopping. The online shopping application is a form of social media designed to make it easier for consumers to shop, although there are various cases of online shopping fraud, such as the quality of goods that do not match the picture, different types of goods, people still use e-commerce to shop online, which where online shopping is inseparable from the relationship of trust between sellers and consumers, as well as the fulfillment of consumer satisfaction. As a formulation of the problem whether the online shopping application has an effect on consumer confidence and purchase satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method, as the object is the community of West Pringsewu Village, Environment Six with a sample of 37. Data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 20 program and conclusions are drawn. As a result of research that there is a positive influence of online shopping applications on consumer confidence and purchase satisfaction. This is evidenced by the t-count X, Y1 of 1.695 t-table 1.689 and t-count X,Y2 of 2.062 t-table 1.689.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how to increase interest in buying PT products. Patria Anugrah Sentosa Sukarame, Bandar Lampung through business communication strategy planning in the digital era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The aim of the descriptive approach is to provide a comprehensive and in-depth description of the phenomenon being studied, which is then analyzed and interpreted (understood). The research results show that the marketing strategy which involves attractive promotions, maintenance services through a network of service centers, as well as a business communication approach that pays attention to aspects of quality, service, responsiveness and affordable prices, reflects the company's adaptation to market development theory and marketing business communication. In addition, promotional strategies that are integrated with the digital era, including the use of marketplaces and social media, show a positive response to demands in an era like today.

Abstract

With the rapid advancement of computer information technology, various innovations have emerged in information presentation to meet sales needs, especially in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) sector. In Sukoharjo 3 village, there are around 38 UMKMs that play an important role in the local economy, but there is no website providing information about the sale of various snacks. To address this issue, this research aims to develop a web-based sales system for snack businesses in the area. The research uses the Waterfall method, which includes stages such as requirement analysis, system design, programming, testing, implementation, and maintenance. The system design involves use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. The results show that this sales information system can monitor the availability of goods and manage the incoming and outgoing goods information. This system not only addresses sales process issues but also helps increase sales volume and expand market reach. The implementation of this web-based sales system is expected to optimize the sales process and provide a more satisfying shopping experience for consumers.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Ogan Komering Ulu Timur merupakan instansi Pemerintah yang bergerak dalam bidang kependudukan dan catatan sipil yang mempunyai tanggung jawab dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan data yang akurat dalam Pemerintah Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu Timur.  Pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Ogan Komering Ulu Timur, ternyata displin belum dilaksanakan dengan baik sehingga Efektivitas Kerja pegawai belum optimal. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah Bagaimana pengaruh displin terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh displin terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Ogan Komering Ulu Timur serta berguna sebagai bahan acuan untuk penelitian selanjutnya mengenai displin dan Efektivitas Kerja pegawai. Hipotesis yang diajukan, Displin berpengaruh positif terhadap Efektivitas Kerja pegawai pada Dinas Kependudukan Dan Catatan Sipil Ogan Komering Ulu Timur. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan studi pustaka dan studi lapangan dengan menggunakan cara observasi, kuisioner, interview dan dokumentasi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan apakah bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan Tokopedia khususnya Celebrity Endorser, Atribut Produk, dan Promosi saat pandemic Covid 19 dapat meningkatkan pembelian konsumen Tokopedia di Kampus Universitas Mitra Indonesia Lampung. Saat Pandemi covid 19 gaya berbelanja masyarakat masa kini telah berubah menggunakan belanja daring. Hal ini disebabkan banyaknya pembatasan aktivitas di luar rumah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Bisnis Universitas Mitra Indonesia sebanyak 433 mahasiswa. Sedangkan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 81 responden terdiri dari program studi Manajemen sebanyak 56 orang, program studi Akuntansi sebanyak 16 orang, dan program studi Kewirausahaan sebanyak 9 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Celebrity Endorser (X1), Atribut Produk (X2) dan Promosi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y). Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui hasil Fhitung sebesar 15,621 2,72 Ftabel serta diperoleh nilai signifikan Sig 0,000 0,05. Nilai R Square sebesar 0,378 yang berarti bahwa 37,8% variabel Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen dijelaskan oleh variabel Celebrity Endorser, Atribut Produk dan Promosi. Sedangkan sisanya 62,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar yang diteliti.
