Abstract

This study aims to find the effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in poultry farming entrepreneurship in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Talibura. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Talibura. The population in this study were class XI students of poultry farming. The sample in this study amounted to 67 people. The sampling technique used is random sampling technique with the term random sampling. This research uses descriptive method and quantitative approach. All statements are valid, reliable, normal, linear. Based on the results of simple linear regression calculations, it is obtained that interest in entrepreneurship = 72.061 + 0.439 (knowledge of entrepreneurship). Testing the hypothesis from the calculation of the t test results obtained tcount > ttable 1.689> 1.667), which means that ho is rejected and h1 is accepted. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) of the independent variable on the dependent variable is R2 = 0.487 or 48.7%. So, the results of this study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial knowledge on the interest in entrepreneurship in poultry farming in Class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Talibura.

Abstract

The strategy for determining the price of educational services is a plan or approach used by an educational institution to determine the price of the educational services they offer to students. This research method uses the literature research method, namely a literature study approach to search for and collect literature related to strategies for determining the price of educational services. The focus of this article is1) Basic Strategy for Determining Prices for Educational Services, 2) Targets of the Strategy for Pricing Educational Services, 3) Techniques for Determining Prices for Educational Services, and 4) Pricing Model for Educational Services. The main determining factor in determining prices is the objectives of an educational institution. These goals can be in the form of maximizing profits, maintaining the continuity of education, achieving a large market share, creating leadership in terms of quality, overcoming competition, and carrying out social responsibility.

Abstract

Rapid developments in the business world pose challenges and risks for business people to remain competitive and maintain company continuity. In an effort to win competition, maintain market share and capture existing markets, companies must be able to adapt their business strategies considering the ever-changing environment. High quality products or services play a key role in shaping consumer satisfaction. The higher the quality of the product or service provided, the higher the consumer satisfaction, which in turn provides profits for the company. One element that influences consumer satisfaction is business ethics. Business ethics provide incentives for consumers to form strong bonds with companies. This study aims to analyse the effect of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction with PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products. The research approach uses the survey method. The sample in this study were 97 consumers who have used PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products. The sampling method used is the incidental sampling method. Primary data in this study are the results of respondents' answers. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis using simple regression analysis tools. The results showed that there was an effect of Islamic business ethics on customer satisfaction with PT Paragon Technology and Innovation products.

Abstract

Consumer decision-making is an integration process that uses information to assess and choose one of two or more alternative actions. This integration process yields a choice, which is presented cognitively as a desire to act. The fall in sales over the last two years undermines this study. Abstract

Many madrasahs are in the spotlight of the community regarding the quality of human resources of educators and education personnel, especially in madrasahs, this is because in addition to the very large number, the quality of management of educators and education personnel so far has not been able to be on par with other general education. However, madrasah institutions need to carry out strategies, one of which is the implementation of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling educators and education personnel continuously. The focus of this research is Human Empowerment Management in Educators and Education Personnel applied in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, in this case includes: Recruitment planning personal approach and selection that is not relevant to educational background. Organizing with placements that are directly arranged by the Head of the Foundation and the Head of Madrasah. Physical and non-physical movements through training are carried out periodically and control with the application of good discipline and dismissal is carried out if violations of discipline repeatedly. This research uses qualitative research with a case study design. Data and documents were collected and collected using in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation studies The purpose of this study is to compare human empowerment management among educators and education personnel in Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman. The comparison aspects include the comparison of management of Educator Recruitment Planning, Organizing educators and education personnel. The most important subjects in the study were the head of the madrassa, the teachers, the madrasah committees of the two schools. Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, has many similarities and differences in several aspects, therefore it is mandatory to improve the quality of the madrasah and is expected to be a treasure and input for the madrasah.

Abstract

The Altman Z-Score method is used in this research to determine the level of bankruptcy of PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk from 2013 to 2022. Secondary data used in this research is in the form of company financial reports. In this research the data source was obtained from the financial reports of PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The five variables used in the Altman Z-Score method are working capital/total assets (X1), retained earnings/total assets (X2), earnings before interest and taxes/total assets (X3), and sales/total assets (X5). The results of this research indicate that the Altman Z-Score method can be applied to predict the possibility of company bankruptcy. The results of this analysis show that PT. Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk is predicted to experience bankruptcy in 2021-2022. This is indicated by the Z-Score value being below 1.8, which means that financial difficulties are very large and the risk is high. In 2018-2020 the company is predicted to be prone to bankruptcy and is marked with a value of 1.81 < Z-Score < 2.99.

Abstract

Digital Smart Branch as a form of banking digitalization is presented as the latest service strategy that makes it easier for people to enjoy banking services faster, easier and safer. The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of Smart Branch digital services at Bank Mandiri Wahid Hasyim Malang in an effort to increase customer satisfaction. This study is a qualitative study with a method of collecting information through interviews with sources, books, literature reviews, literature, previous research, websites or articles that are relevant to the problem being studied. The results of the study indicate that with the Smart Branch service system, a strategy that can be applied to provide more efficient customer service is to utilize technology to personalize customer service, such as customized product recommendations or providing faster and easier problem solving.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the causes of data duplication in companies, its impact on operational efficiency, and the solutions that can be implemented to prevent and address it. Using a qualitative method with a library research approach, this study examines various literature related to data management. The findings indicate that data duplication is caused by a lack of standardization, input errors, and weak integration systems. The recommended solutions include the implementation of database management technology, regular data audits, and strict data governance policies. With the right strategies, companies can enhance efficiency and ensure data accuracy in business decision-making.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of Database Management System (DBMS) in improving the operational efficiency of companies. This study uses a qualitative research method through a literature review, where various academic sources and literature are analyzed to identify the benefits, challenges, and impacts of DBMS implementation on operational efficiency. The results indicate that DBMS helps in structuring data management, enhancing data security, and accelerating decision-making processes. Future research is suggested to conduct empirical studies with a quantitative approach to measure the impact of DBMS implementation more specifically across various industrial sectors.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the differences in stock performance before and after mergers and acquisitions in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The problem focuses on the impact of mergers and acquisitions on stock performance indicators, such as Stock Returns, Price Earnings Ratio (PER), Price to Book Value (PBV), and Earnings Per Share (EPS). In order to approach this problem, theoretical references from financial management and market efficiency theory are used. Data were collected through financial statements of companies undergoing mergers and acquisitions in the 2018-2020 period and analyzed quantitatively using normality tests and significant difference tests with paired sample t-tests. This study concludes that mergers and acquisitions have a significant effect on increasing several stock performance indicators, especially Stock Returns and PBV, although the impact on PER and EPS varies depending on the industry sector and market conditions. The results of this study are expected to provide insight for investors and business actors in assessing the effectiveness of mergers and acquisitions as a company growth strategy.
