Abstract

The purpose of writing this thesis is (1) To describe whether there is a significant and positive influence between  emo- tional intelligence (EQ) variable to employee performance variable at PT. Narendra God of Yoga. (2) To describe whether  there is a significant and positive influence between  the variables of spiritual intelligence (SQ) on employee performance variables in PT. Narendra God of Yoga. (3) To describe  whether  there is a significant and positive influence between  emotional intelligence (EQ) and Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) variable to employee performance variable in PT. Narendra God of Yoga. The method used in this research  is descriptive  quantitative research  method, furthermore, the analysis technique using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression,  F test and double  correlation  with the help of computer program SPSS Version 16.0.  The results of this study indicate  that together  there is a significant influence between  emotional intelligence (EQ) and spiritual intelligence (SQ) variable  to employee performance variable  at PT. Narendra God of Yoga

Abstract

The research subjects were Islamic Religious Education and Character teachers, school principals, accompanying teachers, and students. The results of the research show that adapting learning materials, using inclusive learning methods, creating a conducive learning environment, fair and comprehensive assessment, involving both regular students and those with special needs in carrying out learning tasks, forms students' willingness to ask questions and participate in solving problems. in class, able to form active learning in inclusive classes. Then respect for differences, cooperation in heterogeneous groups, peaceful resolution of conflicts can form attitudes and tolerance in students in inclusive classes without discrimination. And the supporting factors at SD Alam Mahira Bengkulua are collaboration between PAI and Budi Pekerti teachers, accompanying teachers and parents, holding teacher professional development and training, as well as the existence of school policies that support inclusive education, while the inhibiting factors are limitations. learning media, the shortage of teachers with a Special Education (PLB) background, the striking difference in academic abilities between regular students and students with special needs, as well as the boredom often experienced by students with special needs which can disrupt class order and comfort.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies of Islamic religious education teachers in forming the character of religious tolerance in students. The type of research used is qualitative with data collection techniques including: observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are the PAI teacher’s strategy in forming the character of religious tolerance in students at SD Negeri 101 Bengkulu City, namely at the discretion of the school principal by providing character education to teachers, especially Islamic education teachers and including material on the character of religious tolerance in the lesson plan by exemplary methods, habituation methods, advice methods, stories or story methods, methods of educating through discipline, methods of extracurricular activities based on Islam.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the Learning of Moral Education Student Elementary School 01 Pondok Kelapa Central Bengkulu  District. The objectives  are detailed  as follows: (1) Describe  the planning  of learning,  (2) Implementation of Learn- ing Morals Education. (3) Evaluation of Learning  Morals Education. This research  is qualitative  descriptive  research  with case study approach. The object  of this studyis Learning  Moral Education in review of planning,  implementation, and  evaluation at SDN 01 Pondok Kelapa, Central Bengkulu Regency.  This research  data  comes from observation with field note notes (field notes),  interviews, and documentation. Based on data  analysis, it is known that in general,  the learning of morality of students in SDN 01 Pondok Kelapa,  Central  Bengkulu  Regency  covers  3 main  activities, namely:  (1) Education Planning  of Morals, (2) Implementation of Learning  of Morals Education, and  (3) Evaluation of Moral Learning.  Learning  planning  includes  the preparation of learning  tools in the form of: a) 1. Formulating learning  objectives,  2. Development of teaching  materials,  3. Learning  methods, 4. Learning  media,  5. Resources  / Materials teaching,  6. Evaluation. Abstract

Teacher performance is the  main  Task and  function, This is reflected in the  appearance, academic ability and the  ability of the  profession to be a teacher means  being  able to manage teaching in the  classroom  and  educating students beyond  the  classroom  with the  best  even  the  teachers have  met  the  academic level professionalism. But  in  reality  on the  ground in general is still a lot of teachers are  less effective in carrying  out  its duties.  Therefore, the  problem in this research are: Are there academic supervision  effect principals on  performance of PAI teacher? and  Is there PKG results on  performance teacher? and  Is there an academic supervising  principals and  PKG results  together on  the  performance of PAI teacher in junior  high  school  in Bengkulu City?, further the  objectives of this study are: 1. To explain  the  academic Supervising  Principal Influence on  the  performance of Islamic education teachers (PAI);  2. To explain  the  results  PKG Effect  of PAI teacher against  performance teacher; 3. To  explain  how the  implementation of the  performance of PAI teachers in junior  high  school  in Bengulu City. This research is a quantitative research that  aims to determine the  effect of independent variables on the  dependent variable. The  method used is a survey method, which is to measure symptoms exist without  investigating why these  symptoms  exist, with questionnaires. Research  results  show that  the  Supervision  of Academic  Principal (X1)  Positive direct  impact  on  teacher performance (y), amounting to 0.918. or by 91.80%.  Further Results Teacher Performance Assessment (X2)  has no effect on teacher performance (y) of -307. or by -30.70%. Furthermore Principal Academic  Supervision  (X1),  and  the  Teacher Performance Assessment (X2)  a positive direct  impact  on teacher performance (y) of 0.845 or 84.50%.

Abstract

The research that will be conducted aims to provide an understanding related to the history of Islamic civilization and how to research using a literature study (library study) sources come from journals, books, articles related to the theme to be discussed. Data obtained from previous research as a reference in completing this research. For the stages of producing this information, there are several stages, namely identifying problems, obtaining correct information, analyzing the findings obtained and developing with new findings related to the history of Islamic civilization and historical study methods. This civilization is used as evidence that there is cultural development from generation to generation in the future. Islam itself is a perfect religion from Allah SWT to all humans through messengers. Civilization is used as evidence in providing cultural development in every era. Islam is a religion that comes from Allah SWT revealed to the prophet Muhammad for his people. Islamic teachings are taught in the Qur'an as a book for Muslims used as a guide for mankind. Then it comes from the hadith which contains events during the time of the prophet. Both are used as a guide for Muslims so that every human behavior must be in accordance with Islamic teachings contained in the Quran and Hadith. With the presence of Islam brings changes to become an advanced and civilized nation. The increasingly rapid development so that it can provide guidance in culture and civilization has an important role in the history of the presence of humans in every era.

Abstract

The portfolio-based assessment model is an approach in assessing students’ performance. And the development students’ affective domain is the process of collecting data and information by using instrument about attitudes, values, personality, and students’ morals both in learning and outside learning. The objective of this research is to identify and analyze The portfolio-based assessment model in developing students’ affective domain, as well as to be a reference for the next research. The method used in this research was a qualitative method with a naturalistic and psychological approach. The results of this research indicated that the The portfolio-based assessment model has its own assessment adventages from other assessments, but in general The portfolio-based assessment applied at the Hubulo Islamic Boarding Schoolnhas not been able to improve the development of student’ affective domain. This happens because The portfolio-based assessment model at the Hubulo Islamic Boarding School was very rigid and inflexible, while the time for developing students’ affective domain was very low so that the goals of developing students’ affective domain were not maximally achieved. The difference between this research and the previous one was the research location and the object under studied.

Abstract

Abstract: The results of this study indicate that: a) The principal maximizes system of managerial leadership by choosing people who are considered to be proficient in a certain position, which in the end with the coordination and structure of the planned policies principals will work well and the impact with the smooth process learning, b) Optimizing the spiritual activities of students, which Rohis and pembinanya cooperate with the council strives to provide an atmosphere that is religious in schools, added to that there are rules that created the municipality Pagar Alam that require students in schools along with civil servants sex women to wear the hijab, c) field of the student and the student council to cooperate in implementing the order in SMAN 1 Pagar Alam, to disseminate the new students about the discipline in high school and also to disseminate to the teachers, especially when there are regulations new. While the methods used in coaching ahklak conducted in SMAN 1 Pagar Alam is as follows: a) exemplary method, this is done by the whole board of teachers, school administration staff and existing components. For example, by coming on time, polite in speaking, greeting when meeting not smoking during the learning process, dressed in clean and tidy and participate in supervising the implementation of the discipline, b) Methods of punishment, which is done when students violate the existing rules such as coming late, not properly dressed, eating snacks when switching lesson. Punishment does not directly and immediately given, but starting first with the advice and warnings and penalties are applied priority to educate punishment. Method of good advice, which give teachers when the learning process, always motivate students to do good, give advice (advice) as well as services to students performing (that teachers do counseling), special teacher counseling, they tried to make approaches kinship is full of tenderness towards students with problems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of learning management system (LMS) affects the learning achievement of Islamic religious education of students of Islamic junior high school Al-Azhar 52 Bengkulu City. Second, learning interest affects the learning achievement of Islamic religious education of students of Islamic junior high school Al-Azhar 52 Bengkulu City. Third, the use of LMS and learning interest affect the learning achievement of Islamic religious education of students of Islamic junior high school Al-Azhar 52 Bengkulu City. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive approach research, because this study is presented with numbers. The results of this study indicate that First, the use of LMS has an effect of 11.3% on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education of students of Islamic junior high school Al-Azhar 52 Bengkulu City. Second, learning interest has an effect of 20.4% on the learning achievement of Islamic religious education of students of Islamic junior high school Al-Azhar 52 Bengkulu City. Third, there is a significant and positive influence between the influence of LMS usage and learning interest on Islamic religious education learning achievement at Al-Azhar 52 Islamic Junior High School in Bengkulu City with a contribution value of 32.6%.

Abstract

This research is based on the application of habituation methods in fostering prayer in congregation to Kabawetan 2 Public Middle School students. This junior high school is a school whose education is important for instilling disciplinary character, to prevent negative behavior of students who will be directed, trained to fortify students from negative influences so that researchers choose habituation methods in congregational prayer formation and their implications for planting culture of Kabawetan 2 Public Middle School students. This research method is qualitative research. The research subjects were principals, deputy principals, pie masters, PNK teachers, picket teachers and students of Kabawetan Public Middle School 2, collecting data using the main techniques of observation, interviews, documentation, then data processing techniques using data reduction data validity, data display, data analysis, and for interpestation of data by interpreting it in the form of a description. The results of the research on the application of habituation methods in prayer prayer at the Kabawetan State Junior High School 2 is a policy of habituation methods agreed by stakeholders of Kabawetan Public High School 2. by all students together in the Dhuha prayer and alternating on the midnight prayer according to a predetermined schedule, the application of this method is good, to instill religious values in children, because habituation will continue to stick in the minds of children until they carry out habituation pious charity and noble character and the implications of prayer in congregation for the religious culture of students at Kabawetan 2 Public Middle School is a routine activity that must be followed by students who are already scheduled, students who do not take part in prayer activities are punished by reading the verses of the Qur’an halat congregation is used as a school culture, because the school wants to instill character in students with the values of prayer in congregation, namely the value of ‘ubudiyah, moral values of al-karimah (positive mindset, mission statement, thinking and acting strategically, togetherness, tawadlu’, optimistic and independent, networking, disciplinary values (nizhamiyah).
