Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor finansial dan non-finansial terhadap nilai perusahaan yang diproksikan dengan harga saham saat Initial Public Offering (IPO). Faktor finansial yang diteliti meliputi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Asset Turnover Ratio (ATO), dan Free Cash Flow to Firm (FCFF), sedangkan faktor non-finansial mencakup Reputasi Underwriter, ESG Score, dan Kepemilikan Institusional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan regresi liner berganda untuk menganalisis data perusahaan yang melakukan IPO di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2025. Sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria tertentu. Hasil dari regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang digunakan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

Abstract

The development of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector in Indonesia has shown significant growth, particularly in traditional food products packaged in modern ways, such as seblak. The high public interest in spicy food has encouraged the emergence of many similar businesses, resulting in increasingly fierce competition. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Nangkring Seblak business based on consumer perceptions and the business's internal and external conditions. The research method used was descriptive quantitative, with data collection through a survey using a Google Form questionnaire administered to 23 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed through respondent characteristics analysis, consumer perception analysis, and a SWOT analysis to formulate business development strategies. The results showed that the majority of respondents gave positive assessments of the taste quality, affordable prices, and menu innovation offered by Nangkring Seblak. The SWOT analysis revealed that the business's main strengths lie in consistent product quality and competitive pricing, while its main weaknesses are limited promotion and limited operational scale. Based on these analysis results, it can be concluded that the Nangkring Seblak business is feasible to operate and develop sustainably with the implementation of appropriate strategies.

Abstract

The development of the culinary industry in Indonesia, particularly in the dessert sector, has experienced significant growth along with changes in people's lifestyles and the use of social media as a promotional tool. This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of Makna Dessert as a modern dessert business in Bandung City using a business feasibility study approach and SWOT analysis. The research method used was quantitative descriptive, with data collected through a survey of 36 respondents. Data were analyzed based on consumer behavior, marketing, and financial aspects, and formulated into a SWOT analysis to determine the business's strategic position. The results indicate that Makna Dessert's strengths lie in product quality, visual appearance, and price appropriateness, as well as significant market opportunities. Overall, Makna Dessert is deemed feasible to operate and expand with the right management strategy.

Abstract

This research involves designing a prototype application to simplify the processing of LAKI (Consultation and Information Services) data at the South Sumatra Provincial Archives Service. Based on the entire internship and system design process, it can be concluded that LAKI (Consultation and Information Services) data management in the Supervision Division of the South Sumatra Provincial Archives Service still requires improvements in terms of information systems and data governance. The previous manual recording process, using physical forms and spreadsheets, resulted in a high risk of data duplication, input errors, delays in information updates, and difficulties in data tracking and report preparation. This situation indicates that the manual system is no longer efficient due to the increasing volume of data and the need for faster and more integrated documentation. With this design, it is hoped that the archival data management process will be faster, more accurate, more secure, and in accordance with the principles of good governance. Therefore, the results of this design can make a tangible contribution to improving the quality of public services, particularly in the archival sector, and support efforts to modernize the digital-based supervision system within the South Sumatra Provincial Archives Service.

Abstract

This study analyzes the Implementation of Shared Leadership: A Case Study at CV Esterlie Mandiri. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data analysis employed thematic analysis techniques, where data collected from interviews, participant observation, and organizational documents were organized, discussed, and interpreted to identify key themes related to the implementation of shared leadership at CV Esterlie Mandiri. The analysis of the implementation of shared leadership at CV Esterlie Mandiri revealed that the company has implemented the three dimensions of shared leadership according to Carson et al.'s (2007) framework—shared purpose, social support, and voice—through various concrete mechanisms. These mechanisms include the formation of cross-functional teams, rotation of leadership in meetings, and participatory discussion forums that facilitate the distribution of leadership influence among team members. This implementation has had a positive impact on organizational performance.

Abstract

In the increasingly competitive internet service industry, companies must implement effective marketing strategies to maintain customer loyalty. PT Cyberindo Aditama (CBN), as an internet service provider in Medan, needs to maximize event marketing and direct marketing strategies to build stronger customer engagement. The growing demand for reliable and value-added internet services forms the background of this study. This research aims to analyze the influence of event marketing on customer loyalty, the influence of direct marketing on customer loyalty, and the simultaneous effect of both strategies on CBN customers in Medan. The study focuses on understanding how interactive and personalized marketing activities contribute to enhancing customer loyalty. The research employs a quantitative approach with an associative design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 96 respondents who had subscribed to CBN services for at least six months. Analytical techniques included validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that both event marketing and direct marketing positively and significantly influence customer loyalty. Simultaneously, these variables also show a significant effect, with an R Square value of 0.568, meaning that 56.8% of customer loyalty variation is explained by the two marketing strategies, while the remaining 43.2% is influenced by other factors outside the model. These findings confirm that event marketing and direct marketing are essential instruments in strengthening customer loyalty toward CBN in Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the connection between trust, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and perceived usefulness towards user’s behavioral intention on BCA Mobile application. Through the framework, this study examines how trust, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, and perceived usefulness influence their behavioral intention to use BCA Mobile application. This study also adopts perceived usefulness as a mediating variable that mediates the relationship between independent variables and dependent variables. The research method was conducted using quantitative methods through questionnaire instruments and purposive sampling with 100 college student respondents in East Jakarta who use the BCA Mobile application. Data processing was analyzed through structural equation modeling (SEM) with the partial least squares (PLS) method and using Smart PLS 4 software. The results showed that (1) trust has no effect on perceived usefulness, (2) perceived ease of use has a significant effect on perceived usefulness, (3) perceived enjoyment has a significant effect on perceived usefulness, (4) perceived usefulness has no effect on behavioral intention, (5) perceived usefulness didn’t mediate trust’s influence on behavioral intention, (6) perceived usefulness didn’t mediate perceived ease of use’s influence on behavioral intention, and  (7) perceived usefulness didn’t mediate perceived enjoyment’s influence on behavioral intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah tinjauan literatur (literature review), yaitu metode penelitian yang dilakukan melalui pengkajian sistematis terhadap berbagai sumber ilmiah seperti artikel jurnal dan buku akademik untuk memperoleh pemahaman teoritis dan temuan terkini terkait topik penelitian. Berdasarkan kajian literatur terhadap penelitian terdahulu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan demokratis yang menekankan partisipasi bawahan, komunikasi dua arah, dan keterlibatan karyawan dalam pengambilan keputusan terbukti mampu meningkatkan motivasi, kualitas kerja, kerja sama tim, dan pencapaian target organisasi.  Meskipun sebagian besar penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan, terdapat kondisi di mana pengaruh tersebut menjadi tidak signifikan, tergantung pada variabel mediasi atau konteks organisasi, seperti motivasi kerja, komunikasi, atau kompensasi.

Abstract

In managing a company, one of the determining factors for a company's success is qualified employees. Selection of human resources is essential to prevent possible adverse impacts on organizational performance. Mistakes in the recruitment process are at risk of harming and threatening business continuity. To get good human resources, an employee selection process is carried out according to the criteria needed from each division. In order to make the employee recruitment process faster and to minimize subjective judgments, we need a system that can produce decisions objectively and quickly. SPK application with the right method can overcome problems in employee recruitment. In this study the authors used the Weighted Product method whereby the selection of criteria and the urgency of the appropriate weight criteria for each division can help make the right decision at PT. Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology, particularly after the Covid-19 pandemic, has pushed organizations across various sectors to adapt, including the food and beverage (F&B) industry. This situation demands leadership capable of integrating digital technology into the organization's operational processes, known as digital leadership. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital leadership at Emado's Shawarma Kopo, Bandung, with a focus on technology integration, supervision and support for team performance, adaptability in digital transformation, and orientation towards organizational goals and results. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with key informants, namely the Store Manager of Emado's Shawarma Kopo, and supported by documentation studies. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis and narrative analysis with reference to the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that digital leadership has been implemented through the use of integrated digital systems, data-based performance monitoring, regular training for employees, and decision-making oriented towards achieving targets. The implementation of digital leadership has been proven to improve work efficiency, employee professionalism, and sales performance. This study is expected to provide theoretical contributions and serve as a practical reference for F&B businesses.
