Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Bidang Hubungan Antar Lembaga pada Pusat Penerangan Hukum Kejaksaan Agung dalam mewujudkan komunikasi organisasi yang efektif dengan Sekretariat Komisi III DPR RI, dengan fokus pada bentuk komunikasi organisasi, peran strategis, serta hambatan komunikasi yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis menggunakan teori komunikasi organisasi dan linking pin model dari Rensis Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Bidang Hubungan Antar Lembaga berperan sebagai penghubung strategis antara Kejaksaan Agung dan Sekretariat Komisi III DPR RI melalui komunikasi formal dan komunikasi interpersonal yang berfungsi memperkuat koordinasi, membangun kepercayaan, serta meminimalisasi miskomunikasi, meskipun masih terdapat hambatan berupa perbedaan pola koordinasi dan keterlambatan penyampaian informasi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the development of marketing communication strategies to build brand awareness at PT Mandiri Global Akurasi, a B2B calibration services company facing a sharp decline in revenue (69.6% in 2024 and 45% in 2025) and unstable client turnover. Using a constructivist paradigm with a qualitative case study approach, this study explores the subjective understandings of marketing managers, salespeople, administrative staff, and clients regarding their marketing communication practices. The findings reveal fundamental differences in the meaning of marketing communication. Management constructs it as a short-term acquisition instrument with quantitative targets (20 calls/emails per day). Clients interpret it as proof of professionalism and a foundation for long-term trust, with indicators such as speed of response, technical clarity, and post-sales attention. The CRM Practice Manual reflects the construction that client data is understood as administrative, not strategic assets. The process of constructing reality occurs through daily interactions: when salespeople explain calibration procedures, management interprets it as "selling," while clients interpret it as "proof of competence." Agreements at the practical level obscure differences in meaning, so that relationships remain transactional. As a result, the sharp increase in revenue was constructed by management as a "market problem," when in fact, its root was a misalignment of meanings about the nature of marketing communications. This research shows that marketing communications strategies are the result of social constructions negotiated through interaction, not realistic goals. Long-term performance stability requires shared meaning between management and clients. In the B2B calibration services industry, the shift from transactional to relational communication constructions opens the door to building loyalty and recurring revenue.

Abstract

TThe Independent Curriculum provides teachers with greater opportunities to create unique, creative, and student-focused learning experiences. In the context of history learning, innovation is crucial for attracting students' interest in learning and enhancing critical thinking skills in the digital age. The purpose of this article is to examine innovations in history teaching under the Independent Curriculum and to identify the oppo rtunities and challenges educators face when implementing it. This study employed a literature review method by evaluating various scientific sources, including national journals related to history teaching, teaching strategies, and the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, grouping the results based on central themes. The research findings indicate that innovations in history teaching can be implemented through various technology-based models and strategies, such as technology-based learning (TEL), which can strengthen student engagement and understanding of historical material. However, the implementation of these innovations still faces various challenges, such as a lack of digital skills among teachers, minimal training, and a lack of supporting facilities in educational institutions. Therefore, developing teacher competencies and providing support from educational institutions are crucial for realizing innovative, contextual history learning that is aligned with the needs of 21st-century education.

Abstract

As a place of worship for Muslims, mosques play an important role in religious, social, and educational aspects of society. Mosques not only serve as a place to perform congregational prayers, but also as a center for missionary activities, community development, and social interaction within the surrounding community. Historically, mosques have undergone changes in function and building design in line with the progress of the times and the needs of society. These changes illustrate that mosques have adapted to various historical phases. This article was written to discuss the basic foundations of mosques, including their definition, function, history, and development. In addition, this article also focuses on the history and development of the Nurul Huda Babat Toman Mosque. In this study, the method used is qualitative with a historical approach. Data was obtained through interviews with relevant sources and by searching for articles and scientific journals related to the topic being studied. The findings of the study show that the Nurul Huda Babat Toman Mosque is very important for the religious life of the local community. This mosque has also undergone developments over time, both in terms of its functionality and its existence in the community. In conclusion, the discussion of the basic concepts of this mosque provides a clearer understanding of the position and meaning of the Nurul Huda Babat Toman Mosque in the context of the history and life of the community in the area.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the revitalization of the mosque's social function in empowering the village community thru a study of Al-Mubarokah Mosque in Bungamas Village, Kikim Timur District, Lahat Regency. The mosque, which has stood since 1915 on waqf land, initially started as a small, simple prayer room, but then underwent gradual development and renovation until it became a two-story permanent mosque capable of accommodating a larger number of worshipers. In addition to serving as a place of worship, the mosque also becomes a center for religious and social activities in the community. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques thru field observations, interviews with mosque administrators, and documentation. The research results show that Al-Mubarokah Mosque not only serves as a place for performing ritual worship such as congregational prayers but also plays a role in strengthening the religious life and social solidarity of the village community. Various activities such as preaching, study groups, and social programs like sacrificial animal lotteries are able to increase community participation and strengthen the values of togetherness and mutual cooperation. In addition, transparent financial management and a clear organizational structure also support the sustainability of various mosque activities. Thus, the revitalization of the social function of Masjid Al- Mubarokah reinforces its role as an important religious and social institution in supporting the empowerment and development of the Islamic community at the village level.

Abstract

Platform media sosial, khususnya TikTok, membuka peluang bagi individu untuk mengekspresikan diri, termasuk ekspresi gender, sekaligus memicu berbagai respons dari para audiens. Salah satu kreator yang aktif dalam berinteraksi dengan pengikutnya ialah Oki Ardian atau disebut sebagai Ka Itwil. Ia sering merespons pertanyaan dari audiensnya dan membahas pengalaman kegiatan sehari-hari melalui konten edukatif yang dibagikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur yang melibatkan analisis berbagai sumber terkait gender, media sosial, serta respons audiens dalam ruang digital. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengacu teori performativitas gender dari Judith Butler, yang melihat gender sebagai identitas yang terbentuk melalui tindakan, cara memperlihatkan tubuh, dan praktik sosial dilakukan berulang kali. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konten edukasi yang disampaikan tidak hanya menjadi ruang berbagi pengalaman dan nasihat bagi pengikutnya, tetapi memunculkan variasi respons audiens yang dipengaruhi oleh norma sosial mengenai gender. Beberapa audiens menunjukkan dukungannya dan merasa terhubung karena penyampaian yang bisa berkomunikasi dengan baik, sedangkan kelompok lain memberikan kritik karena merasa ekspresi itu tidak sesuai dengan norma gender yang berlaku. Temuan ini menunjukkan media sosial menjadi ruang transaksi dan interaksi sosial, dimana ekspresi gender, nilai-nilai budaya, dan interpretasi audiens saling berinteraksi dalam membentuk makna di ruang digital.

Abstract

Continuous Voter Data Updating (PDPB) is a policy designed to maintain the accuracy and integrity of voter lists on a regular basis outside the electoral stages. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 2025 Continuous Voter Data Updating in Jambi City and to evaluate the supervision carried out by the Jambi City Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in ensuring the quality of the voter list. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data were collected through in-depth interviews with commissioners and staff of Bawaslu Jambi City, officials of the Jambi City General Election Commission (KPU), and other relevant stakeholders, supported by documentation studies of laws and regulations, supervisory reports, and other electoral documents. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, which consisted of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, while data validity was ensured through source and method triangulation. The results show that the implementation of the 2025 PDPB in Jambi City has procedurally been carried out regularly and in accordance with existing regulations, but substantively it has not been fully optimal. There are still inconsistencies in voter data caused by delays in updating death records, changes of domicile, the lack of optimal data integration among institutions, and low public participation in reporting data changes. Bawaslu Jambi City has performed preventive and corrective supervisory functions through data examination, field spot checks, the provision of corrective recommendations, and the receipt of public reports. Such supervision has contributed to improving the accuracy and accountability of the voter data updating process, although its effectiveness remains limited because Bawaslu’s authority is recommendatory in nature and the follow-up actions largely depend on coordination with the KPU and other related institutions. Therefore, strengthening data integration, institutional coordination, and public participation is necessary to ensure the sustained quality of the voter list.

Abstract

This study examines how the General Election Commission (KPU) of Jambi City developed responsiveness and coordination in verifying support for prospective candidates for the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI) in the 2024 General Election. The study is grounded in the importance of support verification as a stage that determines the validity of independent candidacy, as well as in continuing problems related to data accuracy, procedural consistency, inter-organizational coordination, and the use of the Candidate Information System (SILON). This research employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and limited observation, and were analyzed through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that support verification in Jambi City functioned not merely as an administrative procedure, but also as a practice of electoral governance that required rapid response, procedural accuracy, and consistent coordination among implementing actors. The responsiveness of KPU Jambi City was reflected in its prompt handling of verification findings and its provision of space for clarification, while coordination functioned as a mechanism for aligning work processes and controlling the quality of decisions. SILON contributed to administrative organization and data traceability, but its effectiveness remained dependent on operator capacity, technical readiness, and institutional coordination. This study concludes that the quality of support verification is determined not only by formal compliance with regulations, but also by the institutional capacity of election administrators to translate rules into responsive, coordinated, and accountable practices.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah menciptakan ruang publik baru yang memungkinkan masyarakat menyampaikan pendapat dan berpartisipasi dalam diskursus sosial maupun politik melalui media sosial. Namun, kebebasan berekspresi di ruang digital juga memunculkan berbagai persoalan hukum dan sosial, terutama ketika ekspresi yang disampaikan dianggap melanggar batas yang diatur oleh regulasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika kebebasan ekspresi digital dari perspektif gender dalam kasus Laras Faizati. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur yang bersumber dari jurnal ilmiah, buku, dokumen hukum, serta media daring. Analisis penelitian menggunakan perspektif subaltern counterpublics dari Nancy Fraser untuk memahami bagaimana perempuan sebagai kelompok yang sering berada dalam posisi subordinat memanfaatkan ruang digital sebagai sarana menyuarakan pengalaman dan kritik sosial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media digital dapat menjadi ruang alternatif bagi perempuan untuk berpartisipasi dalam diskursus publik. Namun, di sisi lain, perempuan juga menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti intimidasi daring, tekanan sosial, serta potensi kriminalisasi melalui regulasi digital. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya untuk menciptakan ruang digital yang lebih inklusif dan adil guna menjamin kebebasan berekspresi perempuan tanpa mengabaikan prinsip-prinsip hukum yang berlaku.

Abstract

This research discusses Student Organizations as a Place to Learn Leadership or a Venue for Popularity by using qualitative research with library studies. The results show that several aspects were found, such as Leadership, Organizational Culture, Existence, Interest, and Soft Skills. Student organizations play an important role in the personal development of students. Organizations not only serve as a platform to carry out campus activities, but also as a learning medium for students to develop leadership, organizational culture, self-existence, interest in organizing, and soft skills. Through organizational activities, students can learn to lead, collaborate, communicate, as well as manage time and responsibilities. Additionally, a good organizational culture can enhance work spirit, solidarity, and the success of the organization. Students' interest in participating in organizations is influenced by internal factors such as the desire to develop themselves and their talents, as well as external factors such as support from the campus environment and friends. However, in practice, student organizations can also become a place to seek existence or popularity, especially when the motivation for organizing is more oriented toward social recognition rather than self-quality development.
