Abstract

This study aims to analyze the active records storage procedures at the Balai Pemberdayaan Industri Persepatuan Indonesia (BPIPI). The study employed a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to obtain an in-depth understanding of records storage practices implemented in the institution. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving archivists and employees responsible for records management. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that active records storage at BPIPI applies a subject-based filing system. The storage procedure consists of records examination, indexing, classification, and storage. Records are examined to ensure completeness, indexed according to subject matter, grouped based on similar activities or issues, and stored in folders and archival boxes placed in roll o'pack cabinets. The implementation of these procedures has contributed to more systematic records management. However, several obstacles remain, including the absence of records labeling and limited storage facilities. Therefore, improvements in storage facilities and the implementation of records labeling are needed to enhance the effectiveness of active records management.

Abstract

This study examines the semantic meanings of religiosity represented in the dialogues of the film Ayat-Ayat Cinta. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research applies Geoffrey Leech’s semantic theory, focusing on conceptual, connotative, affective, and social meanings. The data consist of eleven dialogue excerpts containing Islamic values spoken by the main characters. Data were gathered through observation, transcription, and note-taking, and subsequently analyzed by categorizing and interpreting their meanings according to semantic categories. The findings show that religiosity in the film is reflected through themes such as destiny, marriage, kindness, social ethics, Islamic teachings, ta’aruf, worship, patience, and trust in God. Moreover, the film serves not merely as entertainment but also as a means of Islamic preaching, promoting faith, morality, tolerance, and social responsibility. These findings demonstrate that semantic analysis helps reveal how religious meanings are constructed and communicated through language in audiovisual media .

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji kelayakan serta efektifitas media pembelajaran digital berupa Aplikasi Ensiklopedia Digital Berbasis Kodular pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) materi “Menjelajah Bumi dan Antariksa” untuk peserta didik kelas VI di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri (MIN) 3 Jember. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah minimnya pemanfaatan media digital interaktif dan kesulitan peserta didik dalam memahami konsep abstrak terkait tata surya akibat ketergantungan pada metode konvesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan pendekatan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket, serta instrumen tes kognitif (Pre-Test dan Post-Test). Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan media ini sangat layak digunakan, dengan tingkat persentase kelayakan dari ahli materi sebesar 95%, ahli media 88%, dan ahli pembelajaran 100%, sehingga rata-rata kelayakan mencapai 94%. Uji kepraktisan melalui respon peserta didik memperoleh persentase 87,44% dengan kategori sangat menarik dan praktis. Uji efektivitas menggunakan komputasi Normalized Gain (N-Gain) membuktikan adanya peningkatan signifikan dengan skor rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,879 (tinggi) dan persentase N-Gain sebesar 87,92% (efektif). Kesimpulannya, Aplikasi Ensiklopedia Digital Berbasis Kodular terbukti menjadi instrumen pedagogis yang sangat layak, praktis, dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman serta hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi Menjelajah Bumi dan Antariksa.

Abstract

Karya tari Ciluah terinspirasi dari fenomena sosial di Nagari Mandiangin, Kabupaten Pasaman Barat, yang memperlihatkan pergeseran dan perpaduan sifat maskulin dan feminim dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Karya ini mengangkat dua tokoh dengan karakter yang bertolak belakang, yaitu laki-laki berkarakter feminin yang bekerja sebagai biduan orgen dengan penampilan dan ekspresi yang lembut, serta perempuan maskulin seperti Ibu Maria yang mencari lokan di sungai untuk membantu perekonomian keluarga. Aktivitas yang penuh risiko dan tuntutan hidup membentuk keberanian, ketangguhan, dan disiplin pada sosok perempuan tersebut. Fenomena tersebut kemudian diinterpretasikan ke dalam karya tari bertema sosial dengan tipe garap abstrak. Melalui eksplorasi gerak, ekspresi, dan suasana pertunjukan, Ciluah menggambarkan keberanian, kelembutan, perjuangan, serta kompleksitas peran gender yang terbentuk oleh lingkungan, pekerjaan, dan kondisi kehidupan masyarakat. Karya ini disusun dalam tiga struktur garap suasana dan telah dipentaskan di Gedung Pertunjukan Hoeridjah Adam, Institut Seni Indonesia Padangpanjang.

Abstract

Aircraft deployment projects involve high complexity due to the integration of multiple divisions, regulatory compliance, and structured technical data management. This study aims to analyze the role of Computerized Technical Data and Logistic Support (CTDLS) in supporting the effectiveness of aircraft deployment projects at PT Len Industri (Persero). This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation during the Internship Program (PKL). The findings indicate that CTDLS plays a strategic role in supporting project planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling processes through systematic management of technical and logistical data. The system manages important documents such as General Configuration System, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), engineering drawings, and certification documents based on CASR Part 21 and CASR Part 25 regulations. Accurate and well-structured technical data significantly contribute to project timeliness, effectiveness, and operational success. However, several challenges remain, including human error, system limitations, and external factors. Therefore, strengthening digital systems, improving human resource competencies, and optimizing cross-divisional coordination are necessary to enhance the effectiveness of CTDLS implementation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial and non-financial feasibility of the "XYZ: Chicken Rice Bowl" ready-to-eat food business operating in a campus environment. A mixed-methods approach (combining qualitative and quantitative methods) was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and a literature review. The non-financial analysis covered management, legal, socio-cultural, environmental, and technical aspects, while the financial analysis utilized investment indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit-Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), and Payback Period. Additionally, a sensitivity analysis using the switching value method was conducted to assess the business's resilience to changes in key variables. The results indicate that the XYZ business is feasible, with an NPV of IDR 109,470,969, an IRR of 47%, a Net B/C of 3.78, a Gross B/C of 1.07, and a payback period of 3 years and 4 months. However, the business is sensitive to a 7.68% decrease in production volume and a 19.44% increase in raw material prices. Therefore, cost management strategies and sales enhancement measures are required to ensure the business's sustainability.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the psychological dynamics of students of the Dance Arts Department of ISI Padangpanjang in determining the form of their final assignment between dance creation and dance study. The study used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of 14 active students from the 2022-2024 intake and two supporting informants. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, identification of important statements, grouping themes, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that students experienced various psychological dynamics such as confusion, doubt, inner conflict between interests and abilities, anxiety, and dilemmas in determining the choice of their final assignment. Factors influencing these conditions include motivation, academic experience, psychological condition, social environment, and financial factors. Support from lecturers, friends, and seniors had both positive and negative influences on the decision-making process. This study concluded that determining the form of the final assignment is not only an academic decision, but also a psychological process influenced by internal and external factors of the students.

Abstract

Peningkatan literasi digital pada anak usia dini menjadi urgensi dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam pembelajaran di TK Ciarylene Ambon dan dampaknya terhadap perkembangan literasi digital anak. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa AI diterapkan melalui berbagai aplikasi edukatif seperti asisten virtual berbasis suara, permainan interaktif, dan sistem adaptif pembelajaran. Guru memanfaatkan AI sebagai alat bantu untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman anak terhadap materi. Anak-anak menunjukkan kemajuan dalam mengenali simbol digital, mengikuti instruksi berbasis AI, serta meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir logis dan bahasa. Guru menyambut baik teknologi ini namun menghadapi kendala pada aspek teknis, kesiapan pedagogis, dan infrastruktur. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur yang masih terbatas mengenai penggunaan AI di pendidikan anak usia dini, khususnya di konteks wilayah Indonesia timur. Implikasi penelitian mencakup pentingnya pelatihan guru yang berkelanjutan, pengembangan aplikasi edukatif yang sesuai budaya lokal, dan penyusunan kebijakan teknologi pendidikan yang kontekstual dan inklusif.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology and internet-based communication has significantly transformed various aspects of human life, particularly in the fields of commerce, finance, and social interaction. Along with these advancements, cybercrime has emerged as a growing threat, one of which is online scamming. Online scamming refers to fraudulent activities conducted through electronic media or digital platforms with the intention of deceiving victims for financial gain. This form of crime has become increasingly sophisticated through various methods, including phishing, love scams, online shop scams, investment scams, impersonation scams, and social engineering. The borderless nature of cyberspace, the anonymity of offenders, and the complexity of digital evidence present significant challenges for law enforcement agencies. This study aims to analyze online scamming as a contemporary crime, examine the legal framework governing online scamming in Indonesia, and evaluate the effectiveness of law enforcement efforts in addressing such offenses. The research employs a normative legal method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. The legal materials consist of primary legal sources, including the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Criminal Code (KUHP), and Law Number 1 of 2024 concerning the Second Amendment to the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (ITE Law), supported by secondary and tertiary legal materials. The findings indicate that online scamming fulfills the elements of fraud under the Criminal Code and may also be prosecuted under the ITE Law and other relevant regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Law. However, challenges remain in law enforcement due to technological advancements, transnational criminal networks, difficulties in tracing digital assets, and limited public awareness regarding cybercrime. Therefore, effective prevention and eradication of online scamming require not only penal measures through criminal law enforcement but also non-penal approaches, such as enhancing digital literacy, strengthening cybersecurity systems, and promoting international cooperation in combating cybercrime.

Abstract

The rapid competition within the smartphone industry requires companies to better understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to analyze the influence of lifestyle, product quality, and product innovation on the purchasing decisions of Samsung smartphones among consumers living in Kota Bekasi. The research applied a quantitative approach using a non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling, involving 105 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to Samsung smartphone users in Kota Bekasi, and the data were processed using SPSS version 27. The results reveal that lifestyle and product innovation have a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions, whereas product quality does not significantly affect purchasing decisions. Among the variables examined, product innovation was identified as the most dominant factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that purchasing decisions are shaped by consumers’ lifestyles and the level of product innovation, highlighting the importance for companies to continuously improve innovations that match consumer needs and lifestyles.
