Abstract

The development of digital technology has made mobile credit and digital transaction services primary needs of society. This condition creates significant business opportunities for mobile credit outlets, accompanied by intense competition. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Saadah Cell mobile credit outlet based on consumer perceptions and supporting business aspects. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through a survey of 30 respondents who were customers of the outlet in 2026. The results indicate that most consumers gave positive assessments of product and service quality, transaction speed and convenience, system security, and friendly customer service. In terms of pricing, consumers perceived the prices as affordable, competitive, and proportional to the service quality received. Purchasing decisions were strongly influenced by customer satisfaction and trust, leading to repeat purchases and recommendations. Furthermore, analysis of market and marketing aspects, human resources, economic and socio-cultural factors, technical and technological readiness, financial feasibility, and risk management shows that the mobile credit outlet has stable profit potential, good operational readiness, and manageable business risks. Therefore, Saadah Cell mobile credit outlet is considered feasible and sustainable for further development.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan pesat platform short-form drama telah mengubah pola konsumsi media digital, khususnya di kalangan pengguna perangkat mobile yang cenderung menyukai konten naratif berdurasi singkat. Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen audiens terhadap aplikasi short-form drama DramaBox untuk menghasilkan wawasan yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam perumusan strategi pemasaran digital. Sebanyak 134.309 ulasan pengguna dikumpulkan dari platform distribusi aplikasi, dan setelah dilakukan penyaringan bahasa, diperoleh 1.228 ulasan berbahasa Indonesia yang digunakan sebagai data analisis. Klasifikasi sentimen dilakukan menggunakan model berbasis IndoBERT, sedangkan topic modeling menggunakan Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) diterapkan untuk mengidentifikasi topik-topik dominan pada sentimen positif dan negatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sentimen audiens terhadap DramaBox didominasi oleh sentimen positif, yang mencerminkan apresiasi pengguna terhadap kualitas cerita, daya tarik narasi, dan pengalaman hiburan secara keseluruhan. Analisis topik pada ulasan positif menegaskan kekuatan platform pada aspek konten dan kenikmatan menonton. Sebaliknya, analisis sentimen negatif mengungkap isu berulang terkait intensitas iklan, mekanisme monetisasi, aksesibilitas episode, serta kinerja teknis aplikasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis sentimen dan topik pada ulasan pengguna dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alat intelijen pemasaran untuk mendukung strategi positioning konten, optimalisasi monetisasi, serta peningkatan pengalaman pengguna pada platform short-form drama

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial Literacy, Friend Influence, Perceived Ease of Use, and Perceived Enjoyment on the Decision to Use digital banking among Generation Z in Greater Jakarta. The research employs a quantitative method using a survey technique through an online questionnaire. The sample consists of 144 respondents aged 13–28 years who reside in Greater Jakarta and have digital bank accounts. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique through SmartPLS 4 software. The results show that Financial Literacy has a significant positive effect on the Decision to Use. Friend Influence is also proven to have a significant positive effect on the Decision to Use. Furthermore, Perceived Ease of Use has a significant positive effect on Perceived Enjoyment, and Perceived Enjoyment has a significant positive effect on the Decision to Use. The findings are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of technology adoption models as well as practical contributions to the banking industry in formulating appropriate marketing strategies to increase digital bank usage among young generations. The implications of this study indicate that digital banking service providers need to develop strategies that focus not only on application usability but also on improving digital financial literacy, creating enjoyable user experiences, and leveraging social influence to encourage digital bank usage decisions among Generation Z.

Abstract

This study discusses the development and implementation of a Decision Support System (DSS) for selecting the best teacher at SD Negeri Kebon Manggis 01 using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The main problems identified include teacher performance evaluations that are still largely subjective, the absence of structured competency standards, and limited transparency in the process of determining the best teacher. These conditions may lead to inconsistent evaluation results and dissatisfaction among teachers.AHP was chosen because it is effective for solving multi-criteria decision-making problems by organizing criteria into a hierarchical structure and applying pairwise comparisons. In this study, the evaluation criteria consist of pedagogical competence, professional competence, personal competence, and social competence. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The collected data were then processed to determine the priority weights of each criterion and to calculate the final scores for each teacher candidate.The results indicate that the implementation of AHP produces a more objective and consistent ranking of teachers. The developed DSS also improves the efficiency of data processing and provides recommendations that are fair, transparent, and accountable. Therefore, this system can serve as a strategic solution for schools to enhance teacher performance assessment and improve educational quality in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and social influence on the continuance intention of the LinkAja application, both partially and simultaneously. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey method and Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) as the analysis technique. The sample in this research consists of 255 respondents residing in the DKI Jakarta area , selected through a purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the analysis indicate that: (1) Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the continuance intention of the LinkAja application. (2) Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the continuance intention of the LinkAja application. (3) Social influence has a positive and significant effect on the continuance intention of the LinkAja application. These findings confirm that social influence is the most dominant factor in influencing user continuance intention. Therefore, application developers need to integrate the usefulness of features, an intuitive interface, and the strengthening of the community base to maintain user loyalty in the competitive digital wallet market.

Abstract

The growth of creative business units within the academic environment has become a crucial pillar in supporting the vision of a technopreneurship-based university. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 4P marketing mix strategy and the technopreneurship concept for the LUMINE bottled water (AMDK) product at Universitas Muhammadiyah Bandung. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques including questionnaires distributed to 20 student respondents and a needs assessment survey for campus work units/institutions. The results show that LUMINE has a stable institutional market absorption potential, with an average requirement of 20 gallons per week and 50 boxes of 330ml bottles per month from the household unit. Individual market validation indicates an 85% student buying interest driven by campus identity factors, while 95% of respondents prioritize hygiene (BPOM/Halal certification). The implementation of technopreneurship is carried out through a contract manufacturing (makloon) system, which provides operational efficiency by minimizing investment in physical infrastructure. The study's conclusion confirms that LUMINE is marketingly and operationally feasible as an innovative flagship campus product.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how technological factors through flow experience generated by the algorithm, personal factors in the form of escapism driven by scrolling design, and social factors that shape usage habits through the streak feature contribute to social media addiction among TikTok users. Data were collected through an online survey using Google Forms. Participants in this study were active TikTok users residing in the Jakarta area, aged 18 to 28 years, who use TikTok daily and have consistently utilized the streak feature. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares with SmartPLS 4.0, involving a total of 160 respondents. The results indicate that flow experience has a positive and significant effect on social media addiction, escapism shows a positive but non-significant effect on social media addiction, and habit is proven to have a positive and significant effect on social media addiction. These findings suggest that deep engagement shaped by the For You Page (FYP) algorithm immerses users in continuous use without conscious interruption; the internal drive for emotional escape through TikTok’s infinite scrolling design is not strong enough to form addiction when not reinforced by other mechanisms; and usage patterns formed through streak gamification operate at an automatic and repetitive level, thereby strengthening users’ attachment to the platform.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong Generasi Z untuk menuntut pengalaman produktivitas yang tidak hanya efisien tetapi juga menyenangkan (enjoyable productivity). Namun, tantangan muncul ketika penerapan gamifikasi pada aplikasi produktivitas sering kali bersifat dangkal sehingga gagal mempertahankan motivasi pengguna dalam jangka panjang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemen gamifikasi (rewards, immersion, social) terhadap pemenuhan kebutuhan psikologis dasar (competence, autonomy, relatedness) dan dampaknya terhadap user enjoyment pada pengguna aplikasi Forest, menggunakan pendekatan Self-Determination Theory (SDT). Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 300 pengguna aplikasi Forest dari kalangan Generasi Z yang berdomisili di wilayah Jabodetabek, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert enam poin dan dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rewards berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap competence, serta social berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap relatedness. Namun, immersion tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap autonomy. Selanjutnya, competence terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap user enjoyment. Sebaliknya, autonomy tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap user enjoyment, sedangkan relatedness memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan namun negatif terhadap user enjoyment, mengindikasikan adanya fenomena tekanan sosial.

Abstract

Diera modern ini, Digitalisasi menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi UMKM agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan yang semakain ketat. Strategi Informasi digital dapat meningkatkan efisiensi Operasional, Pendapatan, dan mengubah budaya organisasi menjadi lebih adaptif terhadap perubahan. tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan UMKM Indonesia menghadapi Ekonomi Digital, dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur dan laporan industri Pembahasan mencakup aspek infrastruktur digital, literasi teknologi, akses terhadap pasar digital, serta dukungan regulasi dan ekosistem. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun UMKM memiliki potensi besar, masih terdapat tantangan serius seperti keterbatasan akses teknologi, kurangnya literasi digital, dan minimnya pendampingan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk mempercepat adopsi digital dalam ekosistem UMKM.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of the Apriori algorithm in data mining for inventory stock optimization using a systematic literature review approach. Effective inventory management is essential for improving operational efficiency and service quality within organizations. The research method involves collecting and analyzing relevant academic articles from scientific databases, which are selected based on predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results indicate that the Apriori algorithm is effective in identifying association patterns among products using transaction data. The generated information supports inventory planning, reduces the risk of overstock and stockouts, and improves overall inventory efficiency. However, several studies highlight the computational complexity of the Apriori algorithm when applied to large datasets. Therefore, future research is recommended to develop hybrid approaches and integrate big data technologies. Overall, this literature review provides a comprehensive overview of research trends and the potential application of the Apriori algorithm in data mining-based inventory management.
