Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has encouraged MSMEs to utilize e-commerce websites as effective advertising medium. Septa Classic Motor MSME in Batu City has strong potential, yet its current website remains suboptimal in design and information structure. This research aims to develop a website using WordPress CMS 6.7.1 and measure its effectiveness as an advertising medium. This research employed action research, utilizing Figma to design the e-commerce website framework for Septa Classic Motor. The research applied purposive sampling, involving 2 computer experts, 2 marketing experts, the owner of Septa Classic Motor MSME, and 25 prospective or existing customers. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistical method. The results showed that the quality level of the developed e-commerce website was rated 'very good' category with a WebQual score of 0.8 and its effectiveness as an advertising medium was categorized as effective with an EPIC Model score of 3.80. These results indicate that the developed website is feasible for use and highly effective as an advertising medium for Septa Classic Motor. The e-commerce website is also expected to enhance SEO (search engine optimization) strategies effectively.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become an important strategy in improving the competitiveness and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. The use of digital technology can increase efficiency, productivity, innovation, and expand market access. However, the implementation of digitalization in Indonesian MSMEs still faces several challenges, such as low digital literacy, limited capital, lack of competent human resources, and weak technological infrastructure.This study aims to examine the importance of digital transformation in MSME financial management based on transparency and accountability. Digital financial management helps make recording and reporting processes more effective, transparent, and accessible, thereby increasing customer and business partner trust. In addition, digital systems also support faster and more accurate business decision- making.The results show that digital transformation can improve operational efficiency and create transparent, accountable, and competitive financial governance for MSMEs. Therefore, government support, increased digital literacy, and stronger technological infrastructure are needed to accelerate MSME digitalization in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of puzzle games on the learning concentration of early childhood. Puzzle activities are considered one of the educational play media capable of stimulating children’s cognitive abilities, attention focus, accuracy, and problem-solving skills through image and shape arrangement activities. The study employed a quantitative approach using a correlational design to determine the relationship between puzzle game activities and children’s learning concentration. Research participants consisted of children aged 4–6 years in a kindergarten environment. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis.The findings revealed that puzzle-playing activities were categorized as very high. Children actively participated in arranging puzzle pieces, identifying shapes and colors, and completing games systematically. In addition, the level of children’s learning concentration was also classified as very high. Children demonstrated the ability to pay attention to teacher instructions, maintain focus during classroom activities, and complete learning tasks more effectively. The correlation analysis showed a correlation coefficient value of 0.78, indicating a strong relationship between puzzle games and learning concentration in early childhood. These findings suggest that puzzle games can be utilized as an effective educational medium to support children’s concentration development during the learning process.Based on the results, puzzle games may serve as an alternative learning strategy for teachers and parents in creating enjoyable, interactive, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for early childhood education.

Abstract

This empirical inquiry is directed toward evaluating the interconnectedness between open-air recreational engagement and the capacity for emotional self-regulation during the early stages of childhood development. Open-air play initiatives are conceptualized as purposeful dynamics that function crucially in accelerating the social-emotional maturation of young learners. By means of these outdoor experiences, children are provided with a platform to articulate their internal affective states, engage responsively with their physical surroundings, adjust to diverse social structures, and refine behavioral competencies across a variety of settings. Direct experiential learning within natural outdoor environments further furnishes a constructive environment for youth to cultivate coping mechanisms and manage affective responses with greater efficiency. To systematically examine the relationship between open-air play routines and early childhood emotional modulation, this investigation utilized a quantitative methodology combined with a correlational research design. The cohort of informants for this study comprised parent-child dyads, with the targeted youth falling within the 4-to-5-year age bracket and actively enrolled in preschool education. Information gathering was executed through the administration of a standardized Likert-scale diagnostic survey distributed directly to the designated cohort. Subsequently, the accumulated dataset underwent statistical computing via the Pearson Product Moment correlation framework to establish the precise magnitude of the relationship between outdoor playtime and the children's emotional command. The descriptive outputs revealed that the intensity of open-air play practices reached an elevated classification. Correspondingly, the children's psychological capacity for regulating their emotions was also categorized at a superior level. Derived from the statistical outputs of the correlational assessment, the evidence confirms that open-air play practices bear a direct and meaningful linkage with emotional adaptation in early youth. Children who maintain a higher frequency of engagement in outdoor recreations demonstrate a strong propensity toward superior emotional oversight, enhanced socialization within community environments, and healthier manifestations of their feelings relative to their immediate situational contexts.These analytical insights indicate that outdoor recreational routines exert a substantial influence on reinforcing emotional maturity during early childhood. Consequently, it is imperative that open-air play opportunities be systematically maintained and structurally advanced within both institutional academic settings and domestic family systems as a foundational pillar in maximizing children's holistic social-emotional progress.

Abstract

This study examines the fundamental concepts of authority and legitimacy within the framework of introductory legal studies, along with their practical implications in the operation of modern states. Authority is understood as legally grounded power exercised by state institutions within clearly defined limits, while legitimacy refers to the societal acceptance that justifies such power. The discussion highlights that authority cannot function effectively without legitimacy, and legitimacy itself depends on the lawful and responsible exercise of authority. Furthermore, the paper explores the limitations imposed on state administrators, emphasizing principles such as legality, the rule of law, separation of powers, human rights protection, accountability, and ethical considerations as essential safeguards against the abuse of power. In addition, it analyzes various sources of legitimacy, including legal procedures, public consent, cultural traditions, governmental performance, moral integrity, and international recognition. The study also underscores the importance of term limits as a mechanism to prevent the concentration of power, encourage leadership renewal, and strengthen accountability within governance systems. Overall, the findings demonstrate that a stable and just legal system requires a balanced relationship between authority, legitimacy, and institutional constraints, ensuring that power is exercised responsibly and in accordance with the public interest.

Abstract

The immune system and the hematological system are closely interconnected biological systems that play essential roles in maintaining homeostasis and protecting the body against pathogens. This study aimed to comprehensively examine the interaction between the immune and hematological systems from an immunobiological perspective. The study employed a literature review method by analyzing scientific articles published between 2015 and 2025 from national and international journals. The findings indicate that leukocytes, platelets, erythrocytes, and plasma components contribute significantly to immune regulation and defense mechanisms. Cellular interactions involving immune cells, inflammatory mediators, and hematopoietic processes facilitate coordinated responses to infection and tissue injury. Platelets participate in immune signaling and inflammation, while erythrocytes contribute to immune modulation through complement interactions and inflammatory regulation. Furthermore, hematological parameters can serve as important indicators of immune responses in infectious and inflammatory diseases. Overall, the integration of immune and hematological systems is crucial for maintaining physiological balance and supporting effective host defense mechanisms. Understanding this relationship may contribute to the development of improved diagnostic, prognostic, and therapeutic strategies for various diseases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran konseling dalam membantu individu lesbian, gay, biseksual, dan transgender (LGBT) dalam menghadapi tekanan psikologis akibat stigma dan diskriminasi sosial. Metode yang digunakan adalah literature review dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan terkait konseling LGBT. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa individu LGBT memiliki kerentanan lebih tinggi terhadap gangguan psikologis, seperti depresi dan kecemasan, yang dipengaruhi oleh minority stress, internalisasi stigma, serta kurangnya dukungan sosial. Dalam konteks Indonesia, faktor budaya, agama, dan norma sosial memperkuat kompleksitas permasalahan yang dihadapi. Pendekatan konseling afirmatif, Person-Centered Therapy, dan Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan penerimaan diri, mengurangi tekanan psikologis, serta mengembangkan strategi coping yang adaptif. Keberhasilan konseling sangat ditentukan oleh kompetensi konselor, terutama dalam hal empati, sikap non-diskriminatif, dan pemahaman terhadap keberagaman klien. Namun, praktik konseling LGBT di Indonesia masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, seperti stigma sosial, keterbatasan kompetensi profesional, serta rendahnya akses layanan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan layanan konseling yang inklusif serta peningkatan kapasitas konselor guna mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis individu LGBT.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar, keaktifan, serta respon siswa setelah diterapkannya model pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) yang didukung oleh E-Handout pada materi perhitungan volume pekerjaan di kelas XI DPIB SMK Negeri 1 Kemlagi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis quasi eksperimen serta desain non-equivalent control group design. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu XI DPIB 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan XI DPIB 1 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan total 69 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes (pretest dan posttest), observasi keaktifan siswa, serta angket respon siswa. Analisis data mencakup uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, di mana kelas eksperimen memperoleh hasil yang lebih baik. Tingkat keaktifan siswa pada kelas eksperimen termasuk dalam kategori tinggi dengan persentase ≥80%. Selain itu, respon siswa terhadap pembelajaran tergolong sangat positif dengan persentase ≥80%. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL berbantuan E-Handout efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar, keaktifan, dan respon siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the educational Snakes and Ladders game on the learning outcomes of early childhood children. The study used a quantitative approach with an experimental method using a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study subjects were 20 children in Group B, aged 5–6 years, at an early childhood education institution (PAUD). Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and learning outcome tests before and after the implementation of the educational Snakes and Ladders game. Learning outcome indicators included number recognition, letter recognition, learning concentration, cooperation, and simple problem-solving skills. The results showed an improvement in children's learning outcomes after the implementation of the educational Snakes and Ladders game. The average pretest score of 58.4 increased to 85 in the posttest, representing an increase of 26.6. The educational Snakes and Ladders game has been proven to create an active, fun, and interactive learning environment, resulting in more enthusiastic participation in learning. Therefore, the educational Snakes and Ladders game has a positive effect on the learning outcomes of early childhood children.

Abstract

The calculation and estimation of production costs are greatly influenced by the application of appropriate methods, ensuring that the resulting production costs reflect the actual value. This research was conducted on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Simbar Waringin, specifically cracker processing businesses. The purpose of this study was to analyze the production cost calculations and cost allocations applied by MSMEs in Simbar Waringin using the full costing method. The data used in this study were qualitative data presented descriptively, and quantitative data presented numerically. Data sources were obtained from primary data through interviews with cracker business owners in Simbar Waringin, and secondary data were obtained from a literature review and other supporting literature. The results of the study indicate that obtaining production costs using the full costing method is superior in analyzing production costs because it includes all overhead costs, both fixed and variable, during the production process.
